    Great location. Good price. Breakfast was good as well. Checked in at 8pm, Went to shower and did not have a shower curtain. Had to go from the 4th floor to front desk to get one. Then in shower did not have any soap in dispenser. Epic fail in this area, but other than that was good.

    Our room was passable but had cracked tiles in the entry way and a falling ceiling and black mold in the closet. Lots of dings in the corners of the walls and the bathroom was so small we could barely fit in the shower. Breakfast is not continental or free as described when reserving the room. There was clearly little attention taken in patching the ceiling and walls by the elevator on the third floor. Staff was ok but not very professional (we heard cursing in the common area). Overall, I was disappointed and I'll choose another hotel when I'm in Tallahassee next.

    The hotel was in a good location, service was good and room clean but it was not Hilton quality! There was no hot water for a shower, there was no breakfast in the morning, there was no local network channels and streaming was really bad, also something minor no water in room for Hilton member.

    The elevator didn't work. We had to carry our luggage to the second floor. The next day we talked to someone in Housekeeping. We asked if we could get extra towels. He replied yes. We came back no one had cleaned our room at all. I want my money refunded immediately.

    Upon check in our check in clerk could barely understand or speak English. This is America! We then get to the room and upon opening the door was greeted by the largest roach I had seen in quite some time. I literally had to kill it and sweep it out into the hallway before my wife would enter the room. I do nor recommend this property to anyone.

    Kudos to Front Desk staff person Dee. Dee was exceptional in reaching out to extend warm greetings and hospitality. The overall ambience was excellent. Parking was adequate. The breakfast was mediocre. Ordered a Belgian Waffle. Instead of the Belgian Waffle I got a 'Thick and Fluffy' Eggo Waffle. Ordered turkey sausages. Instead got day old cold pork sausages.

    We came into town for parents weekend. We booked our hotel months before. Of course rates were inflated but that was expected, most hotels were very high because of parents weekend. When we arrived, the girl at the desk said the room I booked was not available. She said another guest had not arrived yet and she was going to give us their Junior suite. It actually was great because I wanted a king with more space anyways, Im not sure what happened when that guest eventually was to show up? She did tell me I would have to move into another room the next day but the Manager eventually said we didn't which again was great. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would have given all 5 stars except for the shower which obviously is important. It was off and on hot and we had it set all the way on the hot setting. The second part is the water pressure, it literally trickled out of the shower head. Outside of the shower, the stay was great.

    The best thing about this property was the guest-service staff member, who was incredibly friendly, and the beautiful lobby. We stayed in a king executive suite with a kitchenette—but there was no table, leaving a large empty space. The couch appeared covered in pet hair, the pull-out mattress needs replacing, and the sitting area had no television. The bedroom was acceptable, but the shower took about thirty minutes to warm up, and overall the suite could have been much cleaner.

    I specifically chose this hotel for its hot tub at a long day when I try to use it the knob was missing couldn't enjoy the hot tub. But honestly the bed was so comfortable I was all right with the inconvenience will probably be back in September. Dee was very Helpful.

    The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and offered plenty of space to relax after a long day on the road. It had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The only downside was the AC—it was a bit loud and made it hard to sleep at times. Still, overall it was a good spot and I’d definitely consider staying again on another road trip.

    It was very loud because it myst have been some kind of event going on for children and they were up and down the hall all night. Someone also had a dog that barked all night and the staff kept trying to enter the room the next morning while i was sleeping. I was so disappointed and miserable because I didn't get any rest.

    Average hotel with high end prices. Shade in the room did not work. It was a weekend so we were told they would turn it in to maintenance. Shower had almost no flow and never got hot. There was hot water at the sink but not in the shower. Can't believe that the TV wasn't a smart TV and we couldn't stream our shows. Guess it didn't matter much because the wifi was marginal. Even playing a card game I was disconnected several times. They no longer have an included breakfast, something their site didn't state. There is a restaurant though. We didn't try it. We reserved a accessible room and the picture showed a walk in shower. We did get handrails to try to climb into a 2 foot high tub. There were no walk in showers available. Apparently there are different levels of accessible rooms Front desk saff was OK but not overly helpful or friendly. Did not live up to our expectation of a Hilton Garden Inn.

    Seemed to short staffed. Floors throughout the entire property were dirty and never cleaned throughout our entire stay. Trash cans outside needed to be emptied. Lobby floors were always dirty. Switched rooms twice because the bathroom was dirty. Floors in the rooms were not vacuumed like cleaning staff said they were.     I had reserved an executive room, but when I arrived, I was assigned a smaller room without any explanation. I paid for the room I had originally booked, and yet, I wasn’t informed that my reservation had been altered until I opened the door to my room. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. This situation brings to mind that classic Seinfeld episode; This hotel knows how to book a reservation, they just don’t know how to keep it. Thankfully, we were able to find another room at a nearby hotel, on a busy night like Valentine's Day. The only redeeming part of this experience was the kind woman at the front desk, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall disappointment. I will not be booking with this hotel again.

    The property was under renovation and there was no real mention of it. The public areas were a mess and my dog found food on the floor of the room in multiple places the minute we walked into the room. The grounds were torn up as well. We had just stayed in a Hilton Garden in Jackson and were really disappointed with the Tallahassee property.

    There were toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor and in between the two beds. There was black hair on the vanity and a glob of soap. There was a fork and a hair scrunchie on the floor between the two beds and no holder for the bag of coffee used for the coffee maker. I would have replied sooner, but my husband had surgery. It was truly the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had!! I have pictures if you need to see them. DISGUSTING!!! I told the guy seated at the check in desk, but he didn’t even respond when I told him.

    Under construction and not worth the price. When I arrived, I waited at the reception for 10 minutes. Then I called the hotel and got sent to voicemail. Finally, some guy at the back noticed me and came up to check me in. It's obvious the place is in the middle of a remodel, so some of the features are not available. Worst of all, I paid the extra $5 for a pretty meh continental breakfast served out of the back meeting room, which ended up being surprisingly uncomfortable.

    I really hate to give bad reviews. We had booked this 9 days in advance, I provided with hotel with information that we would be traveling with our cat and dog. I booked a king suite for that reason. There was no indication that the hotel was undergoing MAJOR renovations. When we arrived the covered portico was blocked. There was no front desk reception area, only a table with a computer. There were signs that the elevators were not working. When i walked in I was informed that our king suite was not available as they were on the 4th floor. I was offered a queen double. Upon talking with the front desk clerk, he did mention that IF I had called him an hour earlier he did have my king suite but a couple on their honeymoon came in and he gave it to them! How was I supposed to know that I needed to call to ensure my room was not given away?? We had plans to meet friends for dinner. The clerk did offer to call their “sister” hotel the Hampton Inn, to see if they had king suites available. After 30 minutes I was informed they did. However, I was told I would have to call Hotels.com to cancel this reservation and have them transfer it to Hampton Inn. Upon arriving at Hampton Inn, I was not able to reach Hotels.com on the phone-I was disconnected 2 times. I had to pay for my room, was an hour late to my dinner. I still have not been able to contact Hotels.com to recover my money. I’m very disappointed in the way this was handled.

    The lobby was under construction, had to walk thru the dark around the pool to a man in a dimly lit hallway . He was very nice. The elevator was not working. Gave me a key to see my room on third floor, it would lt open the door so went back and got another key and it would not work so we left. The entire place is being remodeled and it needs it

    The staff was wonderful! They helped with everything that we had a problem with. I didn't realize the hotel is under renovation. No amount of running water could make it even warm in the bathroom. The room itself was very nice otherwise, the coffee pot didn't work, ice machine in hall broke, elevator broke. I would stay again when renovation done. Place will be nice and staff is great!

    To be fair, hotel is under construction - new lobby and dining area. But this is a very tired property. I'm guessing built in 1980's. I was in room 230 which is an "accessible" room for people with disabilities. Room was also very tired, and only 2 lamps for light. Had 3 maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. I fixed one myself.

    Ok now Hilton.... Y'all should be sooooo embarrassed! Where oh where to begin.... Well at the very beginning sounds good! Horrible customer service at check on ... We were clearly disturbing his cell phone time when we arrived. Then... Let's talk about the numerous hazards throughout! I understand the need for repairs and improvements HOWEVER ... take them in strides cause the whole place was a hot mess! When you pay over $300 to literally pay your head down for 4.5 hours and leave and have to deal with the foolishness that y'all have going on right now ...yea not a good taste in my mouth considering y'all were Motel 6 style to a T if not worse! From the unprofessional staff to the raggidy building.... Yea.... The Potter's are out and will not return. #GottaDoBetterHilton

    The hotel is under construction. However, most of the outlets in the room did not work. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The knob to turn on the shower rotated 360 degrees before the hot water came on. We checked in late Friday around 11:45pm and whoever was on duty did not greet or explain anything about the hotel like most Hilton hotels. Let’s just say this was an experience.

    Our room did not have any air conditioning and they asked us to let the AC run over the evening to see if the room would cool off (84 degrees). When we returned our room remained without AC. The front desk told us there were no other rooms available. For $450/night we expected AC. Then they changed our room after midnight. They put us in their "emergency room" which had a fridge full of lunch meat and dirty towels in the bathroom. This was completely unacceptable for the rate which was raised to 300% of baseline due to it being family weekend for FSU. We expected a partial refund and got nothing.

    Really disappointed we were not notified of significant renovations at the property in advance of coming. We arrived later in the evening and the place was awful with very limited facilities.     Our first room smelled almost moldy. Moved to better, but not great. Booked hotel to use hot tub. No indication online that pool, hot tub closed for renovations!! The only reason we booked at this hotel. Hot tub!!!!

    We originally had two nights but the first night there were kids on the floor above jumping off the bed from 7:30 pm- 10:15 pm and there were also kids knocking on our door and then would take off running. We decided to not stay another night and told the front desk how disappointed we were in our stay and we refused to spend another night there. We were charged another night even though we didn’t stay there and it was $743 for 2 nights!!

    This was an amazing stay from the second we walked in until we had to leave. The room was clean, the front desk staff made for an amazing and easy check in, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, the restaurant and bar was a perfect way to end every long day.

    I didn't like the fact that I requested housekeeping and they never showed up. So, for my 4 day stay I never had housekeeping services at all, though I requested at the end of day 2. The bathroom sink was stained. A white window curtain has a red stain.

    The room they downgraded us to was right next to a parking lot of 18 wheelers that had their generators kicking on and off every 15 mins and could not sleep mire than an hour or so at a time due to all the noise! I was more tired when we left the hotel than when we 1st arrived after driving for 10 hours straight through bsd weather. HORRIBLE experience.. never again. ZERO stars. This is not how to treat people. Do better.

    The customer service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The room itself was clean but the bedding was stained. We immediately called down for a new down comforter and duvet due to brown and yellow stains all over. The sheets had what looked like rust stain spots but we didn’t notice until we went to sleep. The towels had a really bad stench to them even though they were clean.

    Only water available to drink on whole property was from bathroom faucet. No water bottles. Water fountain in lobby, broken. Water dispenser in fitness center, broken. Hostess was rude AF too. Was like we were troubling her when checking in. Troubling her when asking where we could find water. She had to pause her tv show and personal phone call at one point, and this clearly annoyed her too. So sorry.

    We booked a suite for our family of 5 to make the sleeping arrangements easier. We have 3 kids and one of them is a baby so we thought the suite would help keep baby seperated in a quieter room away from his wild brothers. Well, when we arrived for check in they told us that they were fully booked and had to downgrade us to a single room non suite with a king size bed…. All for a family of 5! The worst of it was they didn’t seem to be too apologetic whatsoever and gave us 2 complimentary waters!!!!! That was their way of saying sorry for inconvenience :/ I think we should’ve received a discounted rate

    Our stay was really nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that would have made our week long stay even better would have been free coffee in the morning and a breakfast that did not cost $12.00 every morning. The staff was great and very friendly. We will stay again but please offer morning coffee.

    Everything looked ok except for the bathroom cleanliness, or lack of... There was hair all over the floor and the tub/shower area. I wet a wash cloth and began wiping it up (it was late and i was not changing rooms) and the floor in the bathroom floor was so dirty that the wash cloth was brown with dirt. Hair and filth. Disgusting.

    No one around when I checked out - Or tried to check out. Even yelled and screamed. Hot water was warm to cold. The phone was not plugged in. 1/2 roll of TP. Door had dirty grease marks.

    The room was very clean, I could tell it was freshly sanitized and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were AWESOME!! 👏 Especially for the affordable price. PLUS- they sell wine by the bottle and 2 meals a day for purchase on top of a sundries section of frozen meals, beverages, etc. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!
