Great stay.

Breakfast was on par with other hotels. Our room had several water stains on the ceiling that were starting to peel. Also the bathroom wall was bubbled up from moisture. The air conditioner vents wouldn't stay up to cool the room, we put a paper Coffee cup under it to push the air into the room.

Also, there are some pretty nasty stains on the ceiling in the room. Otherwise, my stay was fine.
- 4/5
It’s kind of hard to ask for towels, and then be questioned about it. The stay was fine except our room was never cleaned. I didn’t realize that’s a thing you have to actually request, your room to get cleaned. For the price we pay you’d think the room would just be cleaned.

I didn’t have the breakfast but I was attending the fairlgriunds so convenient

Convenient to fairgrounds- dog friendly (for well behaved dog!)- Very clean room & friendly staff Breakfast was tasty enough but a bit boring as it was the same each day for the 3 day stay

Breakfast was good the room Was Really nice parking was a Plus

1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. All of these things have happened to me on other trips and I never bother writing bad reviews for those hotels because the staff was always fine at worst and apologetic and helpful at best. Not so, here. The staff was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them any time we had to interact with them.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable!

Location was great for our trip. Rooms are a bit dated but still kept up and clean.

The shower was weak and barely had any pressure. Although I've grown to expect that of hotels.

The room was very open - and clean. The television was larger than expected and the A/C kicked butt. The shower was weak and barely had any pressure. Although I've grown to expect that of hotels.

Price, but you get what you pay for. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the ceiling had a huge are of water stain and cracks. The bathroom had obvious signs of water damage, paint on the walls was sluffed downward, the ceiling was peeling apart in large areas above the shower.

Place is run down and declines each year. Far too expensive for the condition. Best Western should be ashamed their name is on it.
- 1/5
If you want a place to stay where you won’t be able to get any sort of peace and quiet, or appropriate amenities within the room, and staff are non responsive to your needs, definitely book here. It will be worth the waste of money.
- 3/5
Usually I have good luck here but this time was different didn't even get the room that I payed for and the room I did get was dirty 😞
- 4/5
Ice machine needs to be fixed.
- 3/5
Location excellent restaurant outstanding rooms outdated and had a smell to em beds were awful staff was kind on disinterested
- 5/5
Would stay again
- 5/5
Arrived very late & was able to check-in expediently. Staff was there to greet me. The facility is spotlessly clean. Observed staff continually cleaning floors and vestibule. Everything looked & smelled clean and fresh.
- 1/5
The rooms are very outdated, and in the afternoon I had cold water in the shower, which is not what you expect after a long day. Housekeeping was also very poor. They forgot to replace towels, and I learned that you actually have to request room cleaning even if you are staying five nights. What made it worse was the attitude at the front desk. Every time I asked for help, the response was very defensive instead of helpful. There was no effort to work with me or solve the issues. The manager was also nowhere to be seen the entire time. Overall this hotel seems very poorly managed. I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else.
- 1/5
Tub was stained and cracked. Hotel smelled.
- 1/5
This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The mattresses are absolutely terrible — without question the worst we have ever slept on. Completely uncomfortable and unacceptable for any hotel, especially at this price point. When we asked about a solution — a mattress topper, flipping the mattress, or any kind of adjustment — we were met with defensive responses instead of help. There was no effort to resolve the issue. The manager/owner was supposedly traveling, and staff had no idea when we would receive a response. That left us stuck with no support and no accountability.

The service felt disorganized and dismissive. If you value sleep and basic customer care, look elsewhere. Now the only positive: The restaurant inside the hotel is a completely different story. It is outstanding — easily one of the best restaurant experiences in Queens, New York. The food and service there were excellent. So here’s the bottom line: Do not book this hotel. But absolutely eat at the restaurant.

Convenient to Fairgrounds
- 5/5
The room was very clean. And the staff was polite and helpful.
- 4/5
Check in was seamless and front desk clerk was quick, friendly and handed us our room keys within 2 minutes. Got to the room, it was literally spotless. Beds were comfortable and although the hotel looked booked solid, it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was standard fare - cold goods - cereal, juices, fruit, etc., as well as bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, etc. The ONLY reason this isn't a star review is that snow removal on the sidewalks could be way better, and there was a lack of hot water, in that it wasn't very hot in the shower. Would stay again however.
- 3/5
The room and hotel were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was poor. Very little choice. Loud train in the middle of the night passed by for at least 30 minutes.
- 1/5
Room 213 the bed mattress hasn’t been changed in years when u lay down u automatically go to the middle of the mattress like u sink in and the jetted tub not as great as u want the jets suck
- 5/5
EVERY THING WAS GREAT
- 5/5
Close to fair. Staff helpful
- 2/5
Mattress in room was horrendous and juice was nothing but water and when brought to the attention of the staff nothing was done
- 1/5
Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was not very friendly. The heater in my room was not responsive to the thermostat and the room kept getting hotter until I turned it off and then froze and then baked again. We were woke up by the front desk person banging on the door at 12:30 because pipes in the hotel had begun to burst flooding rooms and the entire ground floor. Fortunately our room was dry. Woke up to a cold room and turned the oven back on. No hot water for showers and when we got down stairs no breakfast due to the extensive damage. Same lady at desk was not willing to do anything thing to accommodate us for all the problems we had with our stay.
- 2/5
Booked online last minute after I decided to call it a night due to bad weather. When I checked in I was charged an extra $97 for my dogs ! I travel with them often and have never had to pay such a high rate. I was given a “special” pet friendly room that was absolutely disgusting. Shower walls were cracked and falling apart. Water did not get hot . The room itself was very dirty. I knew it was far from a 5 star however cleaning isn’t that difficult.
- 5/5
Awesome staff and room was clean
- 4/5
Good stay for sleeping. We stayed one night, place was quiet clean. One star removed because there wasnt to much options for breakfast.
- 2/5
The bed was horribly uncomfortable. our room on the second floor had no hot water no matter how long we let it run for to heat up. Luke warm was the best we got. The lady who checked us in was very rude and short with us. The only good thing about the place is not having to go outside for the steakhouse.
- 1/5
Ice machine out of order, back exit filled with snow, one of the juice dispensers in the breakfast room out of order. Property has gone way downhill. Have stayed there many times before, this is the last time
- 4/5
Clean and warm ...but nothing extra, just a night stay hotel
- 5/5
Feel comfortable and safe
- 5/5
The room was spotless anf the staff was courteous.
- 5/5
Pleasant experience all around.
- 3/5
The wall heater was noisy, and in order to keep the room warm, I had to set the temp setting on it to 78. I think that barely kept the room at 70 degrees. If that. The hot water in the shower was quite variable, sometimes non existent, and other times it was too hot. And it varied throughout length of the shower. The hotel was not busy at all, so not sure why it was so variable.
- 3/5
The room did not smell good. The heating unit stank when we turned it on. The place looked nice enough when we arrived, but the room was not as clean as the lobby represented it should be.
- 1/5
The charges me twice for the room
- 3/5
beds were very hard, clean hotel, very nice and updated, breakfast wasn't the best same every day.

Clean Room
- 5/5
Room was spotless and the staff eas courteous.
- 4/5
Quiet, friendly staff
- 3/5
Room seemed clean but no shower gel or soap. Room can use a refresh. Breakfast eggs inedible, sticking to pan and hard. There was a few other options but not many.
- 3/5
Breakfast was gone before 8am (eggs, sausage) and waffle mix low as well. Yogurt machine did not work
- 5/5
The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There were lots of different sized pillows to choose from.
- 1/5
The staff was awful , very unpleasant, unprofessional and just plain rude !
- 1/5
doesn’t update their expedia so don’t rely on those policies
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Clean, friendly, efficient and good price. We had a quick quiet sleep and back on the highway. Would stay again.
- 2/5
No bodywash in the shower. When I asked they knew because they have been put for some time. I was advised in order to have the soap you must ask, then they bring a bar of soap. ?? Batjroom was also not very clean.
- 5/5
Ok
- 2/5
Eggs & sausage barely warm not hot.. had Waffle maker but area wasn’t tidy … no microwave for after hour use …I was there for a weekend stay house keeping didn’t clean room Saturday … staff had zero personality at the front desk …I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends
- 5/5
Accommodations was very comfortable, very clean, quiet and breakfast offering were very yummy, no issues.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the steak house too
- 4/5
Good location and restaurant onsite is always a bonus.
- 4/5
No complaints, convenient location to the Fairgrounds.
- 4/5
Stay for every event at NYS fairgrounds.
- 3/5
The hotel was fine, the staff was friendly and helpful however we waited 10 min. At the front before checking in ( I had to go and look for an employee) though she was helping maintain è and apologized. The first room they gave us smelled like weed, so they gave us another room, and it was much better. I would stay again for a short visit.
- 3/5
The woman at the night desk was very rude. Did not interact at all. Difficult to understand. Did not explain about security deposit just demanded a credit card. She explained when we pushed but not well. Hotel needs facelift.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 4/5
the business centre was of keen importance to me. The night staff was very helpful and responsive.
- 4/5
Nice property within walking distance to fair grounds.
- 1/5
I stayed at this Best Western during a busy Parents Weekend and paid a premium rate, but unfortunately, it was a really disappointing stay. I had to switch rooms multiple times due to cleanliness issues—including one room that had soiled sheets. The staff’s response to that was really unhelpful. Overall, not the experience I expected for the price.
- 2/5
It was quiet but not clean and in disrepair in many aspects. Was okay for a clean bed for one night
- 2/5
While the lobby and breakfast area were; the rooms need a huge upgrade. The lighting was not very good. There was dust on the coffee maker in the closets and in various corners of the room. It just felt dingy. Not what I expected. The bed was good. The bathroom was upgraded but you can see a pink film forming at the seams of the tile b enclosure. It’s a shame. With a little more this could be a very nice stay. Also the soaps don’t smell good. Sorry
- 3/5
Out dated
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 2/5
The staff service was lovely but we booked the room for the jetted tub. When we went to use the tub, the one piece where water dispenses when the jets are on was COVERED in mold. We took pictures & let the desk know. All she said was "oh? Okay." She seemed nice but it was a lot of money on a room advertised for it's tub, which we couldn't use for safety hazard reasons and took pictures of to show front desk. Super unsafe. For $100 more we could have had a suite at the hilton. It was upsetting as we chose this suite instead for the tub.
- 4/5
There is no actual hotel lounge. Its just a steak house connected to the hotel and it was supposed to be open but it wasnt. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. Ice machine was broken on second floor. Very close to Lakeview Amphitheater. Would stay again
- 4/5
Was nicer expected
- 3/5
They're making a good effort. The mattresses could use updating. The breakfast was like the other reviews, not good. The.hotel was clean and the attached restaurant was great,a bit expensive but very good.
- 2/5
The property is close to the New York State fair however the staff is unfriendly, our room wasn't cleaned, stains on bed sheets, it was noisy in the room next to mine and the breakfast is terrible!
- 4/5
The place needs some upgrades bathroom door would not shut plus no microwave in the great location to go to state fair
- 1/5
We stayed for 2 days and no one made our bed and we did not get fresh linens
- 3/5
Nothing special, reasonably clean, breakfast in the morning just ok. And they literally triple their rates the week of the state fair so you pay 350 for a room that’s maybe worth 100. Hey.. you asked for my opinion, here it is.
- 2/5
The hotel has really declined in maintenance over the last year. I have stayed there about 10 times over the year and im disappointed in the maintenance. The past 2 months the ice machine on the 2nd floor has been broken. The building has a musty smell and our room last night had huge water stains on the ceiling and cracks. Went to the breakfast at 9:15 that was suppose to go to 10:00 and all food gone and everything cleaned up. Really disappointed in the hotel that has a restaurant with raving reviews in it and i have dined it this restaurant and its excellent. The 2 definitely dont jive
- 5/5
We very much enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated that a coffee maker and refrigerator was provided in room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
Horrible breakfast
- 3/5
The equipment in the fitness center was in poor condition. The room we were in looked like it had flooded at one point. You could tell by the poor condition of the closet. I tripped over the lip of the front door when we got there. They wanted to charge me $30 for ‘early check in’ then were surprised that I said we’d wait bc I didn’t care about checking in early. That’s just when we got there. I won’t stay here again.
- 2/5
The front desk clerk had attitude and was very rude, had to ring bell multiple times to get attention in middle of the day. First floor hallway and room smelled horrible. Luggage cart was very unsafe to use. Bathroom sink drained slowly, I used at night and it was still draining in morning.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very clean and nice people
- 3/5
Front desk upon arrival ..unfriendly Housekeeping not offered unless specifically requested daily. No amenities. Nastygram in bathroom about requesting clean towels.
- 5/5
An easy walk to the pink lot to pick up the walking trail to the concert venue. On site restaurant is a little pricey, but worth every penny. Seriously. Nice upgrades to the hotel.
- 3/5
My husband and I stayed here during an event in Syracuse. The room for 3 nights was over $1,000.00. We check in and find there was no longer a shuttle service we planned to use. The hotel room was okay. Outdated but spacious. Smelled of smoke, several light bulbs out and the tub faucet was broken. Very few amenities but the on site steakhouse was phenomenal and probably the only thing this hotel has going for it.
- 5/5
GREAT PLACE, THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE CLEANER / INSENSE SMELL IS VERY STRONG. I KNOW MANY PEOPLE LIKE THE SMELL BUT I WAS HAPPY TO BE ON THE SECOND FLOOR WHERE THE SMELL WAS LIGHTER
- 4/5
Is a little outdated.
- 5/5
We stay here every year when we come to the Syracuse Nationals & it’s always great!
- 3/5
The ice machine on our floor was broken. The Fitness Room smelled like a cat had been locked inside for days; I couldn’t go inside the room it was so bad. Glad I was warned by another guest. The breakfast was not much but got us on the road.
- 5/5
We always have a good experience at this hotel.
- 4/5
Overall great for short stay!
- 1/5
Unprofessional and rude staff at the front desk! Her behavior was very rude!
- 4/5
It was a nice stay, nothing to complain about. Just didnt realize there was a $100 holding fee in case something breaks.
- 3/5
Everything was as expected. The front desk lady was not very friendly, but the room was clean and comfortable and it was in a good location for the concert we saw.
- 2/5
I probably would not stay here again.
- 2/5
Uncomfortable mattress, impolite staff, unavailable restaurant. I’d recommend finding other arrangements.
- 1/5
We were there Wednesday. Check in is at 3pm. We got there at 1:50. Yes we know it's early. But we stay in a lot of hotels here and there and if we were early like this they would ok to check in. We drove 4 hrs. The guy at the desk was.very rude. Gave us an attitude didn't even say hi or anything.. just my name and he tells us it's to. early to come back at 2:30. I said we drove 4 hrs and were tired. Just wanted to shower and rest before we went to the game..nope no compassion. So we basically just drove around for 45 minutes. Went back it was 240 and the same thing. No hi nothing just name for the room. We got to the room. The AC was off. It was 90 degrees outside. So it was a little stuffy and warm.. we turned the AC on..In a few minutes we know why, it was loud and rattled and made this other awful sound. The fridge wasn't working at all. The sheets had stains and the one pillow case. We were going to ask for another room but didn't want to go through asking this guy for anything..so we figured it was only one night. And we weren't going to be in the room much except to sleep. The shower was good..nice pressure..But the shower curtain could definitely needed to be washed. They have free breakfast from 6am to 9am..we were there a little before 8am. Omg the worst breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. Worst!!. There was hardly anything left. No mix for waffles. The tray had eggs and sausage patty in was empty..the orange juice was so watered down no milk for coffee or cereal.
- 2/5
Really unfortunate experience for $350.
- 4/5
Easy to walk to concert from site, bed was nice, tub did have some stains, but overall, good experience
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff. Clean.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
Great restaurant on premise
- 5/5
We just stayed overnight but it was very comfortable.
- 1/5
Property was clean and modern. Only restaurant extremely expenive. All automatic doors not working . Property refused to provide checkoit receipt even though had taken credit card at check in. Property refused to follow Expedia's stated policy. Broken closet door in room. Very minimal and poor breakfast buffet. Scant staff even though front desk claimed hotel fully booked. Would definitely not reccomend.
- 4/5
was clean the staff was nice
- 3/5
Cig butts all over the ground outside, kind of gross.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable
- 3/5
The exhaust fan in the bathroom runs all the time with no way to turn it off. This pulled cold air in through the heater/AC system and during the first night the heater ran a lot causing the air to dry out. I woke up with a dry throat and itchy eyes. The next night, when we had to use the AC, the room was better. Although it was not the worst hotel mattress I ever slept on it was close. I think the mattress needs to be turned 180 degrees?? The pool was very nice. A little cool for most people but that is the way I like it.
- 5/5
Loved it will be back soon
- 3/5
The room was missing furniture. There was no chair or table. It felt like half of it was empty. We played cards on the nightstand we moved to double as a table. It was the king suite with the tub. Definitely was not imprressed, kinda disappointing.
- 2/5
This property advertises as "pet friendly" but it is not ! When I checked in I was informed that it was a $ 40 a NIGHT per pet fee. I stay with pets all of the time and have never had such an expensive fee. The women at the desk then told me to make sure my dogs never bark barking is not permitted! The pet fee is hidden in the fine print on their ad. When checking out they refused to give me a printed receipt . I would not recoms staying here
- 1/5
The younger girl at the desk was wonderful. The manager and other lady there have some scam ring going on there. I had book a room for 3 nights through Expedia. After 1 night there I went back to my room and the key wasn’t working. I went downstairs and they said I was suppose to have checked out. I said no and showed them my Expedia email. Which they bushed off and said they only had 1 room left and I panicked and paid for another two nights. What should have happened after I said is there something wrong with your system with my phone still showing the email oh let me call Expedia. Which is not what happened I had to call expedia and was told they needed to call them. They eventually did and told me I was right I did have the room booked for three nights. After being told I would get my refund my credit card company started flagging stuff. So I had to cancel my card and get a new one. The morning of check out they left a charge so that way I couldn’t leave until it was paid. Trying to get more money out of me. The girl that was there that morning was wonderful she told me that the computer said my room was booked for 3 nights and that she wasn’t sure why they made me buy 2 nights. She also said not sure why they are charging any extra fee. She fixed everything and I was able to leave without paying for that random fee. I was also not the only person getting scammed
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and amenities. Easy access to highway and Syracuse Fair grounds for events. Would recommend for travel.
- 5/5
Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean public areas and our room as well. Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Quiet, even being next to a busy road we couldnt hear anything and got a comfortable sleep. Room was spacious and clean!
- 3/5
It was very average. They didn’t even ask me if I wanted to clean the room. I did not know that you have to request that to get the room cleaned very disappointing.
- 1/5
I booked this hotel for 1 night due to it having "airport shuttle" service and i asked about it as soon as i checked in and was told by a very rude older lady named "G" that they don't have one for the next morning. She told me i was supposed to book that service 24 hours before even checking in. When i asked her her name she told me it was Sara but her name tag started with "G". There were also 2 dead cockroaches on the window sill in side the room and 18-20 live ones on the outside of the window. I went to the front to tell them and "G" just looked at me and didn't move or respond. Never sent anyone to my room or offered a different one. Absolute worst experience ever.
- 4/5
Quiet given proximity to the thruway. Full breakfast , if somewhat uninspiring (Two of three days I had breakfast at hotel it wasvthec same cheese omelettes and skinless sausage links. Both could have been warmer). Elevator had a funky smell to it
- 1/5
My nephews volleyball team blocked off rooms for a tournament at the fairgrounds but the night before the tournament they were trying to charge everyone an extra $90 a night and break contract so last minute families had to find other arrangements.
- 2/5
Coffee grounds on the table next to the room coffee pot, and the room had a funky smell when you entered.
- 5/5
We’ve been doing a lot of tournament travel and staying at similar -type hotels. This was bar far the best. Clean. Friendly staff. Solid continental breakfast. Affordable.
- 4/5
Will stay again
- 5/5
Staff was great the restaurant has amazing steak!!
- 5/5

- 1/5

- 4/5
Very happy with the room and staff.
- 5/5
Love the environment nice and quiet 🙏
- 5/5
Stay was really good!
- 4/5
The heat took a while to get the room warm but then adjusted down to set comfortable setting. But it was in the high 20s outside so it wasnt to bad
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast! Perfect especially for the price.

- 5/5
Great hotel- super comfy beds! Great place to stay for an overnight shopping trip!
- 3/5
Breakfast ends at 9:00. We weren’t told. Didn’t even have coffee in lobby or breakfast room after 9:00
- 2/5
My god where do I start?! So I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely horrified . There was black mold in the tub and the room was not cleaned properly. So after I get into my room I proceeded to the front desk to speak with management for a refund, as I already prepaid online prior to checking in.The manager stated that her name was “G” and that she would refund me in full after I presented all of the photos I took on my phone of my concerns but because I had no other arrangements for the night I had no choice but to stay there. Management also advised me that they were completely sold out so they couldn’t even change my room. I was also told to call the following day to confirm my refund. So I did and the manager “G” was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There was also chipping paint on the walls, The toilet paper holder was literally falling off the wall , The photo’s portrayed on the website were cleaned and intact . But To my surprise when I checked into my room it was absolutely disgusting. It was a terrible experience, and I can't believe how poorly they handled the situation. I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone who has even the slightest expectations.
- 1/5
paid for extra night on hotels.com. when i checked in the hotel said they didnt have the reservation and made me pay for the extra night even after showing them the confirmation #
- 3/5
Pick e d this property because of free airport shuttle and lower price than others with shuttle. Arrived to be told you had to order shuttl er 24 hours ahead. I was there at 1 and my flight was at 1 pm the next day..so needed shuttle in 21 hrs..told NO EXCEPTIONS! Had to order an Uber. Never heard of this policy and travel alot..always order dhuttle. When check in
- 4/5
Pretty much exactly what I expected. A hotel close to my event, but not much else. But again what I was looking for as I wasn’t a tourist, I was in town on business and this was a great choice. One I will make again and again as long as I keep going to that event.
- 4/5
Parking lot was not shoveled and very icy

It really could have been a better stay. Although the room was clean, it was a very dated room. The room in the photos at the time of booking was not the room I reserved. The photo had a his and hers sink in the bathroom. The room I got was a one sink bathroom. The jetted tub was nice but was dated and had some chipping and looks like rust is starting. The mini fridge also had cracks in the base, not a very good presentation. The pillows on the bed were very warn out and small. I did try to ask for bigger pillows but was told they are all the same size. The mattress we had needed to be replaced. It was sunken in the middle to a point that when lying down on the side it felt Iwas lying on a steep hill. It really dampered the stay. I challenge management to try to use that mattress for a night to see if it is worthy of a suite. The breakfast lay out was very good with lots of options both hot and cold, and the presentation was clean. Its too bad that there was not that much pride put into the actual room.

We were there briefly before catching an early morning flight but from what I observed the place was clean and the staff friendly. The ice machine on our floor was out of order but the one downstairs worked. No other complaints from us.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. We also ate at Daniella's, and the food and staff were great as well.

The hotel is much better under its new ownership than the previous. It's much cleaner and the renovations inside and out, very well done!

The Management was always available and ever so helpful. Especially when I had a problem with my rental car that became unsafe to drive and had to be towed. The manager made sure it was done and took possession of the keys since I had to catch a flight before the tow truck was able to retrieve the car. Kudos BW!!!

What a disastrous first night in Syracuse, night clerk was rude and dismissive. Heat was not turned on in my room and it was -3 degrees that night. I turned it on full blast for 2 hours which did nothing, I called to ask if I could switch to another room with a better heating unit and was told "the whole hotel is like that". I disagreed as the first floor, lobby and hallways were warm. Tried to sleep with 2 comforters and in my winter jacket for a few hours, couldn't get out of there fast enough. I'll never use Best Western again just based off this location in Syracuse. I didn't realize they're franchised and owned by different people. Unfortunately, they lost my business because the night clerk/owner? chose to be snippy and rude instead of solving the problem.

The location is good just off the highway.. Bed comfort is average. Breakfast can be improved.

I don’t know if $100 is the current price for a motel kind of property. The property is decent and clean, but has very poor customer service. I didn’t find the staff friendly. The property doesn’t provide body lotion which I haven’t seen anywhere else. So if you have to stop for the night and you didn’t plan it, you might end up with a dry skin the next day. The AC / Heat system needs an update. It had a mind of its own and worked per its own automatic arrangement. Breakfast is like other comparable motels, nothing fancy but you won’t starve in the morning. Timing though was only 6-9am. In winters I find it to be short.
