Room was clean, staff was great, free parking on site, however the breakfast was very simple, and not many options to choose from. If you don’t like eggs, skip the free breakfast.

Great stay for our daughter’s graduation from FSU. Definitely a little pricier, but worth it.

I wasn't expecting the room to be as big and nice for the price we paid. It was super clean! The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The breakfast could have been better. An oatmeal bar was a weird choice. But, it's hard to please everyone. I had a hard boiled egg and a bagel.

The whole hotel had an issue with streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime videos) so we had cable only. Not the end of the world but my child had their heart set on watching a movie. Also, our carpet in our room was wet again. Same as last stay. Not sure what they are using but it is off putting for sure. Otherwise, the stay was just fine.

Our room was perfect/comfortable for a 6 night stay. Bedding was firm, the siting area and desk were much appreciated, and the bathroom is spacious although a walk in shower would have been preferred. Breakfast was always a treat. The options were fresh, hot and plentiful. We’ve stayed at this location a few times, and it was nice to see familiar faces among the staff. All are super friendly.

My husband and I stayed here with our three kids while in town for a basketball tournament, and it was a great choice for our family. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. We were especially happy with the affordable price for such a nice stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to other families traveling!

Room wasn't the cleanest, had dust everywhere, some hair left in the shower, etc. Silverfish bug in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn't stocked very well by the time we made it down. Staff was friendly.

Paid for 2 queen beds in November for nephew graduation came at 2:30pm was told no rooms were ready and to come back came back after 3pm still no room available...it was almost 4pm before we finally got a room had to rush to our nephews graduation dinner

The shower curtain was nasty! You need to replace them once in a while! It was dirty and moldy! Yuck!

frosted glass door to bathroom means bedroom lights up when partner is in bathroom. Shower head is fixed unit instead of hand-held sprayer option. Little reading lights on beds don't work No night light bench over AC unit deflects air so it blows sideways onto bed. Only a single luggage rack. Only one regular coffee - why always assume one person wants decaf? Everything involved in coffee making is wrapped in plastic.

The new girl at check in was awesome. She was friendly and had a huge line and still maintained her cheery attitude and did her best to accommodate the customers. The giy at checkout doesnt tell housekeeping you have a late checkout which cause them to knock on your door. The housekeeping woman was extremely apologetic and very friendly. Lovely manners.

Great location and we’ve stayed here before, but this visit was a bit disappointing. I reported that the tub stopper was broken, and we also found hair in the refrigerator and on the bathroom floor. The front desk staff was helpful and put in an order, and the tub stopper was replaced the following morning.

Overnight stay. Quick check in. Clean room. Near interstate and major routes. Good food sites in immediate area.

Check in attendant was very helpful with assisting me by showing me how to use the keyless entry. The staff was helpful and accommodating from breakfast, getting pool towels, etc. I love staying at SpringHill Suites Tallahassee!!

Great hotel will stay again

This hotel is in need of some upkeep. While the look is modern, the hotel is showing lots of wear and tear and looks quite run-down. More than a hotel of this age should show. It also did not feel clean. The bathroom in particular looked grimey. The shower head was covered in limescale deposits. The drain and area around it had dark stains and just didn’t look clean. The trundle sofa had been sprayed on one arm with a cleaner, not sure if there had been a spill or accident with the previous guest, but it smelled awful. The thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to the highway and the staff was very friendly. I probably won’t be booking this hotel again.

My family came simply to visit other family and friends in town and this hotel was convenient, centrally located to everyone, and walking distance to good restaurants. We felt the carpet in the room was damp and sticky which was off putting; the beds were comfortable, and the room was huge so that made up for the sticky / damp carpet in the room. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The parking was just fine, not a huge lot so we had to park out back a few times but not terrible as it wasn't raining the whole weekend. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our key card couldn't access the room at one point due to a need for new batteries so my husband sat outside the room waiting for the staff to return with new batteries, took an hour. We lost power due to a storm and it took two hours for the power to be restored; even we have a generator at home that kicks in quicker than that. Otherwise, we had a good stay here. I give it a 4.5 rating out of 5. The Beignets & Brew store nearby was our favorite!!

Check in starts at 3 we came at 4:45 and they did not have a clean room. Told us to come back in an hour and we did and thankfully they had a room. The setup of the room is nice but with the style of bathroom door you see the light and shadows shining through straight to the beds. Breakfast was mediocre. Staff was kind but the delayed entry was an extreme disappointment after a long day.

the front desk girl was very helpful and nice, and we realize this wasn’t her fault, but the rest of staff and management. this was not a great start to vacation.

The trundle bed had bugs in it and of course we could not use it..there was 5 of us but late that night when i pulled it out there were bugs in it..maybe bed bugs. So we had to sleep 3 in one bed and 2 in the other..i would not let anyone sit or lay things on that couch..it grossed you out. Also breakfast people were rude not friendly. Horrible place i would never recommend.

My check in and out was great. The receptionist was so helpful with switching my room due to the television not working. She made multiple attempts before the end result was to change rooms. I appreciated her promptness with this. This is my 2nd stay at this location and will most likely do it again.

I need to come get what I need. Also out of tissue. Said he didn’t have them at desk would bring to my room. Didn’t happen. On day 3 room was refreshed. Not really cleaned. Trash that fell out of garbage can on floor. My spouse and I both went to use the lobby bathrooms. Clogged toilets and overall filthy. Elevator floors filthy. Breakfast missing fruit on 3 of 4 days. Last day told waffles were only for weekends. 2 men that appeared to be employees in back parking lot toking something. Stayed at many Springhill Suites and always a good experience. Reason for choice of Tallahassee North springhill. Hope management can improve this location.

Great stay

Great family trip! The suite had plenty of room for myself, my wife, and three elementary aged children. Breakfast was fantastic and the pool was great though it can use a few more umbrellas for shade in the hot Florida sun. The location was perfect near many shops and dining spots and close to the freeway. Overall an excellent vale

They don't have internet service in the rooms. They actually do, but it's so bad it doesn't work. Even the TV can't connect to the internet. When I complained, they told me it wasn't working and that it would just stay that way. Error 16: NO NETWORK CONNECTION.

They were very helpful. We needed sheets and an extra pillow and they brought them to the room quickly.

Staff was friendly. The property is located in a clean safe area of town.

The weather was perfect, we enjoyed sitting outside on the property for our weekend. We would recommend this for anyone in the Tallahassee area.

The room was very dirty, you could clearly see it was not cleaned properly. The couch had stains. Bathroom had a pee smell and if you opened the faucet it would spill out water. Iron was defected. I’m glad it was just a one night stay.

Close proximity to I10 makes this a no brainer for those looking for a place to stay on a road trip! Our family of six stayed comfortably in a two queen and West Elm couch/trundle. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating even during our late arrival. It was easy to book on Expedia. Would recommend and we’ll stop again if we’re in the area and need a place to stay.

The AC in our room was broken, didnot stop blowing. all breakfast items were cold, including sausage and scr. eggs, many bins were just empty, no hot water; no soap and paper towels in W restroom near the gym. Will not stay again.

Checking in and out was very quick and easy. All the staff that we meet were super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The room and facility overall was very clean, well maintained, and the property was beautiful. & most importantly the continental breakfast was SOOO GOOD & TASTY!!! Definitely superseded my expectations. Overall 10 out of 10. I would definitely go back again! This property is what every hotel should model themselves after. My favorite spot was the fire pit. Thank you for accommodating us!!

It was fine until there was a roach in the hallway and definitely messy breakfast area that we avoided because of said roach.

The property was immaculate with tasteful decor. There was easy access to rooms, dining area, elevators, front desk, etc. There was a warm inviting fire pit nestled outside! Above all, I was extremely impressed by the night manager who was friendly, engaging, very attentive to staff and guests' needs. F He quickly assigned me another room after I mentioned that the heater was not working in my current room, and after checking the heater. Morning check out was quick. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold foods and beverages.

I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and the hotel was mostly maintained. The breakfast was stocked even though there was a million people eating.

The onsite bar was fantastic and the bar tender Donna was great! It was very nice after a long day of driving to come to a hotel that was warm and comfortable. I booked via a third party site as we were traveling and was the easiest option. Now come to find out that I cannot earn points from booking in a third party site. That doesn’t seem fair and Bonvoy site is more expensive. Bonvoy policy does not change my mind about this hotel, it was clean and the staff were excellent.

Highly recommend! We were there for soccer and it was the closest and best!

Have stayed here a few times when the Drury plaza is booked. This stay the room was not fresh smelling and clean feeling as my other stays. Previous 2 stays were fine though.
