Front staff were effecient and friendly Furniture was extremely run down. Carpets in the room had a moldy smell and we couldn't even walk barefoot in the room. Towels were extremely overused and threadbare in certain spots. Breakfast had minimal options, even less than your usual hotels within the same category.

Everything was fine

First room they gave us smelled like cat pee so we had to go back to the front desk and ask for a new one. Next one was okay.

Breakfast was gross. Building was old but remodeled. Elevator was unacceptable. Staff was great 10/10. Trash can size was 1/10 - made me look messy when I'm not a messy guest. Geedunk was disgusting except the drinks. Overall I give this a 8.5 out of 10.

Great location with places we frequent nearby. Odd time for breakfast to end, and odd orientation of pull out bed, blocked a good part of our walking space.

Bedroom blankets were not clean and the sheets were kind of too itchy so that I had to change and use my personal sheets which was really bothering me and couldn’t sleep for the whole night.

Cons: We had no hot water and took COLD showers for 2 days (spoke to the front desk who said they were not aware of any issues) rooms need to be updated (the bed sounded like it was cardboard every time I rolled over) towels were very dingy and thin and no housekeeping services, and most importantly the price!!! A typical Saturday night at this hotel is about $200 which is already overpriced but we paid $658 due to the BTS concert. That’s insane price gouging but we had no options since everything else was booked.

My stay was ok, Breakfast was good.

Had a medical emergency with one of the family members in the hospital stayed two nights wanted to get my third night back. They said I could not. I will never ever use. Expedia and I will always tell friends and relatives never to use them. That is horrible. Going to tell everyone how horrible Expedia is.

The room smelled like dirty dog and had roaches After I saw all the roaches (6) I googled the hotel to look at the reviews and saw some people say they had roaches in Their room as well those reviews where a few months old so clearly they are aware and haven’t done anything about it I have video of the roaches

We booked 3 rooms for our family. We had a big group there with multiple rooms. We never had hot water, multiple channels on the tv had no volume, our AC also barely cooled our room during our stay, and when we called down to ask no one ever answered the phone. When we went down to the front desk the guy was sitting down there on his phone. All they did was give us excuses as to why our entire group (more than 8 rooms never had warm water).

UPDATE: A review was written that I did not have privacy/blackout curtains in my room. After reporting this to the front desk that evening, blackout curtains were put up the next day. I thanked the staff for being responsive to my concerns.

Finally a hotel chain location that gets it. Not only was the GM of the location accessible but she took the lead on our predicament. We needed to book a hotel for the day before we would arrive from the end of a cruise, so we wouldn’t be stuck waiting until 3pm to check in. She handled all of the necessary arrangements to prevent us receiving a no-show and losing our room. She emailed her staff so all would be aware of our special circumstances and when our cruise had an entire day delay, we were able to communicate with anyone that answered and keep them updated. We finally arrived at 1:30am the day after we were supposed to get there and it was a smooth and seamless check in for our tired bodies. We walked into a clean and comfortable room at a great price and this hotel had exceptional ratings for a good rate and it shows why. A huge thank you to Justine and all her staff who had a friendly smile to greet us whenever we passed them.

Got to room and tv remote didn’t work, walked into bathroom to find bugs some dead and some still moving, tried to call front desk and phone didn’t work!! Run , run, run!!

We stayed in room 208 and it was impossible to sleep the entire night. We could hear voices, noises from outside, and even the radio from the front desk. I now have a headache from the terrible night without any rest. We have never experienced anything like this in a hotel. The stay was completely unacceptable, and we do not recommend this room.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel as I had a surgical procedure that required me to stay in the general area. I was truly impressed by the excellent value received for such a wonderful and well equipped stay. I chose a room with a small / yet separate living area and was impressed by the suites roomy size. The provided fridge was of good size and perfect for all of the items I needed to purchase to accommodate my needs. The bed was very comfortable, with excellent quality sheets and pillows. The room was clean and the breakfast offerings were plentiful. The Front desk staff were pleasant as well. Thank you for a great stay!

I felt safe at the Comfort Inn. It was myself and my 88 year old mother. It was pretty remote, all things considered. It was a good stay. Only one thing the water smelled bad. This was not the fault of the hotel but it is the water system in the area.

Really liked the layout of the room, with the separate seating area, desk and work space. Everything was spotlessly clean! Loved the pool and hot tub area to relax. Breakfast area was spacious and the food was excellent. Staff took pleasure to answer questions and show us around. Only downfall was the hot water in the shower took a long time to finally run hot. Only a minor inconvenience though. Plan to return when we come back to the area.

Overall stay was great for the price. Will definitely use again, in the future.

Hotel was clean and decent, but in need of a remodel. Very old and outdated. It’s weird that they keep the lobby bathroom locked and you have to ask for a key to use it. Are there drug addicts coming inside to use the bathroom??

I picked the hotel based on the rating in Expedia, the hotel is in terrible conditions, smells horrible, and old. Definitely not a pleasant place to stay. I had high expectations and was very disappointed.

Everything was nice except for our neighbors that were blaring music at 3:45 in the morning and being so loud I barely got any sleep 😢 not a great start to our anniversary. They even banged on the wall so hard the room shook

Very nice staff and nice room, with the exception of the carpets. The floor was SO DIRTY the bottom of everyone’s feet were completely black after only a few steps. I’ve never seen a hotel room floor so filthy.

After reading many positive reviews, we decided to give Comfort Suites a try. Honestly I wasn't all that impressed compared to other places I've stayed with similar amenities. First thing I noticed were some brown splats on the bathroom floor. When I called front desk to let them know of my findings, they just said, "Well that's weird, thanks for letting us know'. And that was it. The air conditioning was terribly noisy...noisier than even your basic motels. It was disappointing. Breakfast was so/so. Happy to see that there was some hot food, your basic round fried egg and pre-cooked bacon. Waffles of course. I would have liked to see cream cheese or peanut butter for the bagels. Needless to say, there are a lot of hotels in the area for a comparable price that I've found were far better. Would I stay here again? Maybe if that was all that's available at the time.

Stephanie at check in was wonderful! Yes, there was cracked tile in the bathroom and I could hear the entire conversation from the guy next door. But he was quiet after 9pm and the bed was very comfortable. Room was neat and clean.

We arrived late and with 7 of us. Check in took longer than I have ever had to go through before. Not many options for breakfast. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The stay was just ok.

We really enjoyed this stay. It's close to tons of food. The hot tub was very nice after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and spacious. It took about 10 minutes to get to port for our cruise the next morning, so it ticked all the boxes for us.

However this was one of the worst hotels stays I've ever had. The room next to us was having a party/fighting all night to the point were my three kids were so scared they didn't sleep all night. Even after calling down to complain, they continued most of the night. I was disappointed that they were not kicked out or moved to a different floor away from other guests or that we weren't offered to move or compensated. Do the staff have a right to kick guests out?

Hotel was nice. Desk clerks were really nice at check in. The walls are really thin, could hear the people in the room next to us talking. The shower was didn’t have a regular turn on, it was weird how you had to turn it on, feel sorry for the people that can’t read. The breakfast was ok. Overall it is a good hotel.

Helpful staff, clean spacious rooms, good breakfast

Unfortunately some kind of bugs bit my daughter… we found the culprits & took pictures, plus showed the manager, she was extremely apologetic & very attentive to the situation, but they only refunded us $50 instead of a full refund.

The hotel was good overall—clean, with a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast. My only concern was with the receptionist, who showed very little willingness to answer our questions. On the other hand, the kitchen staff during breakfast was excellent.
