All of the staff were great. Very friendly, respectful, and helpful especially the daytime manager Nahla that helped with extending my trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. Five stars !!!!!!

The little workout room was an excellent alternative to going out into the heat for exercise. At breakfast the only fruit choices were apples and bananas all 5 days we stayed. Other breakfast items varied.

I have never written a hotel review before, but WOW!!!!! INCREDIBLE!! The breakfast was exquisite, large variety, hotel was super clean in places you would expect to be neglected, quiet area, great price and a quality stay. I can’t say enough good things about it. The food was so good I am debating coming back and booking a night in the future JUST to be able to eat the breakfast again. 10/10 absolutely a must stay if you are nearby

Room was clean and in really good condition. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The pool area was outside but felt relatively private. There were a ton of breakfast options, so even though I am picky about hotel eggs, there was oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, etc to choose from. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to the stadium. A little further walk to restaurants, but doable. A grocery store was about a mile walk away. The area is being built up quickly, so it may be even more walkable in the near future.

The second floor was so loud with heavy footed people above us. If you're a light sleeper, like we are, you may not get much sleep We only encountered two not so pleasant issues. We did not like that they are NOT pet friendly.

It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting relatives. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms large and clean with the plus of a good breakfast! I would definitely stay there again

Everything was good except we didn’t have hot water in our shower. Only luke warm at best. My son stayed in a separate room on the same floor and had hot water so showered in his room one night.

The gentlemen named Vince at the front desk showed exceptional customer service explain all the amenities that they offered, as well as explained that they would helping getting us everything that we needed. I felt that the people we encounter were happy and comforting people.

We were here for the USTA National Tennis Tournament. Location is perfect for this event, and walkable to the tennis center should one choose to do so. Staff was professional and very helpful. Showers had excellent water pressure with adjustable shower heads. Beds were comfortable. AC was good. Nothing.

Television did not have an option for Netflix or another app were you can sign in amd enjoy. I have been to several hotels who offer both regular Television programs and the apps. Other than that everything was perfect

The room was not so good because the tolit Was making a annoying noise and the air conditioner was also very noisy. The seating counch was dirty . We left before the continental breakfast was open. They gave us an option to have a to go box breakfast ready for each of us when we checked out really early.

Unfortunately, the staff did not believe me at first and were unwilling to provide another room right away. Eventually, I was switched to a different room, but the initial lack of trust from the staff left me feeling even more uncomfortable.

Initial room's air conditioning was so loud it was interrupting our sleep. The front desk clerk gave us a different room which was perfect. Problem averted. The noisy room was 215.

The bed was comfortable, however, next time my wife and I will bring our own pillows. The pillows are very uncomfortable. Not much support. The room was very clean, the staff was pleasant and friendly, and overall it was a very nice stay.

Check your bedding. We were so tired that we just slept. In the morning we discovered the bedding was not clean with blood on the bedding and sheets and pubic hairs on the sheets. My kids slept on top of bedding, luckily.

Just be prepared to pay a $75 a night (hold) for incidentals.

This property is very close to the Surprise baseball fields. The property is clean and the staff is great. The only issue is that they put a $75.00 per night hold for incidentals which is the most I have seen at any hotel.

Pool was a lot smaller than I thought but everything else was good. Very clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were hoping to be able to get a room so our things would not cook in the Phoenix heat in our car. Delaney was very helpful and was able to check us in early. The hotel is in a great area for walking around in the morning. Close to a park with a lake and library. We felt very safe in the area as it is close to many public areas in the Surprise area. Lots of nearby eating places and a nice hotel. We will stay there again on future visits.

The room smelled like there was a leak. I put a sign out for housekeeping to not disturb but yet still knock in the morning. I went down stairs for breakfast the staff there were just all over your space watching what you get and eat. Did not like my stay will never stay there again

The room was quiet, uncomfortable. It definitely could’ve been cleaned a little more. The bathtub was discolored, and the housekeeper would forget details like swapping out the empty Kleenex box or emptying a trashcan. I stayed for three nights and four days.

Very clean property and friendly staff. Downfall was the AC unit was SO loud. It sounded like a rocket ship in our room. We asked them to take a look at it and it seemed to help quiet it a tad, but was still pretty noise. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The staff and manager exceeded my expectations. I will stay there again when I return to the area. The breakfast was more substantial then I expected.

Parking was an issue at night, but there was no issue with check-in or out. I was only there to sleep for a few hours, but this place is a little dated, and the price was pretty high for what this was, luckily this was a business trip and not personal, or I would have opted for another place. Staff (check-in person) was terrific, friendly, and pleasant. Have to give kudos when it's deserved. I did not checkout any breakfast options before leaving, so no comment on that!

Long wait time to check in. Friendly staff, clean room. Only restaurant nearby was Hilton Garden Inn Grill & Bar, which was excellent. You should consider promoting them as it is walkable (we were driving a large moving truck & didn’t want to drive for dinner).
