This would easily be a five star review except for the fact that the toilet in the bathroom is so low it’s difficult to get off of for a person in their late 60s. They obviously have a 14 inch high toilet and if they simply changed to a 17 inch high toilet it would’ve been a five star review.

housekeeping were not consistent and only had our room cleaned once the 4 nights we stayed (we even had to ask if they can come clean it) and the only hotel that closes the door after midnight, we checked in late as we had a very late flight

Met several shifts of desk workers during my stay and all of them were professional, well spoken, courteous, and went above and beyond. When a cell phone had been left behind by another customer who checked in at the same time/nearly same time as me, they called my room to check if it was mine rather than wait for me (or someone else) to panic that it was gone. I think that some of the signage could have been a bit more clear to navigate the hotel in general. We never had to backtrack but it was a little "oh I hope we are going the right way..." a few times.

Overall my stay was not great. I was not given information about breakfast not being complimentary nor if offered and how much was the cost. There was no complimentary water, our bathroom door did not work.

The property was very well kept, the room was large, it was 2 rooms in one, with two tvs for a king bedroom. I also enjoyed having access to a microwave, and mini fridge in the room, all in all one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in thus far! So close, and conveniently placed to areas such as great America, and the great mall

I upgraded to a 2 bed room and my guests felt extremely cramped, it was said to house 4 guests but we were exhausted due to how mall the room was. They charge $20 for breakfast which is complimentary in 90% of the hotels, this felt more like a motel. For the price point I can definitely get something more comfortable.

Had a good stay of a week at this hotel. The overall building seems a bit dated but is well kept clean and serviced by the staff. The room was clean, sheets were nicely made every day (replacement every 3 days, which is perfectly fine) ans the bathroom was clean. Special shout our to the chef, who was working hard every day to make meals during the extended opening times of the restaurant. We've ordered 4 times in our stay of a week, different dishes that did not once disappoint!

Our stay was wonderful! The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and well-maintained. The dinner was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options from traditional bar snacks to delicious Indian dishes. We also really appreciated having both a bar and a lounge area to relax in. One small downside: the door closer in the room was quite tight, causing the doors to slam shut rather loudly.

Our stay at the Radisson was really comfortable—great room, nice view, strong water pressure, and a spacious tub for soaking. 🛁 Vivica greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. When our Chinese takeout came without plates or utensils, the hotel happily provided them. Only downside? No fan in the bathroom. But overall, we had a wonderful time!😊

From start to finish got double charged for the deposit at check in then got woken up to what sounded like gun shots in our room now we have to wait 5-7 days for our security deposit to kick back

Across the street from sports complex walking distance. And close to fast food places like Taco Bell and McDonald’s. Everything was great!

Great location - Close to a safe strip mall for food, coffee and gas. Pillows smelled a bit funky. No breakfast included.

We were very happy with our recent stay at the Radisson in Sunnyvale. The warm reception and fruit infused water at the front desk on our first check in, put us at ease immediately.The staff checked in daily to make sure everything was working in our room. We really appreciated a heated pool in the middle of winter, a well equipped gym, and one of the best designed and comfortable lounge areas where I enjoyed my morning coffee and caught up with emails and phone calls daily. Wonderful! The stay at Radisson was great. Any request within reason was accommodated. I didn't have to go to the front desk for everything thanks to a robot friend they have and i loved the room. Spacious, cleaning staff does an excellent job! Very pleased by my stay.

They say the breakfast is complimentary, but they wanted to add 23.50 each to our bill for scrambled eggs and waffles breakfast was not included. The bar area didn't open until 5pm on a Sunday when most guest are there for the football game at Levi Stadium and there was no where to watch games during the day no food to order or drinks very sub par and staff was no help no one could even suggest a place to watch games or a close place for food and drinks. Then when we got back to the hotel after the game about 9 930 there was one bartender and he could not keep up with all the people returning from the game wanting food and drinks. Plus he was getting confused and messing up most of the orders that came out delaying everyones orders even longer and with no one to cover the bar while he was dealing with incorrect food orders it made waiting long and tedious, very poor management and scheduling of staff. Would not stay here again.

Very friendly staff. They must have gone through a massive change becuase last time we were here it was going downhill. We found rotten cheese inside the fridge in our hotel room. I took a picture but I am unable to upload it. The pool is also very small and we paid $26 per person for breakfast.

The stay was great the staff at the front desk was amazing. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only issues were in the restaurant the menu is extremely hard to read due to poor don't and color choice. Additionally the service wasn't that great.

Sports mom, we stayed for the complex right across the street. So convenient, clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff always! Only wish is that they had a free breakfast. Great place to stay if visiting the Bay Area! A little street noise from the highway, but otherwise really clean, nice and excellent staff service!

The hotel was nice. Very comfortable. Very clean. Unfortunately the only downside was that the air conditioning was so loud and it was dripping water in to the shower from a hole in the ceiling all night.

Only thing good is that it is close to Levi stadium Checkin was supposed to be at 3pm. We showed up a little after 4pm and were told house cleaning is behind, they asked for our phone number to call us when a room would be available. This took almost an hour. We were there to enjoy a concert at Levi stadium and couldn't even get settled before having to head to the concert. They did give us a free drink, however, the bartender had no idea what he was doing. Kept leaving the bar to go to the kitchen or to try to figure out who ordered food. It was a hot mess. I will not be staying here again.

Elevator not working . I was there for a big popular concert - shuttle bus pick up location was hard to find - they need to provide a pick up map.They stopped picking up at 12 am and the concert ended at 11:15 or so. Serbia not satisfactory

Staff was incredible - they went above and beyond in making sure that we had a great time. Room was very spacious and updated. Very pleased.

Went to concert. Shuttle dropped off at a certain spot and was told the shuttle would pick us up at same spot. Shuttle never came and had to walk back to hotel at 1 in the morning. Call the front asking where the shuttle was and he laughed and said it was at another location. Will not be back.

When arriving to the property my room was not available. Housekeeping didn’t have the room ready. This was after 4:00pm. Check in was at 3:00pm. The elevator closest to me room was not working. I had to use the stairs or the elevator on the opposite side of the property. I was on the 4th floor

The facility itself was nice and it was great that they offered a free shuttle to Levi stadium. They didn’t have a room ready at the time of check in, which was 3pm. I understand it was a busy weekend (the Morgan Wallen concert) but it was expect to be able to get into our room at 3pm and there’s really no reason they shouldn’t have been prepared for something like this. It was unacceptable that there was a list going of people waiting for their rooms and there were like having to get ready in the lobby.

The staff were very friendly The rooms were not ready when we got there. The check in time was 3 we got there at 4 and wasn’t jot assigned a room we were asked to wait and call us when the room was ready.

So at this point I was waiting over and hour for a shuttle and called one last time. The guy at the front desk told us we were at the wrong location. Finally make our way to the “actual location” they said mention on the phone. Another hour goes by so I called again no answer. I got frustrated and ordered a Uber. Got to the hotel and the guy at the front desk said it was a mess of a night and offered a free water for our inconvenience. Will never use this hotel again

Clean, quiet, comfortable. I liked the gym. I liked the fact the floor was not carpet it felt clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the bar restaurant was nice

One downside is that this area has zero sidewalks. I understand Americans are against walking but you guys built a road for access to the hotel the size of a 4 lane highway and out in ZERO sidewalks. The only reason we didn’t have to walk on the road with traffic was because there are endless parking lots and they allowed us to access the fields without issue.

We were attending a concert at Levi Stadium which is why we booked this hotel. The location was close to stadium. Room was a very good size with a comfy bed. Had a safe, fridge and microwave. A nice surprise - the hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the stadium! (Drop off and pick up was at one of the train stations however was only a 10-15 mins walk to and from stadium! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not the best for the price point. The a/c would randomly kick on even when set to the off position. The $18 breakfast buffet was lackluster besides for the fruit. Watery eggs, burnt bacon, flavorless sausage, and muffins that were cold like they had been in the fridge. The room was clean. Almost no phone signal in the area, so you'll be using the wi-fi. Overall, not bad, just a little under my expectations for the price

Over all good. But keep that in mind when your visitor show up they are tired and wore out. They are not going to have patient as much as they used to. So please feel them that’s all. Especially like my self they used to live Bay Area for years but we have leave home town for work and life ,, we still have family out here in Bay Area so we do visit time to time. Any how over all satisfy

Told that free breakfast was in the morning. Went to get breakfast and worker said i needed a ticket. I was not given one when i checked in and front drsk clerk did not help and could not explain why ywhen checking in mentioned breakfast. Very disappointing and was at the hotel for a day long conference. Recommend the staff explain the breakfast policy at check in. Will not return to this hotel due to this policy.

The property was clean, new, and space. The location was quiet and private. However the front desk was not really welcome. Overall my experience was ok.

Nice sized rooms, good extras like coffee, waters and a mini fridge to keep groceries in. I enjoyed my stay, the only negative thing was that the housekeeping wasn’t very thorough, some of my trash was still on the floor after the bins had been emptied and the things like the shower cap were not replenished in my room after I used the only one. Otherwise I was very happy with my stay here and would return.

Very clean and free parking. Rooms are spacious no carpet which I love. Lots of towels loved the warm pool and great gym. Their is a bar on site. They offer breakfast don’t buy it. Not worth it. We purchased one didn’t use it and u will not get a refund. If you don’t use it u loose it. This was not disclosed.

Where itis located

Nice size room, clean, friendly staff, convenient restaurant, decent buffet. Laundry room & heated pool were used. Zero issues with free parking. Really close to Twin Creeks Complex & kid friendly. Ventilation in the bathroom & better controls for consistent room temperature would have made it perfect.

My wife had to go to the hotel on her own with our newborn because she needed to be fed and changed but we forgot the keys to the room. Front desk lady refused to let her in regardless of the stressful situation she was in with our baby in such evident distress (crying desperately) because my wife was not registered as a guest but only me. We all checked in and She had paid the incidentals with her CC and ID but they wouldn’t take that as evidence. A while later, someone who had helped us earlier that day recognized her and gave her another key. If it wasn’t for that they would’ve let her out with our newborn because of “policy”. This is ridiculous and beyond inconsiderate. I will never recommend this place or visit it again.

Friendly front desk staff with Ana. We were greeted with a smile by everyone from housekeeping and maintenance. Ledesma at the breakfast service was always pleasant and served us with the biggest smile. The entire staff was just so nice!!! Made our business trip and overall stay so much more pleasant after a long day of meetings. Conveniently located with a lot of choices to eat, and shop.

Great time, would definitely stay again

Didnt like the stay. Our room was right next to the elevator and the elevator is so loud. The building is old and low ceiling and everything seems so thin. The AC was so loud in the room it keeps waking me up with the sound when turned on.

Very beautiful place to get away

The property was nice & quiet but the beds & pillows were not very comfortable.

Easy access from the freeway in a business park, which was quiet pretty quiet without much foot traffic. Park with sports fields and lots of trails nearby along the bayshore. Spacious lounge area off the lobby / restaurant and a nice inner courtyard.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful.
