I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel in New York! The hotel was modern, clean, and had such a fun atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, and the location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy nearby attractions. I loved the upbeat vibe and attention to detail throughout the hotel. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in NYC, I definitely recommend Aloft Hotel!

Michelle, the manger was above and beyond amazing! My dog got burrs stuck all over him and she assisted to get the fully removed. I thought I was going to have to call an emergency vet and miss my son's graduation dinner. Life saver!

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly l. The walls are think and we could hear alot of noise in the hall and the doors are not soft closing so when people came out of the room the doors slammed shut. But I would stay there again

Whenever I’m visiting Syracuse, I stay here. It is clean and dog friendly and the price is right! I enjoy the pool and the bar and free parking.

The room was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. Would have been nice if the room had a clock and a small makeup mirror. The lamp on the desk did not work, but these were small inconveniences.

It was clean I didn’t like the fact that we just allow kids to run up and down the hallway raising all hell late at night and go into the gym and slam the weight machines so loud it sounded like something was coming through the way and fun for us we got the room directly on the other side of the gym !! Oh and the tv in that room is possessed cause it kept just shutting off whenever it felt like it …. Literally the worst stay i have ever had anywhere !!! What a waste of money and i will NEVER return

The hater in room 308 (I believe that was our room) sounded like a jet engine, going on and off every 10 minutes. Not sure if it was sick or if the model is just a cheap, loud model.

I booked this hotel because my medical facility that I came for recommended them. I just want to say every employee that we had an encounter with from the shuttle, front desk, housekeeping and the bar staff were all amazing! We had to extend our trip but the transition to extend our trip was super easy thanks to the manager of the hotel! The hotel is clean, everyone is so helpful and the hotel ground is well kept! If we have to come back we would definitely come back to this hotel again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Front desk rep was wonderful. The hotel is modern and clean. Only saw a string of hair on the floor but nothing that needed to be brought to the staff attention. There is air freshener type smell in the air but it’s not overbearing. Usually I can’t tolerate those but it didn’t bother me. I love that the room had a window to allow for fresh air in.

Great and many food options in lobby! Parking was free and plentiful. No issues with room, cleanliness, or staff. Would recommend/stay again when in area.

A bus full of college athletes came on our second night. We were in the pool and all of them, with their coaches, arrived and proceeded to take over the pool to do training/exercising. The pool was too small for us to enjoy a relaxed swim while they were doing their thing; we were figuratively "forced out". If the hotel accepts sports teams and allows them to use their facilities (such as the pool), they should be required to use it after normal guest hours. This was the only negative part of our stay!!!

For the price, absolute robbery. The person at front desk was amazingly helpful, but the pillow cases were an old and off color and the air conditioner while worked sounded like a jet engine. Location is fine and convenient but Syracuse has an odd issue of massively overpriced budget and mid tier hotels that charge high rates

Stayed here for the Inner Harbor Taco/Margarita festival. Great location - steps away from the Inner Harbor and a quick drive to downtown Cuse. Nice bar. Nice pool (though a bit chilly) Great snack options including Gluten Free choices (which we both need) The room was nice , only complaint is the noise. Walls must be paper thin because we heard external noises all night. Not terrible but not great if you're in search of some solid sack time. Not the cheapest option but if you don't have a DD or want to pay for an Uber its perfect.

Air conditioning was either on and freezing out the room or off and room was hot. Thermostat did not work properly. A/C was very loud causing me to get up several times prior to a 8 hour drive the next day. My son and family stayed in another room and shower head fell off in the shower. They had to switch rooms. I stay at this hotel every year to or from trips to Canada. Food was good.

First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!

Nice area, but not fully developed. Had to drive for dinner; not able to walk.

Really fun lobby area with free pool table, table games that can be signed out at no cost, etc. Plinko game at check in where you win prizes from free breakfast to drinks at the bar. Everything was clean but there was a strong maybe carpet shampoo smell when we got to the room, but overall it was a nice stay. Bar tender left early, granted it was a Sunday night, but it altered our plans, only reason for the 4 star sections.

They were dirty gloves left in AC, a woman was drug by her arm and slammed in a vehicle by a man, and people smoking weed.

So clean! Super friendly staff gave us the warmest welcome. Our room was facing the road, so it was a bit loud at night, but overall a great experience!

Booked a stay for CNY pride and it was perfect! The staff is welcoming and friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy with amazing AC, it was my first time booking and staying at a hotel independently and they made the process quick and easy I would definitely recommend Aloft to friends and family and already exited for our next visit!

The Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor was our last stop on a week’s vacation. We chose the inner harbor location so we could walk easily to get something to eat - which was the case. A brewery was a short 3-6 min walk. Our room was great - as usual. A super comfortable bed with excellent pillows. The shower was great as well. Alofts are so nice to stay at. If there's one in the area we’re going - we stay there.

This was a great stay. The hotel has something for everyone. The area around it is mostly empty lots but in a few years it will be an amazing part of town. Easy walk to good restaurants.

Came to the a loft for my son’s birthday. Everything was very nice. The location is beautiful also and close distance to the mall.

Slept here for the night after a concert. Was easy to get to from venue. Very friendly staff was happy about bar service and was able to get food from bar [wings were great] . There's a nice outdoor area to relax and the hotel lobby lounge was also great. Room was big , clean and bed was comfortable and clean. Hallways were very fragrant [I'm guessing from carpet cleaner] but it didnt bother me.. great stay and. Would stay again.

The location wasn’t the safest area for a mother and young daughter. The room was dirty, walls were paper thin to the point I could hear word for word conversations in several rooms on the floor. There was a family fighting not just arguing but being physical that I could hear. The situation was handled however my daughter and I got zero sleep. Parking was across the street which has a wooded area to the side of it, we had to leave while it still dark to get to a competition and didn’t feel safe walking over. There were several homeless people and addicts wandering the area. I would not stay here again, had I known this information prior I would’ve booked elsewhere.

Encourage the workers to represent the brand more professionally. Missed opportunity to say hello, welcome the guest, answer in a pleasant manner.

Our stay was so nice. From the staff to the rooms everything was awesome!

My only issue is that I waited at the airport for over 20 min for the shuttle that is listed in the hotels.com description but the hotel doesn't have a free airport shuttle service. That should be corrected so that others don't have the same problem. I eventually ubered it.

This is not the place to go if you are looking for a romantic get away. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything that goes on in the hallway and in the rooms next to you. Maybe the front desk person should try to put families with kids on the same floor.

It is a fine place for a night or two. Personally, I was happy that the hotel provided access to our Netflix account so we could relax continuing to watch the series we were watching at home. That was a nice touch, as was the complimentary fruit always available.

The shower went from too cold to melt your flesh off and the shower head wouldn't stay upright. The water tasted like pond water. The heater was very loud. The windows leaked cold air into the room. There were loud drunk people roaming the halls until very late.

We travel to Syracuse a few times a year to see family. Wish we had tried Aloft earlier. It’s very close to the family. Love the open bar and food area. The gym is great and having a pool is awesome. Limited restaurants in walking distance. But Cafe Blue is great for breakfast.

Conveniently located next to inner harbor a beautiful place to walk along side if wanting fresh air. Staff very accommodating . Only complaint is shower head was not moveable for height. Amazing stay overall

It was my anniversary so my wife and I wanted to stay out of town at a nice hotel. The pictures made the place look good. I didn't even make it to the check in. First this place is a motel not a hotel. It allows low income housing(which is fine if you are aware of this). I know this because I asked one of the tenants that was lounging Infront of the building. The place looks like a prison block from the side view. Weed is legal in NY but most hotels will designate a smoking area or won't permit it on the property. Anything goes here. If I was alone on business I would of stayed but I don't recommend staying for a special occasion or with children. I asked for a refund because this place is not as advertised but it's looking like that isn't going to happen.

My kids favorite part about staying in a hotel is the pool. The pool at this hotel was freezing, my kids could barely stay in there longer than 10 minutes. There were also little ants crawling alongside the pool from one end to the next and a dirty random sock in the lounge chair. The staff at the front desk were great but not happy with the pool situation and also we could hear the toilet flush in the room above us..walls were paper thin. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, also due to the location and not much being in walking distance.

Great stay. Very casual and hip vibe. Room was very comfortable and nicely laid out. Convenient location if with a car and very close to Uber waiting points, so never a long wait.

Ventilation system is crazy loud and hard to fall asleep to. Purchased breakfast for four, given vouchers for only two. Very modern design and pretty lobby area, good location. Free coffee and fruit in lobby.

I loved this hotel but I don’t like that parking is across the street in a not so great area. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

For someone out of town this was close enough to downtown without the city feel.
