It was nice

There was no way any reasonable person would feel comfortable staying here. The issues appear so extensive that it's difficult to imagine any simple fix or course correction. In my opinion, the property would need a complete overhaul under new ownership or management committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and professionally run establishment. As it stands, I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Viva- the front desk young lady was great has very good customer service, funny, and helpful, she needs to work at a hotel that will appreiciate her room- clean but needs repairs bed- clean and comfortable exterrior- very dirty in disrepair sroom needs work- paint pealing, shower floor needs repair, ceiling is damaged, rusty door hindges and much more you can see the corperate company does not care

Had a handicap accessible room. VERY WORN! Clean enough but not up to YOUR BRAND standards Seemed like staff was having a party at the entrance with personal friends. That’s ok I guess but it shouldn’t be whilst one is working. I was ok with it but the look made the entire place seem ghetto and unsafe. I won’t be back.

Has roaches. Literally a trap house. Stay away from here at all cost. There are homeless guys pooping across the street. Room was gross. Stepped over roaches everytime I went to the bathroom. Staff was very nice and friendly at least. The only good thing about this place.

It was okay but the only problem I had was some of the neighbors making unnecessary noises after hours in the night while I was trying to rest. It was unfair for someone to be banging on the door or slamming the door making too much noise. That's really disturbing the Peace from look of it!!!

The entire room smelled of stale smoke even the curtains, pillows and bed linens. I walked into the room and it made me nauseous. The cabinets and refrigerator were old, no hot water, and roaches. The hallways smelled of urine and the building also dated.

The rooms are damp, and the air conditioning is very loud.

This a pot shop. Prostitution is rampant. Lady boys, etc. felt very unsafe after it got dark so we just left

Oh, boy...where to start...we booked this place through Expedia, as a last-minute travel stop, on our way through to Miami. I would give negative stars, if it were an option. This place is not a legit hotel, but a filthy apartment complex full of undesirable full-time live-in guests. Everything on the property was filthy, our "room" looked like a condemned crack den, and was full of stains, broken appliances, soiled bed linens, flying bugs, roaches, and smelled like death, dampness, and decay. We were greeted in the parking lot by drug dealers, hookers, and a big group of loud, unsupervised children. After all of 2 minutes there, we were back at the desk asking for a refund, which we did not receive. The lady working at the desk wasn't surprised, was at least pleasant, and obviously knew they had major issues at the place. She apologized, but these issues were well beyond her control. The general manager was contacted by Expedia, multiple times, and refused to comment or refund our money. **Be VERY aware that this place is NOT a legit hotel, NOT as pictured or advertised, and the management seems to be taking bookings simply to STEAL your money. Shame, shame, shame!

It was not so much noise around it was still and quite In the room there was many cockroaches running around everyday I killed about 15 cockroaches in the room. I don’t recommend anyone going there for more then 1 day not a spot for a week stay. The staf their was 1 lady and a guy who was helpful and funny but their were other colleagues like didn’t care to help you out and just being not friendly when speaking.

The kitchen is great but too many bugs around the room in the kitchen and bathroom. Overall too many bugs. Need to clean it. Room is great. It is just the bugs. Cockroaches is too many.

We could not even sta the night— checked in at 3pm, you can not check in early to drop off luggage or change clothes, and immediately checked out and had to go to another hotel. I stayed in lots of hotels. There are good ones and there are not so good ones, but I am really sorry to say, this one is really bad. The room was out dated, dirty kitchen sink, unflushed toilet, food stain on the dresser drawers. I can go on but I won't. The only positive of my stayed was the customer service when I checked in. Friendly and bubbly. My room number was 139. I usually don't like to give bad reviews, but this one I have to and I hope the management take a closer look at there hotel and make the place true to their advertisements. Thank you.

Nothing went well. I had to leave and book a week with La Quanta around the corner. The front desk person is behind a bullet proof plexiglass wall. The room had furnature that was worn down from years of use and the counters were frayed.

Be ready to deal with roches

Never want to pre-check you in. Then at 3:00pm, both times they say the rooms are not ready. This time the guy said, “ check in is between 3-11pm, and we can have the rooms ready anytime during that time. I could not believe it… I immediately filed a complaint with Expedia; and they gave me a room within 30 minutes at that time.

I’m surprised Hotels.com doesn’t check out the places they promote on their website. This place is really inhabitable. The lady on check was nice.

There were 5 dead roaches and 2 almost dead ones in the room and bathroom. The mattresses I think have never been changed and are super lumpy. The sheets were stained. There were holes in the curtains. The location has food options within walking distance. If we had to stay more than one night, I would have cancelled. We slept in our clothes.

Near by at Down town This was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the woman at the front desk was hostile and rude. The entire place looks neglected and poorly maintained. When we entered the elevator, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the room had a musty odor mixed with cigarette smoke and humidity. The bathroom was dirty and had hair in it, and there was also a leak that kept dripping throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The air conditioner kept turning on and off constantly, creating a lot of noise. Overall, the hotel looks old and dirty, both inside and outside. During our stay, the room was never cleaned and the towels were never changed. Because of all these issues, we ended up leaving two nights before the end of our reservation because we simply could not tolerate it anymore. Additionally, they charged us a $100 deposit that was never mentioned when we made the reservation, which was very frustrating and felt misleading. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel and I would definitely never stay here again.

For the price point, the experience simply wasn’t worth it. There are other options in the area that offer significantly better upkeep and a stronger sense of safety. I would not recommend this hotel for solo travelers or anyone seeking a reliable, professional lodging experience.

Worst room I have ever been in. Ceiling patched. All metal rusted. There were cockroaches!! Shower curtain rod half pulled out of wall. Tv didn’t work. And we felt very unsafe. When I addressed issues with attendant, she could care less, just kept telling us where the keys went. Would NEVER stay there again!!

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. I saw alot of reciews about roaches, but I only saw one during my 5 days there, however, i was on the second floor and I covered the drsins with tape when not in use. Although there was a kitchen, there no utensils, bowls, cups, and anything to eat the food in the full refrigerstor or cooked on the stove top which was puzzling. The room was clean but the exterior and elevator were something still needing to be desired. Overall, it's a "sleep cheap" hotel, and any rates over $99/night would be overpriced.

The stay was absolutely horrible. There were cockroaches crawling on the bed, in the bathroom, and inside the trash bins — the room was completely infested. I couldn’t sleep at all because I felt insects crawling over my head and body. This was unacceptable and extremely disturbing. I complained at front desk and the receptionist said that is going to bring to the attention of their management.. which I doubt it.

Afternoon front desk was amazing, and smile and happy. She made the stay pleasant. If it was not for her, I would be giving a much lower score. Morning front desk was rude, and would not let me start the check in paperwork even If the room was not ready. Both me and another gentleman complained to the afternoon front desk agent about the morning agent. She left right at 3:00pm even thought he next agent was not there, and she could't care less.

We were desperate so we stayed). Oh, and it was loud. Other residents were up and wandering about smoking and talking all night long. We called an Uber as soon as the sun came up and spent the day at the airport. So, one star for a shocking (really, stunning) lack of bedbugs. One star for clean sheets and towels.

If there was a way to leave no stars I would the environment was pure ghetto and the room was infested with roaches. I’m talking about from adult roach to babies on the floors on the walls. I literally ran out of there with my baby in the middle of the night. The walls are paper thin and I could hear people arguing. 10/10 would never recommend!!!!

So we had no way to access it. They stated no other rooms were available. So we had to call other hotels looking for a room. Our flight was delayed so we did arrive late. But we had called the hotel and they stated that would not be a problem. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything to help us. Very disappointed in Expedia for no help. Upon arrival, there were several cops in the parking lot . I wouldn’t have even stayed here, but my father booked a reservation for me without my permission or knowledge. There were several dirty needles around the property and a promethazine bottle. I informed the young lady that I might need to stay one more day just because at the moment I am currently houseless and she informed me rudely about the checkout policy. Alsi I mentioned to her that I wasn’t feeling well and moving kind of slowly. She proceeded to bang on the door and demand that I leave or else she would call the police. Upon arrival, there were several cops in the parking lot . I wouldn’t have even stayed here, but my father booked a reservation for me without my permission or knowledge. There were several dirty needles around the property and a promethazine bottle. I informed the young lady that I might need to stay one more day just because at the moment I am currently houseless and she informed me rudely about the checkout policy. Alsi I mentioned to her that I wasn’t feeling well and moving kind of slowly. She proceeded to bang on the door and demand that I leave or else she would call the police. The elevator has been broken for a month so you're force to carry your belongings up 3 flights. Theres roaches, key card work when it wanted. Imagine a fight is happening and all you want to do is open your door before it gets fatal, after 7 tries the door finally unlock. I wanted to check out when i drove in. Definitely a last min booking mistake that wont be made again. Room constantly smelled like Marijuana, shower floor was cracked and their response was oh we wont charge you for damage. Didn't seem to be in the safest of areas, lots of homeless people around and old furniture and trash out front.

My stay was pleasant and peaceful. There was no problem's and the staff was very nice and helpful...

I went straight to the front desk to request a refund due to the dangerous and unsanitary conditions, but they refused to help and told me to “call the booking site.” They made no effort to correct the situation. I didn’t cancel for personal reason, I left because the hotel was unlivable. What’s worse, I later found out the property was recently inspected by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation and multiple health and safety violations were found. The hotel still refuses to refund my money, despite the documented issues. I had to find somewhere else to stay the same day, losing both time and money. I strongly urge this site to reconsider listing this location. No guest should have to go through what I did.

The room had 2 holes in the wall, the wifi didnt work fast than 4mb/s, menaing it was not possible to work or watch neftlix, the shower did not get hot, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, there were fluid stains on the wall, and there was massove white glob blocking thr water flow of the bathroom sink. Friday night, i listend to a group of people shout and play basketball in the parking lot at midnight and when i called the police and privided the location they quickly dismiss me as to indicate that this was a common Occurrence at this hotel.

When I arrived to check in the person at the front desk had already cashed out their drawer and was unable to complete the transaction required in order to give me my room key at 3 PM. So I had to wait until the next person who was late arrived in order to complete the transaction and receive my room key. The room was clean and had all of the necessary requirements for a functional stay. Over the course of my two days there I did notice 2 to 3 palmetto bugs or roaches in the bathroom area. I would say that this property meets the minimum requirements for overnight stays.

We locked our room, put a heavy cabinet in front of the door and barely slept DO NOT stay here, its not worth it, terribly expensive for the price and not worth the risk

I Loved the lady with the locs who checked me in. I love her energy and vibe however I can’t remember her name. The doors need to be upgraded because it was a struggle getting the light to turn green to access our room. Also, the housekeeper didn’t change our towels even after we asked her. But overall my experience was good.

The place was awful and not safe. I was on the phone for an hour to be able to get a refund through Expedia and the hotel. They were able to give me just a credit. Im very disappointed and will never booked through there.

This place is run down! Online the pictures make it look good but in reality it’s not. I only booked the place because it was convenient for a last minute trip. Check in was at 3, was told it’s not ready yet.. 30mins later still not ready. About an hour later or so after being checked in, a worker doesn’t even bother knocking on the door and just opens it. There was a roach in the fridge. Anywhere that had metal was rusted and worn out. The water never got hot. The room had fruit flies. The room keys get demagnetized easily! Office closes at 11pm, I got back to my room around 11:30 with my key not worker. A few guest were nice and friendly tells us try this way and that way. Didn’t work and took us to someone who works there to get our key fixed, which was nice. The front desk lady was really nice. Says no smoking area but people are out here smoking. Overall stay, I wouldn’t recommend or come back.

We greatly appreciated the second employee who greeted us. She was friendly and welcoming and made us feel good. The room was very basic (no shampoo) but seemed clean and had clean towels. The bed was uncomfortable (felt the springs trying to come out of mattress) and we could hear lots of noise outside (other clients talking and cars going by on main street).

Got video of us leaving and turning in the keys right away...as evidence.....NASTY NASTY NASTY !!!!

I did exactly that and the man on the other end was seemingly annoyed, and I could barely understand him. Before I knew it, he hung up on me and when I tried calling back, there was no answer a couple of times. I was out there as a 40-year-old single female with my 10-year-old little boy alone and they were just the sketchiest humans walking by. After sometime, a man dressed in casual black came out and asked if I was the one that called, asked me to get my ID as he went to his car… He came back from his car, grabbed my ID and went into some employee door. I wanted to just leave. But he had my license. When he finally opened the door with paperwork, rudely, I asked if I could just refund this because I was extremely uneasy. The alleyway he had me in was dirty and creepy. Basically I was told no so I signed the paperwork and Went to the room assigned. The room smelled terrible, it was dirty, there was a layer of dust on most of the surfaces. There was sticky dirt all over the wall outlet, I wouldn’t dare even get in that shower. This was a terrible experience from customer service to cleanliness and I could never repeat it.

I previously rated this hotel as poor by mistake. Please note it was for my trip that was for the Ft. Lauderdale stay. It was poor. WoodSpring was excellent and helped me out tremendously. More so than your supervisor who I feel did not really try to help me find other accommodations. Very disappointed with hotels.com handling of my needs. 👎

We were waiting at the elevator and some guy was buying drugs off another guy all of a sudden we heard "aint nobody gonna rob you man" we couldnt close the elevator fast enough had to put charging block in my hand for just in cases. A bunch of drunks were playing music super super loud all night. We had 12 people in total with four per room and they complained we wanted more towels when they gave us two. Were complaining about how many room keys we wanted but again we had a whole group so they were needed. There was mold in shower no toilet paper and stained blood in the bathroom that looked like a hand print dripping down and scratching on the bathroom door.

We arrived late at night and the night staff didn’t answer the door or our calls for over 30 mins after we banged on the door. The room was old and we saw multiple bugs.

I want someone to call me immediately about this. I have never received such bad service before in my life. After traveling all day with two small kids and having this reservation booked months ago, we arrived to the hotel just to be told that our reservation was canceled because of a flood and we were supposed to receive an email. The lady at the front desk did not offer to help us find a new place. She just simply said I’m sorry and told us to leave. We had two little children and four adults total we spent two hours calling hotels. The only place that had availability was a $6000 night Sweet. We were forced to go back to the airport and sleep in the airport with my two small children. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am going to contact my attorney to further resolve this if we do not come to an agreement to make this better. I am not sure what kind of third-party booking you guys are, but we thought Hotels.com was a trustworthy third-party booking website. I want an answer on this as soon as possible.

Terrible cockroach infested water on the floor drunk people smell to Marijuana

Staff were not smiling a lot, always looking unapproachable. There was a constant shortage of fresh linen and towels. The wait time was about a 24 hours. I was told house keeping would be by to take care of the cleaning but was given multiple days my room would be taken care of. To weeks later, no one ever came to perform any house cleaning. There was always a slight smell of sewage coming from the bathroom.

They refused to let us keep the second night of our reservation and canceled our entire reservation leaving us without a place to stay so we cancelled an additional 3rd night. To make things worse, we were staying there with friends who also had a 2 night and were allowed to stay the first night, but they were refused their second night with no warning and again left in the parking lot in the dark. This hotel’s treatment of patrons is criminal and if this is who is allowed to use Hotel.com to advertise, we certainly will not be using this app again. It was a horrifying experience for 4 people in their 70’s to be left with prostitutes and drug dealers in the middle of the night alone. Never mind the filthy conditions, and rude, inconsiderate and hostile management. Disgusting!

They gave away our room that we reserved last September through Hotels.com. We took a Lyft from the airport. Then we had to take another Lyft to a nearby hotel and shared a room with friends. There was nothing available for less than $300 same day. Worst hotel ever. Everything about this place is horrible. From the lock on the door that does not open unless you lift up the handle and the down while the whole thing is lose and about to brake to the loose toilet seat. I woke up next to a roach on my bed.

The day we were to check in we were driving to the property from Canada to the US to do so and received a phone call from the Motel at 1030am advising they were cancelling our reservation. No reason given so I pushed. The young woman said she wasn’t allowed to advise why. I explained we were travelling and did not have data to look for another location. I asked if they were cancelling us because they were able to charge more due to Daytona 500 being held in the area. She did not deny it but said there was an emergency and could not say more. We had booked more than 8 weeks prior and were left scrambling and ended up having to pay a lot to get somewhere to stay. I am very disappointed with how we were treated!

This hotel has been used and abuse and not updated in quite a long time. The door to our suite has been Jimmy open and not repaired. There were dead insects on the floor.

The service at the front desk was amazing. Nothing else was amazing. The rooms were muggy and dirty. No cover over the drain in the shower, just a hole in the middle of the shower stall. There were bugs crawling on the wall and the nightstand.

Pots and Pans were supposed to be provided, and when I requested them, they offered to sell them to me for $ 40. Stuff that woud be available at Publix or Walmart for $ 10.

There was a constant drip in the bathroom, I exterminated 4 roach, there’s no daily room service to dole out clean towels or linen, some of the workers have an unfriendly disposition, and whenever you needed towels there’s a waiting process.

My main concern with this property was the condition of the room. Dilapidated furniture. The shower was cracked on the bottom and I felt like I was going to fall through. There were also black marks, like someone was wearing shoes in the shower, which maybe what cracked the shower. Not sure how much water leaked underneath.

This Hotel should undergo a full inspection with the aim of major internal and external renovation. The price charged is way too high for the poor level of service provided. The customer service is way beyond poor at all levels.

I stopped here for one night because I had a flight in the morning. I had to check out instantly. There were roaches crawling around the room and the environment is very unsafe. It should not be more than $20 a night for this type of environment.

The hotel seemed to be in a nice area but we arrived about 10pm and there were 3 or 4 black men sitting, some in their car and a couple more sitting outside the hotel office door, drinking beer and eating carry out food. They did not go out of their way to let us get by to get to the office to check in. The desk clerk was behind a large glass window and it was hard to hear her and hard to understand what she was saying. We made our way to the second floor where our room was and there was another group of black men standing and sitting on the walkway by the elevator, drinking and eating carry out food. It was not a very comfortable situation. Our room featured any number of things that needed repair, like cabinet doors, toilet seat, a/c unit that sounded like a rocket ship taking off when it kicked on. There were no cups or glasses to get a drink of water. I went down to the front desk to get some cups and was told by the desk clerk that the desk closed at 11pm and if we had any problems, find security and tell them.

I did called for two hours to cancel and review the dates but until passing those hours I finally got an Agent to tell me to call Hotels.com with the cancellation information. I’m expecting your hotel to review an email from Hotels.com (Expedia) to confirm my booking cancellation

(1) The room was not clean. Toilet plugged with poop and paper. Floors grimy. (2) Waited outside in the rain at 12:30 AM for THIRTY MINUTES before the inside person would acknowledge me and get me my keycard. (3) Every employee I talked with (3 people) was surly, uncaring and dismissive. (4) When I asked for a refund the response was, "I'm not authorized to make adjustments," then she turned away and disappeared. (5) After repeated requests, the front desk person loaned me a toilet plunger so I could clean the toilet out myself. No apologies were offered. At no time did I yell, use abusive language or show disrespect. I've traveled for many years. In all those years there were maybe 2 or 3 places I'd never get near again. This is definitely one of them.

There seemed to be water damage & honestly the pictures don't do it justice this place was horrible. I immediately went downstairs and asked for my money back. I was afraid to touch anything I was afraid for my safety and health well being they truly are cat fishing with pictures. This hotel is a Motel the 1 star goes to the young lady at the front desk who was very kind & understanding of the situation who immediately refunded my deposit. I was told i'd have to work with Expedia who i booked with to try and get a full refund on this horrible stay but best believe I did following up. Now me and my family ended up stranded in a city we're not from i was told by the hotel who gave me the deposit refund i would be getting a full refund i was then told by Expeida the same thing over the phone, i was told by Gabriella the Manager with Expedia that i was not going to get a refund because the hotel is not answering their emails or phone calls so since they cant get ahold of anyone the answer is NO i asked her is this how businesses work you cant get in touch with your partner hotels and you just says oh well too bad, the lack of help in this situation is frustrating. In morning, killed 2 more. (But hotel morning manager confirmed reservation was non-refundable, offered no help.) We planned to get out, but when talked to new hotel, there was an error, & new reservation got canceled. We felt stuck, not wanting to lose $100, & with "only" 6 roaches, thought we could tough it out, so we kept second night (second grave mistake). Returning that night after day’s activities, had another dozen roaches to kill. And that was only the beginning. Thru the night any time we would turn on lights, we found more roaches had come out, so we lost hours of sleep dealing with roaches until things quieted down. Who wants dirty roaches crawling on them at night? Other photo shows filth: took a moistened tissue & rubbed it along floor at edge of baseboard, & tissue was black & full of hairs.
