My room was immaculate and spectacular and I truly enjoyed my stay.

I always enjoy my stay,I have made it my home away from home.

The room was huge and the walk in shower was very helpful.

Front desk staff was excellent. Bathroom needs some maintenance. Rust and mold visible.

How nice and clean it was and the staff was friendly. There was nothing I didn’t like.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. The property and rooms were all very clean, and the employees were all very friendly and helpful. Also, the warm saline pool was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Spaces room was awesome. The cleanliness of it was also great.

BreakFast: Awesome, hospitality was GREAT!. Staff: They are good and well mannered too. Bar: did not use. In-Gerenal : Ambience was missing with Wow! factor.Hotel frangranance was completly missing.In-fact, out side of lift at 4th floor they installed Trash and it was smelled bad..my room was near by (#407). Public access workstation was in entrance lobby only which was ruining the lobby vibe.They should be seperated or rel-allocate somewhere else. They need to fix it to be better.

Friendly staff, clean, everything you need. I had the “two king beds” rooms and there was one king bed and one couch bed that was definitely not king. We all slept fine and have no complaints but i also feel like it shouldn’t be advertised as “Two Kings”

We really enjoyed our stay but due to my husband having a medical issue was checked out Saturday 5-23. I was told Expedia issued a refund of $101.78. When and how is this money being credited to my credit card? I received the invoice showing refund at check-out, Please advise me asap.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had from any restaurant. It was very tasty. It was fresh and just impeccable. I would most definitely visit here again on my next trip to Tallahassee. Everything was wonderful

Good amenities for business travelers or families with the pool, gym, restaurant and lounge and store for food and drinks. Rooms were comfortable. Bed was very soft.

After taking my shoes off and walking in white socks, I was disgusted. 3. The thin walls allowed me to hear a woman coughing for an hour. 4. The lampshades in the room were in disrepair. Cracked and ripped. Why do the housekeepers not report this? 5. In room refrigerator is not adequate to keep a 16oz bottle of Pepsi cool, much less cold. 6. I paid $500 for this experience. Breakfast not included. This should NOT be in the IHG group of hotels.

Holiday Inn surprised us and in a great way! The room was a generous size, the beds were so comfy and the pillows were standard size which was perfect! My only complaint would be the towels were rather generic but who should complain for what we received! Almost everything. The pool was nice and clean and not old and dingy like so many others!!!!

It was a busy weekend with college graduations. The hotel stay was great. Great service and friendly staff!

Gym is perfect size. Rooms are nice and clean Staff was incresibly nice.

The power went out that night, I waited five or six hours before calling Tallahassee electric company only to be told they had no idea they’re an outage. About 30 minutes after I called them, we had power. I feel like someone at the hotel shouldn’t have been on top of that, we were without power for over six hours.. The electric company said no one from the hotel had called them to say there was still no power.

It was an excellent location. The bed was comfortable. La habitación es bien espaciosa y esta equipada muy bien y ademas muy limpia. En general el hotel esta bien cómodo y limpio el personal es atento, me gusto mucho la decoración del restaurante así como el desayuno fue espectacular y ademas la Sra. que atiende en el desayuno es sumamente atenta y de muy buen carácter. Lo recomiendo 100%

They left a hand written note in our room thanking us for our stay. The people at the front desk were so sweet and helpful! The bed was a little firm but I know it keeps the material from breaking down quickly.

The indoor pool was great. Me and my kid swam for an hour after the 5 hour car ride. So glad I chose the indoor pool hotel because it was a little too chilly to swim outside.

+ Main road location + Facilities, especially indoor swimming pool for hot weather !! - Traffic noise on one side of the hotel rooms - Adjacent rooms were all occupied leading to privacy concerns

The room had not been vacuumed and the fridge was dirty.

While the room was clean, it smelled awful. In fact, the smell of the hotel when you walk in was not a pleasant one. I complained and housekeeping said it was because of the food the previous occupants had. But I didn’t think so.

The linens were crisp, clean and comforable. Location was convenient to FSU, the mall, and the capitol area. I would stay again.

Location Put more bath towels in the room, we are a family of four and only 3 bath towels. We did ask for more and they delivered.

It was nice and clean and it looked nice and safe Some of the guests were taking up two parking spaces. And it smelled like someone was smoking marijuana in the parking lot.

Absolutely loved my stay. My room was very clean, staff was great and rooms were spacious. My only reservation was it’s too loud around 9am when check out is at 11am. It sounds like doors being slammed during clean up I’m not totally sure but it’s very Annoying when trying to get the those final hours of rest.

This is a perfect hotel for FSU games, orientation or campus visits. It is in a convenient location, about a 10 minute drive to campus, there is a Target and BJ’s very close by. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and accommodating. Finally a hotel worth staying at in Tallahassee. Clean, the room did not smell, type bedding was not damp! Super friendly staff and a nice bar and breakfast.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again we had a small hit up the first day and staff corrected and fix the issue as well as gave me and my son a free branch. The issue was very minor. It will keep us from staying there again.

Overall I liked the hotel. The shower looked a bit grimy, but my biggest complaint is the staff. They called me about 5 days prior to confirm my stay. I assured them I would be there. I arrived at around 4:50 and the front desk mentioned I just made it as they were going to cancel my reservation at 5. That was not mentioned when I spoke to the woman 5 days prior nor was that listed on Expedia. Had traffic been worse or we stopped for lunch, I would have arrived to find I didn’t have a hotel room. It was parents weekend, so there is no way I would have found one and she said they wouldn’t have called me, they just cancel it. Be leery about staying here as who knows of they are going to cancel your reservation without you knowing.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn based on the rave reviews about cleanliness. While the building was quite nice, there were hairs all in the bedding and I woke up the second morning to a roach in the bathroom.

I have stayed at this location before but this time was Not so comfortable check in was an A plus but as i sat in my Room my head began to Hurt and t smell in the Room was Horrible i had a can of spray so i Sprayed the room i checked in about 4 ish i had worked a 48 hour Shift so i was extremely tired my ac went out at my house so i was there Enjoying the AC lol so i went to Bed pretty Early say around 5:30 i woke up middle of the Night floor was Soaked i kinda tvrew it off and went back to bed i had to work the morning of as i got up floor was soaked the Room still had a bad smell i let front Desk know and they moved me to another room(Great Right) well i woke up at 6 am had to throw my uniform in wash i went to lay back down put my do ma t Disturb sign on Door to be waken up with a knock at 845 am I didn’t Answer but tvey knocked several more Times before Opening Door with a clear DND sign on Door 🚪 I couldn’t go back to sleep so i went and put clothes in Dryer i left them there for 1 hour to come get them and they be Wet still i ran Dryer fir an Additional 45 min and they were Still Not Dry i tell u this Stay was far worse then Any time I’ve stayed Staff was Great But I Didn’t Enjoy my Stay at All i give it a 2 out of 10

There is no AC in the hallways and in the elevator . The carpet in the hallway is stained . The room smelled like a perfume bottle . They have overdone it to the point where it gives you headache . Too much to cover up the other smells . But it backfired

Needed a room at the last minute for me and my family and this was a nice hotel. Deidra was great at check-in. Nice and clean and the the room with the extra space was perfect! Lots a space for a family of 5 where we didn’t feel like we were sitting on top of each other. My only complaint is the washer is full of mildew and mold. These washers need to be replaced immediately! I do not recommend using them. They smell terrible and if you look inside you can see the mildew. Also, the gym has 3 treadmills but only 1 was working, which was inconvenient when I had to wait to workout. The staff was friendly and the all you can eat breakfast was great. If you don’t plan to wash clothes or use the gym this hotel is great!

Took up most of the space in the lobby and when we went out back to sit outside they were smoking weed. Which, last I knew was illegal in Florida.We had to get up and leave as it kicked my asthma in.

We only stayed for one night, but we'd stayed there previously when traveling. Room was clean, bed was comfy. For us women travelers having a foot shelf in the shower would be nice as it's difficult to shave your legs in a stand-up shower. I had to turn the trash can upside down and use it to rest my foot on, not ideal but I made it work.

They need to make it very clear in the booking process that their breakfast is $15.99. The breakfast is no different than any other hotel equivalent to them. Elsewhere there is no charge for the breakfast.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The young woman at the front desk was wonderful—she truly made our stay special. The location was great, and we stayed during graduation weekend when everything was busy, yet the service remained excellent. Nice and comfortable for our shorts day

The purpose of this stay was for a brief weekend away from home. The only drawback was that I couldn’t find any westerns on the provided TV networks.

Place looked as pictured. Small issue I had with the breakfast reservation but it was easily addressed with front desk within minutes.

It had men hair after shaving in the sink, the floors were dirty you can tell it haven’t be vacuumed. One of the towels had dirty spots.

Reservation was for four guests with details required down to the children’s age, but there were only towels enough for two people in n the room. When I asked for more towels we were told none were available that evening, but we would receive towels first thing in the morning. Had to call and then visit the front desk the next morning to get the towels. The room had a foul odor. The solution offered was for a guy to come spray a citrus scent, which made the smell worse. Citrus scent mingled with stale beer and possibly urine was not a good mix. The pool had clumps of hair and discarded bandage. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, and the faucet in the tub was coming away from the wall. For the price we paid, we expect a bit more than we experienced.

Breakfast was kinda crappy but otherwise good stay

We planned a mini family reunion based on the hotel's heated indoor pool. The pool heater was broken, and the water was freezing. We wanted this to be a great fun-filled memory for our children. We asked the hotel to compensate us for the inconvenience of not letting us know before arrival so we could make alternate plans. The staff lied and said they informed us of a check-in, and this is absolutely not the truth. They would have had our business for many stays to come, But after this event, we will not be coming back since they do not understand how to treat customers and be honest!

I stayed 2 nights during the “once in a lifetime” snow storm and the entire city of Tallahassee shut down for several days. The hotel was clean, warm, and the bed was super comfortable. Free parking was a bonus and was well lit. Quick 15 minute drive to FSU. Plenty of places to eat with a Panera Bread right next door. There is a Target right across the street too. The staff that checked me in was friendly. The woman that checked me out was not nearly as nice and seemed irritated that I booked through a “3rd Party. I would suggest to bring a sound machine or headphones if you will be in a room on the back side, as there were bulldozers at the property next door working and beeping at the crack of dawn. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about that.

Great stay. We stayed for just the weekend. Hotel room clean, hotel all together was clean. Staff friendly. I didnt realize breakfast wasnt included but that was my error. All in all my stay was great. Had no problems at all. Would stay again.

Good location, right in front of a TARGET and 5 minute drive to the mall. So if you need to do some shopping it is a great location. The best thing was the complimentary washer-dryer area.

I didn’t feel this hotel was as clean as most reviews stated it was, at least our room was not. I expect a lot and count on Holiday Inns and Expresses to be spotless. I will clarify that it wasn’t dirty, just not to my liking.

The room had the trash of the previous guest. They hadn't vacuumed the carpet. I only had one towel. No cups for coffee or coffee. I have pictures of need them.

Everything was wonderful.

The place was impeccable. I don’t think I’ve ever been in such a clean place. Nothing dusty nothing out of place super clean bathrooms and I did not see the staff much because I got in late but whom I did see it was awesome. This is a no-brainer.

Modern decor

The staff was super friendly! The only thing that i did not like was i found a roach in my room. I did call the front desk and they were very friendly and moved my rooms and gave me a coupon for a free breakfast!
