Stayed here while traveling for work for 4 nights. The location was very easy to get to from the airport, and check in was a breeze. The property is nice and clean, and conveniently located. There are plenty of options for food and drinks within walking distance of the property. That was something I really appreciated so I didn’t have to order delivery each night. There is continental breakfast each morning, as well as coffee and tea available all day. Staff was friendly. No complaints at all! Definitely would stay again.

The only thing I was very dissappointed in was the breakfast. I was really looking forward to it but everything...everything...was cold.

The room had several maintenance issues including a burnt light bulb in the hallway. The toilet flushing was hit and miss and the water ran all night. The phone was disconnected so we couldn’t call the front desk to report. We reported each issue to both the Friday evening and Saturday morning supervisors, none of the issues were addressed. We did see that the housekeeping supervisor Jennifer, tried to repair the light, but she realized that they were out of lightbulbs! We were not told that there would be no housekeeping services on Saturday because we were only staying for two days. That would’ve been nice to know at check-in we had to come downstairs to request fresh towels to shower as a Hilton Honors member and awe’re not told that there would be no housekeeping services on Saturday because we were only staying for two days. Very clean, staff excellent!! May need more parking but it’s in city so i get! Super comfy beds! Will be staying again!!

it was very close to the casino. It was an easy drive for the location. The people that worked there were extremely friendly. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast, but other than that, I thought it was an excellent stay.

Clean and nice all around. Breakfast included was nice and there’s a nice shopping center with lots of food places right outside. The faucet on the sink was in the corner which I thought was strange. Other than that it was perfect.

Staff was extremely professional and friendly The hot water in our shower was not easily accessible. The temperature was just hot but should have allowed more control of the temperature . The bed sheets were somehow not completely covering the mattress and kept slipping off.

I stay at this location often when visiting family. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast is good. Nice variety of hor and cold foods plus muffins and pastries. The room was clean. The shower water was not hot enough stayed luke warm. Parking was easy and available spots.

The service was AMAZING!! I went down for the BTS concert and lost my wallet at the stadium. The staff were so helpful and kind through the whole ordeal and I couldn't thank them enough. Plus, one of the managers is an army and we talked so much! The breakfast was hot and delicious too. Pro tip: the microwave isn't in your room, it's in the lobby. I will be staying there again!

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Brandon. We actually arrived at this location somewhat by accident after spending one night at the downtown property, and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The rooms were very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which really added to our overall enjoyment of the stay. We loved the location, the facilities, and especially the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely consider staying here again. We did run into one issue with the refrigerator in our room. It was making excessive noise, to the point that we had to move it into the bathroom in the middle of the night just to get some sleep. When we spoke with Dar at the front desk, she was very understanding and assured us the refrigerator would be replaced that afternoon. Unfortunately, the maintenance person who came to inspect it was quite dismissive. He didn’t take the time to listen to the noise (even though the refrigerator was clearly running in the bathroom) and told us that all of them make that sound due to being housed in uneven wooden cabinets. He did not follow through on the front desk’s instruction to replace it, so we ended up keeping the refrigerator in the bathroom for the remainder of our stay.

The room was clean and as expected and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The only concern was with shower/bathtub. There is no texture on the floor of the bathtub which makes it very slippery when standing to take a shower. Getting in and out of the tub can be a challenge for people with poor balance. There is a grab bar on the shower wall which helps a little, but the placement of it is not optimal. They could benefit from some very light texture on the surface of the bathtub to provide more grip for better footing.

I stsyed two nights while visiting family in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Variety of hot options, fresh fruit, bakery items and beverages. Coffee and tea were available in lobby at all times. Easy to find self parking spots around 7pm. Not sure how it is later. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Overall a great experience.

Stayed here for two nights. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had, so many options available. The ONLY complaint I have is the water wasn’t hot enough to my liking but it was warm. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—there were so many options to choose from, and everything I tried was really, really good. I also appreciated the complimentary water bottles, which was a nice added touch. For the price, this hotel was absolutely worth it. It was very reasonable and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely come back again!

However, we got an A/C problem two days in a row which interrupted our sleep greatly. After the first night, hotel stuff promised to take a look then the same problem happened on the second night. Eventually, we complained when we checked out and they promised one night refund. Well, it didn’t happen until we contact Expedia after several unsuccessful attempts to the hotel. Won’t live here again

Stayed for only one night next was going on a cruise. Upon checking in staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and room was clean as well and a pretty decent size. I would definitely stay here again, cruise port also was not far about 20 minutes away.

This hotel was loud enough that we left a day early just to go home & get rest. The sound of cars on the highway next to the hotel & the gas station/shopping center in front of the hotel kept us up every night of our several night stay. We bought a fan after the first night to run for back ground noise and wore ear plugs & still had trouble sleeping. Gave up & cut our vacation short & went home early. The parking lot is small & connected to the shopping center in front of the hotel. Parking is limited & in poor unsafe spots. The beds were not comfortable & smelled like body odor which also made it hard to sleep. The toilet ran the whole stay. A bad overall hotel if you are wanting to stay more than 1 night.

The room was clean and quiet. The evening desk clerk was very pleasant however. The day clerks were obviously not enjoying their jobs. I couldn't get one of them to look up from the desk as she addressed me. I asked the other one if there were any lids for the coffee and her attitude made it plain that she couldn't care less.

I didn't hear any of the othe people in the hotel and it was booked full. My wife and i fell asleep early ish and was awakened around 11pm by a constant club music thumping non-stop. We were on the 6th floor on the side of the main road behind Racetrac. About 2 blocks away, there is a nightclub that runs on the weekends until 2 am. There is nothing the hotel can do. They won't answer the phone at the club and the Sheriff isn't going to do anything. There was no way we could stay. The night manager was unable to give us a refund but he did give us points for another stay in my rewards account. If you are staying here on a weekend, ask for a lower level or a room in the back.. good luck!!

Friendly front desk staff, breakfast variety and ease of check in and check out were stand outs. Room layout and cleanliness were good on check in. I unfortunately cannot speak to maid service during my stay as our room was not cleaned during the stay. I asked for every other day cleaning which meant they should have gotten to it on Saturday but no one did. Nevertheless I still enjoyed the other aspects of my stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The front desk staff treated us like gold. The room was super clean and modern. The breakfast was very good and staff there extremely nice and worked so hard. Great location with many restaurants gas stations and local things to go. Perfect hotel for pre cruise at Tamport port just about 11 mins away. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next cruise. Just wonderful.

My stay was good, and the staff was courteous, but a few things prevented my stay from being rated as great. First off, when I entered the hotel on December 27, there was an odor in the lobby area. The breakfast wasn't good at all, and the water in the room didn't get hot, only lukewarm. The staff offered to change my room, but it was smaller, which wasn't an option for me since I paid for a king room. There were also a few guests who obviously had never seen an African American woman before, judging by the crazy looks I received. Besides that, the hotel was nice, and I would book again if traveling to Tampa.

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was awesome. Room was decent. House keeping needs to pay better attention to detail. Shower had old soap residue from last guest on it. Opened the blinds to look out the windows completely covered in fingerprints and smudges. There was a vehicle outside playing loud music unti about midnight. Not a horrible experience but not the best either.

Boiled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, grits, bagels, and much more.

A friend and I stayed here the night before I had a medical procedure at a med center 5 minutes away. Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable, my friend loved the pillows, shower was good, but likely needs a new shower head. Great lighting in the bathroom. Room very well designed for 2 people staying a night, a spot for each of us to put our overnight bag. I couldn't eat b'fast but she did and it looked really good. Very nice breakfast room, lobby, hallway leading to meeting rooms. The hot chocolate bar a nice touch. Ample parking. Friendly personnel. Would stay here again. It made my whole medical experience very effortless.

The front lobby staff were excellent and very friendly. Vanilla Pancake mix ran out and the staff member refused to refill it with an hour left to go for breakfast schedule. She hallway was noisy with doors slamming at night . Overall it was a good experience and better than other locations in the area. I would return .

In the first night, room had no walk-in shower which caused difficulty for me because I was not able to raise my legs to get in bathtub to shower. It was painful for me. The next morning spoke with Ms. Alejandra at the front desk and she was compassionate and concern with my difficulty and she was able to move me to a room with a walk-in shower. The rest of my stay was wonderful.

Wood floor or tiles are easy to clean. This allows the staff to do a better job cleaning and not leave stuff on the carpet. No microwave in room.

Nice Hampton Inn and perfect location. However, the air conditioner didn’t work. We called down to the front desk and they said to turn it off and then back on in 5 minutes, but that also didn’t work.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff and food were great, I enjoyed my quiet stay.

Clean Clean Clean! Comfortable bed. Parking included and easy.

Good until Saturday night When the venue across the street Had a very loud band playing until 2 am. Even with air plugs and the sound of the air conditioner, I couldn’t sleep. The pool is also small and was often overrun with kids playing.

Enjoyed our stay at this location. We went for a birthday getaway and though there were plenty dining and shopping nearby we wanted to take in the city so we moved around a bit but honestly we really didn’t need to. The staff was friendly and met our expectations.

The staff were professional... courteous... hrelpful... friendly... the hotel was clean... complementary breakfasts was surprisingly plentiful and very good...Excellent experience!!!

Everything was excellent, the breakfast, the staff, were outstanding. The only little thing to point out would be that the shower valve handle was a bit stiff to operate. Someone might break it off soon. Thanks again!

The entire staff was nice and friendly, from the reception staff to housekeeping! The room was clean and met my standards. Nice mini fridge in the room and the air conditioner had it very cool in my room. It was so hard to get out of the comfortable bed. I will be back!

So after couple minutes I spoke to Kayla which she was amazing with us and right away she heard about my problem she moved us into another room and with are stuff I really thank her so much she’s very nice.

Great and clean property!

Great customer service. Clean hotel. Clean room. Comfy beds & pillows. Convenient location...about 15 minute drive from Amalie Arena...didn't want to stay exactly next to arena so this was a great alternative. Breakfast was good...eggs, sausages, bagels, waffles and more. Free bottles of water at the front desk were the perfect touch for a hot Florida summer visit. Check in/out was fast and simple. Room 514. I will stay here again next time we come to town.

Staff was super friendly and check in was quick and easy. The place was quiet and spacious. However, the cleanliness wasn’t the best… the carpet was dirty, lots of marks and the wooden floors and walls. The bathroom wasn’t fully prepared when he arrived. Overall stay was average and cool for the price.

It was nice little things could have made it a prefect shower gel missing request replace was told okay, then when we return to our room that evening it had not been replace called again was told they ran out but can bring up some bar soap. I was disappointment especially with a hotel on this magnitude our side table in the room was sticky maybe not wiped not sure both again it's the little things that set the great hotels apart with the special touched. The breakfast was great, front desk nice friendly, bed comfortable relaxing. would stay again. great location.

Our room was clean, large, and comfortable. We could hear the water from the room above while the person was showering, and the doors were super heavy, so they were loud. Overall, the stay was good and we would return.

The linen on the bed was dirty. The automatic blind would not work, so one window was up the days that we stayed.

Someone at front desk 24 hours

I had to deal with a broken toilet for two days. The front desk sent someone to my room to fix the toilet but the solution was to stick my hand in the toilet tank and

Was excited to see that there was a couple of restaurants in walking distance as well as other shops. Great location.

Room #1 smelled like cigarettes and weed. We couldn’t even breathe, let alone sleep. With a child in tow, we were moved to Room #2—smaller, with sticky carpet and what looked like dog poop stains. Room #3? Strong perfume scent (as if Febreze could erase sin), poop stains again, and damp, musty air that triggered my asthma. Every room came with a new surprise and not one of them was “clean.” We were promised a call from a manager. Still waiting. This stay was a three-room tour of discomfort, allergens, and mystery stains. Hilton should really consider rebranding this location as The Humid Inn: Where Feces Meet Febreze.

I was very pleased with the accomodations. The staff was very welcoming and the convience of shopping ans dining being within walking distance was fantastic.

Be aware, it is 2:43 am abd there is very loud music coming from a restaurant liounge across the way. The bass thumping bleeds through the closed window and over the air conditioning unit.
