Will definitely stay at Hampton Inn Suites again.

We have stayed here before and really liked it the first time. We wanted to try and see if this time we would receive the same experience, and we surely did. The property was close to everything we needed to get to. It was clean and the staff were really friendly. N/A

As far as comfort goes, this hotel is top notch. I don't normally sleep well when traveling, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was. That being said, its unfortunately the only great thing as there's a few serious issues experienced. We booked and received a room for "Mobility Impaired " and it was plenty of room to maneuver my walker in however there was NO safety bar at the toilet. They went overkill on the shower safety bars but anyone trying to gently lower onto the seat has to trust aim and gravity until contact is made. I have a new knee and hip, so this was a crucial necessity. Now let's address the pool area- quite literally a lawsuit waiting to happen there!! The acoustics from screaming kids, slamming doors, and raised roof were insane and hard on the ears, but the sharp grate on the intake valve(designed to keep ppl from standing on it)attached directly beneath the last step in the jacuzzi is and was extremely painful, as I lowered myself in and I put my full weight on it, making it so painful it bruised my tendon on my heel. So be warned, or be sued, whichever comes first lol. As for me, ill never return. It wasn't fun and other nearby hotel are significantly better. Thanks for listening.

My husband and I stayed for two nights to watch our daughter compete at the state track Championship meet at Mount Tahoma High School. it was a convenient location, really close to restaurants and shopping and gas stations. We didn't have a chance to use the pool / hot tub or enjoy the continental breakfast, maybe next time. I am a picky girl when it comes to where I stay and I was very happy here. They even accommodated extra pillows and shaving cream!

Nice and clean, comfortable beds and pillows, we were only there for one night and didn’t get the breakfast due to a surgical procedure being done, but grabbed a bagel bag on the go and had it after the procedure. Very pleasant experience and felt completely safe. Will definitely be back as we have a lot of appointments at Mary Bridge. Very convenient location.

I spent two nights there with my seven-year-old son when we were exploring the Olympia and Tacoma areas for a long weekend. It was a very nice and comfortable stay the free breakfast was far better than average free breakfasts I booked this room in part because it had a pool, but we never made it down there, but that impacted our choice in choosing this hotel. Hotel had free parking and closed in a fence, which made me feel safe for overnight. .

We couldn’t use the closet, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room did not but the closet was not useable by non smokers.

Perfect place on my trip to Tacoma Washington visiting my son. Also , their hot tub and pool were in excellent condition , and so much fun and they were very accommodating to my service dog and I. Also their breakfast is the bomb. 😊❤️

Only stayed one day, but felt it was way more comfortable than other hotels. The bathroom was actually really nice and had a lot of amenities for you. We also has a microwave and a fridge!! And the best was the bed, I mean hotel beds are uncomfortable for sure but that bed was honestly really nice. Would definitely stay again! Oh yes and great breakfast!

Very pleasant stay, with afternoon cookies, all day apples, coffee & infused water, nice beds and shower. Hot tub jets were pretty weak but I still enjoyed the warm & cool contrast with the pool. Lots of breakfast options and toppings. Friendly and clean.

My room had been upgraded to a king suite with a walk-in shower and that was spectacular!!! I didn't eat breakfast there because I preferred to sleep late. The bed was so comfy!!! I slept soundly each night. No noise to be heard. The only thing I didnt like was there was no Diet Dr. Pepper in the cold case. Coke products, which I drank, but not my drink of choice. Basically, I had zero complaints and would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

The bed was very soft. When you sat on it, it sunk in, making it: A) uncomfortable to sleep in, B) hard to get out of.

The hot tub jets were weak but the water was great. Didn’t know you needed quarters for the laundry. But it was a great stay overall. The breakfast was great, room was clean, beds were comfy, TV worked great.

I wish there was more parking as we couldn’t find parking. There were two trucks that took up 6 stalls so that didn’t help. The fitness centre was lacking in options.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I honestly have nothing to complain about. The breakfast is wonderful, there is parking available with no extra fee, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very polite. Overall, a great experience!

I enjoyed nearly everything about my stay--staff was friendly, room was clean, atmosphere was quiet and breakfast was good too. The hot tub was closed for cleaning and I was looking forward to using it from all the walking I did the previous night. It was only a minor issue though. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

We have stayed here in the past without issues. Generally clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Safety is a concern due to homeless population in the area. We witnessed two people in the lobby and another in the parking lot. It’s not up to staff to deal with that but there should be security to help discourage trespassers. Won’t return simply for that reason.

Room was not up to standards for Hilton property. Stains on walls, shower was moldy, carpet was patched and lifted in one area. Breakfast was good. Parking lot was gated for safety.

The hotel is clean and reasonable. However, the breakfast needs to have gluten-free and non-dairy items. Also, the room could use a better coffee/tea set-up.

Carpet was filthy on our floor and in our room. bathroom floor in our room was not clean (there was what looked like pubic hair on the bathroom floor by the shower) I am disabled right now and the shower handle was loose and wobbly which could have been very dangerous for me). Hot tub was full of hair and debris, food was just okay. Definitely would not return or recommend. The front desk staff was very nice though. That is the only positive.

We always stay here. Staff are so nice and rooms clean. The only complaints is that the pool and hottub is so run down. The shower room to rinse off has a strong urine smell.

The king suite that we stayed in was very spacious and that was nice. The staff was helpful with every question that I had. The breakfast was tasty with a good amount of options. And it was nice that there was a pool and a hot tub available. However, during our stay, the pool was cold and the hot tub could stand to be hotter.

Newly renovated. Place was very cleaned. Coffee and tea available any time. Only downside pool was not so big and water was not warm.

Breakfast was delicious- not gourmet, but varied and tasty. Everything was very clean and staff friendly. Only minor issue was that pool towels seemed in short supply. We were happily given more towels, extra blankets and pillows when we asked. Appreciated the fenced parking lot in this urban neighborhood too. We will be back!

The staff was courteous, but the room was somewhat unclean, which we attributed to it being pet-friendly. The hotel was located quite a distance from downtown Tacoma. Overall, the experience was acceptable; however, it was somewhat expensive relative to the amenities provided.

The room and bathroom were clean, and there was no unpleasant smell. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, so I turned it off at night. The coffee selection was great, and the food was quite good. The staff were very friendly and made my stay comfortable.

The overall stay was good. The only thing was 1 of the 2 side gates to the parking lot being opened when we first got there and then not being opened the rest of our stay. The parking lot could get tight when cars were going both directions.

This was a great hotel with wonderful staff. Super close to event options, shopping and the freeway. We got there earlier than we thought and they had a room ready. Comfy beds and they have a little snack section you can get stuff from and charge it to the room.

65° is my preferred sleeping temp and the bed was so roomy. Both me and my partner slept like rocks. The patio area right outside our window was a little discomforting but not enough to warrant a change or real complaint.

I would give this place 10 stars but I was in a room that ended up having bed bugs I was bit up big time I was moved from one room to a room next was told to wash all my clothes in hot water I have been here for 2 weeks due to my house burnt down I hv no place to go with my family so they gave me 10 dollars in quarters to do laundry

The bed was the most comfiest bed I've been on in a hotel in forever. The sheets were SO soft. I absolutely loved it. I still think feather down pillows are the worst pillows ever in existence. BUT I loved it all.

The only negative thing was the bed. When you sat on it you would sink into the middle. It was very uncomfortable. The other bed was the same story.

Our king suite was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The shower is tight with no elbow room. Love that they have the digital keys. The fitness center is very small with only one treadmill, but it’s clean and equipped with free weights and balls. Even has a scale. Breakfast had a lot of options including waffle makers and oatmeal. Staff was friendly and helpful and checked in with us via text throughout the stay.

Loved our stay! Great location for our time in WA, pool was fun, breakfast was plentiful with options, staff was efficient and welcoming, and laundry machines were a welcomed amenity. Only disappointing feature was the lack of recycling bins.

I liked the breakfast, I thought that they could have had a larger wastebasket in the room. We had to use the downstairs wastebaskets.

The room was safe and clean looked to have been updated. We had two queen beds that were very comfortable although 1 did squeak when one got on it. The breakfast had nice choices which changed from day to day (also nice). The staff was helpful and the check in process was fluid and quick. Would definitely stay again.

The beds are so nice and I slept great. I was traveling with my 7 and 9 year old children for a month on the road and this hotel was my favorite. I made a point of staying here another night just to get a good nights sleep.

It was a nice room felt good but your shower was very tiny could not accommodate a larger person comfortably.

my room was 237 and the shower door open from the back so you get wet trying to turn the shower on. I was there July 3 threw July 6 and I was on the 4 floor and the shower door open by the shower head also in room 237 the handicap bar is to close to the shower head. its need to be move back about 8 inch so you don't hit with your arm when you take a shower. if you asking yourself about the 8 inches I am a general contractor I been in business for over 17 years. I will be staying at your hotel for a few more weekend for work. I hope this info will help you out

Parking is TIGHT at night. Needing to shorten my reservation, the staff was super accommodating. Even helped fix it with Expedia. TY!!! The room was clean, spacious, laundry on site was a big help too. A big family had taken over the pool and were drinking in there, but I only looked to see the amenities. The exercise room looked decent. 24-hour lobby coffee and iced water. "Breakfast" looked decent. They have a nice big lobby... with never ending FOX News for better or worse.

When we checked in the lady didn’t even offer the parking pass! If we didn’t see the sign out in parking lot there’s a possibility our car could’ve gotten tow plus she was rude.

The neighborhood outside fencing is hard to walk a dog and not comfortable to walk alone at night. However, 5min away is Wapato Park with a lake and beautiful walking trail!

For the money I spent I expected the closet doors to not fall off, no flooding in bathroom from shower because doors were misaligned. I expect no ants in bathroom or on kitchen counter in a room with a small kitchen. Being able to watch tv comfortably would have been nice but you couldn't move tv or it wouldn't work. We mentioned these things to front desk but got cruckets from her. Didn't offer to discount anything not even dog fee. Also expect security door to work on entrance not just being able to walk in. Got fixed second day. So, not our best experience. Won't be back.

The house keeper didn't prepared for new guest (no shampoo or conditioner, I have to get my own toilet roll and tissue papers. Maybe I was put on a "VIP room". Very small room with old carpet. No space for a dog. This place is not setup for a dog friendly outdoors. I am very disappointed we book for 3 days! I'll not recommend this place until they are improved.

Staff was friendly but missed a lot of items and lot of things didn’t work in the room given. Please fix the AC, tv, in room 409 and iron box in room 405.

Front desk person was always good, friendly and helpful if needed. I got 2 rooms because I had my parents traveling with me. Rooms were ok but didn’t have same items. For example one had portable charger but other didn’t, one ac unit worked and the other one I couldn’t turn off, one iron box worked and other didn’t, one tv worked and other room it didn’t. One had lotion in shower instead of conditioner, other didn’t. Breakfast was ok, same things, but staff helped with whatever needed. Called guest services in the evening but had no answer. Most times we had to go downstairs to front desk if we needed anything.

The room was huge, clean and nicely appointed, with a very comfortable bed, but so noisy (guests upstairs were having a party). Hotel staff would not refund or cancel remaining days of reservation because we booked through a third party (hotels.com). Eventually they moved us to another room, but it, too, was noisy the following night. Perhaps there was poor sound insulation between floors.

I had booked a suite and was NEVER told the suites have no bathtub which I’ve never heard of before. And for the breakfast I had asked one of the kitchen staff looking for yogurt and the woman goes “me no speak English” who the hell hires workers who can’t speak English. Hell will freeze over before I ever stay here again

Was a pleasure staying here for some duly needed R&R. Special thanks to Amber for the warm welcome and making the stay enjoyable.

We will be writing to Hampton Inn corporate about our stay. This hotel suffers from errors in design, lack of maintenance and obviously mismanagement.

The place was very warn and welcoming. The room was very clean and well designed. One thing we were pleased with was the breakfast hours, for we are late risers.

Second year in a row staying for the dragon boat festival. Enjoyed my stay once again.

I think breakfast is a big plus as the area around the hotel is not good for restaurants.

Overall it was decent. Initially had to change room due to a Strong ether smell that staff had to be aware because the room window and fan was on when we entered. The manager and front desk kindly relocated me and upgrade my room which was fantastic. But the new room did end up having ants in the shower and toilet area.

Overall, everything was great. I felt like the property was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing in the pool room was the chlorine smell was very strong and the jets in the Jacuzzi didn't work, but otherwise our stay was great. the breakfast was good for being free.
