Limited packing spaces for guests

Everything. The receptionist was nice, called to ask the time when we would be there. Then it was super nice. In the night it was quiet even if everyone was with kids and babies. In the morning the breakfast was really good and a lot of food because we were coming late in the evening earlier and didn't have time to eat something, so the breakfast was a really good idea. A short stay there?We didn't have time to enjoy it in the evening cause it was late and we were with the kids.

Really nice, clean and modern room, friendly staff and great breakfast (for the price, which was very cheap). Very nice and large room for kids with a lot of toys (and football table for older) :-) Highly recommended!

I wish the bathroom had better ventilation.

It was very cold in the room, there were no dishes to drink tea or coffee.

Large parking lot. Good, comfortable beds. A good place to pass through for one night. Later, in third day, we also find where the children's playroom is located. The apartments are right next to the main road, the train beeps every time, it's very loud, you can't sleep with the window open. The apartment did not correspond to the booking pictures. A very small room, it felt claustrophobic, you could barely walk between the beds. I saw other rooms later - each room is a different size, we obviously got the smallest one. You could hear the neighbors very much. A very small kitchenette for cooking, it was on the 3rd floor, there was always a line for cooking, and there was also a lack of dishes, no knives, dishwashing detergent, pans. Only one family can sit in the kitchen, but the apartment room is too small to eat there. There was even a small children's corner that we were shown around. There is neither the kitchen nor this corner in the booking pictures.

Close to Thermal baths. Train outside. Modern and clean. Only thing that was missing were tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a female guest I didn't feel comfortable entering the communal kitchen to get cups alone in the evening.

The breakfast lady was happy, shiny and kind to our company 5 kids each morning. Staff was helpfull for our 11 people company. The location is not near to skiing, but if you have a car than to reach any place is 10 ~ 15 minits to Bialka Tatrazanja or Zakopane.

Breakfast was fine, with enough variety. Quite a lot of toys for small children available. The Deluxe room that we booked was very small, not close to the pictures on booking.com. The bathroom was so small that you couldn’t stand in front of the sink, since the toilet was located there. No space to place even a small toilet bag next to the sink. In a Deluxe room we expect that beds were made and soap/towels would be renewed, which was not the case. Rooms are facing the train station, so you can be sure that you are awoken by a train hooting to warn people. Temporary issue: workers were repairing (?) the roof so they made a lot of noice as from 7 o’clock which was not really the time we planned to get up.

Fantastic breakfast, cosy rooms, very nice staff. Easy transport to Zakopane, bus and train stops right outside the property.
