    Staying here was a good inexpensive option! The room was clean and everything worked properly. Water was hot, beds were comfortable. However, the front desk lady was completely unfriendly. I went to check in and she had my standing there for a while before she said anything to me, she whispered and didn't give any clear directions through the check in process. & then she lost my ID card temporarily. When I told her she hadn't given it back to me she acted like I was the one who lost it. It took her a few minutes of me standing there before she actually looked for it and found it under a pile of papers. The whole experience made me feel like she rather be doing LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE. & check out was no different. She talked at me through a thick plexiglass wall and only opened it half an inch to retrieve my room key. I literally had to tell her I couldn't hear her. She was the worst part of our stay. Nothing like being greeted with such personality. Also, breakfast was awful. Plain cheerios and sad waffles with no topping for three days straight. Thank gawd for the iHop next door! Their service was amazing.

    The room was ok for the price and the location was suitable for us. My wife went down for breakfast and only found pancakes. During checkin, the guy at front desk asked me to make a cash deposit. I asked him to take it from the card, but he wanted cash. I told him I don't have cash. Then he said nevermind. That was weird.

    1. The room was immaculate. 2. Access to DC and College Park was so convenient. 3. The waffle maker machine made great waffles. 4. I could park right outside of my room. CONS: 1. The continental breakfast was almost non-existent. Aside from the waffles, there was almost nothing else to eat. Not well-stocked and you had to track down a staff member to get items. 2. Staff speaks limited / no English. 3. The plexiglass barrier in the front lobby was annoying and the person at the registration desk was barely audible when discussing check-in. 4. I realized why the plexiglass barrier is there; there can be occasional street folk who are not hotel guests coming in for shelter / free food. I encountered one in the lobby who was high, aggressive, and ended up wrecking the continental breakfast when he was denied food. Prince George's County's finest was called and it took 4 cops to subdue this individual in the parking lot, along with ambulance and a firetruck present. 5. There is a burned out car in the parking lot. Adds to the the inner city aesthetic. All kidding aside, this is a minimally safe place to stay. I left nothing in my room when I left in the AM, and I left nothing in my parked vehicle when I arrived back in the evening. The staff were gentle and almost invisible. The person at the front desk was well-meaning and a kind guy, but no match for bad folk who trespass.

    After staying at Quality Inn Philadelphia, I didn’t think a hotel could be worse. This place managed to be worse. Nothing worked. No tv, no working outlets for charging our devices, no working telephone to reach front desk and when I reached them on my cell phone, they didn’t care. I stayed because I needed rest and sleep so I put up with it. In the morning I was denied breakfast for being a minute after 9 late. Do not stay here.

    The location is perfect, I have stayed here for a length of time and now I may come once or twice every other month. The customer service. This gentleman as I have stated before is very rude and disrespectful. All other staff members are very pleasant. Location of the room (unsafe) People next door screaming and hollering all day and most of the night. Had to settle for a smoking room (Lung Cancer Survivor) Room not clean: The floors in the room were dirty. Hair on the towels I was very disappointed. Normally I am very satisfied.

    Nothing. Horrible First of all the room given seems already used. We refused it. New room was smeling bad and dirty. We wanted to cancel but booking was not comprehensive at all. Second, there was one car totally burnt in tghe private parking in front of our room. When we asked a client, they told us that it is there more than 2 weeks. Third, breakfast was bad: yahourt were given on by one and if you ask an additional one, they looked at you badly. Very horrible experience. Hopefully we stayed 1 night.

    I come here often. Really no complaints. It's a bit old but the rooms seem to be upgraded. The staff are always kind and helpful. The only issue I had was that I was locked out of my room because something was wrong with the actual lock and not my key. So, that was a little bit of a hassle but nothing to stop me from coming there next time!

    Hello, actually I stay here every time. There's no problem, but the last two times I was given a smoking room and it smelled really uncomfortably of smoke inside. And for some reason, it was disturbing how dusty the floor was in the smoking rooms, and the bathroom faucet handle was broken. Frankly, since I was very tired, I didn't feel the need to go to the reception and get it replaced, but I thought it was something that should be noted. Other than that, everything else was fine. Thank you..

    The continental breakfast could benefit from a wider selection of options. It may also be helpful to have staff monitor the dining area, as there have been occasions where non-guests try to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Aside from these concerns, everything else about the stay was excellent.

    The location was ok and close to the monuments, but the neighborhood was very poor and very simple. The breakfast was very disappointing and though it would be ok but turns out barely anything was available except mostly pancakes. The stairways need to more cleaned because the days I was there it was always dirty and I did see mopped once while I was there. My card key started acting up on the second day and kept having issues getting into my room the rest of the stay.

    Nothing I honestly have no idea why this hotel—part of the Quality Inn chain—is still in business. The sanitary conditions are absolutely appalling. The towels and sheets are dirty, and there is someone else's hair everywhere. The electrical outlets spark, and the heater doesn't work. There are marks on the walls from extinguished cigarettes, even though it is a non-smoking room. For breakfast, the only options are waffles and coffee. It is also located in a dangerous neighborhood.

    Nothing My husband,myself and my two boys. It didn't look like the bathroom had had any attention and only had two towels. I Called down to the main desk and ask for more towels. I was told I could only have two. About Four hours later i called back down and was told I had to pick them up. When we returned to the hotel from dinner , I went to the main office to pick them up and was told I could not have any more. So for 4 people , we had two towels. Three of us did not shower the next day because of this. We were told that there was breakfast included. The only thing they had for breakfast were waffles. We are totally disappointed with this day at the hotel. I guess you get what you pay for.

    The menu had no bread items thevstation was not well maintained between guest. Food all on counter. Only apples and waffles cereal milk. Tge tgree days night we had no room service for towels or garbage removal. It was so loud at night from yelling outside folks on a saturday night. The otger two nights noisy buy did settled by 12am. Refrigerator had meat in it when i arrived not clean.

    The were nor pleasant to deal deal with and seem uncaring when talking to them. The so called breakfast was not a breakfast at all. It consisted of a broken coffee machine and 2 waffle makers and a cold cereal dispenser. There where no eggs, sausages, bacon, danishes, toast or anything like what the advertisement make you believe. I checked in Wednesday evening and woke up thursday next morning expecting coffee and a decent breakfast and was brutally disappointed. After that experience I didn’t bother with the horrible breakfast Friday or Saturday. The place is not very organized. Also, my room trash or linen was not refreshed the whole time I was there.

    It was clean and offered free breakfast. Conveniently located Hairdryer didn’t work. No one told us breakfast ended at 9 so my daughter had to go without. We arrived late (after 10:30pm) and didn’t think to ask what time it ended. I don’t mind leaving a security deposit but it should get cleared when we depart. After waiting a while to checkout, the desk manager went to check our room and was gone for quite a while. He ran another errand while we were waiting as he came from the opposite side of the hotel. Then the computer somehow was not working and we never got our receipt or confirmation that the room deposit was coming back. I found him rude. It should not take 20 minutes to check out when I am the only customer in the Lobby. He did have time to help 2 other employees while I was waiting. The experience could have been better.

When I was assigned my room, I immediately left because it had a strong odor of marijuana.     This place is very rundown. The room is constantly smell like smoke, the comforter always has stains or cigarette marks, and the bathrooms are gross. Great location for a sneaky Link and nothing else. Don’t get too comfortable.

    This place is very rundown. The room is constantly smell like smoke, the comforter always has stains or cigarette marks, and the bathrooms are gross. Great location for a sneaky Link and nothing else. Don’t get too comfortable.

    Horrible experience. The sole attendant at the facility exited the door as we entered and left us stranded for several minutes not knowing that he was the attendant until he returned. The facility is worn and dated with poor cleaning. I was shocked at the condition.

    The feeling this hotel gave me was truly awful. The moment I stepped in, I regretted it. As soon as I entered, a suffocating stench hit me. The dirty counter, the shabby coffee machine, and even the staff looked like drug addicts. The room was also filled with a musty smell. Water from the refrigerator was all over the floor. The bed sheets and covers seemed never to have been changed. There were hairs left by previous guests everywhere. I was woken up by bed bugs in the middle of the night. I left this place as soon as it was light. If you see my feedback, please don't stay at this hotel. Otherwise, I guarantee you will regret it just like me.

The tiny shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles were refilled; this is fine to save on waste of tiny bottles, but even worse was that the shampoo seemed intentionally diluted with water, which seems like a really strange way to expand the life of it. The tub wouldn’t plug. You also had to basically stand hovered over the toilet or in the tub to get the bathroom door to close. Having a fridge and microwave is nice, but the rattle and hum of the motor made noise, though not enough to muffle sound from the neighboring rooms. Breakfast was ok at best, but was just a rinse and repeat of the same cereal, yogurt, and waffle batter. The facility is located right next to a bus stop coming from the metro, with one across the street that goes in the opposite direction to the metro station. This was of immense value to help get around. There are a couple of food options, convenience stores, and an Aldi market within reasonable walking distance. I didn’t have too many interactions with any staff. Even if upgrades do happen to the facility, I likely would not stay again, and would look for other options.

They come out with partly raw batter. Instead, let your waffle cook 3 or 3-1/2 minutes. (2) When they run out of stuff (syrup for waffles, yogurts), INSIST the front desk clerk tell the assistant to get more. They don't like to be bothered.     We had to stay somewhere else because this hotel lacked on cleanliness. The AC system was falling out of the wall in the hotel room. There were stains on the sheets and bedding. The bedding had cigarette burns (in a "non smoking" room) and smelled like smoke and other substances. The bathroom was extremely dirty. You could see right into the top of the toilet because the lid they put on the back did not fit. We did not stay because the hotel was very dirty and we did not feel comfortable or safe.

    the highway divider made it dfficult to turn in drive when coming from the north. hd to Uturn or use neighboring driv e to get in. good hotel breakfast IHOP next door good. small strip mall up the hill alittle came reccomended from family member. not enough room for feet when closing or opening door in batrroom from the inside.

    In the morning they started drilling walls next to our room at 9am when we barely woke up. Checkout was at 11 but we wanted to sleep as much as we could before checkout since we checked in after midnight. I paid extra $20 to get the breakfast included. However, their breakfast is really poor quality compared to other competitors like super8, days-inn, etc. All I could eat is corn-flex with milk. No egg, no banana, no bread, no bagel, nothing else. They had a waffle maker but that takes too long and many people in the line. I could have great breakfast at a TimHortons with $20 for both of us.

    Well I will begin with the rudeness of the employees they over charged me at the office as well. The room was dirty hair on towels, gum stuck to headboard, what looks like rodent droppings, floors were dirty, hair still in tub, back of toilet was dirty w someone else’s pee and dirt, dirt in the bed and when I called to tell them the room wasn’t clean and we needed towels cause there was hair on them he became argumentative and told me it was clean and they’re not switching us rooms. I went to lobby to get towels where he handed me two wash cloths and two hand towels and told me the have no bath towels. We had issues w the key the whole time and when we became completely unable to use key card he came and let us in w an actual key never resolving the actual issue let us in and walked away. When I went to check out the floors in the lobby were wet and I slipped. No wet floor sign anywhere in sight. Also there was a bag of food on the table in the main lobby that was there the entirety of our stay. It served its purpose as a place to sleep w no bed bugs but that’s where it ended. I will never return and will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

    The staff accommodated us as we arrived early and gave us a clean room. There was only one towel set. Had to go and ask for more as there were three of us. Power socket by sink was hanging out of the wall and only worked if the light was on. Other plug with hairdryer did not work at all. Small hole behind sink. Doors drag on floor and bathroom door could not shut tight. Toilet so low that even I who is 4’11” found it too short. Have to stand in tub to try to close the door it was that small. There for four nights and not once did anyone show up to make the beds, take out the garbage, give new linens, towels. Stains on chairs as well and tv guide did not match channels. Breakfast consisted of waffles, instant porridge, apples, a small amount of yogurt and Cheerios/Frosted Flakes (or corn flakes). Sign says eggs but none. For someone who is allergic to apples or on a low carb diet there was nothing. Even if choosing to make your own waffles, you had to stand in line behind the help as they made theirs and then went to eat or sat at the tables eating. No cleaning of the tables. One day the help started dusting the blinds while people were eating (blinds are all along the tables so dust getting into food. Asked front desk for directions to the metro and they could not even help with something that simple. Kicker was that the phone in the room did not work so we constantly had to go down to physically ask for things. Also key had to be rekeyed twice

    The area was not the greatest. The first room we were given was not cleaned. Dirty beds and garbage in the room. They did give us another room but it smelt like weed and old cigarettes and there was no hot water. The walls are not sound proof and the conjoining door was not very secure (I moved the fridge in front of it). Would not recommend.

    The room was clean, (although the towels had stains) their were a lot of wear and tear on the walls, and the bathroom had wires not properly covered. Our garbage was never emptied and was overflowing when we left. We also had to find someone to bring us toilet paper. Staff in office not welcoming and not always in the office when we needed her (check in and check out) It was also hard talking to her through the bulletproof glass. The cleaning lady was very nice though.

    The room was unsafe, electric outlets falling out, pubic hair on tub, heater broken, paint falling off wall. I fell on the entrance to room flat on my face hurt my face mouth was bleeding whole left side of body hurt still can’t walk my hip is in pain

    The room facilities are complete, but a little shabby. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, and the drainage of the room on the first floor is not smooth, but overall the room meets the price expectations and is economical.

    The furniture was in very poor condition and the floor was very dirty. The positive aspects were the bathrooms was very clean, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable and the heat worked well.

    The male staff that recieved us was very rude and crude! We wanted somewhere on the outskirts of DC because of the price and regretted not being thorough. Apparently customer service was no big deal for them but for me, it is EVERYTHING in the service industry.
