They have smoking rooms. They offer early check in but not till 4am and they charge for it. The pool was clean all winter and now it's filthy and full of algae. There's a lot of drug activity on the property. The rooms are not worth the money for these reasons. Also, there is not hot water in most rooms at night. There's no microwave and there's no breakfast. There are many other hotels in the area that have way more amenities, are newer or updated, cleaner and also have breakfast in the mornings.

This property is infested with roaches. The only rooms they had available were smoking, and the smell was so strong it lingered on my clothes even though I was only there for an hour max. I had to run and get a room deodorizer spray. There were cigarette burns in the comforter and the linens smelled so strongly of smoke it was clear they’d not been properly laundered. The roaches were my final straw, when I got up to spray more deodorizer, a ton scattered about including into my belongings. I immediately packed, having to throw stuff away because the roaches refused to vacate them, and immediately asked for a refund.

Check in was at 3 got there at 530 and they still had to check to make sure room was ready. It was and upstairs room. Wasnt given a key at check in had to go get one. The room had nothing really in it at all. Coffee only available for a few hours in the morning no other amenities. The door lock latch was broken off on the door. Beds are very small. Paid too much for this place. Expensive for this place.

Yeah air conditioner was great room was clean bed made backing trash cans that was utilities restrooms on things like that. Happy with the train itself it was loose and wildly I can see that could happen I guess but I know I haven't been replaced but it worked. I'm sure they'll get that's right now I guess maintenance just haven't got in there yet. Other than,t that's all I can say about my not liking. It wasn't terrible,it wasn't anything I I couldn't live with.Everything else okay

The first room that was so called a suite, the TV didn't work and said it was my fault so I went to the office then they sent a repair person finally and he said I just need to get another room. But I got to the next sweet there was no remote control, they act like I did something with it, other times I stayed there aren't too bad, but you get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly and the lobby was updated. The room was filthy. We had no toilet paper. Cover was stained, and the TV was broken. Beyond the dirt and grime the room was old and falling apart. Paint chipping off the walls and the door in total disrepair.

Thankfully, the beds seemed to have clean sheets. The room floor and toilet seat were FILTHY. Our feet turned black after walking a few steps; and the toilet seat was not only nasty with fresh stains underneath, it was literally falling off the toilet.

The rooms were non-smoking rooms. But walking to the rooms all we smelled was weed, then when we opened the doors to our rooms all you could smell was cigarette smoke in the rooms. Also the rooms had no hot water the next morning and was told by the front desk to let the water run for 15-20min and it should warm up. Thats toal BS let

You can tell the room had been remodeled at some point because the flooring was short of the furniture in many places. There was room for more amenities, like a mini fridge or a bigger desk, or a dresser for clothes. There was dirt was caked into the corners of ALL the baseboards, window, and AC unit like any of it had never been cleaned, swept or mopped. As for the bathroom…the shower drain was clogged with toilet paper in addition to looking like it had been used prior checking in. The toilet, while looking clean, upon using looked like someone shaved their pubs over it and was not properly bolted to the floor…I was afraid to sit on it! The towels and wash rags looked like they had body hair of some sort and terrible stains. As well, the exhaust fan was caked with dirt! Not to mention we had obnoxious neighbors on our second night that were SOOO loud in their room. Their loud whatever they were doing carried into the breezeways, as well as they were smoking weed that permeated the breezeway. They were in and out of the room slamming doors and taking their loudness into the parking lot until 2am or later. Despite complaints, they seemed to temporarily quiet down, only to forget where they were and do minutes later.

The lady that checked me in was awesome however she was also leaving and had I have known what I had just paid for was not what I was getting I would have left also. I had to get out in the cold and go to front desk three different times and ask for a working remote couldn't shower due to no hot water and I was told cold it was but being told the remote worked it was me not.

The room was crap not going to lie the floor was cracked and had pieces coming up from it and the shower didn’t even had shampoo or conditioner only had one towel even though I booked it for two people. And when we went to bed a group of homeless guys went knocking for a hour asking for money and when was told to go away they had the nerve to ask for money so he would leave

Roaches. No blankets. What they called a blanket was a color sheet. Acting like a comforter. Asked for one they gave us a fitted sheet. No hot water the 1st night. 2nd night other guests where smoking pot in the hallway setting off the smoke alarms all night.

I need to mention first that the staff was absolutely excellent! The motel/room itself was greatly lacking. Partly our fault since we asked for an upstairs room after they had planned to give us a downstairs room. When we got to the upstairs room, there was a bag of garbage in front of the door that was leaking something that smelled like fish. After a short time, someone came and cleaned it up and put bleach where it leaked. Definitely helped. Then, there was no hot water. We let the sink and tub run for some time but still none. Then we got a stranger knocking on the door saying she was looking for her "home girl." Not our best experience at a hotel.

Literally the worse place I’ve ever stayed. Customer service was terrible, no hot water, sheets were stained and the housekeeper refused to clean anything, towels don’t get changed for 3 days, you have to request a remote for the television. I mean the list can go forever but if this is your last resort, sleep in your car!!!!

All the AC and the amenities and everything was fine. It was their service and the fact that I had a room book through till Friday. They, for some reason entered my room on Thursday claimed that I moved a bunch of furniture around when I didn't. I left my room squared away for work. That morning and came back to all my stuff sitting by the trash.

Where do we begin stains of dryed food on floor. Killed 2 roaches on the floor and told staff and they just looked at us thank God i brought bug spray with us. No tissues or table in the room to eat at no place to put suitcase on wouldn't put on the dirty floor. Had to wait 10 minutes for hot water to work. Again asked the front desk about hot water and that's the answer we got let it run for at least 10 minutes. No clock in room. No frig or microwave. Lot of stange activity outside with people coming and going in the parking lot, door frame had a gap at the bottom of door threshold because it was all bent. If you are attending a college football game and are drunk a great place to stay. We have never ever stayed in such a hotel before.

Marsha was great friendly and professional. The corners of the bed need to be padded, they stick out, I cut my legs twice walking by the bed corners and Marsha gave me bandages and Neosporin! The water pressure was good but it took 20 minutes to get any hot water! What a waste of water and time! I thought they would have juice in the morning but they only had coffee and no flavored creamer. I think the owner must be a cheapskate!

When we saw the room and the facility as a whole we were extremely disappointed and disgusted. The room floor was extremely dirty and darkened our feet, the bathroom had mold around the floor and wall edges. We prepaid for the room so we had no recourse. There was a group of people living in the hallways in the back of the hotel where I think they were maybe doing a remodel. We were never given new towels. We had to ask each day we stayed and aside from our last day it seemed like asking for new towels was unacceptable by the front desk receptionist. Won't be staying there again

The parking lot filled with junk. The grass wasn’t cut. The pool was empty with very little green water. The inside floor must’ve never been mop. The bathroom door never been clean and there was dust everywhere. we had three people in our room and we only had two towels. I had to ask for another one and they never came in the next day to give us new towels.

Very rundown property and because it was home game and parents weekend for Florida State University the price was exorbitant. Rooms were in need of repair and paint and my room was not cleaned until I asked if that would be done.

I had to change rooms twice which they let me do with no problem. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but I will not go back. Sucks that parents weekend all the hotels can screw you and I paid way more than that place is worth . I’m sorry to the staff for a bad review because they were again very helpful and super nice

I arrive to 2 ladies screaming at the top of their lungs into their phone at the front desk, needle wrappers outside my door, bugs in corners, dirty sheets, the smell of the room and ac made me sick to my actual stomach and I was woken up at 4:30am to someone coughing up a lung in the hallway. I’ve stayed in hotels half this price that weren’t half the filth, sketched out and unease that this place caused. If I was doing anything other than stopping for the night at 11pm on a long trip I would have turned right around and walked out. Utterly disgusting.

The building is a great concept but the hotel said it had breakfast no it didn’t. No ice machine working. Dirt on floor hairs in bathroom. There wasn’t a garbage can, the water had a hard time getting and staying hot. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. The building needed attention. But the room was big and had bare minimum in it so that was nice. Location was great, busy but right in the middle of everything. The rooms were quiet, very quiet. We have found when you book your hotel stay call the hotel proper to see what they really offer. These sights only tell you what sounds good not always the whole truth.

Walked into my room with dirty bed sheets. Dirty shower which by the way gets brick cold mid shower. Gotta love that. It wreaks of mildew. I asked for more towels and got questioned why; never had that happen before at any place I stayed. So very weird. The girl up front could smile a bit more especially when someone is friendly to her. People are fighting and yelling all hours of the night and the property owners do nothing about it. The only good thing I can honestly say is that the renovations seems to be coming along but could definitely use a lot more TLC to make it amazing! The motel is near everything; another perk so can’t be mad at that. But over all, if you need a cheap place to stay for 1-2 days, this is the spot for that. Anything more than that, you will feel like something is constantly crawling on you

I just can’t appreciate the fact you can hear everything that goes on outside from people talking to yelling, loud music, slamming doors. This is not my first time at this motel 6 either but it was my first experience like this.

The room was dirty when I arrived. Housekeeping never came in. It’s very very loud. The toilet was in a closet with no sink.

I take back everything I said.They owe me money couldn't get credit on a weekly note I paid for a studio room and got a regular room without a microwave the fridge barley worked I had to wash my own towels and rags.The back of that property had toilet bowls and wood everywhere.. quiet but not too clean

Overall the property was fine, and I could see us staying again. Cute older Florida building, and we felt safe. However, we had absolutely no hot water, and it was 31 degrees outside; we were unable to take showers. Also, the toilet seat was completely broken and coming off, and the sink/bathroom smelled of pee. We were in a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke coming through the windows was overwhelming. We could also hear the people downstairs getting it on down there loud and clear.

The front desk staff was super nice and that’s the only good thing about this place. It has a lot of potential with the courtyards and high ceilings, but the sink and shower were so dirty and rundown I didn’t take a bath and went to starbucks to brush my teeth and do other bathroom stuff. I was charged a deposit of $100 I was not made aware of this on the website. To me it seem like a nickel and dime thing but I was told I would get it back when I checked out. It’s been a few days since I’ve checked out but still nothing. And then I said on hold until at a certain time it just disconnects

Customer service was great, room huge and nice. Very comfy! Once the property has finished renovating it will be a awesome location aside from the one creepy guy.

Unfortunately, there were no micro fridge, microwave, iron or ironing board in the room. Upon arriving to the room, the shower curtain had a very dirty stain at the bottom of it and a new shower curtain had to be provided for replacement.

It was okay what you should expect for the price

Was very bare and self sufficient just a very hard bed and bathroom with no hot water. Tv was the only thing compensating for the room altogether.

Did not come equipped with; chair at desk, telephone, clock, towels, soap, shampoo, & TOILETPAPER…..

Very dirty hotel rooms didn't have towels or rags no cable channels over about 12 channels people were loud and hanging out and doing drugs around the motel just awful!!

I realize that the place was under renovation, but it was still shocking to see the condition of this property. It took a very long time to check in although they were nice. The lobby and rooms had an over The lobby and rooms had an overpowering smell from their cleaning fluids.The outside of the property was in terrible condition and the rooms poorly renovated, and without any appliances. Permanent residences live on the property that were drinking and smoking in the parking lot, which I found very weird. I thought I was staying in a Third World country hotel.

was told the room I reserved they did not have , was put into a non smoking room after reserving a smoking room. in the room there was no chair for the desk , no refrigerator or microwave in room and was told there would be an additional deposit which was refundable after check out.

The website should not promote this property. Drug addicts going on and out of rooms no lighting in the room. The property was filthy. Police was out there the whole time I was checking in to address the same issue. Expedia should not let them through with this false advertisement. I had to ask for a refund and they kept part of the refund and said the other portion goes back to Expedia. Not sure why with this property. Should close this down.

The pictures on the website are not recent. They whole hotel is under renovation and a mess. The AC was falling out of the wall. The room smelled like smoke. There were cracked windows. Room was 85 degrees when we arrived

Absolute worst of the worst, walked out and went to another place

Trash at the door entrance, no lamps in the room only a wall mounted spotlight, drapes falling off the window, no table in the room, a rolling office chair, bare walls, no art work, $50 cash deposit required in addition to the Expedia payment, floor had not been vacuumed, no wash cloth or hand towel, front desk clerk had difficulty with English, no clock in the room. If I hadn’t been dead tired and it being late and having to be at the hospital to work at 7am I would have bolted after seeing the lobby. A homeless shelter would have been nicer.

Hotel needs some serious work. Hallways weren’t swept. Dirt and pieces of garbage on it. Room bathroom was dirty. Walls, outside of toilet and bath were all stained. Bed skirting was torn. Glad I was only stuck there one night.

There is not enough room to type in this box about this terrible stay. The worst hotel i have ever booked. Hotels.com should be ashamed to even have this hotel on their website. It is an old compound for the homeless, and the homeless never left!! The room was filthy. There was black hairs on my towels. The layer of filth on the doorway was disgusting. There was a layer of dust on the bed on the top of the back board. I tried to get my money back and they refused. The people were sleeping in the bushes out by our car.

We paid $582.00 for 2 nights of horrible conditions. The room was absolutely disgusting, included no hot water, no closet or nothing to hang clothes on! Room was filthy & the whole development should be inspected by the health Department m. I have never stayed at a hotel this deplorable in all my life!

This is an extremely rundown and dirty property. In addition they surprise you at check in by demanding a $50 all cash deposit. It was soooo bad I had to eat the expense and book another hotel because it was so sketchy and felt unsafe for my family.

Dirty nastiwst room ive been in. Had to buy sheets for the bed, clean the room, no towls, no hot water, and its definitely the hooker spot.. Kept my 50 cash deposit.. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!!
