Cons: Feels pretty old and a bit grungy. Low quality soaps, lotions etc. Surrounding area isn’t great. Overall: This was a “you get what you pay for” experience. No frills - just a competent place to rest your head.

We left and found another place to stay. Staff was helpful, but no remedy for the intense “clean” smell was available. Wife and I would have developed a headache for sure from the intense fragrance.

Front desk was very quick and kind. Would definitely recommend for a last minute good night sleep :) Nothing fancy, but who needs fancy when you check in at 9 pm and are out by 8 am?

Also, they checked me in at 1pm which is early check-in, and they charge $20/hour for early check-in (check-in time is 3pm). I came to check in at 5pm which means they tried to scam me and charge me extra!

We read good reviews for this motel and thought we would be fine since we were coming home from Vietnam and knew we’d be exhausted. Let’s just say everywhere we stayed in Vietnam was much nicer. Stains on the bed were icky and you could tell our door had been broken into in the past. Very nice staff though! And walking to breakfast at Hobee’s was nice.

Just a overnight stay at this place while driving through. The front desk staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Plenty of free parking. If looikng for a place to crash at night, this is good for the price I paid.

They don't have an elevator. This doesn't bother me, but if you need an elevator for whatever reason, then this place won't work for you. My biggest complaint and the reason why I won't stay here again is as follows: On the day I checked in, I found the people in the room next to me to be banging things in the wall during the afternoon/early evening. I let it go thinking by night they would stop. Well, at night, they were intimate with each other. This happens, I know, I'm not naive, but the beds are adjacent to each other, so I could hear the headboard being slammed behind me. I went to the front desk, the door was closed, so the lady spoke to me from behind it and called the people to let them know of the disturbance. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told they were full and those people were staying long term. Whats interesting is that when I started looking for another place, I found this place, Travel Inn showing availability. This left me perplexed.... I ended up staying because I did not have the money to go somewhere, while awaiting a refund, and the people next to me ended up talking late the following night, making it hard to sleep again. I won't be staying here again.

It was perfect for an overnight stay to see BTS. It was easy and free parking. The staff waived our early checked however I still tipped. The room was clean. Just needed a place to rest for the night and it was perfect

Good news: Bed is comfortable and shower has good water pressure. Room has small microwave, coffee maker and Dorm size Frig. Free parking on site is convenient and there are many places to eat nearby: (MacDonalds on same block and Starbucks 1/2 mile away) Bad news: No Free breakfast

Travel Inn is situated in a highly walkable area, conveniently close to a Lucky grocery store, KFC, Taco Bell, and McDonald’s. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! While the room was generally clean and decent, the building itself feels dated and is in need of renovation. Some details reflect this, such as the manually taped room numbers and a poorly finished bathroom sink.

It was so gross. The shower head had mold and the shades were broken. Never will return to this place.

Unfortunately this once excellent hotel has fallen on bad times. In my room neither electric outlet worked in the desk lamp, the outlet in the bedside lamp had come out completely, one lightbulb flickered in the desk lamp, the coffee machine had been unplugged, I saw extended dirt in various places like under the sink and desk. The bed was extremely hard and all night long I heard various sounds as the ac and other units are on their last legs.

The parking lot was almost full late at night on a weekday. I arrived and left early. The thermostat was in a bad place in some rooms. They should be lower and facing the bed to heat or cool the entire room. If it is too high, we can’t feel anything. The key card can be taken if left in the window slot. It is safer to push it inside to fall on the floor, if possible.

My stay had to be shorter because room were sold out for a tech event March 16-19. My room was clean and comfortable though and the housekeeper was friendly and helpful.

Looks like they are in the process of making some upgrades. But the bathroom was left untouched and it was gross.

The part of the building I stayed in seemed to be most of the way through a renovation although no work was happening while I was there. Clean, mostly quiet and close to many tech campuses it a relatively low priced place to stay for a few days.

This hotel was very dated and dirty. It looked okay from outside but each rooms were very dated and dirty. Especially bathroom. I refuse to take shower for whole stay. it was a nightmare to stay in this motel. I even hate Sunnyvale because of this trip.

A room on the lower level is preferred because I use a cart to bring my items inside the room, if possible. Those with higher floors do not always have elevators. Face towels should have been provided. The deposit should be charged after we leave and not before because they already have access to the card. Fortunately, the constant fan for the heater remained on.

There are four hotels I stay at in this area my first choice is motel 6 mainly because they do not charge a $100 deposit. Then next is travel inn because it is nice and rooms are clean and well lit. I don’t see the need to charge $100 for a deposit. Next is absolutely my last choice that is Travelodge. The rooms are dated and cleanliness is poor. Rooms are dark and borderline unsafe. I said four hotels because best western is a choice and they are higher in cost but I will use my points sometimes.

Nothing. We did not like anything about the experience. They even tried charging us for checking in 20 min early. So, we decided to wait the 20 min then check in. The place was dirty. The carpet in the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. The shower constantly ran. The sound stopped working on the TV.

stayed here for one night with my husband. came when they had construction going on there were things getting touched up i can tell but not complaining just wish the place said on their site it was in the works. our room was very echoey and th knob for the shower took forever to turn on but the bed was very comfy. it was a lowkey place i think hardly anyone come up here so we had to be the only ones there. still a neat stay the staff were nice. would come back and see how the place is looking

It was just okay. There’s a gap between the door and the floor, so a lot of cold air comes into the room and it gets really cold in winter. The staff was kind. I did like that there was a large mini fridge and a microwave, which I wasn’t expecting.

Also, one of my pillows had a strong mildew smell to it, and some of the furniture was dusty and the shower could use some touch ups. It was 745pm and we were on our way to the hotel when i got a call from the hotel wanted to know if were coming. Im 62 yrs old paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. We are to pay at the hotel i guess my card got declined and i was going to give him a different card but my husband is drving so i asked kf i can call him back and his respond was he'll give me 5 minutes and was very rude. I told him i needed help to get to my wallet and need to pull over and why is he being rude? He said our reservation is cancelled and dont bother to show up and hang up on c me. That attitude was uncalled for. We checked in on other hotels later than 730pm and was not a problem I WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER!!!

Room has so many issues. The toilet kept moving around when you sat down. Not properly anchored. The adjoining room door knob was damaged. I was worried if the person/s in the room next door were to open their side they could just walk in to my room. The windows did not secure properly. The bedsheets already had a big orange stain on it. The door handle was somewhat not turned properly. These could be easily fixed if they put any effort in to it. Just wasn't the ideal room. Its a good thing I only spent one night there. Wont be going back there again.

I guess for the price it is what it is. But carpets for instance are super dirty and has a horrible smell . If I want tired I would’ve just got my refund . I didn’t even want to walk barefooted , the paint on walls is coming off and just looks like no interest in true maintenance is being done here. The blankets and pillow look super cheap

The lever would not drain the tub unless you held it down. As a result, water collected. The tub is an old jet tub and the collected water came out the jets with dirt collected in the jets.

I was given two different rooms and they were both dirty The area was nice. The staffing was nice. Just the room was not like the picture. Carpet was stained, but only had one sheet

The staff at the Traveler's Inn are an incredible group of people. They were so helpful multiple times during our stay and I appreciate them greatly for it. Well worth the price!

It was fair and price was moderate. Location is pretty central.

I've stayed here twice. The first time the room was large and clean. The second time it was smaller and it felt more dingy. The chair in the room was pretty gross. The second time I also had the bad luck of having bad neighbors that talked really loud for until finally quieting down until 11pm or so. I've avoided this place since.

Our room has blood stains on the bathroom door, stains of who knows what on the lamp shades, the plug outlets were loose and half of them dod bot work, the chair at the desk was held together by duct tape and still broken, and our toilet did not flush

Traffic noise practically all night

My room was in surprisingly bad shape. The carpet was very worn out and dirty. The seat was extremely worn out. The covers on my bed were too thin, but I couldn't sleep with the heater on given how loud it was.

I was in the area and was driving north in the morning and needed a place for the night. The price offered was too good to pass up. The room was just what I needed for an overnight stay. The area was quiet, and I had a good night sleep.
