The Staff was awesome, the room was very clean and had everything you needed. The gym was perfect and clean. Centrally located to shops and restaurants. Food in hotel was very good!! Great stay!!!

Also, Special thanks to the kitchen team and Julia for her outstanding support for our breakfast needs and timely response to getting the breakfasts out to the people! She is a huge benefit to this Hotel and we very much appreciated her outstanding care in providing a great meal to our family!

We stayed for one night. Very clean and spacious room. All the amenities were nice, the location to the baseball sprint training fields and shops/restaurants was unbeatable. We had two small pets and their pet areas are also great. We enjoyed our stay.

Jacob, the night auditor, provided excellent customer service and made check-in seamless. Amanda was very pleasant and kind enough to hold my room after my flight delays, which I truly appreciated. Caleb was also very helpful this morning when I needed assistance warming something up. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and the excellent service I received.

It’s a newer property, so everything is pretty well maintained but it’s the staff that make it worth while. Well informed, helpful, good recommendations. Free HOBMax with smart tv. Water cost $3 in the room - would have been better free. Breakfast is good and cook to order with friendly cooks. Overall recommend.

Breakfast not free! I had never stayed anywhere where at this rate where breakfast ain’t free. Also waters in rooms are not free. Anywhere else you get free water and free cookies, and maybe even granola bars. Other than that, the room was very clean, except for the pool. It was windy earlier in the day and I would like to give them the benefit that this was wrong timing.

Hotel was always clean and all the staff (front counter, service, cleaning) were friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner options were very adequate and the coffee was above average, which was very much appreciated!

Compared to other hotels I have stayed at around the phoenix area I can say this one is one of few that are great. The staff was helpful and nice, they were there for anything we needed, the price was affordable, actually cheaper than most cracked out hotels. Parking was simple, layout of hotel was simple easy to find our room. The pool was clean and heated so we could actually swim with our family. Overall great hotel, we will be staying again.

For a pet friendly place there was not a good spot to walk a dog and no out side garbage cans to throw out your dogs poo in. However it was clean and staff were very nice.

This location is not clean. Dirty pool and jacuzzi. Full of bugs and leaves. You can tell the breakfast was sitting since the morning. I had to request for our beds to have fresh sheets and pillowcases because our bed had someone’s hair and smell and whatever they left on the sheets.. Both beds! And not to mention hair all around the toilet.. I got the feeling they didn’t like chocolate chips in their sugar cookies!

Everyone i met at the front desk were lovely people and very helpful. I texted Shelley during the night because loud music and they said it would be checked. Amanda was very sweet and helpful as well.

Great hotel. Came for Royals spring training and it was a short walk to the stadium. Disappointed the breakfast wasn’t included. The breakfast was pretty expensive compared to what was offered. Staff was very nice.

$30 + dollars for a breakfast I thought was free. We barely ate anything as we were in a rush. Had we know the breakfast wasn't free I would have just left. NOT HAPPY!

Everything was perfect! And this is the first time the sheets and towels smelled clean not just reeked of bleach but clean and fresh. And the towels were so soft. Hotel was very clean and service was great! We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t respond about that but everything else was great! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean rooms, and convenient location for our needs. At check-in we were told breakfast was served until 10am. On our last day, a Monday, it closed at 9am and we were not informed until we walked up at 9:05. Disappointing, as we had prepaid for breakfast for our entire stay.

I Like The Bar & Restaurant were There, so I Hang Out in The Hotel At The end of The Day. I didn’t light That The Beer glasses weren’t Chilled, or cleaned Properly. This has a tendency to Produce Flat beer out of The Tap.

Last night we checked in two rooms after midnight. A maid knocked on my door at 10:15 countinuously and I had the sign to not come in. Check out was at 11. Came back later at 11:20 with a supervisor. The maid said it was her mistake for 10:15. Well she knocked on the other room for my movers in my party and entered their room and woke them up well before 11. This has never happened at this hotel before. Very upsetting.

When we arrived after alot of traveling. The young man at the desk blurted out he has no rooms available for early check in. And his tone aggravated us after traveling all day. He should have first asked us how our travels were and offer water

This is a nice property, but I don't think I will stay here again too many rules and they charge you to charge your electric vehicle. Can't have personal acholic beverages in common areas, can't smoke outside in common areas no free breakfast just too much.

The Hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there were a lot of teens running around the building (indoors & outdoors), baseball or some high school sports teams. They were loud and obnoxious in the elevator, pressing the emergency call button while my daughter and I were in there with them.

Great Hotel to stay at while visiting AZ. I was able to visit family in Whitman and travel to Tombstone for a day trip. Enjoyed the pool.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Convenient to Surprise Tennis Center (2 min drive) and Rangers training fields (probably walkable - 5 min). Decent pool and hot tub. Drive to chain restaurants but lots of those nearby.

I don’t like how they are no longer servicing the rooms unless you ask. I asked them to clean the room and they just did the bathroom replacing the towels. They didn’t make the beds or anything not even replacing the empty kleenex box. All the staff was great though and the hotel was nice and clean.

Fairly new facility and in a newer area. Close to the ballpark and a nice walking and dog park. Easy parking and a safe area. The staff was also very nice and polite.

Luckily I had enough time for my hair to dry naturally.

Room was attractive, comfortable and nicely equipped with everything we needed. We thought the breakfast buffet was a little overpriced so ate breakfast elsewhere.

It was an average stay for such an expensive nightly rate.

It was a perfect location for my tennis team’s tournament at Surprise Tennis. Our room is spacious, clean & comfortable. Close to the elevator which I like. Everything was perfect.

No housekeeping 2 out of 4 days, 2 lights not working in the room. We are not big TV watchers- thats a good thing, l was able to get the TV working after 15 minutes the first night. There are no TV instructions in the room. No TV the last 3 nights.

It was good but they make you give a deposit of $50 dollars before you receive the key to your room and they dont give free breakfast they charge $20 plus tax for each person and on the room they charge for the 2 waters they leave on the room like $4 per bottle of water

My disappointment is not with the Hilton rather it is with Expedia. I was quoted one price for my one night stay and when I paid the price had increased. Not a good business practice. I will not be using Expedia next time.

Super clean Hotel. Only downfall is the restaurant it there was only 1 person working the bar and the reataurant to take orders. Also, in the morning at 6am no one was at the front desk when i wanted to check out i had to wait baiut 10 minutes.

Easy access to highway or main thoroughfares. Area very well lit with ample parking for all guests. All staff personally friendly and attentive to requests. Maintenance needed to be called for toilet clog. Arrived in minutes of hanging up the phone.

To top it off, they want $18 for breakfast! PER PERSON! I looked at the food and it looked like typical hotel continental breakfast fare. Instant eggs, overall gross stuff. It's ok if it's free, but we decided to have an actual breakfast for far less than $18 per person. This hotel doesn't deserve the Hilton name, poorly ran, poorly maintained, overpriced.

It’s always amazing. I always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surprise. The service is always professional, courteous, and respectful.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Clean comfortable room and walking distance to The Rangers Training facilities and ballpark.
