    The only 3 good things about my room was the bed, toilet, and hot water. The microwave was missing a handle and did not close. Couldn’t use that. The door looked like someone broke in. Which I did not feel safe. The room did not have extra towels or wash rags which we needed. 1 side of the room had charging outlets. The room smelled like old smoke. The front desk clerk was not available for approximately 5 mins to check in. And she did not smile, say hello or give a friendly greeting. If it wasn’t so late I would’ve taken a monetary loss and went somewhere else. I will not book this chain hotel again.

    I like that normally there is a stale smell in rooms at places like that and there was one there but it was super faint barely noticeable. It was pretty clean too. Bed was comfy. I saw 2 residential roaches but to be expected I guess since families live there

    There was a fake eyelash on the comforter, someone else's hair inn the shower and the bed was less than comfortable witg a broken spring in the middle of the mattress. There was also NO platre/utensils/kitchen items provided - you had to purchase then for an outrageous amount. The staff was nice, but it's clear there is high turnover. Would NOT recommend.

    Nothing I did not like the property because at first the staff had me on hold at the front door for 30 minutes , then when she finally came downstairs she was looking bothered and then she made me wait before checking me in also keeping me at the door until she felt like opening it. When I went up to see the room , I opened it and saw visible roaches on the floor and on the sink , everywhere running around the room. I would never stay there again

    Stay away from this property, had to wait outside this hotel holding bags for more than 20mins because their lobby is closed off, front desk agent didn't welcome us only words she said was ID and sign here, not welcoming at all no directions to the elevators, elevator was extremely dirty, the room was not well prepared, the shower/tub area had a few hairs, only had 2 towels to use, very disappointed in this place

    Cons: The room had roaches and took forever to cool down with the air on high. The tub in the bathroom couldn’t plug closed so the kids couldn’t take a bath. The elevator was wobbly and the hallway on the second floor (where our room was) smelled like a crab boil…. But not in a good way. There’s no pool or breakfast (not that it’s listed that there is, just it would’ve been nice to get out of the room for a swim). Pros: location was ok, check in was easy, beds were relatively comfortable.

    The front desk was closed when we arrived. Had to call and wait about 30 minutes to front desk to open. The room was very dirty, there was a dead cockroach right in the middle of the room, spiderweb on the wall, a wet napkin in the corner of the room, the toilet was dirty, the bathtub was dirty, the floor was dirty. And as a bonus, we couldn't sleep because the walls are so thin, you can appreciate all the night activities in the next room. It was horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend...

    Not much Super sticky floors in room,my shoes stuck to he floor… tv did not work in multiple rooms, room was so hot when I walked in, zero customer service after 10pm or actually 9:40, no hair dryer, halls smell of a mixture of weed, Mexican food, Asian food and wet dogs. Stairwell smells like dog poop and urine. Phone is room doesn’t work either. Mold all over ceiling in bathroom and rust consumed the towel rods in the bathroom too and not sure what’s all over the walls and ceiling above and around the bed.

    Probably one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. Cockroach on the bed, bathroom had towels strewn and trash in the can, and the room they moved us to had an unmade bed and was not clean. Forced to stay here as all other local hotels were booked. There is a local club nearby so had booming base until 3 am and then the upstairs guest were making a lot of noise at 6:30ish in the morning. Strongly advise to STAY AWAY!

    Upon entering my room, I found a full trash can, unpleasant odors, and empty water bottles. My bed also had a stain and the refrigerator had rust spots all over it. I contacted Hotels.com to express my concerns and requested a refund for the days I won’t be staying. As I attempted to “wind down” from a long day, I turned on the TV but encountered a signal issue. It said, “No Signal” and I could not get it to work. The final problem was discovering spots of feces in the toilet. To say this experience was troubling is an understatement. I have taken photos of all of these issues (trash can, tv that did not work, the unclean toilet and even a refrigerator that was not clean and had rust spots all over it). As a business owner, it is natural for me to have to make important decisions based on what’s right, wrong and fair. In this case, the fair and right thing to do is to refund me for the 3 nights I did not stay (January 15-January 18). If a refund is not provided, I will escalate this to the Florida Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection Division), local Better Business Bureau (BBB), and if necessary, file a complaint with the state's Division of Hotels and Restaurants (DHR).

    I first entered room 313 at roughly 7pm. At the time, nothing felt off, apart from the old food aroma on the common areas and the room. I came back at about 1:30 in the morning and when I entered the room, I found about twenty cockroaches, big and small, all over the kitchen and the floor. I had not left any food inside the room, apart from an unopened bottle of water. We took pictures of the roaches and called in, but they did not want to move us to another room nor refund us. They didn’t try to help and didn’t recommend any alternatives to stay the night in. Neither costumer service nor hotel property staff bothered to show up. The main costumer service line failed to provide any solution whatsoever. Me and my husband had to figure out where to stay with our two kids last minute, and ended up almost having to sleep in the car. Awful experience. We have already reached out to Expedia they have been very helpful. We are expecting a refund.

    The manager was super nice. Some of the people that work there were very nice. Some are rude and childish the carpet smelled like fish. There were a lot of roaches. Everything leaked the bathroom titleing was coming up and there was always water stagnant under it.

    I got there for a late check in, there were no key for my room they have to let me in and if I have to get out of the front door of the hotel I was simply locked out and have to use a phone in the entrance to get someone to open doors for me.

    The bed frame made loud noises and moved from just sitting on the bed. The frame itself would move on the floor as well as the bed would move on the frame. Only 2 towels in a room booked for 3 nights for 2 people and a cook top but no pans to cook with unless you wanted to spend $30 to rent some from the front desk. The hallways smelled of some kind of funk i cant explain. I would not book again

Several months later I stayed at the hotel again and told them I forgot to pick up my deposit from last time.     That 1.97 surprise linen fee is the most stupid, ridiculous, moronic, thing I've ever heard of. I got to my hotel room and it's very mediocre at best. If I'm paying a linen tax I would imagine that my sheets towels and etc are the highest quality. Surprise or no not surprising they are not. They are cheap scratchy uncomfortable pieces of fabric. The mirrors are streaky the shower head is disgusting, there is a foul black ring around the drain in the tub. There's no box spring it's just a very uncomfortable hard springy mattress on metal bars.

    I did have to wait a bit to check-in because of other angry customers. Issues: The entire lobby smelled like marijuana, so did the parking lot. The elevator was not working and we were put on the 4th floor. That meant walking up 4 flights with our bags, etc. My husband and I both have terrible knees, it was pretty bad. The floor in the room was sticky, it was gross. My reservation said 2 adults, but we only had 2 small and worn out towels. No fun. The toilet ran non-stop. The shower head sucked, it was clogged and not much water came out. I would definitely appreciate a refund.

    Bueno que puedo decir estuve dos noches y desde primer día vimos la suciedad pisos del cuarto y por los pasillos y ascensor, mucho olor a perro, cuando decidimos usar TV le habían robado cable HDMI y mi esposo llamó y trataron pero luego ni el control contestó tenían, primer día no salía agua caliente, ya los otros días si, por eso no dijimos nada y la persona que se estaba quedando arriba hacía demasiado ruido en la hora de dormir y ya cuando ya era para levantarse dormía me imagino, era desesperante escuchar tanta corredera arriba y por los pasillos. En fin solo me gustó que tenía estufa y nevera grande, la cama cómoda y mucho espacio para acomodarse.

    When we arrived it was night and the parking lot and building were so dark we weren’t sure we were at the right place. ⛳️ There was an angry couple at the desk inquiring about a refund. ⛳️ When we mentioned the lights to the girl at the front desk she said she forgot to turn the lights on and flipped a switch. ⛳️ Upon arriving at the room it looked like a low rent inner city apartment.⛳️ The laminate floors were sticky, hopefully from too much cleaning product as they did seem freshly mopped.⛳️ No going barefoot. But the bed and bathroom appeared clean. My husband, who is 6’5”, was probably the only one tall enough to see the big white strap on dildo on top of the cabinets.😵 The girl at the front desk apologized profusely and promptly came and removed it. Then there were the 3 roaches🪳we had to kill when we left the room dark, so we learned to leave the lights on when we went out. Look, we grew up in the ghetto so we were able to thug it out (no money for another room and no refund for at least 3 days from this property). BUT THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I’VE STAYED IN AS AN ADULT. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I have pics of the room and the things we saw there. I will upload if possible.

    -front desk closes at 10:00pm. After which you need to call in and wait for the on call employee to come check you in. -there is no coffee maker in room or in lobby. In fact you must pay extra for a kitchen utensil set ($30) or kitchen ware ($20). -our TV did not work and when we called we were told there was no maintenance worker on site. Overall very disappointed. We really should have spent the extra $$ and stayed elsewhere.

    I am not sure if you received our full review. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we have used extended stay for years. This experience has us not ever staying at an extended stay again. We changed our plans as we decided to go to Tampa instead of Pompano Beach. We wanted to change our reservation but was told no. We ate the 266.00. When we arrived in Tampa we waited to check in. We tried to walk our dogs in the dog are. It was impossible due to all the poop everywhere, and the poop container was full. We mentioned it to the desk clerk she cringed and that was it. The container stayed full and was full when we left. There was poop around the whole building. Our room had no TV remote, we could not get coffee or a coffee pot. We killed roach, and 3 doors down they sealed it off and were fumigating, . The stairwells smelled of a week old trash can sitting in the sun. The carpets were filthy and stink. Puke in the elevator. It was bad. We have stayed across the US , but will never stay at an Extended Stay America! If this email falls on deaf ears, that’s ok.

    Manager called me same day of my reservation to cancel because there were roaches on the kind of room i had reserved and there was no other available. My friend did check in to hers and it was a nightmare from the bad appareace of the people outside smoking weed to the clugged bathroom. Im glad they cancelled on me but i ended up paying 700$ for another hotel because it was my sons soccer tournament weekend and i had no choice. Wont recommend at all, apparently there is long term residents there.
