The breakfast is a joke, choice of a muffin or breakfast bar. There was no sugar free option for creamer in the coffee. My biggest gripe is the kitchen had zero utensils or cooking pots/pans which is odd for an extended stay. The track stars upstairs did stop around 8pm but never had so much noise before.... The floor did not look like it had been swept nor mopped.

I did like the fact that I was able to change the temperature in the room. I did like the easy access to my car being on the bottom floor. I did like having a refrigerator to keep my drinks cold. I did not like that when I turned on the water to take a shower, the little thingy and the handle to turn the water on fell out. And I did not lack that the stopper was not in the tub. It was on the side of the tub.

There really was No breakfast....muffins, cereal bars and instant oatmeal isn't what I consider a breakfast. There wasn't an ice maker in our freezer. I requested a coffee maker for my room...was told there wasn't one available. For the first 2 and 1/2 days there was a child in the room above us that jump or stomped non stop. That was horrible. The morning we were to check (around 8 or 8:30) a staff member tried to enter our room. Thank goodness I had the bar across the door. Didn't bother to even knock. They need to check with the front desk to see who has checked out.

It was okay but the price does not meet the standard of the room. Y’all need to upgrade if you’re going to charge the prices that you’re charging plus a deposit on top of that. The room and furniture needs an upgrade

The best description of this hotel is: Old, tired, and worn out.

This is an OLD hotel. Bathroom was dirty - hair in the shower and on the floor. There was hair in the bed prior to use. This hotel is basically a very low end hotel. We chose it for the price since it was parents weekend and all other hotels were very expensive....ended up regretting the decision.

The smell in the room was not good. They have pets that stay there and the smell is still innthe room. The bed was not comfy at all. Everything in the room is pretty basic. That's what you pay I guess.

Run down, the elevator was broken, and I saw a roach in the bathroom. Front desk was nice at check in and good coffee at breakfast.

A/C unit couldn’t keep up room very spacious and bathroom very clean and nice shower . Front desk was very pleasant

The staff were great at check in and check out. Room was super spacious with a kitchen and sofa sleeper slept 4 people very comfortably. My recommendations would be do not advertise breakfast when you have coffee and granola bars or instant oatmeal or do a larger continental style if you can’t do hot foods.

Poor house keeping and maintenance

Room was dirty, Front desk was super nice and helpful but housekeeping didn’t even try to clean. Toilet and shower was so dirty and not usable. Floor was disgustingly smelled like dog and piss. Gnats flying everywhere just horrible never staying here again

Ive stayed at a handful of Extended stays in the past and they all had a distictive odor, EXCEPT this one on Killearn. I mean its an Extended stay, is what it is, but ill say that it was CLEAN and had friendly staff.

Its a good think I wasn't planning on using the microwave because it didn't work and was unplugged..

Bad water from bathroom sink and toilet in to shower master bathroom bathtub was leaking and leaking water from toilet no repairs ever done / management has no care in the world about it / very concerned about health wellness because of my hotel room making me sick sewage bathroom waste flooding from toilet into bathtub and shower leaky nasty water all over bathroom floor did not care. Did not give refund did not give partial credit. Do not care. Reached out to corporate did not follow up. Did not care. Would never recommend this property overcharge you keep your deposit and do not care about their guest well-being or health concerns in reference to keeping a clean up-to-date proper working property.

This place is okay - nothing to write home about, but the pool is nice enough and there are reasonable food options nearby.

The property is old. Need updating badly. Furniture is old and worn. Front door does not work with key at night. Easily get locked out when trying to go out and come back. It is not a safe feature to have on a hotel. Would not go back here.

I like the pull out sofa. The cleaning lady was great. The day manager was very philosophical. It was fun to talk to him.

No towels were in the room so we had to return to the front desk. A huge roach welcomed us into the restroom. The photos are much nicer than the actual property.

“Micro breakfast” consists of coffee and a pack of instant grits. The coffee was pretty good though! Wished they had a king bed option as the queen option is just a smidge small.

Breast consisted of packets of grits and oatmeal and hot water and coffee. The “fitness center” was one treadmill and one elliptical. Rooms were not updated but were adequate. No spare sheets pillows or blankets for the pull out couch.

Front desk staff is friendly and helped by giving pool access waiting on a 3 pm check in but the pool is dirty. The property doesn’t look like the photos in internet. Very disappointing in person.

As always a wonderful stay....

We got a suite and it's the size of a small apartment. Very comfortable, and clean. I miss the offee maker but that seems to be in more hotels. The advertised breakfast is a bit of a joke as its packaged cheap muffins and coffee. By time we got there the coffee was about gone too. However I would stay here anytime. We changed our reservation and the desk clerk was very friendly helpful.

This is a great place to stay if you’re going to be staying for a few days or longer. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and laundry available in site.

Good visit

The location was fine. There was garbage containers and other things left in the hallway. The bathroom was so tiny, that a woman would have a hard time getting makeup on. And last, the complimentary breakfast was a joke. Coffee, but NO creamer, and pastries were stale.

Did not expect to be required to leave a deposit on my credit card. Not sure if we were safe due to signage warning about theft from cars. Would not book again.

The parking lot was pretty tight but adequate. The property was pretty clean, but basic. The deluxe queen room was a nice size. I didn't like that you had to order a separate package to use the kitchen. It was quiet, dog friendly, and a very calming place to stay. Outside was safe, but so much dog poop in the yard that wasn't picked up. I'd stay there again. It was one of the better locations I've visited.

We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again, especially if we needed an extended stay. Great room and friendly staff

Staff was nice. I felt u safe. The other attendance were sketchy to say the least. One person was dropped off straight from the hospital. Hardly any dishes to cook with. Nothing to wash dishes with. I felt something crawl over my hand in the middle of the night. Jumped out of bed and couldn’t find anything. Next day I saw a cockroach the size of my finger. I cancelled my stay and moved to another hotel.

Clean and full amenity suite for great price. Free ample parking space around property. Quiet and safe area conveniently located by many restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast is only a muffin and coffee, but the rooms have a full kitchenette and full size fridge.

We asked to check in early, we're told "no problem, we can do that," and when we arrived, were told there would be a charge, which we accepted. One minute later he said "sorry, actually the room isn't ready. Come back right before three because I get off my shift then." We were here for a wedding and the rehearsal was at 4. We left, had twenty minutes with friends, rushed back, and he tells us the room isn't ready. He then picks up a phone call, all the while a line is forming behind us. We didn't get the room until 3:20 and barely made our commitment.

The property advertised updated rooms online. Our room was very dated. (Circa 1980/1990) The furniture was very worn down and looked as if it should be thrown away. The carpet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Hit me with a hold on my card that was as much as the price of my stay. Hold lasted close to 14days. No Bueno!

When I booked, they did not inform me they were getting their parking lot resurfaced, so it was noisy and inconvenient to park. Also, the resurfacing people blew dust all over my car when cleaning the lot to prep.

Definitely a little tired and furniture was quite scuffed by years of use but it was very clean and comfortable. Great for an affordable stay with the conveniences of a quieter spot in town compared which we especially appreciated.

It was very clean. But, it brought minimalist to a whole new level. There was nothing in the kitchen except a dish towel. Not a cup, a glass or a paper towel. You could request a dish pack but we were only there one night. There was no ice machine on the property. We had to wait for the ice to freeze before we had any. The bed was one softness level above the floor - maybe. Breakfast was muffins and coffee. There was hot water and packets of instant oatmeal. No toaster, milk or juice. Glad we had no children to feed. Thank goodness I got an extra pillow to put under my hip. The room above us sounded like they were warming up for a wrestling match. We won’t be staying again.

Great location, comfortable rooms, safe environment. My dog loves this location too!! My most recent visit was very enjoyable due to the help of David at the front desk! He was there both nights of my stay and accommodated all of my requests promptly and happily. He truly made us feel welcomed.

Furniture is pretty old and worn. Kitchen appliances are really old, but they work. Trash can under sink still had trash in it. We were near an exit door and it was slamming all night long. They charge a $25 pet fee which I did not see on Hotels.Com site when I booked it.
