    I will not stay there again. TV had digital issues and refrigerator was not working property. The front desk clerk came to our room to validate our complaints & treated us professionally but told us to notify Hotels.com & the corporate offices.

    It was a free breakfast so you get what you pay for. It was cold and there were few options, but on the whole it was decent enough we didn't need to stop for lunch. There was no hot water. It seemed like it was a problem they were working on.

    The room was very humid. There were puddles of water in the lobby every time we walked through it. There was no soap in the lobby bathroom. The pool was gross. The toilet in our room barely flushed. This whole stay was very disappointing.

    I was not able to open the refrigerator door if that indeed was a refrigerator. The AC was quite loud and the toilet had little water pressure and had to be flushed twice. There was no microwave and the pillows need to be washed. It was quiet in the hotel as long as I was there which was only 1 night.

    This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. As you walk into the hotel, it smells gross. We got to the room and it smelled awful too. We could not close the electric blinds because it was broken. The front desk said there were no rooms left with a king bed and that she could not fix the blinds. She said she can give us a discount. My husband and I struggled to put a sheet on the window but got it done. Then I was taking a shower and found out there was no conditioner just shampoo. I had to brush out my knotty hair. When I called the front desk the lady said housing was gone.

The hotel was sold out so they tried to put us in a room with no working toilet, eventually we were able to get a fully functional room (225 I believe) because there was a last minute cancellation.

    The room had a horrible smell. I was afraid to sit on the bed. The door looked as if it was kicked in and would not lock properly. Staff was not helpful in trying to put me into a different room, but honestly, I’m not sure I would’ve stayed even if they could. It was probably the worst experience in a hotel I’ve ever had and I travel a lot.

    I was given a room with a fast leaking shower and unflushed toilet paper in the toilet. I asked for a new room, quietly and politely mentioning why, and the staff didn’t apologize for the state of the room. Actually he didn’t say anything but program a new key and hand it to me. He seemed annoyed to help me. The second room’s floor didn’t appear vacuumed.

    Staff was great! Found me a quiet room as requested. Only problems were the toilet was running as I entered the room and no telling how long that had been going on. I checked it out and flapper wasn’t seating well. Reported it, and the empty lotion bottle in the bathroom upon checking out. (I had made sure the toilet wasn’t running before I left!)

    We stayed one night while driving through the State, and we thought it was a nice place to stay as it was very close to the highway, but far enough off and tucked away to be very quiet for a relaxing evening as well as a good night sleep. Breakfast was very good.

    I was disappointed in the room. The bathroom had 2 very small bars of soap. There was a pump bottle for soap but it was attached at the sink, too far from the shower. No microwave, no drawers for clothing. The refrigerator was very small. One of the 2 elevators was out of order. Check in time was 3pm but the rooms weren't ready until about 20-30 minutes after that.

    Staff was very, very helpful and pleasant. We did have issues with the door needing to be re-programmed and had to wait while that was being fixed to get in the room. AC made some rattling noises but we fixed it ourselves. Toilet handle kepts getting stuck. Other than these minor things, the stay was great, especially the staff.

    Hotel is hidden off the interstate, no signage to help find it even with Navigation. I mentioned to hotel staff and she said they have had to go off site to lead lost customers to the hotel. Guy checking in ahead of me said they were lost for 30 minutes. Breakfast was limited and the egg patty was not thawed. Un-edible.

    The staff member at check-in was un-inviting. No smiles, not welcoming. He wasn't rude, just not someone I would expect to see at a front desk.--Other than that, the stay was great. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The amenities were good. The Sunday morning staff was all smiles, talkative and very nice. We travel with 2 large dogs, 100#+ each, and there were no issues. The breakfast was satisfhying. 5 stars for sure.

    We complained to hotel staff after taking cold showers with little water pressure and they informed us the owner does this on purpose. Our sink didn’t drain, beds were old, furniture old. You can tell the owner is pinching pennies. Spend your money elsewhere

    Outside and lobby looked appealing. Pictures online looked great! Very deceiving. Overall cleanliness of the room was awful. Bathroom was filthy. Toilet especially. Dresser / TV area looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in several stays. When we walked in the room it smelled like mildew and we had to kick the air down to 68 to even make it smell okay to sleep. There was zero water pressure in the shower. Only 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and no more in the room. Thankfully we were only there one night. Will not stay there again & we usually love Hampton Inn’s.

    Staff was so friendly! Some renovations done, others in need of being done. Breakfast & availability of microwave was so helpful, since we were in town for a bodybuilding show, & it was nice to be able to heat up my food 🙌 Decent coffee. Would like to have had a bit nicer sheets - these were scratchy. Take your long, silky PJs, though, & you’ll be fine 😉 Overall, great value & a quiet stay 👍👍

    This was a nice hotel. Rooms were pretty clean and the staff we had interactions with were super nice. We woke up really thirsty from all the cold air that blew in and were a little bummed that the snack center didn’t offer water. I will bring my own bottled water next time.     As a displaced resident of the Milton Hurricane, I booked a room pretty last minute. The stay was reasonable as you would expect. The service was outstanding. As I was checking out late in the morning, the truck is packed and I received a call stating I should try and book an additional night. Knowing the hotel was at or very near capacity, I asked the front desk for an additional nights stay. It was touch and go for a few minutes but they were very helpful, courteous, and made it happen. From house keeping to the clerks at the desk, everyone was super friendly and did all they could to make my stay easy. Thank you to everyone!

    The first room I got was so damp that I requested a new room. The second room had a pungent smell. The third room had both, but not as bad as the first two. We had lots of tiny ants in the bathroom and on the cabinet with the TV (maybe this is because they only clean the room every other day). At first blush, it seems like a nice hotel, but it is really lipstick on a pig. I don't understand the dampness is all of the rooms, which can't be good for your health of people with allergies. I would not recommend.

    The tub did not drain. Spoke with the supervisor at the front desk, he said he would send someone to take care of it but they never came. I was on the fifth floor and the room next door was smoking, my room was fill with the smoke from next door.

    I’ve come to expect the best from Hampton Inns. This one is getting a little long in the tooth. No ac or warm in the hallways. The talcum powder smell from trying to clean the carpets and the rooms had a pine cleaner type smell. Hopefully it’s getting an update soon.

    Pretty clean, good location however the shower curtain rod was broken and would not hold curtain up. The mini fridge in our room was also broken and we had to put our road trip food in the cooler and refill ice for the night.

    Very disappointed on several fronts. I will never stay there again. The pillows were very lumping. Why is it so hard to use a good pillow? The bathroom lighting was poor. The breakfast was near inedible. The orange juice was watered down. The coffee was watered down. The meat used with the breakfast was terrible. I’m not sure my dog would even eat it. I threw most of the breakfast away. When I reported this to management she quickly turned it around on me as the customer and asked what I would do differently. Never again and that may go for future stays at other La Quinta’s.

    Hotel was nearing the end of renovations. Our first room had a door that would not latch. The 2nd room had hairs on one of the bed sheets, our 3rd room had a door that didn’t lock properly. Staff was friendly and apologetic.

    We had a great stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only downsides were that the pool closed at six so was not open when we got there and there were issues trying to use an American Express gift card to pay for part of the room. Otherwise a great stay! Good breakfast too!

    The heating/air conditioner sounded like a jet engine going on and off all night long. The ice machine is not working/broken. The bed springs sound like the bed is going to collapse every time someone lays on it.

    On December 5th 2023 the water to the entire building was turned off at 8:30 AM. We were not advised of this by any postings in areas where we would be sure to see them the day before. Nothing posted in elevators, no paperwork slid under our door, no phone message….just one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 plaque setting on the front desk which the clerk kept pointing to with no apology or compensation. Her only attempt to help me was to say, “I can check you out”. I wasn’t able to take a shower and had plans to meet with my Senior Manager. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I checked out and my wife and I went to a nearby Holiday Inn Express.

    I was less than impressed with this stay. I tried to take a shower thos morning and the off/on knob fell off in my hands. I put it back together and tried again but it fell apart agin so no shower. I picked up the phone to call the front desk about it and behold...the phone didn't work. Thre were also crumbs of some type all over the desktop surface and you could feel them as you waled accress the floor with you socks on.

    This Hampton Inn is under construction for renovations. Plastic covers many of the windows of rooms they are using for guests so you can’t see outside. The rooms that haven’t been updated have an unpleasant odor. We stayed 3 nights but in three different rooms after looking at more rooms that each had problems. The staff tried to be helpful and wanted to please. They were working under difficult conditions, not knowing what problems different rooms had. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and chose this one because we had always been pleased with the brand. This one fell very short of our expectations. Don’t stay here until they have finished their construction work.

    hotel did not know our booking we had to tell them we had an executive room booked with drinks and nibbles they had no idea duty manager gave us water chips cookie and a bar of chocolate but another guest was given complimentary water when they checked in it was only when we showed them our booking were we offered this what a let down was breakfast sausage floating in fat dirty breakfast counters we had stayed here before and loved it not againthough

    My family and I usually enjoy our stays at Hampton Inn. It is our favorite hotel. However at this location, we had a subpar experience. When we arrived we saw that the hotel was under construction and was not recognizable. The first room we were in was wet with humidity and had a moldy odor. The floors were wet as well as the bedding. We had to request another room. We were granted the switch and the room was better. We still had issues with the floor being wet. This was not normal. Our breakfast experience was not enjoyable. We came down around 9am and noticed that certain food items were not available. When the staff was questioned about the missed foods we were told, “The early bird gets the worm.” And they laughed. This did not sit well with my spirit. We made the best of it and tried our best to endure. We did not feel comfortable at this location and disappointed with the lack of customer service.

    The location is presently under VERY MUCH REQUIRED construction/remodel. There is a foul smell about the property that was also prevelent in the room. The atmosphere is unclean and the thought of sleeping in the bed was anxiety provoking. This was thankfully a one night stay and checkout time felt like opening a long anticipated Christmas gift. If you can avoid staying here..please do so..at least until after the ongoibg refurbishment.

    It was never mentioned that the hotel was under construction. It was filthy outside, the iron was broken and I had to wait to get another one because they only had one person taking the flint desk calls, checking in people, and running the items to the room. I asked for my room to be cleaned because we were there three days and we needed garbage taken out and fresh towels. It didn’t get cleaned and when I asked for some towels we had to go get them. Very disappointing. You should at least mention it is under construction. We advised to keep our blinds shut due to the workers. Hope this rating helps to bring the rating down so others know what it is really like.

    The hotel is being remodeled. It's old but clean. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Hot but mostly canned/powered. Room had a musky smell. AC worked well. A ceiling tile fell in the hallway right outside of our room !! Left the sheet for cover on top because the mattress was stained. I would not recommend this hotel until remodel is finished.

    Was charged from hotel even though I paid hotels.com. When I asked the front desk the morning after check in I was greeted with an attitude saying they didn’t charge me even though I showed them my bank statement. Maybe it will drop off, I don’t know, but the attitude wasn’t necessary. The hotel also stunk and out room smelled like dirty dogs. Nothing seemed clean.

    Traveling from TX to FL with a 26' moving van & car dolly. A large rig that parked well & was secure. As always, earlier arrival ups odds on good parking. Hotel staff helpful. Sports Bar restaurant next to property 3 minute walk, upbeat, clean, good food & a cold draft after a 9.5 hour drive a good. Breakfast was good. Well rested, good vibe & back on the road.

    Our only issue was that we were unable to connect to Wi-Fi. My computer would connect to the WAP but your system never redirected me to your login page so I was never able to get internet. I tried everything your desk suggested but to no avail. I was told that the property had a recent upgrade and that there were still issues. Fortunately my cell phone hotspot worked.

    Pillows too soft. No option for hard/soft pillows. Check-in smooth. Polite employees. Breakfast area large but no gravy and biscuits/bacon. Not the Hampton breakfast we used to get. I used to choose Hampton's for their consistent great breakfast (options) and quality furniture and sound proofing. Not the same. Maybe it depends on location. So much for standardization.

    Upon entering the room there was a very weird smell- musty almost. The property itself was just in disrepair- paint peeling from doors, overall just a dirty feel. I did reach out to the manager and he comped one of the nights. However, I would not stay here again.
