Place was very clean overall. The shower was very good - lots of water and any temperature was available. The HVAC unit worked well and was quiet. A room key is needed to enter the laundry room. I used it. When I later checked on my clothes in the dryer, someone else was there washing a load (my clothes were not dry so I put money in for another round of drying and went back to my room). The guy there had the door propped open with the garbage can. When I returned later to get my clothes, man was gone, washer was empty, my clothes were done in the dryer, door was still propped open with the garbage can. I complained at the front desk. Staff member told me that propping the door open was done to allow people in the hotel next door to use the washer/dryer, as a courtesy (front desk did not have any sightline available to see the laundry room). I pointed out that anyone could have then walked in and taken my clothes. She just smiled and repeated what she had said before. It was as if she didn't even hear what my concern was.

We stayed 3 nights in March. The room was clean and employees helpful but the room smelled. It smelled musty, not sure if the air filter in the air conditioner needed to be changed but it was a strong smell. The hallways and the rest of the hotel did not have a musty odor. I thought the musty smell would go away when the air conditioner was on, but it did not.

It's a beautiful hotel conveniently located close to I10 and restaurants. The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and with no problems.

The room was very spacious and clean. The front lobby staff were nice. The huge negative was the location of our room. Our room was located by the laundry so we heard the machines the whole time we were there especially when we try to sleep.

Room was clean, but the bed as less than desirable; my husband said his side was slanted downward and he kept trying to roll out of bed. Unfortunately each time he would toss and turn the bed had a ripple effect and jiggled the whole bed. Great hot water and pressure. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Very attentive staff. Definitely worth the price and would recommend.

The breakfast was ok while the Holiday Inn Express had more variety and is free to guest. I was told the fee was $5.00 which is fine but was lacking variety and if you want orange juice it’s a $4.00 extra charge.

The staff was wonderful and the amenities seemed great. There were two large bugs and ants in the bathroom. This property was priced the best on the night of our stay. Not sure I would stay here again.

There were many restaurants, and shops near by. But they also had an Excellent restaurant and $5 breakfast choices at the Hotel. Would return again! Very quiet area, easy check in and check out. They had a small little store for snacks, etc.

Our first room the tv didn’t work and the front desk reception was so great and moved us to a new room quickly rather than making us wait for maintenance. Excellent service!!!

The hotel was well taken care of and the rooms were clean and modern. All the staff were extremely nice especially the breakfast crew. The location is about 12-15 minutes from FSU. This was our second time staying here and we recommend it for its good value and location.

The staff were all friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Day 2- No coffee (1 lady in the cafeteria sent me to the front desk lady, front desk lady was too busy, a man came out but never came back with the coffee).. I eventually went to Starbucks. The air conditioner went out in the area where the coffee was as well. Day 3- WiFi was atrocious. (Another great maintenance guy tried to fix it) Still bad service but at least he tried. Last and final day… my room was spotless but a roach was in the bathroom. I closed the door real fast, opened the door again and he came out again like I was supposed to know that was his room.

I stay at this hotel when I visit Tallahassee. I have stayed at other hotels, but always end back here. The staff is courteous. The lobby is nicely decorated. The price is right. The restaurant is nice. The amenities are clean. The tv is a nice size with great channel selections. Wi-fi is available. The parking is free. What more could you ask for without having to pay more. Front desk called to make sure the room was to my satisfaction.

The ad said that the rooms are sound proof. NOTHING about the rooms are sound proof. As my wife and I tried to sleep, we heard the pipes between the floors banging together through out the night. Also the phone rang at like 1:30am. But overall, we had a good stay. Would stay again. The sheets were fresh, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the ac worked. Other than the noises, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We had a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker.

My stay here at this location exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The morning breakfast was very good. All of the staff members, from the ones cleaning the rooms to the supervisor (that I met) Mrs. Candida Hinson, were all generous, courteous, and very friendly. Any questions that I had about the hotel’s services or the city of Tallahassee, were answered throughly from a first-hand knowledge base, and I appreciated that. I plan to return to Tallahassee in a few weeks and my stay has already been book here once again.

I only stayed at this property due to their hot tub, as I have a bad back. Neither the staff nor the website stated that the hot tub was not open until after 10 am and could not be used. I explained my issue to the manager, and she stated that it had to be cleaned every day, and that was it. She did not offer anything to help ease my aggravation. I will never stay at these hotels again.

We were very impressed with our stay ! The breakfast was absolutely over the top and delicious, offering a perfect start to each day. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable and clearly well cared for, everything felt fresh and clean. The Dove toiletries were a nice touch. Highly recommend !

Everything I needed for a perfect night’s sleep! The standard king room was very spacious and super quiet. I believe them when they said there was noise cancellation in the walls. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were silky smooth, cool and clean, the covers not too bulky, and the a/c kept a consistent temperature. The hotel seemed very elegant. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located. My only drawback was that we paid for breakfast (it wasn’t included with the room stay) and then when we had a change in plans and didn’t eat onsite they wouldn’t give us a refund because we paid thru Expedia. Bummer.

Stay was short but great. I tried the food from the restaurant and the Margherita flat bread was amazing and the bar tender was supe sweet. Only complaint i have was the the Keurig coffe make was not working in my room, not a big deal.

I dont know why but they put us in a handicap room that had a bathtub. How can a wheelchair person get in? It was a very nice hotel but my husband went amd got 2 candy bars and it was $8.00!
