Helpful staff, great location, great price. However cleanliness could’ve been better but not horrible. Weird smell in the room but I think it’s just an old property. The most annoying thing was the AC was slow and loud. Made it hard to sleep at night so I ended up just turning it off overnight so that was frustrating. Not the end of the world. But overall I felt safe and to me that’s always priority over annoying sounds. I think the property could just use some updating.

The kitchen in the room was very practical and well-equipped with almost everything travler could need. In addition to the standard cookware and utensils, it even included a shef's knife and a cutting board, making meal preparation easy and convientient. It trykt felt like a fully functional home kitchen.

We selected this facility because it was close to the airport. This turned out to work well with the trip to the airport being only 15 minutes. The location was also in a clean and safe part of town. There was not great selection of restaurants close by, but the room included a fully equipped kitchen so we were happy to "dine in" with goods from a nearby Whole Foods Market. Maybe I overlooked it in the initial reservation, but I was disappointed to learn we had to pay for overnight parking at the facility. All in all it was reasonably priced, clean and conveniently located.

The room was clean with plenty of towels. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was plenty and a lot to choose from. Price of room is very reasonable for what Residence Inn provides. Will always stay here when I come to town.

I tried to book again for this weekend, BUT changed my mind considering they raised the deposit fee to $500. That’s insane 😬

The queen bed was comfortable; however, it may feel a bit small for taller or plus-size guests. The restrooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet was good. Parking was available at $22 per night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good amenities and value for the price

Be aware that the property is old and in need of update. But rooms are huge and staff are very helpful. Also keep in mind that low rates do not include $19 per night for parking.

The property was clean and well kepted. Parking is good had my car parked right by my room. The room was nice and clean. I just wished the pressure of the water was a little more better along with the temperature of the hot water

Rooms are comfortable, but definitely need updating. Rented a suite and the room had carpet covering a hole in the floor that my daughter tripped on. Could be a big issue.

The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The kitchen stove was nice but some of the furniture had signs of wear. The fridge was dirty on the side. Overall a great experience and the price was good considering the area and the square footage.

there are no ice machines anywhere and the freezer doesn’t make any so be prepared to get some or the friendly staff was amazing and got us some from their kitchen. Also, the door to the room is so hard to open you have to pull it, scan your card, than push down and enter. It took us forever to open it and the staff told us this trick and it worked like a charm. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The sound proofing between floors is also severely lacking. I heard every step as if it were a small bowling ball dropping on the floor (these were big guys- I think it was a construction crew) On the plus side- the room is very dark at night with good black out curtains and temperature can be well regulated

I can’t recommend this Residence Inn enough. From the moment I checked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property itself is well-maintained and clean, but the vibe is what made it 5 stars for me, just very chill and stress-free. The suite was spacious and clean, and having the extra living space was a game-changer. Thanks for a great few days!

The room had everything I needed. It was comfortable and clean (except that housekeeping had left a bag of linens on a table). I couldn't figure out how to use the handheld shower head. And the complimentary buffet breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about (stay away from the sausage patties, or as I like to call them, the hockey pucks).

Clean, quiet and comfortable. But the floor lamp in living room is not working (we tried a different outlet and still no go) and the coffee maker seems to be missing a whole piece (carafe?) so we can't make coffee this morning which is kind of inconvenient.

Upon arriving to the room we noticed right off there was no coffee, we had brought coffee with us but, the coffee pot took special style and I had to request from the front desk, also there was no blow dryer which the front desk had maintenance bring everything needed, that housekeeping didn't provide.

We noticed our fruit was bitten in with a hole and all the creamers in the kitchen was gone over night found them underneath the couch chewed up and bit into pieces about 4 creamers noticed while I was looking for my Tylenol bottle and moved the couch and all the stuff was bitten and my Tylenol as well all chewed up! Then they moved us into a new room and come to find out there was a locked door seemed like it there was a machine in there, don’t know what was in there made these load! Noice all night non stop just a horrible and disgusted experience I hope I can get my money back

This unit, with 2 floors, including one closed bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen, was perfect for our little family. The breakfast is delicious and can accommodate all types of diets. There are plenty of parking spaces and the area is very quiet. The best place we had.

Most staff was friendly EXCEPT For one girl at the front desk (Danielle or Daniella) I can’t remember her exact name, when I went to the check in lobby to pay for a over night parking pass she was EXTREMELY rude. She seemed flustered and irritated while helping me, which left a very bad impression on me unfortunately. I am a very nice/happy person all around but once she came at me in such a rude way I was extremely upset and not happy with her behavior. If you are working at the front desk expect to have to help your guests and be polite! Her attitude was unnecessary!

The room was updated and spacious. Buffet breakfast is ok but very few selection. I would give this place 4 star but minus 1 after the toilet got clogged. Maintenance was quick but it seems they need to check their sewer line since even the shower tub is slow draining.

Not sure if you figured it out already, but this is a turnover of an apartment complex. Nicely done. everything was great here. Honestly, nothing really special, but breakfast was awesome. eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. really nice work. Literally stayed here for a total of 10 hours including sleeping, so, not much else to speak of.

My daughter and family can to visit us. We reserved Residence Inn for them. They enjoyed their stay and included breakfast very much. And they also liked the convenient location that’s minutes from the freeway, good restaurants, and her parents’s home.

Had two family illness/emergencies. Asked to change date, even having proof of emergencies. Manager refused to accommodate even if i am a marriott bonvoy member and were contacted each of three day stay. And, hotel had a lot of un-occupancy so demand was not an issue. Rude, got the run around and paid for three days that I needed by following weekend due to a house remodel. May they never be sole caterers or an 85 year old father with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and seizures; whom i had arranged paid stay for. Horrendous customer service. Hotels.com was not forth coming either. Will use other sites but no longer their company. All they would respond is ‘waiting for manager’ then ‘manager says no’. If a family emergency doesn't qualify as an important event, I want nothing to do with such disrespectful corporations. Many others to choose from.

Beautiful place. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball for the kids. Breakfast was delicious. I love that the check out time is 12 I got to sleep in and didn’t feel rushed to pack up N/A

They also do not have ice machines, you have to take your ice tray in your freezer down to the front desk to have them fill or wait for the ice to be made in your freezer. The TV wouldn’t work until we set the time and date on it. This place was fine for a quick overnight stay on the way to final destination. No frills for sure. There seemed to be trash all over the grounds, not necessarily from guests littering, but from spillage from the housekeeping carts. Pens and pen caps everywhere, ear swabs, napkins etc. some extra attention here would make a big difference.

One of the most misrepresented properties I've ever seen. The photos lie by omission and make it look dramatically better than it is in reality. Such a betrayal of trust, Marriott has lost me as a customer.

Lobby and room interior are in good shape. Exterior stairwells needed cleaning, painting, general upkeep -- quite shabby

Great stay just the first room didn’t have ac but I let them know and they moved me as fast as possible great stay!!!

We had to wait for a room to become available due to the hotel being so busy the night before. Was told the room would be ready in 15-20mins. We ended up waiting well over 30mins. The breakfast selection wasn't great. Also the quality of the food wasn't great either.

From start to finish everything was exceptional! The room was great, the pool was clean amd refreshing. We were able to do our laundry onsite. Special shout out to Bridgette that works in the kitchen. She goes out of her way to acknowledge every guest she sees. She got my daughter waffles one morning when they didnt have the batter to make them. My daughter loves waffles and looks forward to them whenever we travel.

Room was not cleaned well…at all. Broken light switch to bathroom. No pillows on couch, no shower curtain, shower didn’t even work Room

I booked my room 3 months in advance. Show up for check in for them to tell me sorry no rooms. This trip was for my birthday. They told me that I should have go an email but no email other then my confirmation. Only other hotel available was a best western that was horrible.

Convenient and nice. Even though check out is at 12 they do come by at 10:30 to get an early start on cleaning the rooms. Just keep the top lock on the door and they keep going. My daughter was in the room by herself while I was getting ready in the bathroom when they tried to come in and it freaked her out, but the lock kept them from getting in and she was fine. For those wanting to sleep in, just be prepared for a 10:30 wake up call and you will be fine too :)

The two bedroom was a perfect setup for our family.

There were a lot of cob webs around the room and there was a spider in my bed.

i was charged twice for this, once thru hotels.com and once directly from the hotel.

I was there for one night and I decried it leave at 5am didn’t want to sleep there anymore! Other than that it was ok. But $19 for parking? I never heard that you have to pay for parking now. So a little bit disappointed

Great place to stay.

We went for a Metallica concert. Location was a bit far from the stadium but still walkable at a hour walk home. It was a grueling walk but doable and still better than fighting traffic. My suggestion would be to bring a bike. We would have been set up great to bike to the stadium. Great location for family overall. Property was very clean and staff was friendly. We went on many walks. Not a ton of places to walk to but the location felt safe. Our room was amazing with a loft for the kids. The kids had more fun in theory room than anything else. Hoping at best to be comfortable we didn’t expect that the property was one of the highlights of our family trip

The room is big and clean.

When we got our first room the fridge didn’t work and it was not clean. We requested to change room and second room with dirty and also charge $20 for parking fees which was not written when we booked the hotel.

Queen bed was definitley not a queen it had to be a full. And the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. The bathroom had water damage on the wall around the bathroom but overall everything else was great!

Staff was delightful at check-in and helped us in every way possible.

I have stayed here before and this time I found a small little putting green out side of my room. It was a fun little activity to help me relax

Convenient off of highway 101. The room itslef was too dark. The lights and lamp placements were not enough to brighten the room. Everything was average about this hotel.

It had everything I needed to feel conformable and at home. Once I checked in I didnt even leave the room!

I stayed at this property out of convenience of proximity to an event I had. The room I was given had a strong cooking odor upon my arrival. The door lock jamb wasn't working well but I was able to eventually open it. The staff were modestly helpful. Breakfast was passable.

This has easily become my favorite place to stay for business trips in Silicon Valley. The location is convenient, the staff is amazing, and the amenities are great.

The staff does come around 10:30/11 to knock on doors to see if people have left. Check out is noon. It makes it a little inconvenience when you are trying to nap late or in the shower rushing out
