This is a basic property, and needs a little maintenance, but I had a good stay, annd the beds and pillows were very comfortable! Pleasantly surprised.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but clean. Property is well maintained. Powdered eggs for breakfast aren’t great.

The room floor was all damp, likely moisture coming from the fridge. Thus the room was smelly moldy.

The staff were some of the kindest and most accommodating hotel staff I have been to in quite some time. The room was very clean and they even had housekeeping come in every night, which I haven't had a hotel do that for me since pre-2020. The pictures are extremely accurate and the staff was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

We just got back from our stay here for the Super Bowl and the entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed with a gift bag with snacks and drinks. They were offering complimentary transportation as close to Levi Stadium as possible the day of the game even as the hotel was in reasonable walking distance. The rooms weren't anything special, but they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had all the staples you'd expect at a continental breakfast and was fresh and fully stocked. They also had water and coffee in the lobby at all times. If you're traveling on a budget and are looking for a great value, look no further.

The front desk has the most nicest staff I have ever encountered in my many years traveling and staying at places. Way, over beyond compassion, thoughtfulness, and help during our stay for Superbowl weekend. Stellar, I simply cannot give enough praise and thanks! They certainly put the customer first! Customer service at it's best!!

The breakfast sucked. No shower curtain in the bathroom, you guys shooting movies or what? And the water pressure in the shower was feeble. The TV only worked part of the time because they decided to work on their Directv equipment during the day. Was charged an extra $50 plus tax for early check-in which I paid because what choice did I have? (The charge was roughly 1/3 of the price of the room). I would not recommend this place to anyone nor stay here again if I can avoid it

Not the cleanest but also not the worst. Breakfast was the same everyday; eggs, sausages, pancakes and tater tots(which tasted like obviously previously frozen) Would have loved to have the curry I smelled every day by the entrance instead. Overall good and very close to the Levi’s Stadium

The property is very outdated. Overpriced for the condition it’s in. I will never stay there again. Also they take a $100 deposit which you can only get back if you have someone from room service inspect the room before check out. Ghetto! To say the least.

The rooms were stinky and stuffy, and very outdated. Wall paper peeling, and the base boards in the hallway ripped off without being replaced. Needs a major remodel.

Did not appreciate early check in fee when hotel was essentially empty. If you are attending a 49ers game and arrive early, you won’t be able to check in to hotel before 3pm. Staff did not really go out of their way to assist or welcome you.

Normally will not say anything negative about a Hotel but this place is honestly the worst I have ever stayed at. I work night shift as an RN and after working all night I came back to a breakfast that consisted only of cereal and milk. The water was off due to plumbing issue and I was unable to shower before work, resulting in giving myself a sponge bath from a water bottle. After contacting Hotels.com and immediately checking out at 5:50 pm that I would not be receiving a refund due to the greediness of these individuals. It is also located in worst part of San Jose as well. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this rat trap. There are many others that are way better for same price. I learned my lesson!

Their WIFI was out the entirety of my stay. The pool apparently has been out of commission for a long time.

Business center was included in reservation but still front desk charge for using business center printer each page 50c and charged 5$ for 10 pages I wish I asked them before using printer so I can go any near fedex office. Even printer wasn’t working properly I have to do few tricks to get print out. I would suggest mention that business center isn’t included usually people made reservation according what is included

Felt "watched" by too many cameras , leads me to believe hotel can be generally unsafe / sketchy . Pool closed for no apparent reason . Breakfast sub par . Vending machines barely worked . They do not allow smoking In room's private balcony ,which is outdoors. They would charge 250$ for cleaning fee, for smoking on a BALCONY.

The property was clean inside and out. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint I have was the old musty smell when you walk into the room and there was a really really old recliner that was broken when you opened it

Reasonable price and comfortable hotel

It has been 7 days and my deposit ($100) not only hasn’t been returned it was posted . So now I have to dispute this with my bank. When I arrived I was informed that it would cost $25 extra for my oldest son to stay even though he was on the reservation and we had the appropriate number of beds

I am awaiting full refund for my horrible stay and experience.

It was close to the Levi stadium, I didn’t like the walls are too thin hear everyone’s footsteps

The bed was superb. Very comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The neighbourhood is really quiet and safe. Just across the street, there is a lot of restaurants.

Terrible stay. It was absolutely disgusting, the breakfast was a joke. It was literally just the waffle machine and frozen burritos. I asked one of the staff members to borrow some scissors to cut something I was wearing and he laughed at me.

Has all the basics. Room and property are aging but the room was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was missing eggs/meat options that were pictured but other parts were good.

Rooms are dated and in some disarray, rust stains on the floor in the bathroom. Earwigs were in the tub and on the bathroom counter. The gentleman that works the p.m. shift very friendly and helpful, the morning, not so much. Both of the ladies that were helping in the breakfast room were very kind and helpful. Not much to choose from for breakfast, toast,bagel,mini muffin, instant oats, small yogurt, cold cereal and waffles. Not really worth the cost but close to 101 freeway.

This hotel was a perfectly fine place to stay for business travel for a night between cities. Staff was very friendly and at a third of the cost of most rooms in the area, its hard to complain, even though the property/rooms are a little dated in some ways.

One The bed sheets was dirty and the breakfast was very poor. Not including Smash Potatoes, eggs and sausage like in the pic of the website. The staff very friendly and helpful when I requested clean sheets.

Clean, but toilet flushed soooo loud and heater fan woke me up every time it came on.

The staff were amazing throughout the day. Professional and friendly. The location was perfect for my trip, rooms are ok. My only concern were the stains in some of the furniture, also the heater was a bit loud for my taste. Overall i got a great deal with a great location. You get what you pay for \m/

Our shower didn’t work.

The sheets and washrooms were clean anc the staff extremely friendly and ready to help. The included breakfast was a lovely start to the day.

Housekeeping service was not provided everyday. Towel wasn’t clean. Bathroom sink water drain was clogged. Most of all, there was some weird smell in the entire room.

Hotel was a great place to stay when attending a game at Levi’s stadium. It was an easy walkable distance and in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to check in early which we very much appreciated. The hotel itself could use a few repairs in places but overall we would stay again and enjoyed our stay.

This is a very tired hotel. Our room smelled old and musty. There was a pile of squished cracker or cookie crumbs on the rug, which leads you to believe that the room hadn’t been vacuumed since the last guest. It was in a very obvious spot too. We only stayed one night. Would look somewhere else next time I’m in the area.

Rooms are very dated, bathroom shower pressure was nonexistent, for the price this is not worth they stay.

Obviously asked for $50 fee back. They refused and gave $25. Talked to other guests in parking lot who also had a terrible experience. Do not stay here!!

Nice place to stay - close to freeways, the stadium, and convention center. Breakfast is simple, and customer service excellent! A room on the backstreet made it quiet. I could even work the TV remote!

Very disappointed with the check in, room was ready but check in was at 3 pm, I was able to use it if I paid $50. We waited until 2:50 pm to get the room at the lobby, the hotel does not gain anything letting the guests use the room earlier anyway was booked two months ago :(

The staff were not knowledgeable or kind. We were placed into a ‘special’ room because we had our 8 lb dog and the room stunk and the carpet was disgusting. There was a recliner in the room that was disgusting and old. It was very loud also and the housekeeping carts and trash bins were kept right outside our door. The ‘breakfast’ was a joke. We paid a lot of money for this stay and it wasn’t worth half the cost. We will not be returning.

The staffing at the property was terrible coping an attitude with all the problems I had. Tv didn’t want to connect, AC wouldn’t stay running, toilet sounded like it was going to explode every time you would flush it and make a terrible cracking sound. Everytime I would go to leave my room the maid carts were blocking me from even leaving my room. The rooms arnt very sound proof. I could have a full on conversation between my room and the people next door through the walls. The icing on the cake was the food poisoning both me and my girlfriend got from the breakfast and for the most part ruined the weekend were there for. Highly wouldn’t recommend to stay there or recommend it to anyone else

Staff was very unorganized, Over charged both of our parties, and gave us a room that someone was already staying in.

Reservation did not come with full breakfast it was more of a continental breakfast. The toilet did not flush properly and whenever flushed it would splash. Beds were comfortable and room was clean just really outdated.

I enjoy this hotel. It's close to my convention. The breakfast is decent. The beds are comfortably.

The breakfast is definitely not as advertised. The pictures online show a full breakfast with eggs and sausages, but in reality it was frozen burritos, stale bagels, cereal and waffles. Nowhere on the site does it state when full breakfast is "in season" or not, so it was a bit disappointing. Again, everything else was clean and well kept.

There were 2 chaise in front of each bed but had questionable stains on them. There was a desk with a rolling chair and a round table with 2 chairs. Good in case you beought something to eat to your room. It has a small coffee maker with coffee and cups and sugar and cream. There is a small microwave and refrigerator with a small freezer. Pretty good size fridge. That was nice to see.

Nice hotel. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, nice breakfast buffet, plenty of parking, close to restaurants, close to the highways, easy drive to the convention center, and close to the stadium. Great local food!! Be sure to try food trucks parked behind the Chevron at Elko Dr and Lawrence Expy. Also the oriental restaurants Tasman Dr and Lawrence Expy.

Very rude counter people .... probably the owners. was going to charge us 50.00 to check in 15 minutes early... when we did check in, I didnt have my drivers license with me but my card had already been charged. Counter person said I couldnt check in. I showed two other forms of picture ID and he still refused. My girlfriend said she would use her ID and her Credit Card. They not only charged my Credit Card but charged hers also... We got double billed and they said for us to contact our credit card companies because they can not help us. Place was clean but service was horrible. Spoke to about a half dozen other people that stayed there and they experienced the same.

Great place to stay if you're in for a game or visit. The clerk was friendly and gave us tips on how to use the train system to avoid game rushes We took the train in but walked out back. Nice walk back with lots of other people, so it didn't feel long. Super clean and overall. The parking alone was worth it!

Absolutely disgusting. Stayed in San Fran at another hotel for the sat I was there. I would have completely checked out if it wasn’t for Niner game Sunday. Every hotel around was triple the price day of.

The room was disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes, furniture was broken, and a lot of stains. At 38 weeks pregnant, I could’ve fell off the chair or recliner and could’ve caused some major injuries. Less than 10 minutes of checking in, we checked out and went down the street to the Hampton hotel which was only $30 bucks more. Price sucked, service sucked, and the room was a nightmare. Don’t go here.

Dislikes include: 1. Dishonesty: We were told the room would be cleaned every other day. This was not the case for our 3-night stay and when my wife complained to the staff, they said that there was a “do not disturb” notice in the computer system. We didn’t leave a ‘do not disturb” notice and the funny thing was that there wasn’t even a “do not disturb” notice available in the room to hang. That said, they were responsive with toiletries and towels after not cleaning the room. 2. Jet engine toilet with poor functionality. 3. Misleading claims about the “hot breakfast”. Limited options include: Plain bagels (only). Sugary Yoplait yogurt (3 flavors), Lipton’s tea bags (no decaf or herbal tea). Coffee. Horrible, processed waffle mix. Cheap frozen burritos (beef, and beans/cheese). Yes, for breakfast. Not even breakfast burritos. 4. Musty carpet. 5. One of the “clean” towels had hair still trapped in it. All the towels were thin. 6. Dated signage. 7. No garbage containers outside of the room for larger items. Likes include: 1. Free parking 2. Working fridge and microwave 3. Close-ish to convention center 4. General exteriors, breakfast room, lobby was clean.

Super friendly owners and staff. Property is a bit older but well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Good value for the price and quality.

Perfect breakfast to start the day

At least I was enjoying peaceful to staying a room from my journey and for as for the morning I was in luck when they just got free breakfast when I enjoyed for my first time. And even I was going to the event for the morning when I went the video game festival at the convention center after I check out. At least I was ready for the gaming competition.

It was a nice quiet place. However, amenities could be better. We had no hair dryer or iron. Had an ironing board but no iron. Overall give it a good average for comfort.

The staff was great, friendly, helpful and available. The property and amenities were not so great. Pictures online are very deceptive. Pool and area wasn’t clean and most lounge chairs broken. Breakfast wasn’t anything like the pictures and very limited. Room was decent. You get what you pay for, but you won’t get what’s depicted in the photos.

Pleasant 3-night stay in this quiet hotel for a conference. Large room gave me space to take business meetings. While the facility is not new and you might see some small cosmetic things, everything worked great and the price was unbeatable.

A couple of run down cars looked like they were being stored in the back of the property near the closest entrance to our room - not the best look. Our room was clean and spacious, it even had a single recliner chair which was nice to kick back beside the window for fresh air. The only bad thing about the room was that the door closed really fast and heavy so it caught us off guard when we first walked in with all of our stuff. An included breakfast is always a plus, but it was limited to DIY waffles, cereal, packaged oat meal, some breads and mini muffins, yogurt, and microwave breakfast burritos. No eggs, bacon, or even fruit. Check in/out was nice and easy.

It was really nice to have a mini refrigerator in the room. The continental breakfast was excellent. It was a foid start to the day. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The staff was helpful. My truck was next to the room. The room was clean.

Unfortunately, this round the stay was just okay. Shower regulator was all sorts of off and real pain to maintain a hot shower. This place is still very convenient for the price and would definitely stay here for Niners games.
