The property has two sides-one sides is fine bit the other side is right on the other side of the 101 freeway. Could not sleep well as you can hear freeway traffic all night long. Breakfaat was decent.

This location is amazing and clean. Very good breakfast.

The breakfast is amazing. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. Picky eaters to vegetarian. The coffee is good but there is a Starbucks not to far. Its a good location because its not far from many people if you wanted something different.

Rooms were clean the ladies do really clean good. But the person in charge of maintenance must not be doing too good. We had to change room twice. Our first room had a ceiling in the bathroom that was leaking dripping and was beginning to run from the tile to the carpet down from the room on the second floor. Our second room was exactly the same and the carpet was wet. Our third room was good. Cleaning ladies do clean good but the leaking ceiling issues made it bad.

The room was very clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen, which made our stay much more convenient. The breakfast had a great variety of options. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with billing. Although I only stayed for one night, the hotel charged my credit card three additional times for reasons that were never explained. The overcharges totaled several thousand dollars, and I had to contact my credit card company, dispute the charges, and even replace my card. This caused a significant amount of stress and inconvenience.

Our stay was great! The pool was small but warm and not too deep. It was private and had restrooms nearby. The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen. Everything was great. Even parking was right outside of our patio door. The breakfast was also great, and everyone was very polite. Will definitely stay again.

It's a good option for the area and staff are helpful. However, there is a newer policy with parking charging $19 PER DAY and you have to download a specific app to use it which charges another $2 per day to use. All of this, but signs stating no responsibility or liability if your car is broken into...so what is the $21 charge per day for? The hotel has plenty of parking spaces open, its not like this is a high value parking area. So always factor that in when you are considering the price of a stay per night.

Facility was clean, and the staff were friendly Parking is not free in the property. This did not show up explicitly in the booking site as well.

The property was spacious and had some nice outdoor areas in which to gather and explore. The rooms themselves, while they had everything you would need, they were a little janky and outdated. They did offer breakfast which was a welcome plus.

The room needs upgrading. The carpet in the room was dirty. And this location charges $19.99 per night to have a parking spot. Very expensive . Parking should be free for all guests. Very disappointed.

We were here a couple weeks ago. We got complimentary parking. This time we were charged an extra $19 a day. I was surprised. We stayed 2 nights. Got there late on Friday and left early on Sunday. Technically we were not parked there 2 full days. We arrived and were put upstairs in room 121 right next to freeway. We heard traffic all night, all morning. We unloaded everything and upon entering bathroom, we noticed black little pellets/droppings. We moved to a different room the next morning. Had to pack everythibg back up...move car...get another key, etc. It was inconvenient and a lot of work. All else was fine.

Garbage disposal didn’t work on Easter weekend when I needed it but other than that the hotel was clean. I was suprised that they had Indian food at the breakfast bar but it’s in step with the area which is nice. Full breakfast was pretty decent

Kind of inadequate description on property amenities. Expedia shows “self parking available” but you have to pay for parking fees unless you see more details.

This is our third stay here and we’re always satisfied with our stay. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and the complimentary breakfast is great!!

It is sad that my kids left 150 pack of their easter eggs in the hotel room at checkout. Called to get them and was told they found a 12 pack of empty plastic eggs which i did not purchase. The supposed found eggs were not purchased by me. So the staff switched the packages and kept 150 of my childrens Easter eggs.

The room was spacious clean and fit for a family of 4 possibly more if you needed! I loved the breakfast it was very accommodating for all. Very happy with the service and the food we’re definitely staying here again also the price was very reasonable for the area! I would recommend going there for your trips!

Rooms were clean, busy breakfast with more selections than usual. Parking lot had soooo much room unsure why $24 a day additional parking fee was necessary. Instead of requiring that you download yet another app and put card info in, why not add it to the hotel bill? This site is in a business park with little around, there were no other parking lots around so it made no sense. It might be perceived better to charge for breakfast than parking. At the very least, avoid having customers share their personal info with yet another entity

The first room they gave me wasnt clean but they end up giving me free parking . The staff that help me was very helpful and pretty too . Breakfast had a great selection of food and food was fresh.

Spiders in the room had to clean the kitchen before using it all the walk ways had tree needles that tracked into you room wouldn't stay there again

Staff are always great. Bed is comfortable. Our toilet made an annoying noise the whole time (sounded like a plumbing issue) and there were two different color lights (blue and warm) in the kitchen, which was weird. Lights also randomly flickered.

Booked the 2bdr for 1- night because it was spacious and offered free parking. When I checked in I had to pay $19 a night for parking. Apparently they started charging for parking after I booked my stay. Property is clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was adequate but didn’t offer much beyond the basic essentials. No elevators.

Everything was absolutely perfect,this is my third time staying here and it is now my go to destination when I'm in town.

The hotel is next to the freeway so you hear cars racing all night. Due to the room not being soundproof, we also heard our neighbors arguing in the morning. The door doesn’t take up all the open space of the frame, so it lets in light in the morning. Staff was nice and the room was clean, but the quality of the hotel does not make its price worth it.

It's the first time that I am in a ground floor room close to the highway and the noise was awful. Not only from the road which was constant, but also from the room above as you can hear the floor cracking when walking.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The free breakfast was very nice to have. The room was clean and matched the description. However I did find that some of the towels and bedsheets had some few small debris/hair on them though.

The breakfast was not as good as the other residence inn on Stuart in Sunnyvale & it was catered to Indian people also they have no flavored creamer like the other one. The Tv in the room kept glitching so we couldn't watch it.

Good location. Studio had everything that we needed. Breakfast was good although the waffle station got a bit manic with kids making their waffles, but they were enjoying themselves! I know that it’s pet friendly but having a full size greyhound in a very busy breakfast room just wasn’t right! Only service dogs should be permitted. This made having breakfast a bit uncomfortable.

The room was clean but the outdoor area could use some regular cleaning. The walkway to our room and the stairs were full of leaves and grit. There was even a used Q-Tip on the stairs. Breakfast was very good but we must have arrived at peak time because we had to ask for more food to be put out. The one employee was working very hard but it was too much for one.

My only small complaint would be the pillows; they could be more comfortable. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Me and my wife came from southern California to take in the 49ers football game. We checked in with ease and was pleasantly surprised with the suite. The price was very affordable for the three nights we stayed. The room was well cleaned. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook if we needed to. The refrigerator was sizeable with its own icemaker, so no walking to find a icemaker. The shower had very good water pressure and i didnt want to get out. Very relaxing after a day of driving and walking. The queen size bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I would definitely recommend to anyone whos looking for a lower priced and convenient place to stay. Its nothing fancy, but it is warm and welcoming and other than the neighbors above walking in the early morning, it was very quiet.

From check in to check out, everything was great. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was great with a beautiful view of the pond and ducks, the breakfast had a great variety and for us the location was perfect.

The front desk staff on 10/19/25 was terrible. They kept informing clients to return at a later time or wait in the lobby while they had other desk sign in. They were checking in guest who just arrived instead of helping guest who had been waiting for a long period of time. The staff had no accountability and kept blaming each other and advised this was at the request of their manager. One guy was an older white male and the other was a younger female Hispanic. Thanks for upsetting everyone due to your lack of competence.

It is a cute, quiet property. It's not far from anywhere we went, but It feels tucked back and secluded. Staff was friendly, check in easy, room was clean. We were in town for a football game, so breakfast was packed, but everything stayed full until the end. The pool looked inviting, unfortunately I didn't have time in my schedule to take a dip. I don't have any negative take aways at all. I highly recommend.

The very high level of road noise from the 101 resulted in very little sleep. The seals on the windows and doors leaked badly - if the sliding door was repaired and seals replaced the noise level would be reduced, and the room might be ok for getting a decent sleep.

Check in was super easy and staff was amazing. We had a group of 8 couples all with different rooms and when we asked if there was anyway we could all stay near each other, the clerk went above and beyond to put us into the same building ! 10/10 service.

I always stay at expedia properties because they are connected to marriott properties. Expedia has the best rate. I have been using them forever.

The bathroom ceiling leaked water from upstairs and flooded our bath area. We were offered a new room but or busy schedule made it hard for us to make the change. We were happy the covered our parking, and plan to stay here again. But it was just unfortunate.

The facilities were clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was great with many options.

Clean, updated friendly staff

Great room with a kitchen, spacious, clean, great parking! Complementary breakfast was awesome! My only complaint was that there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom but I was able to make it work.

The hotel suite is spacious. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was pretty decent; they had a variety of options. However, I wouldn’t say this property is family friendly, especially if you get the bi-level suite. We have a toddler so it was challenging with the stairs. Overall, this was a great stay. We would consider staying again in the future.

This property is clean recently renovated. parking is charged daily $19. The place is tucked away so it’s quiet. You have place to go for a run or walk. It’s really pleasant and not far from a few great restaurants.

This is the best place to stay when me and my wife come to the 49ers game I love staying here just need to not charge for the parking other then that perfect

Very quiet, great space, great for families

Everything was great.

1.) next to freeway and many buildings have traffic noise 2.) the ac systems are very old, very loud, and some not working 3.) the noise from the AC that was outside, was very loud inside. So loud I went outside to see and it was almost the same volume, thus the walls are paper thin. 4.) the noise was so bad, I ended up pulling the mattress off the bed, dragging it to the kitchen, and sleeping on the floor in there. 5.) Having pulled the mattress off the bed, UNFORTUNATELY I saw under the bed. It was the most disgusting thing you can imagine. The box frame, does not allow any vacum under it, so the things under the bed have been collecting for years, and it was more scary than a Saturday night fright movie. Dead bug carcasses and all.

I stayed here for one night to attend a game at Levi’s Stadium. Honestly such a great location, and one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Especially for the price! I will definitely comeback here in the future when I visit the area.

The breakfast was good. I had a difficult time getting up the steps because the elevator was broken. Other than that we had a great time!

Sofa bed looks having black mold spot on the back. The room is beside of housekeeper's storage that is so noisy and annoying. Spider and flying bugs is found in the room. Refrigerator is running very loud. Housekeeper should come every other day according to the note in the room. However, no one ever comes for a 4-day and 3-night stay.

Easy check-in, great breakfast, easy parking, friendly and helpful staff. The room was ready at check-in time, and everything was set and ready to go. Fast check-in and out through their front desk service.

Everything was great except there was food crumbs under the sofa bed when we were pulling out mattress. Sofa needs to be moved back a little to pull out the mattress which is how we realized there was food on the floor.

Good rooms and dining options available around the area. Only thing was that this was our second time staying here and we used the pull out sofa both visits and when moving the couch back to extend the mattress, there was food crumbs that had not been vacuumed from previous guests. Didn’t mention it to them the first time but it happened a second time. Vacuum needs to be done all around the room thoroughly.

The rooms clean and spacious. Everything we needed was there & their free breakfast was not bad at all. We will definitely be recommending this location and we will be back.

Inside the room was good except for the HVAC. The air was not filtered and there were large amounts of dust in and around the furnace/AC unit itself. So we left it turned off the whole time. There was also an extremely large amount of dust built up on and behind the curtains. The only other negative was the fact that even though we were paying guests, we still had to pay $19 per day to park our vehicle on the property.

Just keep in mind if you are going to a Levi’s stadium event they will not allow early check in. I understand not every place can accommodate but in the app it offers it, they still would not allow it. Would have been nice to know sooner. Carpets could used some deep cleaning.

Perfect rooms for a night at a concert - kitchen, comfortable bed, sofa bed for extra sleepers, great bfast in the morning. We backed to the freeway and couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Just what we needed!

Room condition nneds to have some maintenance. Breakfast menu was slightly changed during my 4-nights stay there.

Sylvia needs more training. When I went to checkout, She asked me how was my stay. I replied very good. She goes “thank god” with a weird face. Out of nowhere, She also asked me where I was from. One more thing about Sylvia. When I called the room service number from my room early in the morning to find out the time for the breakfast, she didn’t answer with good morning. Here is a good thing though. We love the room for the price. Thank you.

The hotel room is clean and the check in was easy. The studio room has full kitchen and has everything you need to cook. Complementary breakfast buffet was alright and available self parking. It will be nicer if the flooring is wood instead of carpet. It seems like carpet is outdated and need to be replace. Overall the room is very spacious and clean.

A very nice, clean, comfortable suite. Service was amazing. Pool was nice and clean and breakfast was great as well. I will definitely stay here again with my family.

Great place for a great price. The beds were very comfortable. Most hotels have hard mattresses and I always wake up with back pain. These mattresses were soft and cozy. I would definitely go back again.

The accommodations were lovely. The location was safe and secure excellent amenities and the breakfast was delicious. The only setback I have allergies and there was dust all over the unit and on top of the refrigerator and the microwave would not open all the way. Other than that wonderful place management said they will address the issues. I trust them and I would recommend them for a stay with a family or a group of people.

My family absolutely loved this property! The two levels was totally awesome. The bathrooms was very clean and the whole property itself was very nice. I would love to stay in this area again.

The price for what you get is reasonable

This was the perfect spot for quiet relaxation. I loved my cozy room, and the atmosphere of the property was safe and welcoming. I wish I could've stayed longer!

We loved our stay at residence inn. It was not our first and won’t be our last!

The rule here says the housekeeping services are applied every other day, but we are skipped. So I have to ask for towels from front desk very late at night.

Excellent property with a full kitchen. Front desk and Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was a big time saver especially when visiting with children. The room size could have been a little bigger.. Because the Sofabed would not allow extra walking space at all and very congested. The only surprising thing .. is the final bill included charges for Wifi but also a credit back for that.. I thought the wifi was free and receipt was unwarranted. Overall . would stay again ..
