This is a new hotel. The man that checked us in was not welcoming at all, not even a “hello” He told us nothing at all about amenities, he asked for ID and credit card and that was the welcome. The room was nice but the toilet did not work! We asked to move and then the second room had a TV that didn’t work. Parking is $20 per night. Breakfast options were good and pricey but staff there were great in that area.

We are diabetics and glad they had suger free ice tea. loved about the complimentary waters :) it was awesome because I didn't have time to buy at the store. The persons at the front desk was amazing!!! lady with the curly hair was so friendly! the free tooth brushes and toothpaste was a nice gift to give us also. rooms were nicely made and very clean and slept like a baby prices of the snacks were a little too high and the body wash in the bathroom, we couldn't open it and wasn't able to use it, asked someone to help us open it and they never came.

Convenience to airport Walking to our room we saw a razor blade lying on the hallway carpet. Then, entering the room the couch was disassembled and we realized it, along with the carpet, was damp. Upon going to the registration counter to request a new room, I saw an information sheet explaining about the cleaning of rooms. Mentioning it to the Employee working the desk, she appeared to have no idea that was going on After being given a new room, the couch and chair were quite dirty, with bodily oil stains. The television kept turning itself on and off. For breakfast, one had to order at the coffee counter, then full breakfast was delivered on a paper plate with small plastic utensils for a Courtyard by Marriott I simply assumed and expected better. Paying an additional $20 per night for parking was just an added annoyance.

It's a standard marriott experience. Clean mostly. Quiet. All the facilities you expect. Make sure you ask for your bill before you leave. I had an extra $3 added to mine for a drink I never bought.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I had called in advance for a crib for my baby and there was no crib for him for the first night. Then the front desk called us and told us they had someone coming in at 11pm so they would bring us one. We stayed up until 1am, no show. The next morning we called the front desk again and they said oh no one came, we said no we waited till 1am no one showed. So they had sent someone up with a crib and a blanket and the crib they gave us had a crack in it too. So I made sure my baby didn’t put their finger or anything nearby, very dangerous for a baby. The mattress for us was very uncomfortable didn’t get any sleep. Also had problems with the toilet.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. My room never received room service, despite my stay lasting long enough that this should have been standard. When I needed fresh towels, none were provided, which was extremely inconvenient and unhygienic. To make matters worse, there were ants in the shower, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, this was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The room was disgusting. There were ants everywhere on the floor, near the bed, even on the walls. On top of that, when I walked into the entrance, there was literal dog poop just sitting there. Completely unacceptable. I didn’t even stay because the conditions were that bad. And when I tried to get a refund, the process was made way more difficult than it needed to be. Definitely would not recommend this property to anyone.

They only had a Starbuck that also managed their breakfast. They offered breakfast with a booking but the selection was poor. They basically toasted burritos. Not sure if the burritos were frozen.

I asked him what the point of booking was, and if I hadn’t shown up, would they have still charged me. He admitted they would have. So I told him they shouldn’t have given my room away in the first place. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff member got defensive and argumentative. He was a bald man, possibly Persian or Latino, and claimed his name was “Mark,” though I seriously doubt that was his real name. He promised me that the next day I’d be moved to a regular King room. The next day came, and again he gave the same excuse: “We’re sold out.” When I spoke with a different front desk staff member, he bluntly said: “You got played.” I would suggest stay somewhere else. Or check in early. Also, the bathrooms have a sliding door with no locks.

The employees were happy and helpful at all times. The only thing that I am waiting on is a credit to a 60.00 charge that is not explained. The overall experience was super. We were here for my son's Stanford Graduation, so it was great all around.

This property will nickel and dime you — they charge an unlisted $20 parking fee to stay in their uncovered lot. We also ordered breakfast on Expedia for our room of 3 adults for an extra charge, but they only offered two meal vouchers.

From customer service and comfortable stayed satisfactory nevertheless they gave us a room from second floor and my husband and I walked all the way at the end of the hallway. You see my husband is handicap. He’s having difficulty walking long distance. I requested near by the handicap parking space and near exit. Maybe that’s the only available spot. This hotel is beautiful! Super clean! Unfortunately Hotels.com has it listed that a king room with pullout couch will sleep 4 people. It does not. It is only a twin size pullout. I took that concern to the front desk and they put me in a 2 bed room at no extra charge. So I would say the service here is top notch. Just be aware when you book, that the king bed room does not in fact sleep 4 people. Hopefully Hotels.com will fix this asap!

When we got to our room there was a man in the room that worked for the hotel. He was a facilities type person. He just excused himself and left. This kind of freaked out my wife and she wasn’t sure she felt comfortable there. We tried to watch tv but it didn’t work. I looked around and found the cable completely unplugged for the cable. I fixed it. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush. The valve float kept sticking and so we had to keep pushing it down so it would fill the tank. Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Staff was rude but wasn’t friendly either.

No remote for TV. Front desk said a maintenance person would be up to my room. No one came after 1 1/2 hours. I finally asked to be moved to a new room with a working TV. New room was freezing and the window was open when we arrived. The heater would not go on. After messing with the wall thermostat, I finally figured out that the heater was unplugged. There was a remote for the TV this time, but when I turned on the TV, it said "No Signal", so we still were unable to watch TV.

Horrible. The Marriott had pre-arranged to have ALL the water turned off during Christmas and didn’t notify the guests until check in. They had flyers printed at the front desk informing their customers that the night of Dec. 23rd will have NO WATER from 9pm-6am . They should’ve told us. But wait, there’s more. They also had a flyer saying that there was no food service, no bar service, no cafe service for the entire Christmas holiday. We were told to hurry up & use the bathroom because we only had flush. The next morning, surprise!! No water. We checked out & spent the next 2 hours trying to find another hotel & ended up having a wonderful stay at The Hilton. This is our 2nd or 3rd bad Marriott experience. Never again

Everything was clean and quiet. My only issue was at the time of our stay. The hot water wasn't working. You had to run the water for awhile for it to even get warm. I overheard the maintenance guy say it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. We checked in Thursday night. Aside from that it was a nice stay.

Not good at al. The one time we wanted to enjoy our hotel we could not enjoy any of the amenities they had. Seems like they were short staffed or most staff didnt know their job duties. The pool and jacuzzi was taken over by tons of kids and there were no rules enforced. When asked for the fire pit to be turned on the employee stated "they never showed me how to work it" and then left it at that. The wifi in the room did not work and we couldnt watch anything online. Also when asking for room service one employee stated i had to go down myself to get what i needed because their staff was too busy and the kitchen stated the same when we wanted to order food

We were there for 2 nights. We went out all day and when we came back the rooms had not been cleaned and no more towels or water glasses were replenished. I called the front desk and she tells me because we only spent 2 nights you have to ask for room service. There is no sign nor anyone told us this. For almost $200 a night I want my bed made. In need up going to get more towels and making the bed myself. Sorry Marriott you lost a customer. If I wanted to make my own bed I would of stayed home.

We checked in after a 4 hour drive from Lake Tahoe and went straight to bed to be awaken by an extremely loud false alarm siren in which took 20 minutes to turn off!! Couldn’t go back to sleep and had a rough night. No apologies from the front desk! Terrible !!
