First, Breakfast and Young Lady in charge were a 10. The staff here was as polite, professional, and willing to go above and beyond their call of duty. Names I remember, Jessica, Rebecca, and the other I can't recall, but Everyone was Excellent!!! Nothing 10 out of 10, EXCELLENT!!!!

Location and breakfast staff. Breakfast was nice and attendant was extremely pleasant. Blood stained bedding. Both rooms were not very clean. Staff did not clean garbage in 4th floor hallway during out 4 day stay. Staff was dismissive when advising of issues.

I do wish the front desk clerk had shown a little more energy and warmth when greeting guests during check-in. The hotel itself was perfect for my family size, which we really appreciated. However, I did notice the room was a little dusty, one of the plates in the cabinet was not fully cleaned, and we found a glass still inside the dishwasher. The kitchen and bathroom sink drains also could have been scrubbed a bit more thoroughly. Other than those minor issues, we truly had no major complaints and enjoyed our stay overall.

I called Thursday to make sure my room was booked and my guest was on the check-in due to the fact I wasn't gonna be there til 1 am. He calls me to let me know that he was not on the check in and that there was nothing he could do so I spoke with front desk Jessica. She told me to call and talk to reservations so I did they gave me a run around hung up on me called back finally after 1.5 hours later I got him on the check in. But by then I was almost there so he just waited for me. Once I got there at 1am I went to my room to find the toilet was not working went down got a new room and the light wasn't working. Finally got to lay down after about 1 hour bs

Nice hotel in a convenient area. Lots of free parking. Lady staff member that checked us in was wonderful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was plentiful but honestly just ok. I did love that they offered take away boxes for the breakfast buffet.

Very clean room! Fit my family of 5, my teen and pre-teen loved being in their own "room" with bathroom and having a full kitchen! My 3 year old loved the "front room"

Close to restaurants and gas stations. Had the size accommodation we needed. Not the hotels fault, but a couple of homeless people loitering in parking lot. One came in to get coffee from the breakfast buffet. I felt sorry for him

Check in was fast. Easy. I had pets so he gave me a room on the first floor right next to the back door. Room was spacious and very well appointed.

It was so inviting and then the room was another Wow. All the accommodations also received Wows. Highly recommend this Motel for all travelers. It was better than most resort hotels we have stayed in. You want believe how much breakfast items and the service you will receive. Five Star rating for us.

Little far to FSU but really not a problem

It was near a main road and size of room for family with full fridge and mini kitchenette. Not well kept. Ants were in the first room we were put it in. There were faux curtains placed. Could not close it and it let a lot of ambient light into the room and also people could see directly into the room as the curtains were not closed well.

The staffs are very nice and made our stay very pleasant! Sally definitely stands out because she knows how to multitask and still made sure , we had everything needed! Property was very clean and beautiful inside

I love the hotel but Expedia charged far too much. I later found out I could save about 399 dollars if I booked from the hotel directly and was trying to cancel Expedia booking but there was not a living person who would answer my call. Is Experdia go all AI now? Is it still run by a person or by AI alone ?

The staff were very kind while not hovering. The room was clean, and I was able to delay service so that I could keep my cat in the room with me and not cause her undue stress. The bed was very comfortable, and all the facilities (bathroom, kitchenette) were helpful. Friday night's rate was 4 times the rate of the weeknights. I get that they have to make money on the football game visitors, but I was staying there because I'm in a situation where I'm moving from one place to the next, and my new place isn't ready. I just needed a soft spot for me and my cat so that I could go to work. I would go back, but that weekend rate has kept me from doing so. To save money, I'm now staying at a friend's house and have a 2-hour commute to work.

You can have pets I didn't bring any the staff was awesome everyone that works there was so nice and accommodating and I really enjoyed the stay the room was nice the TV was large and it was a smart TV so I can watch Netflix Etc I will stay there again and I do recommend it

The hotel was perfect, the suite was huge, room smell was amazing, breakfast was great the breakfast staff was nice, friendly and on top of her game. The hotel was like at home very comfortable.

We loved everything about our stay!!!! We only wished it would have been longer. We stayed 2 nights. It was huge. It was bigger than some apartments. We were visiting FSU, and it was super close to the university. We were able to pick our room before we checked in. It's super close to restaurants and shopping. Staff is so friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Everything was great except the elevator which made an aggressive, super-scary lurch that made us all look at each other. It stopped and we thought it was stuck and we would die (kidding). Then it started again and we were safe. Whew! Adventure!

The breakfast offered many options. The coffee was fresh 24/7. The bed was clean and comfortable. Lots of extra bedding for sofa bed. All furniture in the suite was clean and comfy.

We really liked this hotel. It was clean and nice, and its location was convenient. It was also quiet, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was good and varied somewhat day to day, and the staff was on top of making sure everything was hot, fresh, and well stocked. We would stay here again.

There was never any hot water when we showered. It was always warm but never hot. We took showers in the evening and in the morning and it was always the same. Also, please provide a breakfast meat option for those of us that do not eat beef or pork. I overheard another customer who was also disappointed there was no turkey or chicken sausage option

Staff is wonderful, my teenage daughter said it felt like we were family! Rooms are huge and quiet. Only negatives are some of the vents were rusted and in order to have a hot shower, the water flow ended up really low

I’ve complained to Hilton. They should either adhere to the Hilton standard, or take the Hilton name of this place. People next to us had to be moved because they had fleas in their room. Our room was just worn out and dirty, when we were told it was a ‘renovated room’. We arrived at midnight and construction started at 8:30 on the floor below us. I do have to say, that the staff was all very nice (especially Jonathan), this is obviously none of their fault.

The property supports a smoke free stay,but the lobby and hallway leading to the elevator smelled of smoke. The hotel could stand a deep clean in common areas. The bed was extremely hard.

Friendly abd helpful staff, room was clean.

Good hotel for the price. Rooms are very large, decent mattress and pillows. The toilet kept making strange noise about once an hour. Th3 faucet in the tub dripped. Hotel can us3 some updates but overall nice, decent breakfast and friendly staff.

Very friendly reception & breakfast service. Very comfortable bed, couch & layout. Would give it 5 stars except that it’s a tad older, but very clean, & doesn’t have a bar/restaurant as advertised, but is close to other options.

Fantastic two-bedroom unit for a reasonable price. Room was immaculate and clearly the staff does a fantastic job cleaning in the midst of the Rona. A+++

We were checking in late, they called to see if we were ok :) The room was nice, comfy bed, and nice and comfy couch! Would stay again! Breakfast was excellent, included eggs, waffles, bagels, sausage (cuts!), juice, etc!

Stayed for one night, one bedroom suite is very spacious, have kitchen and table to eat, good free breakfast

Bathroom toilet handle was broken and continued to run off n on throughout the night and something kept biting me. I think carpet / flooring and room need to be thoroughly. Did not get much of any sleep.

Great staff, central location. Easy to find and just far enough away to be quiet and not in the middle of the downtown noise.

Breakfast was cold and served in styrofoam container. Some other environmentally conscious plate or container would be preferable.

The rooms are very dated and the beds weren’t as comfortable as I would’ve liked. It was a little bit of a drainage problem with the bathroom sink and tub. Staff was really friendly.

I have stayed here before and it was fine so decided to stay again. Breakfast was horrible, couldn’t even eat it and saw a roach in the room so now cleanliness is in question. Won’t be staying again.

Very outdated and damp room. Room smelled like someone just finished a fish fry when we got there. Won’t stay there again!

The furniture is so old, the breakfast was bad. The corridor and the room smelled bad.

Suite did not seem to have a thermostat so could not adjust A/C (it was too cold for me). Bathroom had a faint urine smell (I am sensitive to odors). Good amount of space; visually appeared clean.

The hotel when my husband an I was nice N clean . This time my mom an I the bathrooms was mildew rust toilet stopping up the walls are dirty I just didn’t feel comfortable

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean! We slept very well after a long day biking the Tallahassee-StMarks trail.
