An enjoyable stay. Some parts of property were a little dated, but the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. It came with a good breakfast and the staff were very nice. I would definitely come back here.

No complaints. The noise level was better than avg. probably because the hotel was not full. The building is not new, so expect some wear and tear. The indoor pool is a nice amenity.

Location and able to park. Staff was nice. Dirty, rundown, noisy ac, toilet ran. Charged for a safe I didn't use. Charged for parking. 4th time staying there. They need to make some upgrades. 3 of the 4 days, key had to be reprogrammed.

The property it self was fine. However quite noisy in the reception area. Lighting could be improved . Television channels had no directory. Wy fy was eratic. There seemed to be a group in reception area after 10 at night making quite a bit of noise. Breakfast buffet was ok however a variety was needed.

It was very quiet and the front desk was very accommodating to get us what we needed. It would be advantageous for Comfort Inn to have better contacts for the restaurants, pizzerias etc who say they will deliver to the hotel with very poor communication and a long time to get a pizza and salad from the third contact from Dominoes, then finally getting a medium pizza and salad without even one piece of plastic forks or any plastic ware to cut or eat pizza. We waited about 1.5 hrs for food. I had just came out from a nasal surgery that day, and was unable to go out. Some train noises.

The staff at the front desk was nice. The room was clean and the. Ex was comfortable, I enjoyed the breakfast. I checked in at 4 but the house keeping opened the door at 5 pm. When I had late check out( different day) they still opened the door at 11 am and 12:00 pm. I was there to sleep for the night shifts so it did interrupt my sleep.

Customer service was great.

Staff was polite, check in was easy and fast, room wasn’t as clean or updated as other properties, I would have preferred a more updated room

The hotel room was nice. The one annoying thing was the air conditioner was so loud when it kicked on. Also, the furniture in the lobby is old and worn. We were worried the room might show the same wear. However, it looks like the rooms have been maintained well, but the lobby needs some TLC. Otherwise, it met our needs.

Only 3 towels and wash cloth for a room with 4 guest. It's wasn't a big thing, we just went and received more towels from the receptionist, but it happened every hotel we stayed in for 6 days in a row. It is somewhat peculiar .

Overall a comfortable and clean hotel. We asked to have our room serviced. They only half did this. Some of our stuff was moved around as someone had gone through it. Only removed and replaced a couple towels. Didn’t refill the toilet paper. Then we had to go get our own from the front desk.

Room was fine. We got the bigger suite and had enough room. Some furniture was new,others like the sofa were old and stained. Comforter on bed had a few black stains. Mattress was very comfortable. HVAC was fine. Breakfast was fine with plenty of options though breakfast area itself can get overly crowded. Pool area is fine but we missed having a hot tub. Patio area off pool is too small. It was quiet but we heard it can get noisy. Property outside and inside common areas were well maintained. Too expensive but that's Arizona this time of year! Plenty to do nearby, shopping, restaurants, and theaters are close.

This place is not worth 431 a night. It reminds me of a nursing home.

When we first arrived we were greeted right away and the front desk lady helped get us checked in quickly. The rooms were nice and smelled clean! I have the say the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were amazing! They were the squishy but firm kind! (I wish I had looked at the tag before we left). Hotel is creepy and weird. Someone slid fake money under my door, front desk advised he saw people wondering the hotel but didnt do anything about it. After talking to Ken the assistant manager of the facility, he just scream and yelled accused me of theft and fraud. He never looked at the camera to check anything. Do not recommend this hotel there are far better options in the area

Decent breakfast. Set back from Bell Avenue, on an easy to get to quiet street. Parking was easy, and walking distance from restaurants and a shopping center.

It’s nearly impossible to get a tub in a bathroom you can actually use. They put in grid drains with no stopper. What do families with little kids do? Also these toilets were so low to the ground it was like a primary toilet in an elementary school. Everything else was fine.

Walked into the bathroom and noticed a used soap bar on the shower shelf. Walked into the shower after starting it to warm up the shower and almost feel due to the VERY slippery tile right next to the shower opening. Our room was right over the breakfast area and we could hear the sliding noise chairs and banging of other items. The sheets were very itchy and seemed like they were washed in straight bleach. The female that checked us in was very friendly and was absolutely a pleasure with a very fast check in. Air conditioning worked surprisingly good. TV volume was unacceptable as we had to set it to 30 to hear it.

Soap slippery. Phone was loud with static, hard to hear and didnt always dial. Refrigerator froze our liquids, esp the milk and cheese. Staff nice and accomodating. Friendly and helpful. Eating area clean. As a person with Celiac Disease, a couple safe foods for us, so we can eat too would also be fare.

Place was clean and had comfortable beds. Parking was good. However the third floor had an odor that hit you as soon as you got off the elevator. It smelled like a barn or wet dog. You could even smell it in the room but you got used to it quickly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy and you had no way to turn it off other than turning off the light. The location was great. Easy to get around and lots of stores in the area.

We had a late arrival and an early departure. Although we missed breakfast the gentleman in charge was able to offer us some muffins and juice. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. My only problem was the loud and disruptive behavior of a teenage sports team staying at the hotel. Honestly, they did settle down at a reasonable time and as a retired middle school teacher I knew they were teen boys being teens.

The staff was great. The air conditioner in our room was SO LOUD so my daughter told the front desk girl and she instantly moved us to another room. They were so friendly and accommodating. I didn't think switching rooms was an option but they didn't even hesitate. That breakfasts were really good too. The pool was a little disappointing; I could've gone for an outdoor pool.

We spent one night recently due to a last minute trip to Phoenix. Overall hotel was clean for the most part, quiet area. Very outdated and small rooms. We lost power in the morning for about an hour. Even though power came back, breakfast was cold and not very good. Fine for a night but wouldn’t stay longer than that.

The room was decent for the price. There were crumbs on the bed when we arrived which made me wonder if the bedding was clean and the bathroom door handle didn’t work properly so you had to be careful not to lock yourself in. Everything else looked clean and the AC worked really well.

We were put in a room that they were doing construction in front of the whole time. Yes they did stop in the evening but started again the following morning. When we checked in we were not told the construction was right in front our room. Had I known that I would have asked for a different room which would have been available as I checked in right at check in time. No one should have to walk out of their room and immediately into a ladder to the point we couldn’t even get our bags out of the room in one trip. The room we were in should have not been occupied while they were doing construction.

It’s a pretty tired place but fine.

We arrived on 4th of July and the pool was not useable because it was under maintenance. That message was not on the website anywhere to be mentioned, this would have definitely made me choose a different hotel. I feel like it was bad planning during a holiday and hot weather. Also the room had a gum stuck on the wall by the bed. One of the queen beds fell off of its bed support bars while we were sleeping.

Overall everything was excellent. The "gym" was a bit lacking but everything else was great.

I enjoyed my stay. Besides the room was out of date couldn't connect to the streaming apps on the tv. The shower was all over the place water went everywhere floor was soaked. The pool was nice just wished it was outside instead of inside. But other than that my stay was good.

I thought I had booked a room with a small living room in it, but when I walked in, and it was not like that.

Clean room

We came to visit family. I was pleasantly suprised at the improvements to the hotel. It was clean, inviting and the staff was very welcoming.

Overall a good stay for the price. The staff was friendly and attentive. I had an issue with the air conditioner in my room and a technician quickly addressed it. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the morning breakfast.

Nice stay. Very quiet and nice room. Comfy bed and pillows. We loved getting the king suite. My only complaint was the sofa and chair were dated and the sofa had a cigarette burn in the arm. But I did appreciate having them to sit on after our long trip. In the morning, they pro ided a very good breakfast which is always a plus. I'd stay here again if we are on this side of Phoenix.

Stayed a few times and every time pool was freezing and didn’t end up swimming would have just gotten a BnB no reason to pay extra for pool !

Not possible to watch tv except for in the bed. The A/C is so loud had to turn it off at night to sleep The light switches are wired all jacked up 😩

Clean, friendly

I experienced a very loud noise above me the night I checked in and the next morning. I requested a new room and was met with opposition.

Management ignored us regarding a clogged toilet. Coffee was not replaced after using; maybe that has to be specifically requested? Clean towels and bed-making were very good. Cleanliness was good.

I've stayed here 6 years before. Still in good condition; our rooms were really nice. Breakfast was best "continental" I've seen; bacon, sausage, waffles, eggs, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast....

The hotel was excellent to spend 4 days at. There was room service every day, without being requested, and they did an awesome job. All of the staff was friendly and were easy to talk to about different things. The room was comfort and did not hear anyone else in the rooms next door. The hotel was in a quiet area where you couldn't hear traffic or the fire department nearby. If I was going to be in the area in the future, I would make reservations at this hotel.

Great atay

The building has a vague odor to it, and it's more distinct in the room. Not a terrible smell, but not pleasant either. Some of the staff is a bit apathetic. In particular, one staff member is seemingly feeding their family members breakfast, while giving paying guests an impression of disinterest. Akward incounter indeed. The biggest reason we pulled the trigger on this lackluster review is the room keys quit working on both the room and the side access door well before check out time. This is frustrating.

Breakfast was good. Bed was way too soft for my comfort & pillow support was very bad. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room & front desk as friendly & efficient. Check-in was fast & easy.

I made the reservations, bought travelers insurance-thought it was through the hotel. Didn't realize I bought it from a different company. I was not able to make it to the hotel. I asked the other company to help me get a refund and even though they tried the hotel wouldn’t budge and giving me a refund.

Decent suite for our family. Night front desk clerk Kevin was very friendly and helpful when we arrived very late and needed additional bedding.

Staff was friendly, hotel was easy to access, rooms were nice and remodeled. The sink was separate from the toilet and shower, which is nice. The free breakfast offered enough options for our family. The eating area was a little small.

I booked online and became a little hesitant on the good reviews since it is a smaller hotel than i thought, but it appeared to be well taken care of and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and had several luxury features despite the cheap price. Items like a microwave, fridge, and big TV made it feel fancier than i know it costed. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear other guests a lot, but not enough to disturb your sleep. My favorite part was the free breakfast though and as someone who considers themself a breakfast expert with hotels (I specifically book hotels depending on if they have free breakfast) this hotel had a great selection and appeared VERY clean and organized even though my partner and I didnt attend until the last 30 minutes of the breakfast time which most hotels are usually running low on breakfast, messy and beginning the closing process of it, but I was surpised to find that even at the 9:30 mark (it was saturday and closed at 10) the breakfast area was full of options and very clean. 10/10 I would stay here again if needed. *side note the ONLY inconvenience I experienced here was my key card deactivating early and i had to get it reactivated at the front desk but the lady was very helpful and got it fixed in less than a minute.
