The ratings were low but you can tell the property is working hard to upgrade the property. The staff was friendly welcoming and polite. The continental breakfast was sparse. The juice machine did not work and the selection was limited.

absolutely nothing. This was the worst experience I have had. The first room we were given the AC did not work and they tried to tell us to wait while I had my infant child with me. Once I went downstairs to show, he was clearly hot. The manager then made it a big deal about changing rooms. After 30 minutes, he finally switched our room but didn’t even meet the standards to the room I already paid for so i got downgraded. The bathroom had black feet marks stained to the bottom of it. balcony was disgusting. Online it states breakfast is included, but all they are offering is toast, but the toaster doesn’t even work. They offer four options of juice, but the machine says every single one is out of order. Coffee machine, but no sugar and the creamer was left on the counter.

I mean the room was clean, but when I was checking out, I found the roach in the room and one in the hallway. Also, the place had a funky smile. I mean, it’s in Florida. I expect bugs but not cockroaches.

Plenty of parking, rooms were clean but not the best. Pool was dirty and remained dirty during my two days of stay. But still nice budget friendly. Recommended for solo travelers of families that don't look for much luxury.

The bed and tv were nice It’s was honestly disgusting, had stains on everything my balcony has mold from the ac unit and theirs a literal fat buger like someone blew a snot rocket on the wall.

We were able to leave our truck for $15.00 a night and use Lyft to go to the port for a cruise. The owners and staff are also very nice. Older Hotel but they have put a lot of work into it and it's in a good location, no real issues

Location was good, easy access to Bush gardens, not a far drive to ybor down town tampa or to clear water or saint Petersburg. Just dont make wrong turn very close to questionable parts of town !!!!! Did not have full breakfast as advertised only toast. And again , one wrong , turn away from the hotel will leave you in a questionable neighborhood.

I was assaulted in the lobby. received a head injury. Needed to stay an additional few days and they all of a sudden didnt speak English. THey also double charged me for my whole stay even though I prepaid.

Well to start both my rooms we found roaches in, then I tripped in the parking lot scrapped my knee pretty badly and my ankle was twisted we asked for band aides the guy at the front desk gave us a small one my boyfriend went in and asked for a bigger one he was hesitant on it but gave us one we needed another and he told us that he didn’t have anymore, never once asked if I was ok or attempted to see what may have cause me to fall on YOUR property am very disappointed with my stay I will NOT recommend you nor will I stay here again!!

The pool was cloudy and I never saw it used for the 5 days I was there. The sensor doors to exit the building stick and when I asked about it at the desk I was rudely told to use another door that was on the exact opposite side of where my car was parked

I have stayed there four times and at least three of the four I've had to ask for a refrigerator and a microwave that are supposed to be in the room , they also advertise breakfast and rice cooker which neither one happened when I was there yesterday first time I asked about microwave I was told to use the one in the breakfast area

The room itself looked clean and we asked for extra towels and got them. The room didn't have a microwave but there was a microwave at the entrance. They have also a space where you can buy refreshment, snacks etc. and a litte pool outside. The location was actually good in terms of distance from major sights, for example; the RJS, the shopping centers, downtown (like within fifteen minutes). The options during breakfast were very limited, so we didn't eat there. There was a very nasty smell in the hallway. The environment outside the hotel didn't look that safe.

The floor of the room was gross, uncleaned and literally had a film on it that our shoes would slip on. Bathroom was dirty. Couch in the room looked like it has been there since the Nixon administration. Didnt bother complaining because we were only there for a local concert and were barely in the room but this is to let other ppl know. I dont even mind a bad hotel but this was 0 out of 5.

The room was not expensive so my expectations were low. However the room was clean enough but we did see multiple roaches in the bathroom. The garbage was not emptied, the tub was not clean. We didn't even shower that's how much my kids were opposed to doing so. We were they for a ight so it didn't kill us however I would never stay there again.

The air conditioning was broken. They didn’t have any rooms to exchanges too. I’m still waiting on a discount to be refunded to me, which has not been given yet. Please remove them from your list of travel options.

They let me check in earlier. no elevator to use we had to use the stairs all the time either the property didn't have elevators or the elevator didn't work, but they told us to use the stairs. We had to be using the stairs to get to her room and to go out. They need to check their water temperatures. I had no cold water. I had to take steam hot showers and the sofa bed was horribly terribly nasty. They need to replace the sofa bed it look like it hasn't been changed in years. The both sofa, bed and bedmattress had stains sofa beddid not have a cover sheet for us to even lay on extra pillows for the sofa bed the room had an extra room with sink and no door look weird in the room AC & TV worked fine. Had a good night sleep. There were no noise on the hallways for me and my daughter. We slept very good. We felt safe to stay there.

This is just for you to improve, the size of the room is great, but cleaning wasn’t good, I found tags in the restroom, the restroom curtains and tower you can see stain, a lot of noisy if people talking, as well when they are cleaning with loud music and talk in the morning. Cafe machine or water doesn’t work. The reception is not very friendly or polite. I am sorry but I have been in simple hotel but clean and cozy. I am sure you can improve that!

I stayed at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tampa Fairgrounds and overall had a pretty normal experience. The staff was okay; I didn’t really interact with them much during my stay. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well (which matters in Tampa), and they provided basic toiletries. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re just looking for somewhere simple to sleep. On the downside, they charged a $50 deposit upon arrival that wasn’t mentioned when I made the reservation. Housekeeping was also limited, I only saw them once, and they just offered to take out the trash and provide new towels, so don’t expect daily cleaning. The “included breakfast” is very minimal, basically just coffee, tea, and bagels. The area is a bit sketchy, so I’d recommend not walking around, either Uber or rent a car to get around safely.

There was a short hair in the tub and what looked like pubic hairs around the sink. The room was so smoky and stink. It's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. All of my clothes reeked of the smoke. The sheets were causing me to itch. They staff was unpleasant. I felt duped. I have stayed in many Days Inn before, but this was the worst. The building from the outside looks like it's falling apart. The pictures are all lies. The location is close to the airport and stadium, but the area is bad. I will never book Days Inn again after this stay. Wish I took more photos of the bathroom and tub.

Clean enough. No microwave or hair dryer in the room, although there was one microwave in the lobby. Also only one trash can in the entire room. Just weird to have over 100 channels on the TV but not have these basics. Free coffee in the lobby was good.

The hotel was not as described at first. Upon check in time the room was not ready until an hour after check in time. The sheets were dirty and had a weird red stain on it. The room was poorly lit we had to turn on every lamp in the room for a decent light to see. The TV remote did not work it was only able to turn the volume up and down but nothing else so we were stuck watching one channel the whole trip. The refrigerator smelled bad and the room had no microwave. The bathroom had no privacy in the shower. The door to the bathrooms had a crack in it and did not close all the way unless you put your full body weight on it. The “breakfast included “ was a bagels and juice and the microwave did not work. And to top it all off on our last night the lights in the hotel went out no rain or lightning in the area.

It was horrible lights went out there was no elevator there was no mirror in our room there also wasn’t a light in the part where the bathroom was the staff was horrible except one man he was great nothing works there no microwave no coffee pot it wasn’t a great experience

Not really an accessible bathroom. There were rails on the wall but tub was deep, no hand held shower. The shower chair did not fit in the tub. Unable to bathe or shower. Unfinished construction in room which wss lacking a closet. There was space for a closet but no rod to hang garments. No coffee maker, no microwave. Staff borders on being rude to guests. The clean beds were a plus. The floor had not been cleaned. Broken soap dispenser. Not what I expected. This chain's hotels quality has deteriorated tremendously over the years. Days Inn is no longer the family oriented inn.

I killed 8 cockroachs in less then a week in my room alone. Saw lots dead or alive walking in the hallway. Halls almost always look like they need to be swept and mopped. Toilet leaked on the floor. And I had to keep asking for someone to mop my room floor. My feet kept turning black.

I don’t even know how to explain, but not like stains but crumbs of something and a lot of it everywhere as if the sheets had never been changed. Water on the bathroom floor between the toilet and shower. Couldn’t tell if it was coming from the shower or toilet. Hair clumps on the floor. Toilet seat up With pee and cigarette Ashes in the toilet. Absolutely disgusting. Took pictures and walked straight out of there.

The price was decent. The bed linens had stains on them, the bathroom door had a chunk missing from the bottom, there was a beer can that was used as an ash tray on our balcony, the bathroom sink was stained.

We arrived late in the night and went straight to bed. As we were sleeping a woman walked in our room from the patio. We hadn’t even realized there was a patio as the curtains were drawn when we arrived. Scared us to death and we screamed and yelled. She left and I locked the door. I called the front desk from my cell (phone in room was not working) to complain and the desk attendant just kept telling us to lock the door. Duh!!? Should have been locked when we arrived by your staff! We didn’t sleep at all that night. The lock on the patio hardly closed. I complained to the desk attendant the next morning and he said they have bars but haven’t been installed yet. Luckily the woman left or we would’ve called the police. I’m super unhappy about the whole experience

Room is not properly maintained. Cabinets are not fixed properly. No cabinet for clothes. Linens doesn’t smell fresh. The evening staff is not so helpful either. I asked for a toothpaste and he said they don’t provide which I think is not normal for motels. In the booking apps it says there is a microwave in the room and an iron for clothes but there is nothing in my room. First time I booked a room without a microwave.

No phone in the room, no holder for the TP in the bathroom, no shelf or rack for the towels. Âd claims free breakfast but was only granola bars and old fruit. No coffee pot in the room. For $ 140 a night I would have expected more. It was more like a $ 80 a night hotel. We stayed a week and the hallways were never swept or vacuumed. Dirty and needing updates.

I personally had a very bad experience started with BJ, business card on the counter reflects Vijay Patel General Manager. When i reported to the counter to check in He stated I am out of King beds, I stated Sir, are you aware I booked this room on 2-26-26,for 1 king size bed because of my physical Size and its two of us.BJ started I don't have any more king size beds. I replied you can not change my reservation, would you like to see my reservation number, BJ said no, I stated i want a king size bed, and you are not allowed to change what i have booked over two weeks ago. Mr.BJ stated i can do what ever i want to do and i replied no sir, you will not change my reservation why do you think it call reservation, we exchanged a few no profanity or disrespectful words. He offered me a room with two queen beds. I wanted to see this room with two queen beds and said no sir give me what i have paid for, He then said you can go some where else. I said i would if i had time but i have business in a few hours from now. Mr.BJ stated" ok i found a room you know how it is some body came in here wanting to get 10 ten room all with King beds and paid" I said what does that got to do with me i paid before they did. when arrived to my up stairs room no elevator i was horrified, the closet was empty NOTHING but a large empty space only one light in back and a Safe in the corner. I retrieve a ironing board from front desk. no microwave. I have 6 six pictures having trouble loading.

This facility has only stairs, the bathroom floor looked as if it hadn’t been swept properly, there was multiple stains on the shower, curtain and tub, there was no microwave in the room to which I did not realize until coming back home and needing to heat up my leftovers the next day, the toilet pressure in the bathroom was a very low, causing the toilet to clog. The hot water was very hot and the pressure was good.They do have breakfast from 6 to 9 but I did not wake up early enough for, also this listing is near Ybor city, there was a lot of homeless people nearby, and what looked to be a homeless setup behind the fence of the property. However, we were not approached by any homeless people. Also, upon checking the bed I did not notice any markings or bugs to indicate bedbugs . Overall, the establishment looks like it had gotten the landlord special.

The first thing I noticed when entering the room is that it was hot and humid. The air was completely off. I will say the air conditioner was pretty much brand new and the room cooled down quickly, but it didn’t make getting ready a little difficult as I was sweating until it did finally cool down. We left to go to a concert and when we came back later, we just wanted to go to bed… That’s when we realize the pillowcases were filthy. At that point, we just grabbed pillows off the other bed that looked like they were clean and went to bed.

Arrived around 11:30pm after driving 4.5hrs and went straight to sleep . Woke up the next morning to take a shower before boarding our cruise and the shower was filthy . It had not been cleaned and there was roach feces in the corners . The floors had not been mopped . I refused to shower in those conditions and went down to the front office and showed him the pictures. He refused to refund me me.

The staff is very rude and keep changing the price room and asking more and when I checked out , the counter man said I have no cash deposit . After we fight and he giving me the book which my information that i handling $50 cash for deposit . I am not recommend to stay there .

While the room was clean, it seemed to be under renovation. I must say the guy at reception when I checked in needs to be a little more accommodating. I had a small request to be given an upper level room. His tone was not good. He could have said the same thing with a better attitude. When checking out the other guy was very polite and for this reason I might consider staying there another time

The gentleman at the front desk did not seem to enjoy his job. He was not welcoming or engaging. He was just simply doing as little as it took to get the job done. This has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. The hotel room I given had feces roaches and mode in the refrigerator. There are some type of bugs underneath the sheets. I will never stay in another Days Inn hotel. The guy at the desk didn’t seem concerned. Told me do what I have to do.

Very very old motel, probably from the 60s or 70s. Minor updates like a new lighted mirror in the bathroom and bed. Everything else was very old very out of date. Inside and out. The price led me to believe it would be a typical Wyndham property, I was very disappointed in my opinion the price should’ve been half or less what I had to pay for the room. Really the first time this has happened to me in nearly 50 years of traveling.

There was no toilet working it would not flush. When I told them they told me there was no other rooms available, but I could use a room across the hall to go to the bathroom if I needed to when I told him I was going to review this all of a sudden, there was a room available and they moved me across the hall it’s a terrible room and I do not recommend anyone stay there when you’re told you have to go across the hall to another room to go to the bathroom that is totally unacceptable.

Room could use some work . Cracks in the walls behind the door , questionable stain on the office chair bed was very uncomfortable. You could see the staff went out out their way to make it look presentable with what they had . Not the best but also not the worst.

The room itself was fine. However the staff here thought it was appropriate to knock on our door and call my phone 3 times at 1am to ask us to move our car. They woke all three of us (including a child) up for this. They explained that garbage collection was coming in a few hours and the truck couldn’t get to the dumpster. There was no signage in the lot that indicted we couldn’t park there. There were several cars parked closer to the dumpster than mine (also no sign). When I asked the woman behind the desk why they couldn’t ask us during daylight hours she said she noticed it the prior night as well but the day crew must have forgotten to ask us. We even visited the front desk that day to ask for towels so they had the opportunity to ask us. I would have had no issue moving the car but knocking on the door and waking us up in the middle of the night is unacceptable and inappropriate especially since we are women traveling alone. I considered it a risk to open the door in the middle of the night to a stranger even though the front desk person was also a woman. You never know what can happen. Again, I have no idea why they thought it was ok to do that at 1am and the woman didn’t seem to understand my concern with this. At the very least this location needs to add signage to those parking spots so this sort of thing doesn’t happen again.

Pretty shabby hotel. Bathroom had unfinished plumbing repairs underway. Lobby, hallways appeared to be maintained under the philosophy of "just put on another coat of paint and everything will be fine". Common area lighting was poor. Location was good...we came for an event at the fairgrounds, which was less than a quarter mile away.

Water pressure was low and broken shower tape. Stuff was ok

Dirty, washer and dryers don't work and in a bad neighborhood. But you get what you pay for.

Customer service wasn’t great, door to the room got stuck and wouldn’t close sometimes. Room service only came once the 3 days we were there, and when room service did come she only made one bed and didn’t even change the sheets. Overall not clean. There were stains on the sheets.

We reserved a room with a king bed and there was only rooms with two doubles available. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel itself is not in good shape. It’s in a very bad area of Tampa. The manager requested a $50 deposit after I’d already paid and gave me a room with two full beds instead of one king like I’d booked. The siding glass door did not lock. The manager said the entire hotel is smoke free yet the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. So much to the point where I started coughing, sneezing and felt like I was getting sick. Worth paying a little more for a nicer place to sleep. The rooms were dirty, bedding dirty, floors dirty, bathroom dirty. Just wouldn’t recommend.

Upon arrival I was given a room that had not been cleaned! Trash everywhere! Went to the desk and he gave me another room, of course someone was already occupying that room. He was a 6’12’ man that wasn’t happy with me opening his door on him at that time of the night!

It was not located in my preferred area and not knowing this city, I went on Expedia’s recommendation. My relatives did tell me that it was a sketchy part of town. Motel looked like it was undergoing renovations - room lacking microwave and hair dryer.

There was hair in the sink. There was a dead bug on the top of the bedspread. The bath spigot was not secured to the wall. And the deadbolt on the door did not fit the door jamb. We went through the night with only the passover lock on the inside of the door. Do NOT stay here. It is advertised as "all new rooms" and there's new paint, but much of the room we had was substandard.

The hotel was poorly maintained. Ongoing construction, no elevator, poorly laid out and painted. Beds were comfortable and ok value for one night.

The parking area is large enough to accommodate many cars. Since they're remodeling the hotel and the surroundings, it is expected to see people working there. The staff were especially helpful when I needed them most.

The fridge didnt work, the front desk guy was no help ever. We asked for maid service and never got it. No phones in the room to call for more towels had to keep going to the front to get them. There was something all over the walls. The celing was pealing. The tv apps never worked even though internet was hooked up

Publicize. I’m sure it’s due to the sketchy area, but that needs to be said before checkin. Bathroom may have been recently cleaned but not enough. Hair on the floor, grime in the tub.

Under renovation, very accommodating owners. If you can look past the debris and clutter, it’s probably going to be very nice. We paid $30 for early check in and one of the newly renovated rooms was available. Noisy neighborhood with lots of panhandling.

The room we booked was apparently occupied by someone who supposedly broke into the premises and locked the room from the inside. This made me feel entirely unsafe in staying there. The staff offered a suite, but because of the situation I preferred not to stay at the property and requested a refund. Since I booked through Expedia, they promised to confirm the situation and approved my refund. I’m grateful for their cooperation in assisting with getting the refund for the booking (even though it was a non-refund booking through Expedia).

We were passing by Tampa and were looking for an economic hotel for a one night stay. It looks like the hotel is going under improvements and it has several features in the works. The bathroom is what needs the most attention, bathtub, sink, floor.

I wouldn't stay here again. It was a cheap option for a night, so I picked it. The clerk had us standing there for like 20 minutes while he checked us in and asked me and my friends for all of our ID's (and maybe that's standard, but like he got my 15 yr old cousins PERMIT why do you need that.) We get to our room and it smells musty, the ceiling is cracking and stained, the floor wasn't clean (crumbs and stuff), the tub looked gross and in every corner there was dirt and grime build up. I knew what I was getting into with a budget hotel, but this was kinda bad for like a place that has won awards. Like what did you even win an award for...

Place was filthy. Chunks missing out of the walls and bathroom door. People yelling and fighting outside our sliding glass door at 1am and again at 4am. Homeless people surrounding the place offering drugs. Trash piled up everywhere. I will never stay at a days inn again. Horrible hotel experience.

It was okay. It's a quiet place to stay. It's not a give star resort. It was clean, although it did have an odor in my like old wet furniture or something. Other than that it was okay. I'm still waiting for the hotel to give me back my deposit.

Made reservations online, I do not live in the area, looking for something budget friendly, I had a event at Amalie Arena Saturday night, upon arriving it looked run down and the parking lot and grounds was littered with garbage. Room was clean, otherwise I should have booked something else . Parked on the side of the building by the pool which had some unsavory people hanging out on bicycles by the door..once in the room someone up stars was using a saw, and I heard a child repeatedly crying from the top floor..never again.. my opinion looks like it was a welfare hotel..

Terrible! I fell for the pictures on the website. The location is a shady area. You tell the hotel by its patrons. Rooms are dirty, the linen was stained, and probably not washed. We saw human hair on the floor. We saw dead cockroaches. Half the bulbs and outlets do not work. The clerk was very nonchalant. He moved us to a different room, which turned out to be worse than the 1st one. We moved back to the first one. We booked for 3 days but checked out in a day and moved to Holiday Inn, which was $40 more, but was like heaven in comparison. Don't fall for the pictures; you get what you pay for.

First and foremost the pictures they have online for their hotel are false. Nothing was what it was supposed to be other than the room looked like the pictures, there was nasty stains on the couch and chair so we didn’t get to use them stayed on the bed the whole time. The employees were all in bad moods or something. I asked for a clean blanket because there was blood stains on the one on our bed and the guy had a horrible attitude. Guest were crowding the very small lobby. Our electric went out cause you can’t use the microwave and tv and refrigerator at the same time, which we were not told about. When we asked for it to be fixed they said you have to wait till morning the maintenance guy was asleep…and then had to ask again the following afternoon cause no one came. There was cigarette butts all over the property and in front of all the sliding glass doors. Dead bugs and food on the floors. The room we stayed in was 103 and it’s a “suite” but it’s not at all worth the money spent. I do not recommend staying here…

First off, pictures advertised are so misleading (total bait and switch), Tv didn’t work, phones didn’t work, multiple holes in bedspreads/ plus so old the bed spread should be thrown away, room smelled , dead roaches in hallway- not clean, hallway smells like weed , no elevator, no Wi-Fi as advertised, big hole at bottom of bathroom door like a rat chewed through it, and they ask for $50 deposit when you get there (like for what?) a total dump that should be $50 or less a night! The hotel staff AL, was nice and kind, plus he did give deposit back so that’s the only reason why it’s not all 1 stars.

The surrounding area has a big homeless population. The person at the desk was quite rude. The bed literally had a big dent in it. If you're going to stay here make sure you don't get room 105.

Days inn is absolutely wonderful they rooms are very clean and spacious. The front desk clerks are overly amazing both gentlemen's are very funny and very nice. And every time I come into the hotel with me and my kids we are welcome with open arms I recommend everyone coming here getting a wonderful excellent awesome hospitality experience from Days inn...

It cost way too much for such a sorry place

Bait and switch, this is literally a base camp for hookers and drug dealers. Illegal gambling machines in the lobby, countless people wandering in and out from the local ghetto. Ice machine leaking into the hallway, rusty appliances, laughed at when I asked about breakfast which it stated was included. Zombies wandering the parking lot literally all night making exchanges making crazy noises. If my family was there I absolutely would have left without even parking the car. I was genuinely concerned about even parking my car overnight. When I stepped out of my car there was literally 3 small empty crack rock baggies in my parking spot alone. All surrounding buildings are vacant and the surrounding neighborhood is extremely dangerous looking.

This hotel says it’s smoke free but reeks of cigarette smoke. There are also cigarette burns on the blankets and one window was covered by a stapled blanket instead of a curtain. Really gross.

This is a dump. They have long term people living here! Not what a”Wyndom Suites” property should be. Not safe. Not clean - you should not offer this property to travelers.

Nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Loogies, spit, and boogers on the walls. Huge stains on the broken mattresses, floors were not swept or mopped, toilet wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay, shampoo and conditioner bottles on the walls were empty, their “grab-n-go breakfast” was sad, coffee was watery, no creamer choices, the whole inside smelled terrible, and the carpet in the hall was crunchy and full of stains. Should have stayed in my car and saved my $200. Also went in the gas station across the street one time where I was asked for money by three different people. Awful part of town. I did not feel safe and I never felt clean. Will never stay there again.

The only good thing I have to say about this location is that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is not the greatest in town, and we actually had a couple people come up to us to ask for smokes and other items and cussed us out because we said now. If you're looking for a quick place to lay you head for the night, sure, but I wouldn't recommend more than that. The floors are not mopped, they were so sticky, there was an odd smell in the rooms and they were just dirty. When it came to the staff, they were excellent in helping with all of my questions and concerns for staying a few extra days and charges. Ybor City is the hard side of town, I'll just leave it at that.

It was not as presented on line. Looked like a dump both inside and out. Room furniture had many stains on it. Floor were dirty. Bed had a queen size boxspring with a king size mattress. Sitting on the edge of the bed was very uncomfortable and dangerous since there was no support. Night stand had garbage behind it. Guess it was never moved and cleaned in the back. Curtains could use a good wash. I felt unsafe due to the plexiglass that covered the front desk. I will never use this place again. Wasn't worth the money that I paid.

We were there for four nights. They argued with us about giving us towels to go to the pool. The room was really dirty. It was a no smoking room. Both of the beds had burn holes on the comforters. It was just not pleasant at all.

The location is not the best area. The area itself wasn’t the cleanest. We had to be moved rooms upon checking in because the first room was filthy. There was something all over the curtains and walls that was flaky. Honestly looked like someone had thrown up or something exploded in there. Staff was friendly. They let us change rooms. The second room had dirty clothes left in it.

We recently stayed at the Days Inn Wyndham and the staff could not have been more awesome! They were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The pool was incredible, but the grounds outside were lettered with garbage, cigarette butts, etc. The hotel itself was very clean, and the breakfast was very limited, but we really appreciated having it and they did a great job keeping it stocked up

The only thing that was not ideal was that the tile grout in the walk-in shower needed to be thoroughly cleaned. The tile floor's grout had black mold on it.

One of the worst places we have stayed in. So regrettable we chose there. Cleaniness was big issue, had to change room and not much different. Management does seem to appreciate state of property!!

I ended up not staying at the hotel. When I arrived it was nothing like the pictures or the description. Ended up making another booking at a different hotel in the area.

When I arrived after a 6 hour drive there, the desk clerk with arguing with another customer about dirty towels, instead of just getting the other customer clean towels and going on about her day. When my mother and I got into the room we had to plug lights in just to be able to see and when we did there was a live roach that I had to kill before I brought my kids in there. The free Continental breakfast they barely had anything available and when they refilled it was only enough for a few people. There were 5 of us in our group alone so imagine a whole hotel full of people wanting breakfast.

Security gets bored and harasses you @ the pool asking if you paid to stay even though she knows we did. We dont cause any ruckus. stay in our room majority of the time sleeping inbetween our shifts. Never bring company to our room so the disrespect and rude behaviors from staff really throw us off and make us feel uneasy.

Horrible place to stay the pictures are not what you see when you go in person. The cleaning mess is horrible the room it’s a nightmare. It’s sad that hotels like this. Have employees like this and not be an inspected but it’s a horrible experience. my pictures here will say it all

When we first checked in, we entered the room and it had a severe musty smell (almost choked us up). There was hair on the bathroom counter. I walked towards the curtain to get some light and the carpet was soaking wet. The AC was leaking all over the floor. We asked for a new room and were accommodated instantly. The guy at the front desk was very nice and polite, honestly the best part about the stay. In the new room, there was more hair on the bathroom counter and the bed skirts had stains that looked like vomit. The fridge was very sticky/gummy on the shelf and in the drawer. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The cable worked great. The shower soaps and towels smelled nice. Was it worth the price? Yes. Would I book here again? Probably not.

No coffee making facilities

I woke up in the middle of the night and had 2 cuts on my leg from the bed, when I got up and removed the sheets the mattress was torn along the side and the springs were sticking out and cut my leg, I reported it to the staff and they came to the room and apologized but offered me no compensation and there is no way that housekeeping didn't notice this it's been like that for a while and the mattress was out of shape and stained, I feel like I should get at least a partial refund, I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone except to stay away!

This hotel does not look like the pictures. Very rundown and in a very unsafe neighborhood. Even the locals told us the area can be dangerous and to make sure you are in at night. We were very worried sleeping here. I would not recommend this is not a typical days inn or Wyndham hotel.

The place needs an upgrade, since you walk in smells like cigarettes. There are a lot of homeless people around the hotel and you can smell the cigarettes inside your room even with the doors closed.

Trap motel definitely feels like one of the worst hotels in the area

The photos online are OLD! This place is falling apart. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it and it’s a non-smoking hotel. It was a rough night.
