I had an excellent stay overall. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The facilities provided made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. There were only a couple of minor issues. The Muslim shower in the bathroom was slightly faulty and could use some maintenance. Also, food facilities were not available on-site, but it was still manageable because you can easily order through delivery apps like Keta and HungerStation.

The front desk was very polite and helpful. The checkin process was very fast and smooth. The best thing was we asked for the front view from our room window and our request was generously accepted. The lift was fast and clean. The room was spacious and AC was freezing literally. There was fragrance looming in the room which made us very refreshing. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing. The view from the window was exquisite and breathtaking.The room was also equipped with basic kitchen utensils including microwave, hot plate, and mini bar. The carpet was elegant too and the overall room decor was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families who are coming on a leisure trip to Taif. This hotel should consider adding a small cafeteria or restaurant or even coffee shop so the guests can have it and enjoy their stay. The hotel management should think about replacing normal LED tv with a smart tv so guests can log in and the kids could enjoy their stay too. The washroom was okay but a bit proportionally smaller than the room itself. We observed also some wall tiles have small cracks that needs to be replaced. The hand shower must be replaced as it was hard to use.

We like everything specially the location, the amenities, restaurants, super markets around the hotel. And about the hotel, we like room comfort, cleanliness, kitchen with hot plate, Microwave, Fridge, basic Utensils, washrooms with warm water and cleanliness, carpet in lounge and bedroom, lifts, plenty of car parking around, quiet premises. The reception staff were very nice and friendly, speaking Arabic as well as English and treating guest with great respect. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and every time it exceeds my expectations. The credit definitely goes to the owner and management of this hotel. The hotel management should think about making their own restaurant and dining area where the guests can enjoy the food at hotel. Also the normal LED TV's can be replaced with Smart TV, where the guests can log-in and the kids can enjoy their stay too.
