The heated pool was nice and not overcrowded.

This was one of the best hotel stays my family and I had in a while. Everything, and I mean everything including the pool was immaculate. The room was very spacious and the staff was super courteous especially Steven at check in. If my daughter decides to attend USF, I think ive found my forever hotel spot!

The room was very clean and spacious, the sheets were nice, the ac was exceptional and the mattress felt sturdy. The staff from the front desk to maintenance, cleaning staff and kitchen were all exceptionally nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good, the water pressure was good and hot. The place was very quiet and calm all around the property and in the rooms. Nice area with plenty of stuff nearby. Will definitely be staying again! 100% recommended! We had issues with the door and it wouldn’t open and we had to wait around 20 mins for maintenance but they were very nice and even allowed us a late check out so we could sleep a bit more.

Nice clean property. Room was comfy. Loved the free toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was comfy but the mattress kept sliding since it was on a platform. Pillows were horrible, way too soft and mushy. Breakfast is decent but I’ve had better buffets. Plenty of free parking.

The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There were plenty of options, everything tasted fresh, and it was just a really nice way to start the day without having to rush out and find food somewhere else. The whole place was also clean, which I always appreciate. The grounds were well-kept, and everything felt comfortable and taken care of. The location also made things so easy. It was within 30 minutes to key attractions, dining, and transportation, making it leisurely to get around without hassle. Overall, it just felt like an easy, comfortable stay with great service. Definitely a place I’d recommend to others.

Had a great stay. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, functional, and convenient for the most part. The only issue is that Ubering to and from downtown could become a tad expensive with the distance but the low price for the stay kind of compensates for that.

All in all very good the room i was in on 4th floor the A/C needs sealing as can see outside from room as there is a gap as not affixed properly.

Not a good change Hampton Inn. Everything else was good. But the bed is the most important in our opinion.

The bed was sub par. Mattress was super soft and the mattress springs were overly springy. And the bed was very low, too close to the floor

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and we were given the first floor so it would be easier to take our dog out. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

The room had a very strong smell that was very hard to deal with, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows completely flatten when you lay on them. We stayed one night that neither of us could sleep. We did not stay last night so we drove home at midnight last night. The staff seemed numb to anything we had to say.

Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and super friendly. Each morning at breakfast the staff was a very well oiled machine always kept trays and selections well stocked. And if they did not have it out and if they had it were there to bring it right to you and replenish it again.

Me and my family checked in about two about twelve o'clock at night.And the staff was wonderful.He gave us complimentary drinks and gave my little girl.Some candy and he welcomed us with open arms and he did very well and I was very pleased Everything was up to our expectations.It actually was above our expectations.Once I got to the king's sweet and saw the sweet that we got.I just wish I could have used my reward points or whatever.But other than that man, it was wonderful.I wish I could have stayed longer

From the front desk staff, breakfast staff, shuttle drivers or any other employee you encounter in the hallways they were overwhelmingly excellent showing compassion, kindness and genuine interest in everyone they encountered. It's the same as the top I was charged a little bit more for the room that I stayed in because I came a little earlier today earlier and what's expected on booking.com I looked at it wrong and I gave up like I said a sweet with two queen beds and sofa room and everything else like that for a two-wing size bed and one room and I was charged more for it and I was on booking.com that's the only complaint I have God bless you

There was nothing to dislike at this location. Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, rooms were all top notch. Nothing to complain about. Wish was a bit cheaper but you do get what you pay for here:)

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is decent, the lobby is kept nice, the pool is clean and a comfortable size, and the location is great (quiet but close to the highway and Busch gardens). We even discovered next door is a county park/boardwalk through the preserve worth checking out. We have stayed twice and will continue to stay here should we be in the area. There were just a couple of minor things, like window shades not opening fully or the tv and remotes not syncing well or the tv reception cutting out that were a little annoying but not deal breakers. I wish it was a tad more affordable because we would return sooner.

The hotel was nice. The only thing that was not good was the bed. It was like sleeping on a cement block. For someone who has neck and shoulder problems it was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was nice. The staff (Stephen) at check in was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean which is great. The front associates such as Marilyn and Ashley were amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean very pleasant. The decor was nice as well very inviting and lastly it was very quiet Other than a person who had been drinking knocking on doors late at night !

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very friendly and helpful staff. The facility seems to have been recently renovated. The smell of the interior was very fresh, the wall paper and paint looked fresh, and the carpets also looked like they were recently replaced. Small gym but very nice. All in all I would definately stay here again if I was in this area or nearby.

I stayed with my son while visiting Busch Gardens, which is only about 15 minutes away. The hotel even offers a free shuttle service on the hour, which is super convenient if you want to avoid moving your car or paying for parking. Uber rides are also inexpensive—just around $10–$12. The location is quiet, safe, and close to everything you might need—convenience stores, food spots, and a gas station are all nearby. The hotel itself is clean and well-kept. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to help. They really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Amenities include a nice gym, a pool, and a decent, complete breakfast that’s included in your stay. There’s also always coffee and tea available at the front desk, which is a nice touch. Overall, this hotel offers great value and comfort. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I visit the area. Wi-Fi at this facility is incompatible with I phone. Front desk reveals that this is a Hilton issue but I have never experienced this at any other facility. Room was marginally cleaned with one bed unmade. No closet in the room. Only light in the room was bedside. Nice fitness center but nothing else to recommend it. If you need WiFi, find another hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and everyone at the at the facility seems to be a very good professional. I definitely will stay there again on my next trip to the Tampa Tampa Bay area.

It was close to the interstates which made getting around to different areas easy. The property was nice and I felt safe. It was very quiet inside and our suite spacious.

Shower head had to be reinstalled due to the fact it was four feet from the floor. Honestly, the money we spent was twice the amount than other stays on our road trip. Breakfast was so so. Staff was attentive but some appeared stressed.

It’s a nice hotel. My only problem was the bed. It was not comfortable. The structure of the bed was weird. The pillows were too soft. Me personally. I like firm pillows,. Overall, my stay was good. Housekeeping and management staff were professional and helpful.

The one bedroom suite was awesome. It also had a kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher & full fridge. We were able to cook and save some money. The suite was big, comfortable and clean. It was perfect for 4 of us.

A bit outdated but super comfortable and did its job of giving us a clean place to sleep! They are doing renovations which was a wee bit loud and wish we had known before booking but they were done before we went to bed so it didn’t affect sleep. The staff was excellent and kind!

Other than the construction going on, our stay at Hampton Inn Tampa North was easy and comfortable. We were on the third floor so we got more construction noise than most and we were working in the room so it was definitely distracting but I understand there wasn't much to be done. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great.
