It was a convenient place to stay on my trip. It’s close to several different restaurants, all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable. The bedding was clean, but had a smoke smell.

Super 8 in suwanee is the o ly one i go to the staff is amazing the location is near everything you need the owner and his wife are so amazing i recommend this hotel to everyone i know

Rooms ok,staff was good everything was close didn't have to travel far

Very friendly staff and very convenient to shopping centers and close to restaurants and fast food place when you are in a hurry and I like that we can really rest at night without having to be woken up with people bieng loud I will definitely be coming back to this place when I need too with my family 😊

1. Initially, I requested two extra towels and a washcloth, but my request was denied until I provided a thorough explanation of why I needed them. 2. Upon checking the bedding, I found multiple hairs on both the sheets and pillows. Despite this, the cleaning staff were reluctant to change the bedding until they received approval from the manager. Even after acknowledging the issue, the manager insinuated that the hair could have belonged to me. Both the manager and housekeeping staff exhibited a dismissive attitude throughout the interaction. 3. One of the most troubling aspects of this experience was when the manager made inappropriate comments that suggested I was a sex worker and my boyfriend was merely a client. This left my boyfriend feeling so uncomfortable that he chose to leave the room and wait in the car until the bedding issue was resolved. 4. Ultimately, the resolution of these issues took about 30 minutes, with a significant portion of that time spent advocating for my concerns. Overall, this experience fell far short of what I consider acceptable customer service.

The staff is great and front desk is wonderful they clean the room everyday unlike Redroof it cost more but I can see why if I could give it a thousand stars I would and if they allow pet it would get more customers keep up the good job

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Room well equipped. Could have been cleaner. There was quite a lot of hair in the shower when I checked in.

Hair in bathroom and on bedsheets. Stains on pillow cases and bedsheets. Insects on bed covers. Room smelled like mold. Towels were stained. Just terrible!

There's only 1 thing I would change. The Beds aren't very comfortable. I love soft comfortable beds. These beds fell as tho I'm sleeping on the floor at times.

Bathroom needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. A power socket near vanity appears a fire hazard. It neds to be replaced.

The only thing I didn’t like was that when we got there and checked our room it wasn’t what it was supposed to be from what we purchased on Expedia it was suppose to be one king bed and instead of it being what we booked for it was two beds instead and it’s only two beds throughout the entire hotel.

Room sheets were dirty. Went to request new sheets and blanket and were given clean sheets but was told there was no clean extra blankets that they would have to get one from another room. Loud, nosiy area.

Wonderful sleep and relaxation! Great staff with respect and knowledgeable. After a long day at work I could unwind and enjoy then get rest without hearing the hustle and bustle of the public.

The refrigerator was ticking all night. Looks like they killed some bugs and left it smeared on the wall. My husband left his glasses but they claim they didn’t see them. Unless they are wearing them.

The ladies at checkin were very nice & accommodating when I requested a ground floor room. The room was nice, the hotel is older. My 1 biggest issue was a large roach I had to kill on the wall. But, our room was by their laundry room. Pleasant employees. Close to alot of restaurants and a Walmart.

The housekeeping was very good. Extra towels and coffee every day after leaving her a tip. Room was cleaned everyday.

The comforters on the bed needs to be updated with clean new ones because they have stains and burn out spots on them and the sheets don’t smell clean at all

Walls in room were dirty and there was green mold on the wall lamps by the bedroom mirrors. Went by to enjoy the free breakfast and no food was ever set out. The people next door to me kept running in and out all night and kept waking up my infant.

There were more than 30 bed bugs crawling all over the room. I talked to the front desk they changes the room, but there was no difference. They neither provided any further assistance nor any reimbursement. This place was the worst that i’ve ever experienced in my entire life.

The service at the front desk was good and friendly, but that was about it. My room was non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke. The sheets were very old and had holes. The couch was filthy and in need of replacement or deep clean. My neighbors were loud and at one point even slammed into my room door. I would not revisit this location.

Lighting a bit dim, and too cold fluorescent for me. If you're towing a trailer or driving a 53 footer, there's ample space to park your rig. We tow a trailer and, if heading south, may retreat to a motel when it's cold. Having space for your rig is helpful.

The room smelled of some kind of room deodorizer so strong I had to open the door........not a good idea in a city you don't know. The bathroom floor looked like it had some kind of mold. The "breakfast" consisted of a couple boxes of individual cereal, a couple packs of oatmeal, 2 bagels and 1 cheese danish.

Ok first of all I’m optimistic and believe in fairness However this place could be the worst on the planet! The room smelled so horrible the floors were disgusting we had to by paper towels and bleach spray and wipe them down ourselves the hot water was barely like warm never got warm enough to be comfortable this place sucks so bad don’t do it

The staff was friendly, the the hotel looks like it needed some work. If you are are the high scale end then dont stay there because you will complain yourself to sleep.

my experience with this super 8 hotel was very satisfying and i would highly recommend anyone to visit this place for a comfort night or nights stay especially if it involves business staying or conferences out of town. its also convenient to many different stores and restaurants in the area so thats a major plus.

Place is very out-dated, breakfast was pitiful(cold cereal in packets), shower curtains had mold and were not clean at all, bathtub wasent cleaned well and is rugged, found hair on linen and cover had stains on it. Thank God it was just a one night stay for an event. Place needs to be upgraded..seriously!! Somebody please call in the Property Brothers for an overhaul.

Just a quick list of everything I wasn't happy about. Tv was blurry. Crusty substance in the carpet between the beds. A/C was either ice or fire, no in between. Urine on the floor and all over the toilet when we checked in. Urine stains and mildew on the shower curtain. Shower head sprayed a million directions. I was genuinely fearful to walk on the carpet with no shoes on and would not even put my dirty clothes on the ground or in the dresser. The "continental" breakfast consisted of old bagels, 6 one serving boxes of cereal, 5 bags of oatmeal, and a 2 gallon jug of milk. Bugs every where outside.

Room was nice. Could not control the AC so we had to keep turning it off and on because it got to cold. Water in sink just dripped but overall no issues! Quiet area and close to everything!!!
