We used all our money in our bank and only had cash. The clerk allowed us a to use cash as a deposit that was super helpful instead of trying to find our bank that doesn’t seem to be located in Florida. After traveling for a long time on our way back from vacation this was very helpful. The beds and sheets were comfortable. The room stayed cool. The breakfast consisted eggs prepared scrambled or plain omelette, bagel, cream cheese, muffins, toast, jelly, cereal, orange and orange juice. The room looks run down. Good variety of tv channels. There were parts of the hotel that smelled like weed so if you need a quick stay to rest your head at a cheaper option this is the hotel for you.

When we entered the building, we were hit by an overwhelming unpleasant fragrance in the air. When we entered our room, the tv was on but AC was not——the room temperature was close to 90 degrees. The room was neat, but many areas were in need of better cleaning. We struggled to use the tv (the remote would not communicate with the tv.) we couldn’t even turn it off. So we called the front desk for assistance and someone arrived within ten minutes. However, the staff member said it was not the remote, it was the cable box. He offered to change our room, but we were too tired to accept the offer.

Carpet had stains all over , walls and mirror dirty. Comforter had stains all over it. And also a dog was in the room next to us barking a lot. Staff was fine .

The property is older, but was very clean and maintained well. The parking lot seems very secure and everything was perfect for our one night stay on our travels. We did not get to try the breakfast, so unsure about that. We left an hour prior to breakfast being served and the very kind man at the desk offered to make us coffee and toast with sausage. Everyone was very attentive. Would stay here again.

Room had a bad smell, bathroom needed severe updating. There was absolutely no counter space or storage at all! We were in town for a soccer tournament and tried to go ahead and check in between games. (We were about 45 minutes early) but they would not even consider early check in, he just rolled his eyes and said check in at 3. By the time we were able to make it back, it appeared they had over booked and we ended up in a room that the bathroom looked like it could have been used for storage…very very disappointing…will absolutely not stay here again.

The breakfast was not desirable at all,ended up ordering breakfast from the Waffle House right down the road.

No hot water, and waited an hr but still nothing. Lobby and hallways all smelled of marijuana but of course that sometimes can be avoided

The hotel was easy to find. Check in was easy. Manager was pleasant. The room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety. The room was very small. It was fine for 1 night but not for a week. The towels were very small and thin.

The original room we were in, the connecting door was out of order. If anyone sees this I would like to receive a free night, or something. I use to patronize this hotel a lot, a full sweep needs to be done to ensure that everything works in the hotel.

The man at the front desk was very sweet. He gave my son a bag of gummies and it made my son’s day after a long drive. The bed was very comfortable an my husband was able to work on the WiFi with no problem. Breakfast was really good. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was a quick stayed, just needed some place to sleep for the night during our travels. Everything seem to be fine when we got there at 2am but when we woke up my wife and I broke out in a really bad rash all over our face from the pillows and the toilet was not properly installed, it kept moving and little rock or powder was coming out ever time it moved

Check in staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean, a bit muggy but they had a dehumidifier in the room. Walls could’ve been a little cleaner. Sleep was good, no outside noise and breakfast was good.

Now the room: if you have short arms, the TP may be out of reach. So I improvised, took the roll off the holder . The other issue , the heat wasn't perfect, but I improvised.

Beware before staying at this property. I was charged $30 for a so called damaged pillowcase. $30 for a pillowcase is ridiculous. These people are scammers. Instead of washing it, they saw a stain and threw it away and marked it as damaged. I directly called the hotel and of course was given a bs explanation. There couldn’t have been anything on the pillowcase that a good washing couldn’t have removed. This makes me question the overall cleanliness of this hotel. If anything they should give anyone who stays a discount. The hotel is old and musty smelling. My room had a purifier in it. I stayed in the hotel for FAMU homecoming so my focus was cost and convenience. It was on a side of town I was familiar with and the price was good. Because of our priorities, the room met our needs. Don’t look too closely to the cleanliness of the room, the lamp shades or wall stains. Our tv screen had broken image lines but worked enough for us to ignore it. The property is old. The room that I was in had a dehumidifier as it was very humid within the room with the sound of the dehumidifier and the air conditioning unit. It was very hard to sleep as both were noisy. I asked if I could be moved to another room and was told that all rooms have dehumidifiers. Not a pleasant stay.

I loved everything about this reservation with the facility. The only challenge was arriving during 3rd shift hours. Employee didn't seem so happy that we showed up during his shift, didn't explain things very well. However the room and everything involved was great, just wish the welcome committee was better, but I understand interrupting a nap.

When we first entered the room it was humid and had a weird smell. Room down the hall had a biohazard sign on it and blood was still visible on the door frame so that was disturbing.

The room had a strong musty smell. We had been driving all day so I decided to take a shower, as soon as I took my shoes off I was standing on wet carpet. The carpet in those room was wet. They did move us to another room that had the same foul smell.

You get LESS than you pay for, specially in terms of cleaning, smells like mold and dust. I could find bugs in bathtube and rests of nails on my bed side. The second floor was the first option they gave us and it was so terrible the smell that I started coughing and sneezing as I opened the door. The hallway smelled even worst, like never being cleaned before. The good point to mention is the breakfast that it has good options , yogurt, coffee, milk, bread, cereal, etc. Free parking also. They didn’t had 4 blankets for us, we were in 4 people, they gave us only 2 and couldn’t get extras.

I arrived there I checked into my room. I walked into the room. There is a mold smell. I got back to the customer service. They said give us five minutes until we make the mix for air freshener. There is a lot of bugs roaches. I called experience to cancel and I walked out. I did not stay there so I would like a full refund, please.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The entire hotel smelled horrible the room smelled 100 times worse. The room was extremely dirty, towels and bed, found broken fake fingernails on the carpet, the sink in the bathroom was inoperable / clogged, the floor in the shower was cracked and posed a threat of getting feet cut, the mini fridge was dirty as well. I asked for another room and they wouldn’t accommodate. I feel as is because the room was booked through hotels.com they gave me the absolute worst possible room. The room above us had people fighting and cursing all hours of the night on Saturday night. There were homeless people staying in the parking lot and coming out the the garbage cans periodically.

Our experience was good, but not for everyone at breakfast. the breakfast area is really too small to accommodate the number of people staying there. The food service area was too small -- people bumping into each other, and there were too few tables available.

The property needs some upgrades and thorough cleaning. The walls had holes in them. The cracks and crevices of the property were dirty and dusty. The rooms were small. Only stayed one night.

During our 3-night stay, ended up seeing 3 different kinds of bugs (1 on headboard, 1 in shower, 1 by mirror). On last morning, noticed water dripping onto toilet seat from register in ceiling. Fridge wasn’t very cold even after changing knob inside and no freezer portion in it. Breakfast wasn’t all that great, but was sufficient.

Very easy to book online. Room was updated with nice furniture, clean room, very nice bed. Staff check in was quick, professional. Continental breakfast was well equipped with all selections, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, eggs & sausage. Unlimited coffee. Would stay here again.

The rooms were clean, but a little worn. The staff was friendly and accommodating to a last minute change, and the location/access worked well. Good hotel for the price.

This is definitely not somewhere I would recommend you to stay... The hotel owner/manger is nuts and super rude... we had to bring down dirty towels in order to get new ones I mean seriously it's a hotel the towels should be endless... The toilet was leaking ... Breakfast coffee station had no sugar just sweet and low ... the entire second floor where we were so staying smelled like weed day and night. The elevator buttons only work when they want to. Breakfast was not great. The area outside seemed super unsafe. This place was a zero. Save your money.. stay elsewhere!!

Easy check in. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The only difficulty I had was Bri my able to hear everything going on from the halls to just the neighboring rooms.

Stay here a good bit for work, always clean and a great price.

The rooms were filthy. The bathroom tub had cigarette burns, the walls were molded, rust on the vents and the shower curtains. Comforter had stains on the top and the drywall needed a lot of repairs.

Be prepared to pay a big deposit the rooms was 70 bucks and the deposit was more then the room cost and it was not in the disclosure at all and when asked could they help by cutting it in half since I booked two rooms and the front desk person was unwilling to help after me and my family was on the road for over 4hrs . There is no way ill stay at this property ever again ! The cleaniness was just okay and breakfast was horrible they never refilled the staff was not in uniform at all and the front desk lady had her baby with her babysitting on the job .. when asked to service breakfast she said someone was coming over and that person came and unplugged everything 🙄.. the worst experience ever . Please do me a favor and stay some where else.

The hotel was clean, fairly modern, and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and good location but unfortunately rooms needed to be painted, humid, fridge needs to be defrost, chair in room was dirty, it just a hotel for a short business stay (1-2 days)
