It was amazingly clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a wonderful experience with staff. I recommend this place with a +10!!!

Our room was clean and well kept as was the property. We felt comfortable in this area of Surprise AZ. Breakfast had a good variety of selections and the coffee was good! Thank you!

We've been here a few times so this is our go-to place when we go to phoenix/suncity. The breakfast is just right so don't make any changes that take things away.

Even though the hotel is near the highway, it is very quiet. The complementary breakfast was very nice and substantial.

Hotel is easy to find, right off the main road and surrounded by plenty of amenities. Plenty of free parking available. Staff we encountered were friendly and talkative. The hotel is clean and felt inviting. The breakfast buffet is full of delicious options. We did, however, have one issue with our room. After a long day out we arrived at night to a bug on the dresser. Ewww! My husband immediately killed it and we never had that issue again. The room furnishings; like the shelf above the sink in the bathroom and the hooks in the room for additional storage of items are a great touch. It’s those little things that you wish all hotels would include because they’re so useful. Overall our stay was good.

upon check in we knew it would be an amazing stay. Mya was incredible and so helpful. Breakfast was good and the facility was great! we came to see family and the location was perfect for what we were looking for! nothing much our toilet was not working correctly but I let the front desk know and they took care of it.

The room was spotless, the staff was so friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in the future at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Phoenix-Surprise.

The hotel is on a main drag in Surprise and is not too far from several restaurants. There is a good amount of free parking, but it is not limitless--we had to park at the back of the hotel after returning late in the evening and got the last spot! The hotel is clean and crisp, but not fancy. The room was large and comfortable. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, so no comments there. The breakfast was sufficient and tasty. There were waffles, sausage links and scrambled eggs, as well as yogurt, tea and juice. They had apples, but no other fresh fruit. The offered free happy hour was pleasant, with an array of canned beverages or cocktails and wine. There were also free bagged chips and snacks. The hotel struck me as expensive for what it was, but it was not the most expensive property in town, so you could do worse. We would stay here again!

Had a great night of sleep, the free breakfast was great and the free EV charging was a game changer!

The water refill station was out of order. They should provide more “complimentary” water if we can’t refill with clean water. Everything else was excellent.

The toilet would not flush. House phone message light flashed for three days. We didn’t like the egg omelet breakfast preferred the scrambled eggs. Staff were all very helpful and nice.

We will never purchase anything from Expedia again, we could not even speak to a live person, only email or virtual chat. Customer service and satisfaction is very very important to us, and there was absolutely no indication Expedia is interested in that. Or really Hampton for that matter.

To start, this place is extremely walkable. With a Sports bar and grill nearby, An Albertsons grocery store in a mini mall, and a Denny's right across the parking lot, this is a great spot. The room was clean, everything worked, and it was comfortable. Staff were attentive, amazing, skilled communicators, and there for anything we needed.

Everyone here was so amazing we were there for a tough situation and the staff was so so precious to my daughter and granddaughter before i got there making them feel safe and cared for. This visit was for a court hearing for my estranged son-in-law, who murdered my beautiful daughter Ali Amanda. I will always stay here whenever I come in to town to visit my grandgirls and for court hearings.

If you're looking for a well-managed property-this is the one! Impeccably clean, organized, staffed, etc. Friendly staff that were always busy vacuuming, wiping things down picking up trash outside and more. The rooms were clean, the bedding was not just clean, but crisp sheets and smelled great. The grounds were well-manicured and not a piece of trash in site. They care about their pool furniture and the whole pool area was nice and kept. Didn't actually go in the pool but impressed by the pool area. This will now be our place when we travel there!

My room was not thoroughly cleaned, and the air conditioner was really loud. Otherwise, my stay was OK.

I have stayed multiple times (5 to be exact) at this location. Unfortunately, this trip, I regretfully tried another near by hotel & checked out after only 2 days and immediately switched to the Hampton inn. As always, the staff was amazing…..friendly, informative & accommodating from moment of check in, right up until late check out. Property grounds, especially pool was always impeccable and pristinely clean. Location was convenient to specific area I was visiting. Many dining, grocery and shopping within walking distance.

This was a really enjoyable stay. The room was very big and super clean. The amenities were complimentary and the receptionist Paula was amazing!

The breakfast is nice but the hot food could definitely be better. Maybe bacon, scrambled eggs or sausage links. Not turkey based would be good also. Otherwise the staff was great.

We got in a little later, the lobby door was locked, we found a sign that was a little out of the way explaining that the door was locked. The lady who finally came over acted like it was a burden for us to be there. Just wasn’t what I have come to expect. Everyone after that was nice and professional. It was a pretty typical Hampton room, but the wall paper was peeling giving it somewhat of a rundown feel. Breakfast was consistent with other Hamptons.

Nice staff, quick checkin, clean room. Unfortunately, we did not receive room we reserved and paid in advance for, and no, we weren’t late. Plug-ins for USB and 110 were so loose they didn’t work. While there were plenty, none of the USB’s charged anything, and no, it wasn’t the cords. Refrigerator also

Nothing special, normal hotel. House keeping didn’t leave correct number of towels and didn’t refill the body wash.

Unfortunately we had someone above us who woke us up at 5:30am and kept us up at night. I had to complain four times until there was help. I would never stay here again without being on the top floor.

Convenient location hotel is very clean

I can tell what kind of stay I will have at a hotel based on first impressions. Exterior, beautiful. Reservation desk - when you are greeted with a smile, it’s already starting out to be a great visit. Young lady at the desk always had a smile (genuine) and I loved it. The room was great! Clean, beds comfortable, all around perfect. We didn’t do breakfast, but I heard from other guest that it was delicious. There is a railroad track not to far from the hotel, but I wouldn’t have noticed. It wasn’t loud at all. We will keep this hotel in our favorites.

I highly recommend this hotel. The price was extremely reasonable. The location is very convenient for me with the highway nearby. The hotel and my room were very clean and tidy. Service and staff were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent.

Check in staff excellent. Traveling with disabled individual and provided appropriate roo. Then asked, in the event of an emergency, what help would she need. No one has EVER asked that. Very impressed. Two women traveling alone and felt quite safe in location. Room very spacious. Highly recommend.

We stopped here on a road trip. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room and hotel itself was very clean. The area felt safe. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

1st room we were provided had terribly noisey AC unit (when compressor cycled On). Replacement room for 2nd night was mych better though we had to break away from business meeting to finalize room swap. So not the most convenient experience.

Great place to stay with the family on a weekend getaway. The property and room were nice. My kids enjoyed the pool. Our room could have been cleaned a little better. This room was loud. We could hear everything outside and in the hallway very clearly. The biggest negative we had was the room across the hall had a barking dog. Overall, it was a great area and place to stay. We would stay here again.

My only complaint is the room we were in was directly in front of the spotlights for the front of the building. Even with the darkening shade, my room looked like it was daytime all night. I used a sleep mask and all was good.

I would never pay to stay at this hotel again. $180 to stay in a place with mold. It was dirty. It's so loud. All we did was listen to the people above us and didn't get any sleep at night. The air conditioner/heater was so loud. We couldn't get any sleep anyway

The hotel was immaculate clean and the staff was just fabulous! The hot breakfast was just that, not only hot, but very fresh too! It's right next door to a Denny's!... didn't need it!! And they also have an evening wine and beer happy hour that was really nice. The whole place is just an excellent facility!
