Disappointing

I checked into my room and there was no hot water. The worst ever. I went to the front desk and the person working was not friendly and didn’t even offer an apology or anything for the inconvenience. He simply said I’ll change your room. You would expect the manager or someone would check to see if everything was ok after the room change at 11pm. It was nothing. Definitely would not stay here again.

The staff was why I am giving a 4 star rating- they went above and beyond and helped me with an early check in after a red eye flight and sleepless night for which I am truly grateful. If not for the courteous and friendly staff, the hotel is very old and in much need for some remodeling and updates. The carpets in the room, furniture and bathrooms are worn down and outdated and in not the greatest condition. I was out of the room most of the time and stayed for just 1 night, so all I needed was a bed to sleep on.

Staff were friendly & room was clean. The only complaint I have, how thin the walls are. Trying to sleep, you can hear everything from rooms next to us, across from us and above us. One night, we had a hard time sleeping. The beds the pillows were great. Everything else was great! Just the walls seem very thin.

My check in manager was extremely helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean, and spacious with comfortable linen on the bed. I found it strange that there was no free coffee service available in the morning in the lobby. There was an option to purchase Starbucks though. To the hotel's credit, there was a solo coffee machine option in the room, but powdered milk and one small cup of coffee from a pod doesn't exactly get the motor started in the morning.

The Bistro attendants were all sub-par. They either seemed put off that they had to wait on customers or were always in the back kitchen area checking their phones. All customers were less than impressed with the level of service in this area.

The room was neat and clean, and was well arranged. We were only needing a place to stay overnight, and it was perfect. The food options on-site were limited, but were good. Staff were friendly and worked to make our stay pleasant.

The floors and walls were very thin you could hear people walking above and in the hall. The tv stopped multiple times saying no internet!!! Had donuts from the night before left on the counter and in the morning it was full of ants. On a good note the beds where good fridge and ac where great. Location was perfect.

The room had trash from a prior occupant. The thermostat did not work. The ice machine on the floor was broken. There was confusion over what kind of breakfast was included.

Elevator was not working and we were on 3rd floor. Had 2 large suitcases. A young lady, I cannot recall, help us going up to our room Also said breakfast was provided for $10, but all they had was a kiosk to order food at different prices. 4 years ago the hotel provided a free breakfast buffet which was a nice feature.

The beds were of the comfiest I’ve experienced when staying in hotels The card reader was down when we’re checking in which wasn’t anyone’s fault it was just a minor inconvenience. That’s the only complaint

Location They only clean the rooms every other day and there was notification of that policy posted in the room. Also the bistro was supposed to open at but it was not. I waited 15 minutes and still was not open. There was never anyone at the desk in the evenings

I was in my room on the morning of checkout and the guy housekeeper opens my door without knocking and there was a do not disturb sign on the door. Mind you this was at like 10am and checkout isn’t until 12…. I was very uneasy about that and will not stay here again

The property in general appeared to be ok. My room was near a stairwell that was clearly being worked on so it was noisy. The cleaning staff never came to my room in the 3 days I was there.

These was our second time staying here. My son had a basketball tournament and everything was close by. The staff was great. The hotel is nice and clean.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when asking about go let’s services and local questions. Also, when a problem arise that we were not aware of, the staff attempted to resolve that issue while we were away. Our rooms were clean and beds were smelling like clean fresh sheets all white and cozy! The bed was comfortable too. The hotel is currently going through some construction work, but at least they are working to make the place well kept! We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit soon.

This hotel offers a pool and hot tub however, the pool and hot tub were under renovation. The whole second floor was under construction and was noisy throughout the day. I would not have booked this hotel if I was aware of this information prior to booking. Moreover, I was initially assigned a room that was preoccupied by another guest, which created an awkward situation when I tried entering the room and another individual was in the room with their kids. Not only did this situation make me feel extremely uncomfortable, it also required me to track down the hotel employee to get another room assigned to me, which took over 20 minutes to find an employee. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with this hotel experience and I would highly recommend for the hotel/ hotels.com to make potential guests aware of any construction/ renovations that limit the available amenities the hotel offers it’s guests.

This hotel I stayed out was not what was advertised to me. I was told the pool was open and operating and it was complementary breakfast. When I arrived the pool was closed and not working which was a total disaster because I had family that travel here to swim. I could have stayed at another hotel this was my main thing I needed from this hotel. There as no complementary breakfast. The Starbucks in the hotel was closed. Kids from some soccer team was running all through the hallway. My room phone didn’t work. My tv kept going out on regular tv and my Netflix kept getting stuck. I would like to be compensated for something. I did not enjoy myself at all.

Was very meh. I was advised at the time of check-in that housekeeping comes every other day. I was fine with that, but I was not fine with our trash NOT being emptied every other day. The breakfast options were OK, but you are better off going off property for that. The staff was very friendly and professional. I just assumed I would be getting a little more for my money.

Picked this property for the in hotel cafe/bistro, I don’t like to leave hotels when I travel alone. Unfortunately, they weren’t open that evening (a Friday evening). There is also no complimentary coffee, meaning you either use the in room machine (gross), or buy from the Starbucks located in the same area as the “bistro” (not opened on a Friday night). Otherwise, room was clean, property was clean, oh and I always look at baseboards in bathroom and those were spotless. Employees at check in and throughout the evening could have been more welcoming or even friendly, but for a place to just sleep it was great m.

For 160 a night i didn’t expect to have the take the stairs because thr elevator wasn't working,then the tv keep go9ng black screen or turning off in room 302. Staff waa friendly and informative.

Great beds and room had every amenity. A large glass shower was a nice treat and an in-house mini Starbucks was a real surprise.

The pool was not heated. Although we wanted an indoor pool it is my fault for not checking to see if it was heated. The window on our room did not actually lock and could have been open from outside. Thereis no breakfast. They have a bar you can order from but they do not offer guest breakfast. The staff was friendly and overall it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the price was great.
