This property seems very new, spotlessly clean with plush beds, pillows and linens. A/C and bathroom fans were quietly efficient. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or workout room but they both looked clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our special requests. Breakfast offerings were fresh and plentiful. We'll definitely stay again. Often, sofa beds are already made up with at least a bed pad and bottom sheet. This wasn't. The mattress was thin and the pull-out bed was uncomfortable.

On Sunday, it’s not available until 7am. We had to leave by 6:30. So we didn’t have anything.

Our room had 2 seperate private bedrooms with private full bathrooms. Bathtubs included. Lots of storage space in all areas. Private large sitting area with a work station and dining table. Full kitchen wih an oven. Front desk gave us a blender for use as well. Lots of towels were offered everday.

I've always stayed at the Radisson Inn when I come to Surprise AZ and loved everything .. love the staff .. extremely attentive to their guests .. pet friendly and unfortunately this time my dog was bad .. but Travis the manager was so wonderful about it .. I didn't hesitate with informing them of what she did .. Travis was amazing .. I highly recommend staying at the Radisson Inn in surprise Arizona .. YOU won't regret it .. YOU WILL LOVE IT..

We came to Phoenix looking to buy/move there. We stayed 6 nights and every time we entered or exited the hotel the staff was there to welcome us. The staff (breakfast area, housekeeping, front desk) was excellent! We will be back again....Thank you!

The cost. I understand there isn't a whole lot that can be done with Bidenomics but the cost only allowed us one night.

Looks like the hotel needs a little updating. And at these prices, it shouldnt need anythi g. Lastly, there's nothing near the hotel.

Property was spacious and clean. Kitchen is showing a little wear but still was very good to have. Walls are thin and there was so much banging outside my room (next room perhaps) that I actually thought someone broke in to my room.

We had a great stay! Only thing the fire alarm blasted in the middle of the night, but they let us stay a couple hours after check out time. Breakfast had some quiche bowls that were tasty!

When we called to see if we had a full kitchen they assured us all the suites had a full kitchen. When we got there that wasn’t the case and they could not accommodate us with one. We were there to cook some home cooked meals for our 93 year old mother. Very disappointed!

Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Accommodations were very nice. Most hotels offer breakfast, and Residence Inn was no exception. Where they differ is that the quality of the breakfast was outstanding - definitely a cut above the standard offering. Coffee was great.

We had to stay for a few weeks due to construction at our home. The Residence Inn in Surprise was a great choice. ALL of the folks that work here are super friendly. Our room had a kitchen which made things so much easier. They also have a hot breakfast in the lobby every morning. The beds are super comfortable.

No cold water. When its 114 in the shade it would nice to be able to take a cold shower or spalsh cold water on your face. I let the water run for ten minutes. Still no cold water! The front desk clerk upon check out was wearing a mask. He was hard to hear as I'm hearing impared. I would urge him to look at the most recent research on masking.

I was disappointed to find the pool full of leaves and some random trash blown in from the previous night's storm at noon the next day. I also had an employee key in and walk into my room without a knock or an announcement. He apologized and said he thought the room was vacant. About 45 minutes before checkout while I was getting ready for my flight I got a call from the front desk asking to access my room to change the CO detectors. I asked if it could wait until I checked out and they said that they were "limited on time but would try to do a few other rooms first." Not ok, so I just rushed out.

Love our stay, we went to visit my son at the base. This hotel is in great location, restaurant is nearby. Check-in was quick, the best part was breakfast. Having 2 boys, they ate a lot. The breakfast has many selections very fulfilling. Would love to stay again.

Room is Ok but breakfast is not good and not bad.

We will definitely stay again...couldn’t have been a nicer stay.

The staff was very helpful

When back, will definitely stay at the same place. The staff at the apartments are here 9-6pm and the cleaning is done daily if you leave a sign on the door handle. Very courteous and kind staff, make sure your stay is unforgettable. Tours can be ordered at the hotel and convenient pick up and drop off by the apartments made everything hassle free!

Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was amazing food and service. Happy hour was an unexpected bonus. That was delicious and fun.
