Location was good for our purposes. First room we were given smelled musty and wet. In 2nd room: toilet wouldn’t flush (we had to fix it), handle on shower was held on by a screw far too long and not appropriate for the purpose. It stuck out a full inch and was a danger to cut someone. Also, the shower head was broken and was stuck on a full-blast spray.

I didn’t give a good rating because I wasn’t told I would be charged for departing my stay early. I don’t like the fee.

The man at the front desk said they ran out of toilet paper, coffee creamer, bowls and knifes at breakfast (with waffles), etc. He was incompetent.

Elevator was 6 months past inspection. Still waiting for my deposit return almost a month later.

Great and friendly staff, spacious and quiet rooms, wonderful continental, breakfast, and spacious indoor pool. We brought our daughter for her 10th birthday along with three of her friends. This is the perfect place to stay to have easy access to the Mall of Georgia. The hotel was perfect for the girls and they loved the indoor pool.

All are well except improvements needed in Breakfast area. I came for Breakfast at 9:15 AM and couple of items were just empty dishes. Five minutes later came very small batch of scrambled eggs. Waffle self-prepare area was not clean to put the glass down to fill dough/mix.

Breakfast was hot, pool was clean, staff was excellent which it’s always a plus for me. Our lamps by the beds didn’t work at all, and there wasn’t enough wash cloth available in a room with 2 queens. If I would’ve brought my other child with us we wouldn’t have a wash cloth for him.

The shower door wasn't working properly and had to make a dam with a towel, so to contain the water on the floor. Minor inconvenience.

I was unable to eat breakfast I woke up to late. I didnt like that the room I was in looked like it was a old hotel and they remolded but i was able to tell it was old

The breakfast and location were perfect. The staff was courteous and helpful. Friendly and polite. Grounds were clean and comfortable. Great location off the main street. I felt safe and comfortable there. The only complaint that I can make is the beds were uncomfortable. They were too firm.

The staff upon check in and check out was the best!! Their personal attitude was fantastic. The girl upon checkout was friendly and efficient. The man upon check in was attentive. There was no barrier on the bottom of the shower door. The water runs down the door and onto the floor. The bathroom floor was very slippery and could pose a fall risk.

Clean and you could tell they had just remodeled but there were some items that didn't appear to get replaced like lamps with rust spots on them. But the room was clean and met our needs.

Checkin staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the tea, ice water and coffee in foyer. We looked over breakfast area and noted that it would have a variety of healthy options ready for our group in the morning.

Location was great. It was in an area that was quiet and felt safe, and there were plenty of dining options close by. The breakfast was very underwhelming. There was no fresh fruit or dairy options. The only hit carb option was oatmeal. I just expected more.

Cousin fell in the bathroom tub was slick, elevator wasn’t work properly almost got stuck in the dang thing door did not want to open. Inspection was out of date 8/1/25 our stay was 11/1/25.

The location was really good. This was the worst Fairfield I've stayed in. The room smelled damp, the bed was hard as a rock, half of the electrical sockets and the TV did not work.. it just was not great.

I wasn't very pleased with my stay. We were in town for a family event a had a few rooms in the property. First off I didn't realize that the rooms didn't have a microwave. Secondly, the rooms weren't made up when we returned. I didn't see anything posted that they wouldn't be. At breakfast, there was no oil or spray for the waffle machine. When I asked, all l got was a "no". I suppose I expected more from the chain and the area from which the property is located. On the positive side, the room was comfortable for sleeping. The towels were clean. Overall, l just expected more.

I did not like the way the room smelled. It was clean but had a nasty stinch. I bring my own disinfectant however it smelled when after I sprayed it. Bought air wick oil freshener for the the wall and some OdoBan spray to keep it smelling good. It smelled like mildew and cigarettes when it was a non smoking room. Just a stinch of old hotel basement. Other than that the room was fine. The breakfast was good and the amenities didn’t disappoint. Such as the pool and gym. Clean. Oh and the king room that’s accessible Is NOT like any other I’ve been too this one was really small! No sofa bed and thank God we could move the bed over to place another airbed. We drove 6 hours for my daughter’s graduation. Check in went smoothly the gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. However, the TV didn’t work the whole time we were her and we could not adjust the temperature of the ac in the room. When we went down to breakfast the attendant working was very rude.

The first three days were fine, quiet less hearing doors being slammed; until the fourth day, we heard noise from upstairs of someone stomping and the next bedroom which someone bumped into the same wall with the bed headboard. The sound insulation was not good. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, bacons, waffles…; food changed bi-daily. Hot water, coffee and cold water is available all day.

The room didn’t have a tub. It was an accessible room and the closet pole was too low. The room was not serviced on the second day although I requested it. None of the front desk staff was knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

Our room had a damp smell to it and rug felt damp. The shower stall floor was a little slippery. And the bathroom floor felt sticky. The mattress was very comfortable. And the hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The management staff, Douvy the General Manager (Venezuelan), rudely interupting me trying to clear up a $150.00 security deposit charge on my debit card that I was not made aware of and they could never justify. When the Operations Manager.Corey was trying to explain to me why the such a large security deposit, he slid a metal plate over to me that was supposed to explain to me the security deposit policy but it reference no amount. This is a problem. I told him that they security deposit that I was notified of was a $20.00 hold because i'd already prepaid for the room through expedia.com. They both had bad tones, they were arrogant and could never project empathy. They became very loud and boisterous, they accused me of being. Even after I asked Douvy the General Manager more than three times to allow me to straigten this out with the Operations Manager Corey, since I was already talking with him, she would not leave the area. This only added to my anger because now she's being disrespectfuly. Crazy thing now is Corey has taken on her bad energy and has sided with her. It should have never escalated the point of me tellin them that I am a 22 year military veteran and only want to be heard. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR HARD EARN $

It was my 4th time in this Fairfield Inn and honestly might be the last. They had a young basketball team who knocked on the doors, run around the hallway and didn’t let us sleep until 2am. I do appreciate hotel management they help on this matter but this could’ve been taking care in advance with signs or even explaining the coaches/parents of Hotel Rules.

We’d stay at the hotel again, staff was nice and able to answer questions as needed. Only thing we had issues with is the toilet is really loud when flushed, so tended to wake the room if you had to go in the middle of the night.

Clean rooms and a comfortable bed. That pretty much satisfies most people’s need from a hotel. The property is well situated with services conveniently located. Shortcomings are in the ancillary of what makes for a memorable stay. Breakfast had out of date milk and yogurt and no fresh fruit. An 8 ounce Gatorade and an ice cream bar is a $10.60 charge. Clean rooms and a comfortable bed. That pretty much satisfies most people’s need from a hotel. The property is well situated with services conveniently located. Shortcomings are in the ancillary of what makes for a memorable stay. Breakfast had out of date milk and yogurt and no fresh fruit. An 8 ounce Gatorade and an ice cream bar is a $10.60 charge. Room we booked did not come with a sofa bed as described by hotels.com. The front desk was kind enough to switch our room to 2 doubles. Room was very spacious and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

I am sensitive to temperature. 1st room did not have working thermostat. Front desk kindly transferred me to a 2nd room that did not have working thermostat, either. I addressed it and he advised me I should leave the hotel because the hotel isn't responsible for maintaining a working thermostat and he has no record of which rooms have a working thermostat and cannot help me. Not the front desk fault, but it was a negative interaction since he told me to leave the hotel and that made me uncomfortable.

We stayed here for a local ball tournament. The pillows need to be regular size and the beds could be more comfortable. Everything else was perfect for the stay we needed. It was close to our tournament facility, shopping, & entertainment.

IWe had a very nice stay. The staff were accomodating. It was very clean and there were nice appointments in the room. It was very comfortable. The breakfast was good enough. The staff was very accomodating and interested in pleasing their customers.

All night I heard the sounds of people running and jumping from the floor above me, turns out there was a cheer leading team staying at the facility. Hope they did well

Very friendly staff at check in. Door key didn’t work the first time but was quickly corrected. Normal breakfast offered but was out of coffee so we didn’t stay.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is run down and not what I expected for a Marriott brand. The walls and floors are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. There were very sleepless nights because of this. No hot water. Towels need to be recycled as they are rough and overused.

I booked the room through Expedia and paid for standard king bed room, they give me accessible room and I told them , I’m not comfortable in this room , they said that’s what they have cable , even was Tuesday middle of week and empty hotel . When they changed the room , they gave me room with 2 twins bed next to utility room and ice machine room with too much noise , I left the room and get another room at another hotel

Book here if you want to get interrupted before the 12pm check out by knocks at 11am! Also if you love roaches this is the place for you. Brittany was great!! The only saving grace. The sheets also are rougher than gravel
