Upon check-in the desk clerk failed to give me my drivers license back which I did not discover until checking into my next hotel 300+ miles away. When I called back I talked to the desk clerk and she confirmed that she had the drivers license. She took a picture of it and emailed it to me so I could get a printout copy of it in case I needed it on the rest of my trip. I asked if the hotel would mail it to my home so I would have it when I returned home. It is now 10 days since I stayed there and I still do not have my drivers license.

Comfortable and breakfast was good Our first night the traffic was incredibly loud. We requested a room change and they accommodated us immediately. The pool area looked dark and foreboding. I was looking forward to using the pool but opted not to.

I couldn't use Netflix or something because the TV was old, hair dryer was broken, so I couldn't dry my hair, and I was dissatisfied because there was no water provided in the accommodation

The first room bathroom was dirty, and there was a dead ant on the sheets. More ants came out later in the day on the desk in the room from the previous occupants. Our room was changed and the room was much better but the bathroom had hair on the floor and a dead small worm. There was not enough towels/rags. Cleaning lady did not want to give towels, she made us go speak to the front desk even though she was right in front of our room. The shower head was squirting water everywhere. The door keys are confusing and faulty. They had to be changed 3 times. The pool was terrible and not cleaned, the water was very cloudy. The pool area smelled bad we could not swim. The gym was the only ok thing but the treadmills did not work and there was no air in gym. The breakfast was ok but the sausages were very dry as if they were from the day before, the muffins were also hard. I would not stay again

The rooms are pretty dirty, the bathroom had mold in the shower. The remodel was done pretty cheaply. Would not ever stay again.

Water pressure in shower was AMAZING. That is normally something that most hotels don't have and it was brilliant.

The desk clerk turned us away because we had a dog, even though they are listed as "pet friendly". They could have been listed appropriately on their website and booking.com. They still haven't issued my refund for the stay, even though the desk clerk said he would "confirm they would not allow us to stay". They have managed to not answer the phone or respond to the emails from booking.com to resolve this matter. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn again due to this overall experience.

Room was very clean and staff was nice. Only issue was traffic noise as it is close to I-85.

The room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The elevator does not have air conditioning . The fitness room equipment was not working. The breakfast could use some improvement .

The hotel manager really needs to fix a lot of things. We were moved 3x in one night. There are many maintenance issues and I understand that he/she may not have known of the issue. But I’d housekeepers are really doing their job they would make it know that the A/C unit and showers are not working in the rooms. Also, locks are not secured because they are broken. I noticed in the three rooms anything that was of metal was rusted. They just need to inspect each room and make the necessary improvements. The staff was amazing and very attentive to my concerns and did their best to make our stay comfortable. I would give the staff 5 stars but property score a 2-3 stars. Only some type of star on property because the last room was very comfortable and the kids loved it. I select Comfort suite often when I travel and suggest it to others. Thank you

I asked for housekeeping to come in with fresh towels amd clean linens whilst I was out for 8 hours in meetings. I wanted to come back to a clean environment to calm my stressful day. I came back to the towels being left on top of the bathroom sink and she only took out the trash and left the bed unmade and the whole room dirty. Motel 6 a lower standard hotel at least provide that basic housing keeping on a daily basis without even asking. I was already having a bad day and came back to a dirty room after I specifically asked for housekeeping.

There were German roaches in the two rooms I booked. I attempted to speak to manager/owner of property to show pictures and no one returned calls.

This hotel is conveniently located near the expressway, eateries. Staffs are courteous and rooms are clean. I'm frequenting this hotel at least 15 years. One problem with this hotel is some of the frequent guests. Especially, group of young athletes ranging from elementary to high schoolers staying. Through out the late evenings, they're making noises and unruly. Not to mention, it seems their parents or coaches are smoking marijuana outside of parking lot. Even last night, I've witnessed it. Perhaps, this hotel should raise the price of room to alienate wrong crowds.

The staff is wonderful. Very courteous and eager to help. Great price for the stay. The rooms were not filthy but not as clean as I would have preferred.

The room was very nice, as nice as any of the hotels where I have stayed over the past few years. Breakfast was adequate and the staff was nice. The only draw back at all was the very close proximity to the interstate and the noise from all the traffic that we could hear all night. Other than that it was a very nice room and also quite affordable.

They gave me a key to a non vacant room, I noticed luggage when I walked in( glad I didn’t walk in on someone because they weren’t there). I went to tell the lady( she had just arrived) and apparently the previous lady did not even check me in. t’s not clean, lobby is hot and pool was freezing. I payed, but ended up leaving after being in the room for 30 minutes. Could not spend the night there 😞.

I enjoyed the in room coffee maker. The bed was fairly comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t great. The waffle batter wasn’t properly mixed & the juice machine wasn’t working properly.

This was Memorial weekend so the place was completely booked. They ran out of food before the time for breakfast to be over. Had to ask staff to place more out then they only had a little bit extra. The owner refused to work with my family on a Cancellation due to a Family Emergency. For us to find a water bug and a roach in our room. I wouldn’t recommend this location for even an overnight stay. Also the carpet was filthy. I’m not saying these things because of the Service from the supposedly Owner but the pictures and the actual facility was NOTHING alike. My family was VERY DISAPPOINTED but we made due for the Night!! Will not repeat our Stay at that location!!! The facility was not very clean the pool area was not clean and the water was green.

The location was convenient and the night staff was nice. The first room that we had was filthy. The sheets and comforter looked like someone had already slept on them and there was a foul odor in the room. The breakfast wasn't good and it was cold. They gave us a second room that was a little better. Staff stated they were not properly staffed for housekeeping

I had a double Queen superior suite. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good with different options (sausage, eggs, toast/muffins/bagels, cereal (3 different kinds), yogurt, waffles (you make your own), banana, oj, coffee, milk. I love the location because there are many stores. There was a hole in the bottom of the wall, the iron was broke, housekeeping comes every third day of your stay. We stayed 4 nights and no one came to clean.

The following morning, I discovered multiple baby cockroaches in the bathroom, which strongly suggests an ongoing pest infestation rather than an isolated incident. At checkout, I immediately informed the front desk and requested to speak with the manager. Although the manager was present in the office and clearly visible, she refused to come out or address the issue. Instead, the front desk was instructed to hand me a business card and tell me to call a corporate 800 number. No apology, explanation, or concern was offered. This response demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. As a result of this situation, I was forced to remove and clean all clothing and thoroughly disinfect my luggage before entering my home. My business trip was negatively impacted and completely avoidable. The condition of the room and the management’s dismissive response are unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to business travelers or families who expect basic cleanliness and professional customer service.

The 2 ladies working the front desk were very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was tidy but good do we a good deep clean. Also the metal fixtures (eg hinges, shower rod, etc) need to be replaced due to rust.

When I asked about the pool, the front desk clerk said it wasn’t heated; not a problem, as we’ve stayed in plenty of places with unheated indoor pools. What they should disclose is that the pool is basically not fit to use. They apparently don’t heat the room it’s in, and the water was around 50 degrees. Our son tried anyway, and the owner grabbed a key and immediately came in to the pool room to scold us for using an amenity we paid for, saying the water was too cold and he’d get sick. If guests aren’t allowed to use something, it shouldn’t be advertised or open. The hotel is also under construction, the walls are extremely thin, and the room could have been much cleaner. My son dropped a piece of paper, and when I picked it up, I also picked up a large ball of matted hair. Parking is tight, especially for larger vehicles. Another thing worth noting: the water pressure in the bathroom is unusually high. You must close the toilet lid before flushing. My toddler didn’t know this and flushed, and toilet water sprayed in a three-foot radius, covering us, our bags, the sink, and the clean towels.

I arrived to the location and outside you see it obviously renovating with building material cordoned off in the parking lot. I arrived early and requested early check in and paid a extra$25. But the room was unsanitary and dirty. We used several Lysol wipes on several surfaces, phone, microwave, refrigerator etc ..all were filthy. Spoke to the owner who was rude and did not care to even see our issues. He offered another room worse than ours , so we were forced to leave and purchase another room elsewhere. He could care less about the unsanitary conditions because he had my non refundable deposit. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I have pictures of the room and wipes if needed.

The window in the room was falling out and had been tapped with packing tape to hold it in place. When the wind would blow the window would come out. When I asked for another room the sent me to a room that had not been cleaned. Never have to worry about me staying at this hotel!! Comfort Inn, I don't think so!

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 4 people through a third party app. The payment had been taken after the reservation was made, even though the website stated that the payment was only to be taken once we checked in. When I arrived to the hotel, the hostess said that the room I reserved was given to a party of 16 people and the only room they had available contained 2 double beds (full size beds). The hostess also told me that they had one cleaner that day and not all the non-smoke rooms were cleaned. I waited for about 20 to 30 minutes before a room was assigned to me and my party. I never did recieve the room I reserved. The hostess offered the room with 2 full size beds and a sofa sleeper (which is a twin size matress). The sofa bed was not even worthy to be slept on - the springs in the matress were bare that you would need at least a 6 inch deep mattress topper to cushion it. The qaulity of sleep me and my party had was poor. I would not recommend this inn to anyone who expects their reservations be honored and not given away to another party.

Front desk personnel very friendly and professional. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Coffee and breakfast were good. Yes, I85 was noisy but we expected that after looking at the map so we used the white noise on the phone and it was fine. The location had a lot of food choices and we could get where we wanted to go quickly without interstate.

We were trying to get into the pool and couldn't,i went to the desk and the lady was on the phone,she did not acknowledge me. I said i cant get the door opened,she still didn't say anything. She toom a key and went to the door and just opened it while on the phone. There was no room service/cleaning,noone cane to get trash or clean. We then asked for towels and she had an attitude and was like how mamy people are in there.

One ice machine in the entire facility and it didn’t work, didn’t work last year either. Only one baggage cart and it was damaged, broken wheel. Breakfast was scarce, no fruit except bananas.

One ice machine in the entire facility and it didn’t work, didn’t work last year either. Only one baggage cart and it was damaged, broken wheel. Breakfast was scarce, no fruit except bananas.

Lovely staff and decent breakfast. The room, however, was not very clean. The pullout sofa sheets were dirty (hair from previous guests visible on them) so we were unable to use it and had to cram five people into two double beds. There were popcorn kernels on the floor from the previous guests. The dresser drawers were stained and the toilet lid was falling off of the seat. Definitely needs some TLC. A decent stay for a one night but definitely would not return.

For the most part the hotel was fine. However, we had an issue with the pipes squealing anytime someone used the water in the bathroom.

The lady that checked us in was awesome! Hotel last night of stay was awful. Adult kids runninh halls and slamming doors till after midnight. Nothing done!

This hotel needs upgrading asap. It seems that essential things like shower curtains & bedsheets need replacing. Housekeeping should be prompt. There were few trashes left out in the corridor and was removed next day. Breakfast was mediocre. And, since this hotel's located very close to the I-85 express way, you'll hear the noises.

Rooms in the freeway side are very load and can hear the cars on the freeway. Place was over all clean. Just couldn’t sleep even with earplugs in. I literally went to the Walmart and bought earplugs. And could still hear the cars. Sleep in the inside rooms.

We had very good times at this facility. Uber was affordable. Place was very clean and staff members very helpful and friendly with us.

I like the rooms. They were nice. Everything worked. I love the elevator with the see through wall. My son really enjoyed riding in it.

The pool was too cold to use and the entire property smelled of marijuana smoke. Part of the ceiling in the exercise room was falling in, which caused water the drip, and the equipment had ripped seats.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The first room I was in the heat wasn’t working and the guy and the front desk made sure I did it right before moving me to another room, he was super kind and apologized! I definitely recommend staying here this is my 2nd time staying here.

Indoor pool at this property. Front desk person told me the owner of the property was choosing not to heat it at this time.

The stay was and okay one. I gave the overall score a 3 star because I was expecting the pool to be heated since it was an indoor pool. I took a chance and sacrificed comfort for the pool when I was searching for a place to stay since it was during the cooler part of the season. I

My back is killing me because of the ultra hard mattress in the double room. The first room I had was super comfy and clean but it was right next to the interstate so it was so loud I couldn't sleep. I wish I had stayed there. The staff were nice, friendly and accommodating. Overall nice hotel. Just ask for the king suite on the opposite side of the interstate.

Pool was ice cold for an indoor pool clerk said the owners were too cheap to turn on the heater and it keeps people from using it

The staff was very helpful. And although there were renovatioins in progress they kept the hotel clean

My room was very discussing , I checked in late in late was on the highway all day finally got there for check in once I got there I didn’t stay had a event to attend but once I returned to the room an turned light on an discovered it was molded I I’m very discussed I have pictures I’m going Send to OSHA they need inspection

The front desk folks were very nice. Indoor pool not heated. Breakfast ok. Highway noise was very intrusive. My room was not cleaned, but I was able to get fresh towels from the front desk.

clean and quiet, although near highway, but not noisy, good place to stop traveling I-85, decent breakfast and wifi, utility a bit old not high end, but worth the money.

The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to pull the curtains. Had light in the room all night

Everything was good. Had the highest water pressure of any hotel I have ever stayed at. My only complaint would be the breakfast. The meat and eggs weren’t very good.

The hair dryer and the phone in the room wasn’t working. We found cockroaches in the room.

The continental breakfast was okay. The facilities definitely needed a deep cleaning. Luckily, our room had just been redone. The outside grounds were clean and well lit. Most of the staff were very friendly. Overall a good experience, just wish we would have been given notification about the pool closure and renovations.

This place was so nasty. It looks like it never been renovated for so long. The room was so old too, there was an old towel on the shower curtain. The hair dryer didn’t even work. They had open coffee packets too. It was not worth over 100 for one night. Im never coming back again

I wish I could upload the video that I took of the dirty bathroom with feces on the toilet. Then the next room I was transferred to the shower head was dis attached from the wall. Although I did bring it to front desk attention there was still no action taken. I would not commend this property until some updating is Done!!!

My room was facing the interstate and the road noise was constant. If you stay here, request the non-road facing rooms.
