Overall very positive experience, spacious room, very helpful staff

The property was in a bad neighborhood, not safe to walk around and there was only a Korean place across the street. I also washed my face three times the night before and when I woke up in the morning and wiped my face, there’s so much dirt on the wipes! I stay at hotels pretty often and that’s never happened to me so I don’t think they clean their sheets as well. Skip this place if you can.

Everything was excellent and above all very clean.

I have to let you know that Emily at your front desk was amazing. One night I ordered DoorDash and the Dasher left my food on the floor!! Awful. She quickly scooped it up before I came down to the front desk and placed it on the front desk counter, letting me know where it was so I could file a complaint with DoorDash. I did have a small problem in my room. I kept finding dry spaghetti pieces in the bed. I know it sounds crazy, but I brought them down to the front desk. She was very, very helpful and was able to comp my stay due to the spaghetti in my bed. Then she helped me print something out that I needed for work. She was just wonderful the whole time.

It’s the small details like liquid hand soap, an extra hook in the bathroom, hooks in the main room, a soap dish on the counter, and the hand towel bars in the bathroom that impress me. I have stayed at “luxury hotels” where everything is super pretty, but simply not functional. And the staff was extremely responsive and efficient when we asked for anything.

Everything was great with the exception of the low profile toilet seat. The fact that it sat close to the floor, it was difficult to use.

First the cons...then the pros :) The hotel was nice and clean and our room was very spacious and I loved that! However, the AC in our room was not working well...it "worked" but we had to have it at 61 F to have the room "cool" it was not cold at all as we should be freezing if it was really 61 F but all the rooms were booked so we couldn't change rooms and its always a pain to change rooms, the sink faucet handle was broken so if you lifted it too hard it came off lol, and the desk chair was broken too, it was leaning sideways and there was a sofa in our room so we just sat on that...other than those 3 things, the room was very clean...the bed and pillows were VERY comfortable and the dark-out curtains were really nice. The iron/ironing board and the hair dryer both worked well too. Oh they had yummy chocolate chip cookies one night for guests by the front desk and that was a nice treat :)

The room was very big in size and also very clean. AC and Heat both worked well and water pressure was nice. Breakfast was good, as expected in this category of properties. Easy commute to SU. Would recommend.

Accessible room was not accessible. One grab bar in a tub. None near a very low toilet. Accessible rooms should be equipped with items to provide independent stay. It was just a regular old room.

This booking made as we were heading to our daughter's Jr. Olympics state gymnastics competition. This was supposed to be a double room. What we received was a handicapped accessible single room with one queen bed. As you are aware, this is breach of contract and fraud. The booking was made for four people. My daughter was to have her own room to be able to prepare in a quiet stress free environment, with room to stretch to warm up and focus prior to the competition. The competition is tomorrow, and this has been anything but unstressful. I was awake until 5am this morning dealing with this. A manager / supervisor was supposed to call to address this issue at 12pm today. That did not happen. I called at about 3:15 pg est. I spoke with Javier on a recorded line. I was told they could only compensate for $200. That was less than half of the cost of the room we were supposed to have. This is unacceptable. On the previous call I was asked what I expected. I stated, I have paid for a double room and received a single. Expedia is to either compensate with the next booking for a double room (suite) for our next trip or refund the full cost of this trip. The aggravation alone demands this, with the added impact to my daughter's competition performance, it could be much more. Couple that with the fact you are defrauding a 100% service disabled vet.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. One thing that bothered me was that during breakfast, the ham and eggs were placed in the same heated container. I do not eat meat but do eat eggs, so this was an issue for me. Additionally, from a religious perspective, ham is not permitted for some guests, and having it heated together with other food in the same tray be considered unacceptable.

Everything was great. From checking in, Tyson was super helpful answering our questions about the area. Our room was huge and clean. The breakfast the next day was delicious and the area always clean.

Stayed overnight, nothing to highlight

The staff are lovely and helpful but this was by far the least upkept Hampton inn I have ever stayed at. Sticky floors, poorly presented breakfast, and room was decidedly not clean. Garbage stuffed into the pull out sofa, curtain splattered with dried goo. We stayed four nights and every morning the waffle bar was the same empty bottles of toppings and several items never refilled.

We stayed here for an event at the fairgrounds. The price was higher than we normally pay for this type of property. The pool was useful for the children we were with. There are restaurants near by and it was easy to get to our event.

The staff was definitely courteous. The room did not have any shampoo in the bottle on the wall. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until I was in the shower. The breakfast was great but the eggs and sausage were warm but not hot. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Hotel services unavailable- no wifi available Health and safety issue due to room wouldn’t stay warm and plumbing issues due toilet wouldn’t flush had to change rooms in the middle of night. Only given points as compensation which does not even cover $75 pet fee on top of room cost which we got a smaller room that was not accessible. Expedia only offer one key cash due to hotel not offer any partial refund because the room was book through 3rd party and was non refundable however I didn’t get to sleep in the room we paid for due to these health and safety issues. Staff were kind and breakfast hot.

We had a wonderful stay here. Parking was free, rooms were clean and check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was good, exercise room was pretty good. Didn't try the pool but saw others in it. Bed was comfortable. Room for cold which I wanted. Shower presssure good. Overall I'd say I was surprised and liked it.

They don’t have water in the room and wanted to charge me for a bottle of water. When I asked if there is a charge for internet I was told the internet was down. She couldn’t tell me what they’re doing about it or for how long it will be down. At least she then gave me a couple free bottles of water when I asked. But a hotel without internet? Is this the 90s?

My daughter had a medical emergency, I cancelled as well as filed under the travel insurance. Was denied a refund. I’m a single mom and was going to be in town for Hamilton. I was able to sell our theater tickets last minute but was out $250 for the hotel. Why would I drive 3 hours to stay in a hotel if we were no longer able to go to a show. Absolutely disgusted.

I feel a $150 deposit for incidentals is outrageous. My daughter goes to SU and we have stayed at several hotels in the Syracuse NY area. We have never been charged so much. The most was $50. The hotel itself is clean and pretty quiet. Buffet breakfast is nice.

Why were we given this room to begin with if other rooms were available? Very poor customer service with no respect for customers.

The room was spacious and spotless. The HVAC was wonderfully quiet but powerful and effective. The mattress was new and great. The grounds had plenty of grassy areas for our dog, surrounded by amazing jungle like tall marsh plants. The gym was very clean, and slightly larger and better equipped than most hotel gyms, and at to only 60 degrees, which is much better than most hotel gyms.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. No dislikes to report.

1.) While noted as pet friendly, they charge an additional $75 at check in. 2.) The rooms are ok for the price but definitely not 4 star. 3.) This part of Syracuse is very rough.

The front desk was great and friendly. The pool was nice. Our room felt dirty. The toliet had dried poop on the side which i had to clean. The toilet seat was broken and so was the drain. The shower curtian didnt cover the whole shower so the floor kept getting wet and out door was hard to open and close. The free breakfast was just ok.

Toilet paper was not refilled, bed bugs are present.

We were there in the summer, it was quiet, school was out so not sure if that is normal or not. Drivable, convenient to downtown Syracuse and Fayetteville.

The hotel is hidden back off the road and I would have missed it if not for GPS, so be observant when trying to find it. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

I stayed in this property before I’ve always had a good experience. Rooms clean refrigerator microwave in the room daily breakfast is so so for your bagels, waffles and yogurt. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

2) The sign for the turn off to the hotel is placed so that one thinks one has to turn in before the actual road that leads to the hotel, so you end up in a Chuckie Cheese parking lot. Otherwise, it was great: clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast, fine gym and pool, comfortable bed, easy parking.

Great room for a quick trip to Syracuse. The ladies at the front desk are always cheerful and helpful. Room is always clean and the parking is plentiful.

We arrived late at the hotel because there were torrential downpours while driving. So the weather delayed our arrival. During the drive one of my wipers also fell apart. So we arrived at the hotel and were exhausted. We were greeted by this delightful female at the front desk who not only greeted with a smile but also gave the address of a local valvoline. She told us that we can purchase new wipers there and they will also install them. She then proceeded to write the address down on a piece of paper along with the time that it’s opening in the morning. She was beyond helpful and managed to put a smile on our faces after such a horrible 4 and a half hour drive. The hotel was beyond amazing. Everything looked brand new and spotless. We actually even went to the gym to release some of the stress from the drive, it was very impressive. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely be staying at the hotel. Loved the hotel, staff and the delicious breakfast!!!

Overall the stay was good. Towels smelled of chlorine, one of the entry doors stuck several times trying to get in and there was a loose faucet handle, The rooms are new and well kept otherwise and the breakfast fare was fresh and the staff helpfull. Overall a great stay.

Really appreciate the ability to check in a bit early because I arrived ahead of plans. Staff is really personable and just so pleasant.

Room was surprisingly spacious, comfortable and close to Syracuse campus. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. We had one small issue, which is why I didn't rate higher -- our room had a large window, but the darkening shade could not be raised (electronic shade and cannot be raised manually) so the room was very dark during the day.

There were red stains around the whole room looking like blood. And there was a big white stain behind the coach. There was hair in the tub and on one of the towels. Also was hair on the bathroom ceiling. Stains on the heater and walls. Basically stains all over the room. The bed was clean though.

Overall it was a good stay. The beds are soft though and the pillows are horrible. The check in staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast included and free parking. Thank you.

The staff were super friendly and this hotel is near every type of restaurant you can imagine from KPot to Delmonico’s to Texas Roadhouse. For people traveling with a pet, especially, this place is a no-brainer given it’s pet policy and flat price of 75$ for 1-2 pets!

The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the floor and in the tub. There was no shampoo in the shampoo compartment in the shower.

Door to room was difficult to shut. Noise from room next door coming thru connecting door was disruptive. Tile in room entrance made noise worse. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk check us in.
