The front desk person was very rude, the room was nasty. there was a bunch of empty rooms that needed repairs. my room needed painting the paint was peeling there was no remote for the tv. No water pressure and the room was smelly

Loyalty Inn is a terrible hotel. It seemed like it in the constructions and then got nothing done right staff only one person to death and one person to clean the rooms and I’m surprised this thing was going so far they should be shut down. I don’t think they’re legit hotel.com. Need to take them off the list or anything. It’s a terrible place.

I saw the pics and I figured a clean place to relax for two days. Then I get to the property and it’s a dump. The attendant said I booked two rooms for one night. I’m traveling solo. Why would I do that? I show her my reservation which says one room for two nights. She only has one night available. On the 4th floor. Your elevator doesn’t work. I’m exhausted from traveling so I think I’ll just take the room and deal with the rest the next day. The room smelled. It was hot. The curtain was hanging. And you had no hot water. I had to catch my breath and go back down for a refund and then Uber my way to sanity. The place NEEDS to be shut down and renovated. It’s disgusting.

to start our reservation was denied and i had to purchase another room on the 4th floor my self and my wife are in our upper 60's and the elevator was broken. we got to our room and it was bare no fridge no phone no coffee maker not even a chair and the bed was supposed to be king and it was full they said this was the last room available. the bath tube was so filthy i refused to even step into it, we woke up the next morning at 4:30 i looked out side and there were only 3 cars in the parking spaces they were very rude and then the only ice maker in the motel was broken down. when we went to bed pulled down the sheets and there was a poop stain on the sheet. we had to sleep on the top of the bed.

The property was not what it says it is online. The pictures are deceiving.

it;s insane! I paid for my room and because I arrived after 8pm the front desk was closed and I had to chose another hotel. What a shame!

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The area was kind of sketchy. There was a homeless camp right behind the property in the woods and people dumpster diving. However, they were in the middle of remodeling.

Smelly rooms. Bad smell. Not clean Swimming pool was out of order filled with filth. Not a nice place to stay. Not recommended at all.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The wall in the bathroom was falling in, the fridge and microwave were easily from the 90s, one set of stairs was taped off…. The lock on our door was broken and there was a pile of dirt behind the door.

Have to try to get a refund because they told us the elevator was not working and my wife is immobile and can’t use the stairs to the 3rd floor. Hopefully Expedia will refund.

No elevator or pool (I don’t think either will be open in the foreseeable future). Room had a bed with clean sheets and running water. Was by no means extravagant, but it was good for a budget hotel stay on Gameday! TV had basic cable that got sports networks. If you want room service, this isn’t the spot for you. If you need a place to stay that isn’t $600 for a night and is close to the stadium you’re going to have a great time. There is space for a blow up mattress as well.

There are just a lot of things that need to be done to catch this place up to par. The first room needs to be cleaned and really pressure washed before anyone else is allowed to go into it. The staff saw the issue and attempted to rectify the problem quickly. The only thing is that the room I was moved to had an infestation of roaches. I really have to be hesitant about what I choose or who I choose from here on out.

The worst room we've ever stayed in, was half painted with holes in the bathroom wall, smelled bad, tiny bed and broken toilet seat. Didn't go near the shower. Couldn't wait to get out of there, so left at 6:00 AM. Actually considered sleeping in the car, but had already paid for it before we saw it. It was a terrible room. Loyalty Inn should be embarrassed.

Shops are close buy. Went to a cigar shop that was 2 miles away.

Dirtiest place I've ever seen. Your deposit will not be returned until they check your room, you need to return to the office *in person*... and wait. And the office closed at night...nobody to call when my TV wouldn't work. Unbelievably bad experience, but nothing else available in the area. Two empty shampoo bottles, no bath mat.

Not fantastic, but we survived. The front desk was very polite, and the room was as nice as it could be considering the age of the property. Props to whomever is keeping this place open, but it is definitely a "last resort" kind of stay.

Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. The rooms are barely put together. No elevators, the pool is out of order. No cleaning during the day, so no exchange of towels. They suck and they have bed bugs..

The hotel was under construction, the elevators didn't work and there was no hot water.

Place is dirty, unsafe unsanitary roach infested filled with mold, cracks in the wall of concrete, and garbage cans overflowing.

There were bugs that I was able to pick up with a tissue. There was a hole in the bathtub. A hole in the ceiling. Stickers (butterflies and quotes) from a tenant on the mirror and refrigerator. Candle wax splattered on the wall. A cigarette burn on the blanket in a non-smoking room. The hotel is next to an adult toy store. When I contacted Expedia, the staff refused to answer the phone.

My son left his to go get something to eat because what he ordered was taking too long, we he came back they let the delivery guy into his room while he was out

Amazing clean

Payed on hotels app only to arrive and be told that they don't see my reservation and that I will be refunded through hotels.com and wasn't. Still yet to receive my refund motel is a joke.

This hotel was the worse place I have ever stayed in. The rooms were filthy. The bathroom was dirty and toilet was broken. People that was hanging around were making noise all night. Do not go to this motel from hell.

It looked like a prostitution trap house the pool was green, it smelled like urine, the drapes were falling down. I didn't feel safe there turned in my key and left disputing charges on my credit card worst motel I've ever seen.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So many crack heads running around banging things around all through the night, yelling, asking you for money or where to get drugs and all around such a nasty room. The pool was green and looked like there might be a body in there or something, I have pictures. So many cops there all through the night arresting people in the parking lot. The tv in the room was stolen, there was a huge hole in the wall, no toilet paper, tissue in the peep holes as if there was some super paranoid person staying in the room before us. The vents on the ceiling were taped up and sooo much more to say about these nasty rooms. -10000/10 would NOT recommend. We ended up leaving in the middle of our one night stay because we couldn’t even lay our head down to sleep, which is the only reason we got the room in the first place. Horrible place, horrible people who stay there. Sorry for the workers that have to deal with that but then again they obviously allow it. The beds smelt like pee and the elevators were broken so we had to walk 4 flights of stairs, walking by a different addict ever flight. HORRIBLE PLACE. They should be shut the hell down.

We arrive at the hotel and they at 6:pm and they said " sorry but NO rooms available " I said that we have a reservation a month ago, with Expedia and they said its no warranty. I explain that I paid already and they told me with need to complain to Expedia.

Booked hotel for a graduation, no room was available due to hotel being overbooked, waited hours then finally received room, No iron, no coffee pot, no microwave, no refrigerator . And the T.V didnt work.

I felt unsafe. There were a lot of notices at all hours of the night. I was not able to sleep much. A lot of weed smoking. The hotel room was not ready at 3 pm, and I finally got to my room at 9 pm, waiting since 3 pm for them to get it ready.

The property is understaffed. Tried to check in twice and rooms were not ready. They called me later but did not leave a message. When I called back they told me my reservation was cancelled and I was left without a room for 2 nights. Poor customer service.

Scary place.

this was the most disgusting experience that I and my family have ever had. One we did not even get a chance to stay there because Expedia overbooked the hotel so we had to fight for a refund between you and your representatives for that. Mind you it was graduation weekend, I thank God that there was somebody that was willing to let us stay with them, but this was a major inconvenience and you have people actually living there prostitutes running in and out and drug dealers do better and check which hotels are which that you Collab with

Definitely not family friendly as unsavory individuals are staying there and parading around the property. This place needs to be closed down permanently! I left the moment I saw my room, I want my money back because what they offered is not what they showed in the photos at the time of making the reservation, also the check-in had to be at 3:00 pm and they gave us the room at 4:30 pm. I want my money back

Payed around 70$/night a couple of months ago. Sent messages to let them know I was checking in late at night but during open hours. Arrived there and the front desk person politely said: we weren’t sure to have a room for the night since it was on a “first come first served base”. We were “lucky” they still had a room for us. Room was in atrocious unsanitary conditions. No soap, no towels, sheets worn out, stained and with holes seemed dirty. Cleaning was clearly not done at all. Swimming pool green water filled with detritus and parking lot full of people obviously under the influence of alcohol and drugs fighting, laughing and screaming all night. This place should be closed. I have pictures of everything and recordings of some screaming around 2-3 am.

4 hour wait to check in. They turned away my family members who had 3 rooms reserved and paid for. People were sleeping in their cars as they turned many people away. Do not stay here!

This property is infested with roaches. My room had multiple walking on the floor, walls and AC unit. Do not stay here not even for one night.

They didn't have my room ready at check-in. I had to wait a few hours for them to get the room ready. Only reason I got a room is because another couple gave up their room. The room is in shambles. Holes in the walls. Bathroom not cleaned. Room was awful! Pool hasn't been cleaned in years. There's a weird substance on the TV. Do not get room here!!! This is an extended stay for hookers, dope boys, and people on hard times. I was stuck here because there were no other rooms in the area because of graduations. I here for my son's graduation and this sucks. The pictures are false advertisement. The place is a dump!!!!

I had a wonderful time

The safety lock was broken. The silver one that goes over was ripped off. The room wasnt clean, thin cover on bed had a stain, took that off and sheets under had crumbs on them. Mattress under had a giant stain, i was grossed out but had no money to leave to get other hotel. Dangerous area, alot of trash along hills in front. People walking in front. People sleeping in cars. Noise all night long. Next room with loud violet fighting couple. Dog barking. Hard night. I luckily had blankets in my car.

The conditions of the place was rough but I wasn't expecting a luxury room for the price I was there 3 days the front desk was very nice they gave me a great deal upon arriving to my room the toilet was broken and the tub had a constant run in water so to generate being a decent person I didn't complain I fixed the leaking water purchased a new toilet floater 5 dollars fixed that the room was not clean to my liking so I gave the room a good clean them swept and mopped the floor I literally spent 20 bucks a dollar tree no biggie I bought a toilet bowl cleaner a bathtub mat mop broom and fabulous. It took one hour to get things how I like them. I was ok with doing that considering the cheap deal I got. The mini fridge worker microwave all worked there is alot of foot traffic there all night but not one time did anyone bother me so I would stay again

Booked my stay from hotels.com at 12:50pm and got a confirmation number. showed up at 11pm (check in is til 2am). Lady at the front rest said we do not accept bookings from any third party website including hotels.com WHICH IS BS! Website says exactly how many rooms there are. They said the hotel was fully booked and I am not in the system. I had to walk 1 hour to the only hotel with a room available. Absolutely terrible service

My recent stay at Loyalty Inn was very uncomfortable. The furniture and black tape it, 1 set of old towels which were very thin(worn out), the blanket had a odd smell to it, I could hear my neighbors going to the bathroom, couple of holes in wall by the bed where somone tried to patch up, there was no light fixtures or bulbs in some of fixtures and no ice bucket to get ice.

The room was falling apart, the safety lock was broken and I felt unsafe. The room and worse the bathroom severely smell of cigarette (needed my ventolin inhaler to manage). Only towels for one guest when we booked for two and then were told more towels were in the dryer at 8pm and wouldn’t be dry for 2 hours. Altercations outside the building all night, requiring police to be present. Worst night sleep in the past six months of travel, left at 5am. Should have checked out and got a refund and stayed elsewhere but it felt like that would have been harder than just dealing with it

Alot of people traffic outside. Asked for non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. Bed cover had stains on it. I didnt even stay in my room and my toilet didnt have a seat. Mildew stains on the bathroom ceiling amoung other things.I just went to another hotel

there was no microwave or tv remote upon entry of room, bathroom door was almost off the hinges, ceiling and floor has stain patches. honestly the only thing to do was sleep. my own urine was warmer than actual shower . the blanket was very thin, had stains, cigarette holes, i mean jail blankets are better than what they gave us. loyalty inn needs to do better!!!

Nasty room stuff all over the wall, stuff all over the floor roach bugs people next door Blair, music, we stayed long. Enough to shower, and then we got back on the road and left.

Couldn't check in. Sign was posted to the door to call for check in. Called mutliple times and no one answered or even call me back.Ended up leaving amd having to find somewhere else to stay. Don't waste your time. It's also next to the strip club which probably explains alot. Terrible!!

I honestly didn’t like anything about the property I only stay because I couldn’t get a refund. I paid for two beds but when I got there they only had one bed room. There was no towels in the room no tv no mirco wave and the door didn’t lock. It’s was multiple people who look like drug addict in the property I wouldn’t recommend for anyone unless you are paying $30-45 a night

It is a cheap alternative for lodging. It was okay as a place to crash and amazing that it was available on a football weekend. I would use it again.

The desk or sign in clerk was aware that I was a senior citizen and asked for driver license. He was aware that my accommodations consisted of a King size bed non smoking room. The television did not work after the repair man fixed it. The heater did not work adequately after repairs. The linens had holes from a cigarette or smoking device.The bed was a twinbed that slept like steel.(extremely uncomfortable) No amenities in the room coffee pot or tea bags. Loud noises in the hotel through out the night extremely cramped space.

The room had an opening on the lock. While it was secure, it looked questionable. The rooms HVAC had no cover. Small children could have touched wiring due to no cover. Fortunately the grandkids were not with us. There were what appeared to be burn marks on the ceiling. The toilet paper dispenser was barely attached to the wall. The one positive was the bed was comfortable.

when we arrive at midnight to room which was 218, the toilet was cloth up, if we flush everyrbing came back up and shower head was linking everywhere, people goong crazu and screaming all night long

This is the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. The bar to hang your clothes on was rusted; the bathroom was dirt. the toilet seat was spotty; the curtains were only attached on either end of the bar and drooped in the middle. There was trash along the stairs.

Room wasnt clean especially the toilet. I asked for chemicals to clean myself and they said that they would send someone up & no one showed. I slept in my car because the bed was unsuitable. I also thougt i saw a bed bug.

The pictures on the site are click bait, the building (can’t call it a hotel/motel) is extremely run down, the staff doesn’t speak English, there’s homeless people living out of a vehicle on the property, there’s old mattresses laying on the ground in front of rooms, no television or phone in the rooms, people are actually living here and not just staying for a visit, dead insects in the windows and bathtub, and not to mention illegal activities (drugs and prostitution) happening on the property as well. I slept in my car since I knew I wasn’t getting a refund back. This is the ABSOLUTE worst place I’ve ever seen. Please remove this so called hotel from your listings

This was the worst hotel stay ever. The property is filthy, the rooms are filthy. I spent over $100 at Walmart purchasing clean linen , cleaning products for the room and towels because everything was unclean. My room key didn’t work last night and there was no one at the front desk for me to get it reset. The contact number they have goes to what seems like a personal voicemail. Just about every guest stayed outside be rooms with their doors open, it was hard to get sufficient rest because the guest are up all night, talking loud and/or arguing outside. There was no security on site and it seems very unsafe. I would never stay here or recommend this place to anyone. I was scheduled to check out on 11.04.24 but ended my trip a day early because I couldn’t take another night at that property

When I arrived at the property the manager didn't have my reservation and didn't try to make it right. The staff was rude to Expedia staff also. I'm waiting on a refund for the total cost.

Arrive at 8pm and there was no room ready had to wait 45 minutes. Hotel is used as apartments, let just say good thing had armed security. There was a fight on floor below mine at 2am and window of room was broken

It was absolutely disgusting!! There was roaches and other bugs. We didn’t have towels. It looked like there was stains all over the bedding. We only had 1 pillow to start. And when we got home there was 2 roaches that crawled out of our bag. I would honestly want a refund for how gross it was but in reality I just want you guys to fix it. This place could be decent if you put some care into it. And got rid of the bugs.

No towel. No soap. No shampoo. There was old food in the mini fridge and ashes and blunt debris in the drawers. Might be the worst place I have ever stayed through Expedia. Very upsetting when I couldn’t even get a shower because there were no towels. I asked 3 different times.

I recently stayed at a hotel Loyalty Inn in Tallahassee and was impressed by the efforts of the new management to improve the overall experience. I would like to particularly mention Britto who was the management staff was incredibly polite, receptive, and went out of their way to be helpful. It's clear that they are focused on making positive changes, and I appreciated their willingness to accommodate any requests I had. While there are still areas to enhance, I’m happy with the service I received and look forward to seeing more improvements when I stay again next week.

Nasty place . The officer at the Desk very impolite. He had staff at the desk. They listened all my information .No privacy at all. My room had people smoking outside. The stair dirty and unsafe all very deteriorated . Trash garbage spilled out . In addition,dirty water spilling out from the room. Absolutely a horror hotel. Only an outdoor elevator had mustard smeared on the floor. Reservation was not honored. People smoking drugs standing on every floor outside rooms. I was traveling with an elderly family member that required a handicap accessible room but not available. Told only one room left but to go look at it before completing registration. A/C unit broken down into parts all over the floor and bed. We refused to stay there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!

It is dirty , nasty, squatters in rooms, trash am human waste everywhere. I book close to 30 hotel stay a year. I dont need much: clean bed , tv, internet , and hot water. I have stayed in some scetchy places but the Loyalty Inn in TLH actually scared me. I felt like I needed a battery of anti diseases shots so I wouldn’t fall to influenza.
