Everything went well, staff was great

The stay was horrible mold in the bathroom and along the window sill.There were stains on the shades and on the walls in the room there were crickets crawling on the shade and some where even dead on the floor .The toliet was stopped and the walk in shower was leaking water all on the floor .The covers were clean and the wash rags all looked dingy and not as clean .Never again will I ever rent a room from them again .Think twice before you book a room the hotel staff was accommodating and everything but not a good experience at all do not book this hotel.

The staff brushed off the safety concerns when they were told the rear entrance lock was broken. The room a smoke smell to it. And the area was loud which led to poor sleep. Not pleased with the facilities for the price!

The cleanliness of the entire hotel is subpar. It is obvious that the hotel staff is not maintaining the quality of the facility; the ceiling is falling off, the bedsheets stink, and the bathroom is filled with grime and hair all over the walls.

This place should be your LAST resort. As it was mine for the SU graduation. It is behind another motel. The walls in the room were crumbling. Even after cleaning the room myself it was still a mess. I slept above the blanket in my sweatsuit. Bathroom fixtures rusty and the sinks needed aerators to control the pressure. The hallways smell damp and are full of dehumidifiers trying to fix it. I barely made it thru the night and as I was packing up saw bugs. Safe to say I’m never coming back. They need a huge renovation.

My tv didnt work so i got a new room, then i needed batteries but the manager quickly took care of it. He had every tool necessary and was super nice. I felt safe and cared for.

Clean room

The shower curtain had mold on it. The AC while it worked the unit itself was separated from the wall and open to the outside. The hallway to walk in and the entry way was dirty like wigu debree and stains and just filthy with broken equipment laying around the area. It’s true what they say you get what you pay for I guess.

This was an awful stay. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come check me in. Then the heat wasn't on in the room when we got in there. No amenities in the room. The shampoo looked like it had already been used. Oh and the two cockroaches in the bathroom topped it off. I will never stay here again.

Soo many issues state of the room wasnt great bathroom door was broke room was very run down to having my children kept up til 2 am cuz of ppl partying and blasting music to the point walls were shaking and staff did nothing, to walking to get breakfast in the morning signs all down the main hallway about swingers sex stuff( I had my 13 year old w me me made him super uncomfortable) to buckets of jello shooters just sitting in the hallway for a child to potentially get into luckily I was w them the whole time but concern for other parents, to qnd lastly super gross packing uo to go and a huge cockroach was on the desk(I killed it put it in w the cards) when stating how disgusting tht is was brushed off refused a refund contacted customer service and they lied said they didnt know anything about any issues what a joke of a place! If they choose to do the right thing in this situation and remedy the situation by issuing a refund and work on the conditions of their room I will gladly change my opinion take down this review but throughly disgusted w my stay so hopefully this will finally get a manager to do something about this I have photo proof as well as to just how massive this cochroach was had to dry all our bags once home just to make sure none followed me

The suites have a microwave, cooktop, and mini fridge so you can cook or reheat food in your room. The workout room was adequate, but the lights never came on and the remote to the TV was missing. But not a huge issue since I listen to my music. The TV remotes need to be updated in the rooms as they were pretty beat up, but they did work. The breakfast was good.

Room was run down. Back entrance needed to be shoveled. Ok for the price.

Parking was dark and very icy

Absolutely a dump, staff barely spoke English. Total scam. Do not stay at this place. Bedbugs love it here

Very unsafe and not clean

Remote entrance at far end of building was not secure. Bed fine but one bedside lamp was missing a shade and lightbulb (see photo). Desk chair missing a wheel. In room telephone not connected and phone unit was missing some parts. Bathtub and sink were pitted, stained. Breakfast bar had a sandwich, and the usual diabetic fare of waffles/bread/cereal/starch and yogurt. Coffee fair. Carpets and runners haven’t been shampooed in a while. Poorly maintained. Only one shampoo in bathroom. I wouldn’t walk barefoot in the room. The corporation touts saving the planet yet all breakfast service is disposable. Clerk had a list of eateries within 10 miles of the desolate hotel area.

Quiet place, good place closed to the main highway. Bathroom need little care, but was spacious.

Not a good experience. Check in was fine (courteous, quick process) but it goes downhill from there. Exterior doors meant to be accessed by guest room keycards for safety not operational. Anyone can walk in. The hallways had a terrible mold smell and dehumidifier running. Strange smell in our room, along with stained sheets. I brought my computer bag with me to keep locked in the car (I got that kind of vibe from this place). We were there for Syracuse parents weekend and booked late. This was one of very few options available. Wish we had chosen differently.

If you just need a place to sleep, this is the place. The room feels like it’s stuck in the late 90’s.

People were in room next door 262 having a party and banging on walls till 3am. I requested double bed and was provided a single for 2 adults and a 9 year old.

The staff was nice and proficient. The room was ok but the floor was sticky with soap residue. The door needed to be muscled to close properly. The outdoor side doors did not have active lock functions

The staff was very friendly and pleasant I had to clean the room before I used it but the staff helped out with HDMI cord and any other things we asked for help with the shuttle to the fair was 1.8 miles away the town has a shuttle to the fair not the hotel the air conditioning in room 269 didn't work and 273 269 and 167 didn't have any hot water just warm water and cold room 127 had lots of hot water in the hot tub but it didn't work breakfast was amazing clean area

Marks on walls sink etc as you see from this picture. I should not have to pay for this overnight stay. If the hotel was normal and clean I would but if I don't come out with a 6th toe then god is on my side. If management or choice hotels would like to reach out to me they can and I will gladly talk to them. Do your self a favor get a thrash bag and use it as a tent and sleep In the parking lot it's prob cleaner

Room we stayed in had new flooring and furniture, which was nice. But the facility itself is definitely not well maintained or in great condition, kinda run down quality. Pricing for a room should be significantly less for the condition of the place.

The lobby was nice, check in was good and quick. The property was in disrepair. Upon pulling up to the entrance closest to our room there were several people with small bbq grills outside on the sidewalk. One had an electrical cord extending back into the hotel entrance which did not allow the entrqnce door to close. The door handles to the entrace were broken and when we returned in the evening they were not locked. The hallway carpet was dirty and smelled musty. The room has a nice new floor but also smelled musty. The bed was clean but the bathroom tub had a large pink stain on the tub and the curtain. There was hair in the tub. The air conditioner, despite being set at 60 was not working properly so it was warm in the room. The door to the room had a large gap which illuminated the room at night (from hallway light) and provided no sound barrier from folks in the hallway or next room. We had to put the blanket down to block the gap in the door, to be able to sleep.

Mold everywhere

No ports not even on the light fixtures with low watt light bulbs. Exterior steps have uneven chipped areas in need of repair. And breakfast was late. Didn't have breakfast food prepped on time. Coffee machine issues. Would not recommend.

Dirty rooms, grounds had alot of trash around, inside and outside hotel

The halls had uncollected trash bags for more than twenty-four hours, smelled like trash even in areas not adjacent to trash bags, and were grimy, dusty, and dirty. The public toilet was completely stopped up with feces. The toilet in my room had deep rust stains in the bowl, condensation on the outside, and water on the floor coming from the toilet. Breakfast was inadequate. Sugar oatmeal packets, packaged food, and on my second morning no coffee. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and I did not see insects.

We are nonsmokers... our room was next to someone who smoked. Smoke came through the bathroom vent. Also, wish the hotel provided microwave food/sandwiches on site, because restaurants aren't nearby. Otherwise, enjoyed the hotel.... staff, breakfast.

Location to where we needed it. Dirty and smelly. There was food left in our room from the last people who stayed. Received a different room and someone’s socks were left on the floor.

The room was not clean; my daughter wouldn't even use the bathroom. The towels were stained, and there was some dirty residue on the walls in the bathroom - hopefully not fecal matter but judging from the rest of the place, I'm not sure. The tiles were nasty. The bathroom sink had a dangerous rusty hole with jagged edges, where water leaked through to the bottom. There was black mold all over the ceiling. The breakfast included was very disappointing. I will never stay here again.

Price was great. Room looked more modern than expected. Room wasn't ready by 3pm, and the bathroom in the room has rusty fixtures and very low counter.

They need to clean

It was perfect for what I needed, and very affordable! I stayed for almost a week and never had an issue.

I'm going to iron to change for our commitment, there's no ironing board. Called again, again he said he would send it over. But then he said he would change my room, I need to back to the front office. I was offered another room in the same E door area, I refused. He then gave me another room which had an ironing board but no microwave. We were running late for our commitment so we took the room so we can get ready. When we finished our engagement, we decided to get our belongings from the room and check out. We did not even sleep there. I'll give the worker some credit, he tried to give another room, (but in the same area) "bad choice". But it needs to get cleaned up, better lighting in the room and a hot breakfast would help instead of continental.

Floor was sticky and dirty, sink in bathroom was low like an institution, water didn’t drain in sink, the ENTIRE floor reeked of cigarette smoke (even though advertised as non smoking)- I wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me.

I purchased this hotel for my aunt, expecting her to enjoy a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be nothing like advertised. Upon entering her room, she discovered pee stains all over the sheets and a used condom on the floor, prompting her to document the experience in a video. The hotel clearly disregarded its own guidelines, as there were no safety protocols or cleaning standards in place. When I attempted to request a refund, the front desk staff, particularly a person named Carlos, refused to connect me with a manager and made excuses about their unavailability. My aunt was initially told my her niece card wouldn't be charged, but when she returned to get a receipt, Carlos changed his story, leading us to believe I might incur extra charges for an unsafe environment that didn't match the booking description. I expect an intern my refund back to me as soon as possible before this becomes a lawsuit for false advertising and on environment safety.

Bathroom sink and tap were visibly dirty, exposed electrical outlet wires not behind plate cover, no screen in window, dirt on bed sheets, ripped bedding

2 burnt- out light bulbs. Only 1 replaced. Dirty entry door, steps, carpet, towels and bathroom countertop. I wouldn't stay again or recommend.

Do not waste your time or money. Thebrating when i booked it was 6.2. Who ever came.up with that must of been dyslexic. Hallway to room was filthy. Bathroom was not in good shape. Garbage cans around hotel were full. Not good at all.

First room I had was disgusting - food wrappers and food on the floor and a bug on the curtains. Next room was better but the facility is gross and felt unsafe. Housekeeping came to unlock new room and wasn’t wearing any shoes.

Floors were dirty everywhere. Broken furnitures in our room ( lamps and electrical plugs not too safe). Toilet and sink blocked for both had to use a “workaround alternative method”. Never again. Thank you.

Blood stained sheets, blood stains in the bathroom. Swingers event was going on 2 doors down from my room. This event also had out signage up indicating no one was allowed to use the hotel hallway. Swingers party was extremely loud all night. Hotel room had a broken TV, broken lamp, broken latch on the door. I was told by the front desk person that a manager would contact me and I’ve heard nothing.

It was nice and affordable and quiet

Was a pretty basic hotel, good spot if your going to a concert at the lake view spell amphitheater, crazy loud popping and creeping noises in my room 260 on the Suites side, woke us up a couple times through out the night, thought someone was trying to come in or something but I finally figured out it was the refrigerator or the socket behind it.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in 40 years of worldwide travel.

This hotel needs some serious intervention with their black mould problem. The humidifiers in the hallway should be the first indication of issues. The black mould in our room was disgusting and unacceptable. The staff was not surprised to see me when I came back to ask for another room. The staff was non-reactive to the situation, gave me a key to another room but upon further inspection of the original room, the photos speak for themselves, we determined that we could not stay in a hotel which appeared to be infested with the black mould. I returned the key to the second room and the staff kindly informed me that they had given me a complimentary upgrade to a different room! Wow, why did I not feel lucky. They refused to reimburse me and I walked away with a $337 hole in my wallet. I feel sorry for people who do not have that option. The “non” response of the staff just tells me that they have to deal with these issues day after day. The owners of this hotel should be ashamed for allowing the hotel to get to this state of unhealthy disrepair. Do NOT book this hotel. I am still dumb founded that they could even think that someone would rent this room.

We recently stayed here and it was a truly disappointing experience. While the room itself was clean, the rest of the hotel was dingy and smelled. The bathroom was okay, but the water was barely hot enough for a decent shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The noise from people congregating in the parking lot and the air conditioner made it impossible to get any sleep. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was nothing more than pastries, bagels, toast, cereal and ‘make your own’ waffles with juice and coffee. We didn’t expect much considering how cheap it was compared to others in the area, but this hotel failed on all fronts. We will not be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Rooms are updated, but the inside stairs, hallways need painting. doors not secure and looks broken. As far as value, overpriced and lacking quality breakfast bar.

The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good. It's a big motel, which is what allowed us to get a last-minute room when we needed it. The bed and bathroom were clean and the A/C worked. But the building overall was getting run-down, such as drooping ceiling tile, the walls weren't sound-insulated that well, and the floor in our room was sticky.

Very shabby and outdated and run down for $200 a night would’ve expected better. No elevator to 2nd floor, pool was closed. Microwave was missing from the room.

I requested room cleaning/change of sheets about halfway through my almost 2 week stay and that was never done. The staff were friendly but a bit unresponsive to issues. I also reported a leaking air conditioner which was never checked or fixed.

The Bad: They put me into the back in the studios due to my being handicapped. Kids were all inside playing and yelling and then played outside once it got dark, right near my window. There were BUGS everywhere! The entire motel needed to be revamped with repairs made.

This property has seen better days. While our bedroom was kind of renovated, the bathroom had been untouched and the sink and tub were both stained to a point where the bathroom just looked dirty. The pool was closed despite the fact its the end of June and the public areas were worn and seemed dirty. Breakfast was ridiculously sparse and no one was attending to make sure supplies remained topped up. However, the icing on the cake was the fact that two people were waiting for us when we returned from breakfast (about 10 a.m.) and pressed us about checkout (which is an hour later). When we left our room about 20 min later they were still just standing in the same place in the hall waiting for us to leave. I have never felt like someone was so in a hurry to kick me out of a hotel room.

This was the absolute worst property we have ever stayed at. There was mold and rust all over the bathroom sink and tub. The floor boards were literally coming up off of the floor. The lamps were broken and did not turn on. If we didnt get in so late from an all day event, we would have left and requested a refund. Never again.

There was no Cold Water. Clerk said City water Main broke. Which made no sense because he said there was Hot Water. How did they have any water to heat. I was told toilets would work, no problem and the water would be fixed by morning. Water was not fixed, couldn’t shower, shower was 120 degrees had to use bucket to fill toilet tank with hot water from shower.

The room was barely ok. There weee two 12”x12” holes in the bathroom wall exposing the pipes. Maybe it was under construction. The bathroom sink was clogged, I had to get maintenance. The rear entrance door to back of hotel didn’t lock, felt like anybody could walk in. The room looked like it was never cleaned. I came back the second evening and bed was never made because they said that they don’t have room service on weekends. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Ice machine outside my room was out of order. My room door key (card) stopped working after first day, had to go get it reprogrammed. Couldn’t walk around barefoot due to dirty floors. Other than that I highly recommend it.

Our room was taken by somebody else, didnt, find out till we opened the door, and people were in there.Switched us to another room with 2 double beds, was supposed to be a queen. Said they had no other rooms, and beds couldn't be put together. Will not be back.......good luck

The breakfast offering was good and available all the time really. Room was spacious and there was a small cooktop, microwave, sink, and mini fridge. There was a walk in shower that was handicap accessible, so good for those with disabilities. The wi-fi is free but unsecure. The fitness center was pretty up to date and in good shape.

The room was cold and when the heat came on it sounded like a hover craft waking me up every hour. The tub was dirty, no hot water and the drain in the tub didnt drain so I was showering in a few inches of dirty water. I paid for 2 beds and got 1

Extremely dirty. Trash was being burned outside when we arrived and smelled horrible. Looks like it was never swept, vacuumed, or mopped.

Parking lot very dark, and in wooded area, building door broken, anyone could walk in the room key door. All ice machines dont work but 1 for all of the rooms, walk a mile to get ice. NO!! Hot Water!! In all the rooms !! a crowd at check-in desk complaining, told , tough thats the way it is all the time. Room outlets didn't work!! , one outlet worked, in the room. I booked a handicap room, and told them when booking that i had medical equipment that needed charging, was told that most rooms had electrical problems. Talked to other guests, everyone had electrical problems, no hot water, waited 45 minutes for towels, just came to desk to get them selfs. Clerk keeped calling someone on the phone to get answers. Bathtub had no drain cover, could smell and see black sewer filth, if you dropped the soap... gone for ever, sink was the same way. Shower head was zipped tired to wall. Breakfast was pitiful, a homeless shelter would have been better. OVER CHARGED FOR WHAT YOU GOT FOR YOUR $$

The room was clean but the bathroom was in need of an update. There was only one lamp in the room. The lightbulb in the lamp was too big for the lamp itself and was bent to work. The door of the building was unlocked. The hallway itself smelled musty.

It was an ok stay. The only disappointing part was that someone was BLASTING music at around 8 am. But other than that it was fine. Nothing phenomenal but certainly not bad.

For the price I was fairly happy. My room was big it was mostly clean. My toilet was running constantly since I came and then the flusher broke altogether so that wasen’t great. The showers need a stronger head. Location was convenient for me. I would stay again. Note that this hotel is combined with a Quality Inn so you will see both names on the sign check in is technically in the Quality Inn desk. I did not go for breakfast but I think it was only a 3.00 charge.

Terrible experience and would never recommend or stay again. The hotel had a dirty stinky upon entering. The rooms were old, carpets were dirty, there were finger prints on the bed headboard, washrooms were aged with a terrible shower stand and WC, breakfast was minimal/not at all worth. I am a Choice Platinum Elite and am deeply disappointed with my stay and am going to have to seriously reconsider going with Choice Properties for future stays. My family was absolutely disgusted. Sorry but any apologies would only have to be a full refund of my 2 night hotel stay.

The beds were very comfortable. I liked that there was a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. We weren't happy with first room they gave us because the refrigerator was dirty, but they changed the room to a clean one. The shower was set up for elderly people with a seat in it and needed a renovation badly. The shower drain and sink drain didn't have a catch/mesh. It was somewhat humid in there.

Checked in and was put into an already occupied room then our new room had so much hair caught around the drain plug that the water wouldnt drain very well.
