Room and amenities were very clean and in great condition, staff were friendly as well! No breakfast included but that wasn’t a problem for us as each room had a coffee machine and fridge. There was always parking, even at night when everyone returned to the hotel. Great stay overall.

1. I had opted for the free breakfast during booking itself and specially mentioned during check in itself. However, everyday morning the barista refused saying the hotel staff did not put it in the system. It was so frustrating that , on the last day I did not even bother going to the reception and paid for the breakfast 2. All hotel rooms had crazy shower design. The shower knob is too tight to even open and after closing constantly drips water from shower head on a metal drain. Had to put towels to be even sleep peacefully at night 3. While leaving noticed a bedbug

Our room a straw was on the bed, fast food napkins on the nightstand and the toilet was not flushed. It seemed like someone took a lunch break in our clean room. Front desk staff apologized, moved us to a new room. The next morning in the shower I found out the soap/shampoo was empty. While it’s a very new nice looking hotel, housekeeping must not be so great.

The breakfast was disappointing! I paid but they couldn’t find my name so I had to get the run around before being added. You could only select from two options and could only get a small coffee or drink. Definitely opposite to what I expected.

Check-in was quick, room was clean. AC worked super well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The only thing, I didn't find hot water for my shower in the morning ... They don't have a breakfast buffet , it's a la carte and it's not included. I didn't eat just had a coffee. Staff was nice and courteous. Overall good stay.

Everyone we interacted with was extremely nice and friendly. There was a slight issue with the included breakfast plan I bought, but they quickly rectified the problem without issue. I also appreciated that the pool and the outdoor patio were next to each other but separated by a locked gate. It gave my toddler a little bit of freedom to walk around. The fire pit, the lobby/bar area, the little nooks with TVs, and the fact that there was a mini Starbucks in the hotel were all great. I really didn’t come across anything that I didn’t like.

Excellent stay. We were in for four days for a funeral. EVERY member of the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and updated. The only issue I could complain about was the AC. Old style room unit - for me it is an issue bc I am a light sleeper. This is not a hotel for vacationers, it is more of a business hotel.

Place needs a spruce up for sure. Looking worn. Cold taking a shower because there is only a water shield and no door or curtain to close to keep warmth in. Downstairs area was kind of dirty.

The room was damp, smelled horribly musty/moldy, carpet damp had to wear shoes around the room to prevent wet socks!!! Disgusting! Called front desk and they could not switch my room because they overbooked the hotel. If you want to pay hundred to stay in a hotel where you feel damp all over, sinus issues from moldy air, listen to leaky shower all day/night, and no options then by all means go right ahead but I would steer CLEAR of this place. Absolute disappointment especially for the price and BRAND. You trust that you’re getting a clean and safe hotel room but that’s not the case.

The room was terrible from the minute I walked in it smelled like either cats or some animal, table under the tv was dirty and bathroom was not the cleanest. Overall it just wasn’t worth $250 a night. However the staff at the front counter was very welcoming and helpful and friendly.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Everything was clean. Good location. Could of had more storage in the room and in the bathroom. There was empty space under the vanity in the bathroom which could of housed shelving for storage. Not enough drawers in the living area.

The kitchen was worst in about 8 years. Food was very poor quality. Could only eat 2 out of 4 meatballs-dry & overcooked. The amount of wine was very small for the price. When I spoke to the front desk the next morning, I was told they would credit for the food. I'm still waiting for that. Needs much improvement.

When I arrived and there wasn’t a restaurant , I was upset and knew I would give a poor rating…..however…the staff was amazing, from the front desk how worked together so my room would be next to my sister’s room, all the to the great staff at their ‘bistro’. The room was great. Not much of a view our the back, but we had everything we needed. I actually would book it again.

The next day we asked for a refill, the cleaning person just the whole bottle on the bathroom counter without even exchanging the bottles in the shower. Even though we didn’t request a full room service, this wasn’t precisely my expectation from a Marriott hotel. Otherwise very comfortable and safe.

The experience with the receptionist], was appalling. He was rude and initially insisted that we did not have a second room reservation, despite me presenting the confirmation email. When I politely asked him to review the system for the reservation under an alternate name, he refused. Instead, he insisted that we call Expedia and repeatedly expressed that third-party bookings were the issue. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment at a hotel. Eventually, the reservation was located, but he then provided my son with the incorrect room keys twice. This entire check-in process was frustrating and unacceptable. I expect a much higher standard of service, and I would appreciate a response addressing this matter.

Ok… the room was awesome except for one thing… there must have been a cat on the bed or something. My allergies were as if a cat was there. When I’d leave I was fine. So I had to buy meds! It’s all good! I still slept pretty well on the comfy bed!

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff was amazing, room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I didn’t want to leave lol I took my 5 year old with me for a mini vacation and we’ll absolutely be back. Perfect location if you have kiddos! McDonald’s, arcade, Red Robin etc is very close. I loved everything.

I have stayed at this property several times when flying into Tampa International Airport while on my way to another location. It’s clean and quiet and convenient. The staff is helpful and friendly. I did not partake of the breakfast so I can’t rate it.

There it was very clean. There are some spots that are little tired, but overall, I thought the bed was comfortable. The pillows were great. The air-conditioning was good and the staff was excellent very personable very friendly.

The property was quaint/a little hidden, which made it more private. Like a hidden gem. I was able to get in some good morning walks & avoid traffic. Great shopping & dining close by.

Close to the mall & restaurants and shopping centers as it is just off the highway. I had to Drive for about 15 mins just to get to coffee even though there were several Restaurants in the area. Accommodations; bed was comfy, I like the lounge sofa for watching tv, I hate that you can’t remove the shower head but the water was hot, Provided enough towels. I loved the desk Space but I brought work along. Even if you needed to get out of the room there was space in the lobby, the hotel wasn’t extremely busy but there was traffic … Pool was down because of the rain and no outside sitting because that area was closed as I overheard it. Check out was at 11, but I asked for late check out and they gave me 1 hour, 2 hours would have been better based on check in time. I didn’t even stop in the lobby for breakfast but didn’t notice coffee but saw complimentary water, that’s about it. I could have added breakfast for $6, or $11, I don’t remember because it appeared when I reserved which wasn’t bad. Oh how could I forget that to heat your food, you have to take it downstairs to the lobby to heat, which anytime I come across this I think it’s crazy. At least put a microwave on the floor near the ice machine. Like at great wolf lodge they have this on every floor in a closed area.

During my visit, the pool was out of service (4 days) and the surrounding area was unkempt. The room had a strong moldy odor. I've booked several times at this location since it opened, and its condition has started to decline. The staff was really welcoming which was the only positive quality of my stay.

First time staying and I loved it

Our room smelled like urine and we also found mold the next morning. Even after leaving the room all of my families luggage was left smelling absolutely disgusting. Everyone on the property was absolutely amazing and deserves raises.

Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of body odor, which suggested the space hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The rugs appeared heavily soiled, with visible dirt embedded in the fabric, and the bathroom was particularly concerning—there was mold present and what looked like stains or splatters on the walls. Additionally, the bed linens did not feel fresh, which made it uncomfortable to settle in on the first night. The overall cleanliness of the room and common areas, including the pool, left much to be desired. Construction on-site further detracted from the experience. It was also disappointing that streaming services, which were previously available during my past stays, were no longer accessible in the room I was assigned. I would like to acknowledge Maria from your staff—she was kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. Her professionalism stood out in an otherwise underwhelming visit. This hotel used to be a favorite of mine, but something has clearly changed—whether it was an older room or a lapse in housekeeping standards, the quality did not reflect what I’ve previously experienced. I hope this feedback is helpful and that steps will be taken to improve guest satisfaction moving forward.

Only note I’d have is to either have more than one non-Tesla EV charger or limit the time a car is able to stay hooked up as during our stay one car was utilizing it nearly the whole time.

While it was a nice hotel, our room had a bad smell as you entered. Also the fact that it has no restaurant is something that we disliked. Staff was friendly and the beds were super comfortable

place was amazing, very nice, etiquette and polite staff. The only thing I did not like was in the bathroom tub there is not door so sometimes water would splash on the floor, but overall had a great stay, no noises from anyone next door or outside at night.

The staff was very nice, however the room was HORRIBLE. Dirty, smelly and even mold in the A/c vent. I suffer from asthma and had a big crisis, couldn’t stop coughing. The rug felt wet and sticky making an unpleasant odor. Will not come back.

Staff were great! Rooms very clean and spacious. Husband and I really enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting Tampa!

The property is pretty basic with small rooms and worn out amenities. Don’t recommend buying breakfast since it is juat a sandwich and a terrible coffee (3 days in a row)

Staff was great. Fridge is small. No microwave. No continental breakfast but they do have a pay little bistro.

Super easy check in - the room was great!

Room was large and comfortable. Limited staff…and elevator was out of service and appeared it had been out of service a while.

This is a newer hotel, so the hotel and our room were very nice. Front desk and some "Starbucks" employees seemed annoyed to be there. I REALLY wish they just had complimentary coffee in the lobby, and complimentary breakfast would be amazing.🙁 Outside seating area was in disarray. Dirty tables, trash on ground and a large white 5 gallon bucket of dirt laying in the broken fire pit. Housekeeping for rooms went above expectations when we needed extra towels. We opted during check in to decline daily housekeeping since we were only staying 3 nights, but we came back to the room to beds made and wet towels gone!🙂 Nice for business travel or short stay.

The Bistro and bar were a nice addition, everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

New facility not too far from airport and downtown. Clean and good rooms. Good exercise machines

Perfect stay

The second elevator was out all week. Didn’t even look like someone was checking it. Thought it seemed like a long time for it to be out. I think the bathroom, while nice, is designed poorly. The glass “wall” is not long enough so water from the shower gets all over the floor. Also, no fan for the steam. Other than that, a great stay.

I had a great stay and loved my room! Especially the shower!

The pool area had broken chairs. They need to replace all of them for a relaxing and safe time outdoors.

Very clean. Updated, modern. Lovely shower. Very sparse on basics - no fridge, no dish to put hand soap bar in, no dental kit, no glasses, no table.

This was the second time my family and I are staying at this hotel and everything is great. We love the location. The front desk is always welcoming and efficient. My only complaint is that one of the elevators is still not working, since the last time we were there.

I do recommend this hotel. Clean, staff is great!

However, the cleaning staff did not clean or straighten our room during our 3 night stay and we had to request more towels/washcloths. The AC was very inconsistent in maintaining temperature set, at night the room would register 72 degrees even though set at 67 degrees

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The whole place is very clean. Would stay here again.
