Everything was as expected. Very helpful staff and spacious room. Good breakfast.

Notified the Manager that the cable TV was not working. They never fixed the Cable TV for 2 days. Therefore, no TV for 2 days. Alarm Clock was not working. Notified the Hotel Manager and they couldn't fix the Alarm Clock. Elevator breaks down on occasion. Breakfast is terrible. Grand Hotel needs new Management who is willing to listen to the hotel guest.

Staff were lovely at check in, however our room’s dishwasher and the patio blind did not open. It took 2 days for the dishwasher to be repaired and the blind never got repaired, thus we couldn’t access the patio on our 4 day visit.

Very clean room. I would stay in this hotel again.

I appreciated Carla's professionalism and care for me because of a struggle I had. She was very helpful and thoughtful. It's a nice hotel. Very clean and spacious. I like their water service. I wish the breakfast service started earlier.

Room was clean and bathroom had great lighting! Nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Everything is great with free full breakfast.
- 2/5
The shower had a fairly high threshold that was difficult to traverse with the wheelchair. The shower holder was broken and had to be hand held. The breakfast was ok if you got there as soon as it opened but many items ran out and attendant said that she had none left. Considering the price, this hotel was most disappointing. I would not consider going there again and would not want to use hotel.com since I had to pay for the three days upfront. If we had booked it directly, I would had left after the first night.

I bet this was a really nice hotel when they first opened years ago. Now, not all TV channels work, dresser drawer was broken, no vending machines for sodas, loud AC, and nothing in walking distance.
- 3/5
The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious. BUT, We were given a room that had not been cleaned. Were given another room. Doors to closet and bathroom did not close. Soap dispenser ran out. We were in town for a family event. Family members were shown 3 rooms before a tv worked. Our tv did not work. A number of people pushed dirty dishes aside to sit for breakfast as attendant was not visible. Attention to detail not good.

This is the best place to stay near SFO, San Jose and a short drive to Santa Cruz! Plus the parking is free and lots of nearby restaurants. Very nice and spacious rooms and very clean place and nice friendly staff!

I would recommend it! We will be back again!

The staff was extremely helpful. They were very professional and went out of there way to help.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel and the rooms were very spacious. breakfast was just ok and food items were not always stocked. Bar had liquor bottles displayed but kept no liquor. Most of the staff was great but there was one younger employee that was very rude to us. The elevator was problematic and the alarm kept going off.

Pros: excellent customer service staff, location, parking, cleanliness, spacious rooms. Cons: no microwave in annex rooms. Management very cheap, breakfast mediocre. Only had scrambled eggs, ham, bread, bagels, fruits, juices, container of bulk yogurts not individual ones, ran out of muffins at 8am when breakfast opens at 7am. Only 1 hard working lady taking care of breakfast. She was making scrambled eggs, refilling everything, cleaning the tables and taking the dirty plates!!! Mgmt, please don't go cheap. Should hire another employee to assist if there is a call off. Buy a cart and place it in the break room so that guest can take their dirty plates and put on the cart, instead of guest waiting for the tables to be cleaned before sitting. Buy a clock for the gym room, and fix the wipe dispenser.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Property not so great. We couldn't have breakfast due to there just simply not being enough provided. We had to go into 1 type of room due to over booking which was a downgraded from the room we originally booked and the jets in the tub didn't work. The villas were really nice.
- 5/5
Coffee pot was missing. And we only had 1 roll of TP. There were 4 of us but only had 3 towels to start. Not to bash the hotel it was a pleasant stay overall. But just for the preparation of future, just had to comment.

Room 108 TV had limited channels and no access to connect to your favorite streaming services.

I Got #312 & heard the elevator loudly buzzing & going up & down the entire stay. Amenities state "Heated Pool & Hot Tub" Pool is unused-Not Heated! Hot Tub is Empty! 90% of the reason I chose this hotel was for the pool & Hot Tub!! 2 drinks allowed per stay during Happy hour! Only had red wine & a choice from 4 beers?? As an option I had to ask for a can of soda & the only bottle of water they had? Breakfast wasn't great, undercooked eggs, muffins & bread/toast. & Coffee. Attendant in the breakfast room was using a dirty rag to repeatedly clean the tables & didn't seem very clean when replacing & removing food? Should she be wearing gloves!? About 5-6 hours after I got home; I felt sick to my stomach & threw up my entire breakfast! (I only ate from the hotel) Pretty sure it was food poisoning!! Not a good experience overall. When I checked the room rates that day, the same room was $110 I paid $152 using my Expedia platinum member points! Feel like I wasted my time & points! I also chose the wrong place to stay! This "Grand Hotel" needs to update their amenities advertising... Extremely Misleading! Nothiing "Grand" to look forward to here! Very disappointed.

Everything is good, location, staff, parking and the room except the exhaust fan in the bathroom is too loud. There’s coffee but there’s no coffee maker but it’s okay because they have free breakfast anyway.
- 3/5
The size of the room is decent, very clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. The smell of the hallway, the bed frame is noisy with only slight movement, the bathroom latch doesn't click closed, most of the TV channels have no signal, the wifi is very weak, the breakfast is very simple and restocking is very slow.

Other than that, the pros:
- 1/5
The room had no water, and there was no water facility in the second building, so I had to return to the main building just to get water. Basic items like toiletries, slippers, and bathrobe were also missing. I was told these are only provided upon request, but housekeeping is only available until 5 PM. For guests checking in later, this makes no sense. Breakfast was also not provided properly. I arrived around 9:45 AM, before breakfast ended, with other guests still present. Staff refused to refill anything due to a “10-minute rule,” even though I was there within the breakfast time. The staff behavior was terrible overall: dismissive, unhelpful, and not hospitable. This stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and not worth the price.

Breakfast was ok and parking area was great.

Villa: nice size, comfortable; was special occasion so booked the larger space; breakfast was til 10:30 am and fine. Villa was upstairs; would have been better on bottom floor. NO pictures or decorations on walls; very bare; no night lite in bright bathroom; room service only once at 5 pm just as we returned; in bathroom: container for soap and lotion...were both soup; i.e.. no lotion. Requested to have lotion twice at front desk; never had lotion.

This is absolutely my favorite place to stay while on business for Stanford University. Yes, it’s a 20 minute drive, but the huge rooms, a fireplace, a bathroom that boasts a jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower. There’s no place better for the price and proximity to anything Silicon Valley or Levi Stadium or Stanford! We keep coming back!

We enjoy our stay in this hotel.

Fireplace didn't work moment we walked into room 351 there was a huge black water beetle or roach in the middle of the room. Called front desk a few times no answer. I had to walk to the lobby to request another room. I also stated at check in I need a room top floor because I can't sleep with people above me. They gave me room 451 but the key didn't work as so I had to go back to the front desk to resolve this room key issue. The guy at the front desk proceeds to ask me did I go to the right room, did I use the key correctly, what color was the flashing light. Why didn't he just take my word that the room key doesn't work. I have stayed at this hotel several times never have I encountered such nonsense. Also top floor rooms have not been cleaned so I couldn't get a top floor room but was told not to worry about anyone above me. You didn't tell me that the 2nd room the fireplace didn't work and there was guests above me. My hotel stay was horrible and wasn't able to sleep due to guests above me wallking all night & day.

Everything was good

Large room. Clean. Good location for business travelers.
- 3/5
If you plan to reserve two rooms, don't do it with Expedia. I wanted two rooms together and I could not get them because the hotel just said it was a third party transaction. Granted though both reservations were flawless and with an excellent reception and treatment. Breakfast is good, but just for one day. It's a repeat the following morning. Not attractive. Staff is great though. Oh, and the free drinks on your stay is a GREAT treat for guests.
- 5/5
Easy great parking
- 1/5
I had to transfer room twice because the air conditioner doesn’t work. The last room I was transferred the air conditioner works but it only stayed @ 75 degrees. I was too tired to ask to be transferred again so I just let it go. This property was great in the past when stayed for some reason this time it sucks.

The hotel was as expected ... a nice place to stay while traveling ... better than most ... but not a vacation destination.

1st room was not ready at 4pm we had to wait another 20 mins. The bath tub leaked, they sent us to another toom, the 2nd room, the thermostat did not work. The 3rd room, everything works, but the inconvenience of my life was negativly impaired. Do better Grand hotel.
- 3/5
In the night again when i came back at 1130 pm the wash cloth was delivered as well as the floor rug and the water heater is working with less sounds coming from the bathroom. Thinking that everything is fine again. The 2nd morning, before noon there was no water at all!! When the water supply came back there is no hot water and it took them forever before they can even decide to let me use a different room in a different building so I can take a shower upon my insistence to the front desk. To this date nobody from the hotel has reached out to me about what happened during my stay. So honestly thinking if I continue to do booking with this property or not,

AC was super loud

Hotel is a bit dated, something was leaking from the room above us at the window, but the beds were comfortable and things were clean. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. No protein choices, not even hard boiled eggs.

Room is realy big. Separate shower and tub. Free drinks 5 to 6. Free parking. Bad breakfast. No meat. Boiled eggs ran out fast.

Prior to Covid breakfast was amazing, since then it is your basic continental bread and fruit. But happy hour is always appreciated! The two glasses of wine definitely helped me relax for the rest of the night. Staff was super courteous.

The Grand Hotel wasn't as grand as it used to be. The jacuzzi has been broken for a year. Pool isn't heated so it's freezing in the winter. Happy Hour no longer has food, just two drinks per person. The wine that was poured at happy hour wasn't stored properly so tasted like prune juice. The bartender should check that the wine is good before pouring. Happy hour is scheduled for 5PM to 6PM but after waiting till about 5:05PM, we were told the bartender called in sick so we were told to come back at 6PM (and before 7PM). We needed to go to dinner but luckily were able to get back before 7PM (but the wine, as noted, was bad). The breakfast used to be a full spread with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Now it's just hard boiled eggs, muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, juice. Room was pretty clean except the shower has soap scum on the soap holder and some grime along the trim. We stayed next to the "private room" and could hear conversations in the hallway and doors opening/closing in the early morning.

clean environment and customer service is great

I called ahead and asked for early 3pm check in, lady on the phone said it would not be a problem, I arrived at 315p and advised my room is not ready and to come back at 345p-350p, I went back to the hotel lobby, at 345p front desk clerk did not acknowledge me so I sat down , at 4p he announces, ready for check in. I get my keys, but the room key card did not allow me entry, I went back to the lobby 3 times until the clerk gave me a different room number and new keys. This was very frustrating because it was my birthday and I had to get ready for my birthday dinner. The rooms were great, but I will not be going back to stay at the grand unfortunately.

Great place. Very neat and tidy rooms. Also very spacious.

The hot water never really got hot and I had to allow it to run several minutes before it got warm enough to shower. Tube was peeling and shower pieces or old caulk and debris in the corner. The temperature dropped at night so the bathroom and entrance into the room never got warm the section were the bed is the temp would get to 75 but the heat wouldn’t hold it at that temperature. Temp was set at 75 wake up and room temp would be 64. Called front desk and was told the unit was old and I would hav to turn to 70 until I feel it warming up and then adjust slowly to 75. I also asked for vending and ice machine and was told there wasn’t any.

This was by far a terrible experience at this hotel. I will not recommend it to anyone. After getting checked in, I went into my room and noticed the bed was broken with a hotel in the mattress that sunk. I immediately went to the front lobby and asked to speak to the manager to get a different room. The employee was not helpful at all and then proceeded to give me the “manager’s number.” I then went to my room to call said number and realized he had given me the number to the lobby. The next morning I went to speak to the morning manager and still no manager was available for help. The breakfast offered was also mediocre and not what was advertised. And to make things worse, I was charged two different amounts despite getting similar rooms in two different reservations. I believe I need to be compensated for my terrible experience and lack of support from the hotel staff. I would like to submit a picture of the broken bed as proof.

Clean room, friendly staff, Great location!!
- 5/5
The staff helped give us another room on the same floor, and they were helpful during our preparation for my wedding. The room was spacious enough to fit 6+ people comfortably.
- 3/5
We've stayed at the Grand Hotel many times and this was our first disappointing visit. Our heater didn't work in the room. We got in late and had to sleep with our heads under the covers! I reported it the next morning. Got back to the room that evening and it still wasn't working. They gave us a new room, which was nice. Unfortunately it was Christmas eve so many things to move to the other side of the property! This room was warm but no soap or lotion by the sink. The first room had an extra blanket and robe. This one didn't...but at least we were warm.
- 1/5
Not clean at all and I was not expecting to pay for parking either
- 3/5
It was nice, but the thermostat didn’t work and we were told no one could fix it til the morning. Breakfast was not great for vegetarians (or any one else). The space was nice and clean and the bathtub was huge. Overall, it was underwhelming.

The guys at the front desk would not let my wife check in for us. (I was driving there separately) She had a long day of travel and did not need this delay. She had a copy of my ID, the room was booked in her acct but I made the booking under my name. We have checked into HUNDREDS of rooms for each other and this was a joke. We tried to leave and get our money back but he would not do that. We also waited in line for 20 minutes to check in. He was the only person working and there was no manager to talk to
- 1/5
asked manager to review cct footage as my car was broken into - no one in the front office could access the footage - manager not present - told the manager would call me back. waited over one week no response. Just poor overall service Don't stay here - they won't help you.
- 4/5
Absolutely great service from the staff, super friendly. The hotel is slightly dated, the "business nook" (computer and printer) runs on Windows 7 Pro ... in 2025 that's slightly out of date. But the staff was happy to print a document for me and they helped me with late checkout so I wasn't too crazy early for my late night flight out of SFO. So, great effort, would be nice if the breakfast was a bit better and the AC/heating less noisy, otherwise it was great.
- 1/5
Pictures are not as advertised. Place is dingy and unsafe feeling. Checked in and checked right out and went elsewhere. This property is still fighting my attempt at getting a refund.
- 1/5
Terrible service, room are filthy, management is non-existent
- 3/5
Rooms are spacious, and clean. Beds need upgrade. The breakfast has declined tremendously since I started being a client. I love that I get free parking. Also, walking distance to restaurants.
- 4/5
Room was big in size, quite comfortable. Bathroom looked nice and clean, but upon stay realized it was quite old and moldy. Breakfast was decent, dining room was nice. Housekeeping did not come both days, despite sign on doorknob requesting maid service in the morning.
- 5/5
Comfortable room, clean hotel. Elevator was a little shoddy. Appreciate the free continental breakfast
- 1/5
When I checked in on the first day, the previous guest’s dirty bedsheets and used towels were still left in the room and hadn’t been removed. The room heater didn’t warm up at all, and there was a constant humming noise in the room that couldn’t be turned off.
- 3/5
-1 for no microwave, the jetted tub was slow to fill and water only lukewarm. Noticed some rooms had visible light shining through below their doors while walking the hallway. Found the elevator broken down on the second day which wasn't surprising given the residual tape left on the doors from a previous sign. The only other options were staircases that dumped you outside. The hot tub was out of order and showed no signs of being worked on. But the rooms were actually quiet.
- 4/5
Clean and courteous staff. Do wish check in of 4pm wasn’t so late. Come on. 3pm please.

The lights would not come on in the room and I miraculously found a slot on the wall where I was supposed to put my key card to turn on the lights. The tub was wonderful except there was no soap or shampoo to use by the tub. The shower would have been fine as there was soap and shampoo. Alas, there was no water. My trip to the lobby included another patron that complained that he had water; but, only cold. We were given another room; but, I reserved 2 night so I would not have to move my belongings to another room. The breakfast would have been much nicer if the chafing dish (used to keep items warm or hot) had the $4.00 can of sterno underneath to heat it. The price of a nicer hotel really was not worth it.
- 5/5
Great everything
- 3/5
Clean place but the HVAC in the room was less than desirable. The heat would turn to AC on its own - going from 74 degrees to 62 in the middle of the night.

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and not welcoming. He was very sick and wasn’t wearing a mask. I was a VIP guest and they didn’t want to uphold that with our free drinks. We went to the room to find they downgraded us from a jetted tube room. We have small children so I wasn’t about to pack up again and then be disrespected by the receptionist again. At check out I let them know they gave us the wrong room. They told me to leave my info and contact the third party I went through. I did that and the hotel lied and said that the room we wanted was under construction (lie) so they like to scam people with children out of their money. The manager was suppose to reach out and of course they didn’t. I would not recommend anyone staying here unless you want to pay for more and get less.
- 1/5
The room was dirty and smelled bad. The options for breakfast were VERY limited. The bread was old and dry. The water machine for broken and hence there was no drinking water in the hotel.
- 5/5
The stay was very pleasant. The hotel was excellent and so was the staff.
- 5/5
I enjoy staying at the Grand, the staff is courteous and it's always clean. The rooms are larger than most and the beds are comfortable. The furniture could use some updating. This is a great hotel for the price. It reminds me of forgotten times, with fresh fruit in your room, a complimentary water. Complimentary breakfast, with bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, cereals and courteous staff. I love that they change the mat in the elevator each day of the week. There are a lot of little things that make my stay comforting. Lastly, free wifi and parking This is a great deal!

Everything Was Nice
- 2/5
However, our recent stay was not pleasant. When we checked in, we found the apartment to be dirty, with hair and crumbs present throughout and the living room rug heavily soiled. We were informed that no other Villa apartment was available for the full duration of our stay, so we agreed to downgrade to a Premium King room. The Premium King room was clean and nice. In a departure from our previous stays, a hot breakfast was not offered during 3 of the 5 days that we were there. Bottom line is that the quality of facilities and services appears to have gone downhill. To top it off, The Grand / Expedia have, to date, refused to reimburse us for the premium rate (approx $60/night) that we were charged for the Villas vs the Premium King room actually provided. Very disappointing, particularly given our past patronage!!

Room is larger than average and clean. There is a central fan for air that cannot be turned off and it is a bit loud.
- 3/5
Room for improvement: the hotel is definitely showing its age and signs of wear were evident throughout both common spaces and in the room itself, with some peeling wallpaper, visibly worn carpeting, furniture wear, and the like. While the rooms were large, there was little in the way of interior design with mismatched furniture, only one small and rather out-of-place decorative object on the walls, and substandard lighting including what felt almost like institutional lighting in the bathroom. Unforgivable: the water pressure in the shower was possibly the lowest I've encountered in a hotel in the US and it took nearly 5 minutes to fully heat making for a fairly miserable shower experience. I'd suggest that a reasonable shower is a must-have at this price point. The room is adequate if there are no other options available, but I don't think I'd return otherwise.
- 4/5
Would return.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, this is my new favorite hotel in the area.
- 5/5
I had a great comfortable stay and the service was excellent!
- 3/5
Breakfast manager worked hard and was very helpful. Building was very clean but evidence of poor maintenance everywhere. Shredded curtains, never enough towels, no bathmat.
- 5/5
I reserved for 1 night, Saturday to Sunday great room I recommend to book the Villa, lots of room to spread out. Next day, went for coffee, and carafe was empty , the staff came with a cup of coffee, breakfast choices was mediocre but ok nonetheless some thing to start the day
- 3/5
The room was very spacious and comfortable overall. The only downside was the bed—it squeaked with any movement. Breakfast was also pretty limited in options.
- 4/5
only one ice machine and it's on the fourth floor. Rather inconvenient for guests.
- 5/5
Poo

Manager = Iiar and a scammer. Bathtubs and sinks has brown colored water coming out. Broken toilets. Broken pool and hottub. Broken air conditioner. Broken elevators. Breakfast was only for orientaI tourist group and not the other guests. Manager repeatedly told me a refund would be given and to call Expedia and he would approve. They called him and he denied all wrongdoing and refused refund. FiIthy hotel operated by a deceptive scamartist
- 4/5
Would stay here
- 3/5
Elevator did not work and our room was on the 4th floor. Very inconvenient with luggage to use stairs
- 5/5
Room is extremely big and have a large tub
- 5/5
I loved it. Clean staff friendly. Breakfast was served they had a pool. Only thing the hot tub was broken.
- 3/5
At first sight it’s wonderful, after realizing there were things not as it seems, felt I was overcharged. Mold on the shower curtains, balcony chair broken & collapsed under me having a near catastrophe, (I’m 71, broken bones no joke!) walls all bare of any art or decorations. No Bathroom exhaust & bar couldn’t come up with a lime for a cocktail, drink that was watered down and aweful. Not so Grand in my book.

This hotel was built in 2000 according to the desk person.the mattress we had felt like the oridinal matrress from 25 years ago!! It was so mushy my knee sunk in about 6 inches when crawling into bed!!! The air conditioner and outaid grounds wrre real loud. Breakfast was a joke !!
- 1/5
Terrible staff and service. They mentioned not having a microwave and then quoted me a $10/use charge. There was no spare cutlery. They also didn’t have dining kits available. The breakfast was same everyday and there wasn’t any hot food on the weekends
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
Breakfast selections could be better. No microwave in room.
- 1/5
The air conditioning was broken so we moved rooms and that room also didn’t have working air. They did not offer to refund any of our costs.Very poor service.
- 3/5
Bedsheet has hairs on it. Old hotel and parking has unknown cars sure surrounding. Doesn’t like the lobby and entry. Will not stay here anymore.
- 3/5
Front desk staff were not very nice. Hot tub was broken. We asked for extra towels and when they delivered them, they opened the door with their own key to bring them into the room. I was shocked to see a strange man in my room with towels!! I'm not sure why they could not have knocked or left them outside of the door. It was really unnerving.
- 3/5
The breakfast was terrible and the room had ants. This hotel has gone downhill
- 3/5
I stayed in one of the ground level villas and while the space itself was decent, I was disappointed to find a few dead spiders inside upon arrival, which gave the impression that the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the noise levels were an issue, I could clearly hear the person above walking around, and there was a constant hum from the electrical room next door. These factors made it hard to fully relax during my stay.
- 3/5
Evening staff is always respectful and helpful. Disappointing that the room didn't have a remote for the t.v.
- 5/5
The room was large and very nice decor . The bathroom had a nice jacuzzi tub but the shower door didn’t close . The pool was nice but the spa was closed. The free breakfast was nice. All in all we had a good stay .
- 1/5
This was the dirtiest hotel room we have ever experienced. It was supposed to be a VIP upgrade. We got a suite that appears to have been stayed in just minutes before we arrived. There was a dirty face towel full with make up. We ask the front desk to have to kitchen clean as it was filthy, but even after someone was sent to clean it, it looked no different. In addition, it was a scuffed up apt everywhere you looked, kitchen backsplash, base boards, dirty looking kitchen chairs, couch. Staff was apologetic and nice, but would recommend staying here, especially the villa.
- 5/5
Professional staff, clean property except breakfast has no variety and choices except different kind of pastry and hard boiled egg.
- 5/5
Staff was kind and helpful.
- 4/5
Very convenient to visit Levi’s stadium, and great America.
- 2/5
Dirty. Air conditioning didn’t work. Got lost on way to room. Big stairs with suitcases. Major road. Poor food and breakfast.
- 2/5
The bedroom closet door was broken. The towels on the bathroom were covered in hair. There were scuff marks on the walls. The hotel didnt have vending machines. Not a lot of value for the price you pay
- 3/5
Hotel was fine, but my room was pretty dirty. Hair in the shower, sticky surfaces in the room, hand prints on the windows, etc.
- 4/5
Nice experience

I don't know how I missed the reviews for this property! I booked an emergency trip with my 28- and 17-year-old daughters to help my bedridden sister and her family during her pregnancy. We had a very late check-in in and the overnight clerk looked like a mobster's henchman straight out of the movies (no jacket, open collar print shirt with gold chains, big rings on fingers). It gave really 'sketchy' vibes, and we did not feel safe. I was afraid that my daughters would be snatched and trafficked. While looking for our room, this random older woman appeared and asked what our room number was so she could help us find it. We believe she was a guest and was just outside for a smoke. But who knows, right? Apparently, because we booked a 'villa', we had to walk outside of the main building through the garden to another building to access our room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It felt like we were being watched while staying in the slave quarters. The 'included breakfast' was toast, boiled eggs, cereal, and whole fruit. This was definitely a privately-owned hotel -- no apparent corporate oversight. We will not return. If you have other options for accommodations, please take them.
- 2/5
AC didn't work in our room so wet had to change rooms in the middle of the night.
- 5/5
The property is clean, quiet, rooms are comfortable and spaciuos, king bed, access to food places across the street, down the street about a block, has a big mall, target, movies, about 5 min drive, convenient to the airport, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here.

Hotel owes me money. Hotel didn’t fix the door lock so I spent the night somewhere else. Receptionist didn’t u lock the door cause they didn’t have the device, didn’t offer another room, nor a refund. It was a nightmare of an experience that caused me great grief. An hour of my time costs 500$. Hotel wasted my time my money and my mood and gave me a bad memory. I would charge them 10000$ for the grief their incompetence caused
- 4/5
Room was spacious. Breakfast was ok.
- 5/5
Very clean, and room was very large and organized
- 3/5
The room was very clean. The bathroom lacked a full set of towels for two people. There was no mat to step on when getting out of the shower or tub. The beds were comfortable but very low. Not the easiest to get out of for a senior citizen. The free breakfast left much to be desired. There was a choice of 3 cold cereals, white or wheat bread to toast and bananas. Poor choices compared to comparable hotels in the area. We will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
It was excellent stay and very clean room and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Everything was good!

As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Parking was convenient. The room was very spacious and clean.

Nothing special

Hotel has a few buildings

The Grand Hotel isn’t as grand as it used to be. Have been staying here for past 4 years; however, noticed the service and cleanliness has taken a step back. Housekeeping didn’t show up a few times, shortage of towels and toilet paper. The room in the annex section floors were dirty. Pool was also dirty.
- 3/5
Needed to get a room change from first option due to cleanliness. Second room was much better. Pool was not heated which was a bummer since the weather turned out to not be as warm as expected. But all in all it was a nice stay conveniently located for our travels.
- 2/5
We stayed in a villa and expected it to be as nice or nicer than the suite since it was more expensive. It was like an apartment with full kitchen and separate bedroom, which was nice, but it wasn't kept clean. Dirty and stained furniture and filthy rug under the couch, broken kitchen chair leg that wobbled, and the mattresses were extremely old, creaky and uncomfortable. It sounded like popcorn when you sat on it or turned over while sleeping. After 3 days they changed the mattresses to less older ones that made less noise. Still uncomfortable. The bathroom had one sink that was approx. 2 inches deep and not much counter space unlike the double sinks in the suite. Plus the bathroom tile grout (which used to be white) was now brown like it was never cleaned. Housekeeping didn't do anything but make the bed, pick up towels and empty SOME of the trash. Never wiped up the hair on the floor and sink. Same dead bugs and dust from the day we checked in until the day we checked out. Don't waste your money. I will NEVER stay there again.

Nice
- 4/5
I always enjoy the Villa Rooms.
- 4/5
Great hotel with great staff. The only thing is people smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the parking area, which the hotel cannot control. The smoke does carries into the rooms when the windows are opened
- 3/5
Pool is filthy. There were three of us in the room. And the bathrobe is only 1 and 2 towels. The breakfast is very meager. Although the room itself was spacious and chic. Thanks.
- 4/5
Deep soaking bathtub and value for money
- 2/5
There were ants on the floor of the room on the fourth floor. At 9 am on the 20th, the hotel staff did not knock on the door and entered the room directly. Very dissatisfied with the service。
- 4/5
Nice hotel: safe, quiet, clean, amazing staff, beautiful pool area
- 3/5
The breakfast is not good.
- 4/5
Check in was easy and staff were kind. I would go to breakfast early if you would like more options.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay when you’re in the area. Breakfast is nice too.
- 3/5
Service was very good. The furniture is in poor shape.
- 5/5
Dining options for every taste!
- 5/5
I liked everything about the property and honestly, there wasnt nothing to not like about it.
- 4/5
Elevator was a bit sketchy; sounded as if it needed to be serviced (was making clunking noises).
- 5/5
The lobby was beautiful. The staff was really nice. They had a happy hour which was included which was a nice break in the afternoon. You could walk to nearby shops. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was a little bit hard to figure out. We were driving cross country and stayed at multiple hotels and this was by far the best.
- 5/5
Room was absolutely amazing !! Very very spacious and super clean !
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Very Accommodating to us.
- 3/5
The room air conditioner was very loud, bring earplugs! Also at breakfast, people were waiting each time for the few croissants/muffins that were brought out on a single tray. They need to provide more of what people want at a continental breakfast.
- 5/5
Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Fluffy towels! And they even had HAND soap!!!! I will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Room was clean and it looked as good as the pictures indicated on the website. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good
- 5/5
We had an amazing experience. We were able to call early in the morning and were encouraged to call back at 11 to check and see if there were any openings for early check-in and amazingly enough. They had the same room on the first floor five hours early check-in wow made my experience for the Morgan Wallen concert At Levi Stadium even better thank you so much.
- 3/5
I was placed in the “newer building” as advised by the front desk, which was nice. The halls consist of carpet which appeared it needed a little cleaning. Nothing horrible such as dark stains, but could use a cleaning to remove light dirt. The room itself is pretty large and clean, and once you open the curtains it allows plenty of natural light in, which was nice. The shower leaked badly at the bottom of the glass, so there was a river of water outside the shower after each use. I almost slipped twice. My girlfriend almost slipped once. The hotel doesn’t provide the thicker “towels” used as a bathmat. The room only had 2 towels for a 4 person room. I called both the front desk and housekeeping several times for more towels over the course of an hour and a half on day 2, and they never brought any, after being told they would. As the matter of fact, the front desk agent asked if housekeeping can put the clean towels on the floor outside of my room. On the floor? The dirty floor? What? I said, “Someone can knock, but if it has to be placed on the floor please bring one extra as the bottom towel will not be used,” to which she said ok…again, nobody ever came. What started out as a decent stay turned out disappointing. One poor event will do it.

This Hotel is a great choice, rooms are big, spacious with modern decor. Great breakfast in the morning. We will be back again.
- 5/5
Room was huge and paid a great rate.
- 5/5
Amazing! Clean. Comfortable. Luxurious linens!
- 5/5
Room is very clean and neat. Check in was easy and staff were accommodating!
- 5/5
Check in is always pleasant and respectful. Rooms are spacious, and clean.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did notice a couple of issues with cleanliness in the room…also would have loved some way to have soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bath. (There were dispensers but only in the shower so I had to pour them into paper cups to use them in the bath.) The ice machine on my floor was broken and unplugged (no sign, no notice) so I had to go up a floor - not a big deal, just would have been nice to know.
- 4/5
wish the hot tub was functional (reason we booked property) and the pool area was a little better maintained, otherwise, the room and grounds were excellent- pet friendly was another plus!
- 2/5
My toilet flooded the 1st time we used it. It was already around 9pm. Inconveniently we had to switch rooms there was nobody on site who can fix the toilet apparently. We had to pack up all of her belongings and move. Nothing was offered. We left early that next morning.
- 5/5
We had a relaxing time. The room was very spacious and the staff were pleasant.
- 1/5
An absolute dump! We had to change rooms because their air conditioner didn’t work. And the second room the noisy air conditioner leaked all over the carpet. The breakfast was a joke! If you didn’t get there before 8 o’clock all you would get for breakfast was toast and boiled eggs with flies on them. Before 8 o’clock was unimpressive too. Croissant and muffins. The pool was dirty and rundown, and the hot tub was closed and looked like it hadn’t been running in 20 years. We had to ask for clean towels, but were told they didn’t have any (not even pool towels). The staff was very rude. We were very disappointed and don’t recommend this place to anyone!!
- 4/5
Nice pool and good location The breakfast was very limited... The happy hour was pitifull.
- 3/5
First night was overshadowed by the hot water not working. Breakfast bar didn't have many options that would enable a healthy, balanced meal. Pool was not very warm. We found items from a previous guest in our room so unsure how clean our room really was.
- 5/5
great room
- 5/5
The hotel room is big and comfy. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is clean and roomy. Breakfast is basic but handy—and for the low price, it’s totally fine. The place is in a quiet area and close to lots of high-tech companies.
- 4/5
Check in staff are always respectful and kind. Unfortunately, the only working ice machine is on the first floor.
- 3/5
Noisy air systems, larger in size, maintained well
- 5/5
They took care of me.
- 4/5
We didn't like the breakfast options at this hotel. We have been to many hotels in Sunnyvale and Mountain view area where they offer amazing options and the rate of hotel/night is the same. Breakfast options can have more varieties. Rest all was good!
- 4/5
I like the big room, easy check in and free parking. Breakfast is free but no scrambled eggs and bacon. The smell of the carpet though .. it really smells like it got wet and never dried properly. I think they got immune to the smell. Otherwise, I think I got the value for my money.
- 5/5
Room very spacious and comfortable.
- 4/5
good rooms
- 4/5
I always like staying here. I forget sometimes that there's no microwaves in the rooms, but at least there's mini refrigerators with freezers that work.
- 5/5
Really comfortable bed and extremely friendly staff, the drain in the bath wouldn't close however
- 5/5
It’s our go-to place to stay when in the Bay Area. Always clean, easy parking, and the absolute comfiest beds of all-time!
- 4/5
Gorgeous large sized room and bathroom in building 2. Very close to Levi Stadium.
- 4/5
Everything was great in the hotel. Rooms were clean (beds and AC were great), front desk was prompt without any issues. Free parking was great too since other hotels were charging. I believe the biggest area of improvement was the breakfast. Although complimentary, there were other hotels that I stayed at that offered eggs or even sausages. 4.5/5

.
- 3/5
If I stayed in a VIP hotel, why did they charge you 10? Dollars too use the microwave. I've traveled the country for work and never had had anyone.Tell me I had to rent a microwave. On that I will never go back
- 5/5
Wonderful property, nice experience!
- 3/5
The elevator doesn’t work well. We have to use the stairs. The breakfast was super basic.
- 1/5
I was very disappointed in my stay here, especially because I stay here very often. Around 1:40 am people entered my room while I was sleeping because they were given the same room and keys as me. As you can imagine, it was terrifying waking up to strangers in your room in the middle of the night as a sole traveler, of course this was also the one time I forgot to lock my door. After that I could not fall asleep because I was on edge all night. I didn’t get any sleep and had to wake up early that morning. The staff did nothing to make up for that inconvenience. I was just told that they would leave a note for the manager, but I never heard back from anyone. I don’t even recall if I received an apology, just the excuse that there was a mix up. They should have done something to compensate for this especially since I’m a regular visitor here and a VIP member (which I was offered none of the perks that they state you should be given as one). Usually I have no problems here and love staying here but this one experience really ruined it for me.
- 3/5
Nice hotel, but the breakfast was pathetic, and not bar soap, only liquid soap.
- 3/5
Average. Amenities missing. No washcloths. No hot food for breakfast on Friday
- 3/5
Rooms are different in each building even if it’s the same reservation. The first room smelt bad enough for us to want to change rooms
