Super clean and friendly staff.

The rooms are of decent size and clean. You get suites starting with a studio suite. The room includes a Kitchenette with a hob, microwave and all required cookware in the room itself. There is a Safeway next door for you to get the essential groceries, fruits / vegetables. They do have a breakfast which is more of grab and go with bagels, oatmeal packs, yogurt, juice etc. You have coffee and tea at the lobby which can be picked anytime in the day. Rooms are spacious, comes with a sofa as well. They have a laundry facility in the hotel where you can wash / dry your clothes. They have a gym and a pool in the facility as well. There are quite a few restaurants closely so you can reach them easily. You have parking facility in the property as well.

The staff wasn't so friendly this time around. They were in a group gossiping and laughing. And the person helping me was a bit dismissive as trying to get back to the conversation. I inquired/requested my favorite room or section and she just said it wasn't available while continuously speaking to the ladies. The service wasn't bad, just not as friendly and attentive as prior times.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. I ran into an issue that led me to this property. The room was cozy and the staff always checked in with me to see if I needed anything. There was always fresh coffee and hot water for tea. I know some have complained about the change in breakfast since Covid, but the options were just fine. It was also nice to know I could’ve had my suits dry cleaned easily. I would definitely stay again on my next Sunnyvale trip.

The rooms were clean and seemingly recently modernized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as advertised. Grab and go, but definitely adequate to start the day. It was a little tricky to drive into the property. I feel it is a very good value for the area.

Facility doesn't look like a photos even though this is very common in San Jose area. I would not stay this facility in the future.

I was there for a week and was given a choice of when I wanted housekeeping to tidy up the room. The staff was very helpful. The one disappointment was the swimming pool. It was not in operating condition and it didn’t look like it would be working soon.

Pool was closed & under construction. Breakfast was very disappointing. Could have gotten better at 7-11. But am grateful there was coffee.

We specifically booked this hotel because it was good value for a hotel with a pool We were extremely disappointed to arrive and see the pool was under construction - no progress was made on it the entire duration of our stay. Whilst their website seemed to have been recently updated to give dates for the construction, this was not advised when we first booked, nor did we receive any communication after booking about the possibility of this. If we had known the pool was not functional we would not have booked this hotel - our kids were deeply disappointed, especially over a hot weekend. The room itself was fine, but the sofa bed was worn and very uncomfortable (you could feel every mattress spring). Also we only had one folding chair for the balcony. As stated, we only booked this hotel because it promised a pool at the time of booking.

Quiet rooms, didn't realize they had a kitchen area in the room, perfect size and clean. Bed was comfortable for me. Definitely will stay again.

Has a kitchenette, which was nice since there's a Safeway across the street. The wifi does not work. Sadly for the most important thing, the bed I got was sunken in and not good.

They charged $10/day for the self parking. Not enough lights at the parking garage

The arrival was fine until I entered the room where it smelled of pets so I had to go and buy deodorizer. Then was told that I did not qualify for housekeeping when it’s clearly listed that it’s daily. After checking out I found a charge for the deposit and smoking free when I don’t even smoke I’m a traveling nurse this was probably the worse stay ever. Then they are refusing to give my money back so I’m sure I’ll be taking this further.

Heat in room 314 was not working. I checked in, turned on the heat, and passed out. Woke up at around 2 AM in a freezing room. Got a space heater from the front desk, and changed rooms the next day. No acknowledgement of the issue by the managerial staff. I've stayed here a lot of times, but this might be it for me.

Loved the space, services and breakfast. Clean facilities from gym, pool, elevators and stairwells. Great location and easy to navigate the south bay. Plus next ti a shopping center.

Worst place I stayed for a while

The room was average but the heater/thermostat didn’t work so the temperature was a cold 60 degrees. The bed didn’t have a comforter. And the closet didn’t have a blanket. We asked the front desk receptionist for a blanket and reported the issue. She noted that the heater is weak. We also didn’t get a WiFi password. It wasn’t printed on the keycard envelope. Lastly the hot tub wasn’t working. Won’t be going back there.

check in: system down, receptionist could not process safety deposit. Would not give me a room unless I agree to come to front desk one hour later (after 10 pm). First room key provided was wrong since the room was occupied. Second room provided to me and while I was half way into unpacking, she asked me to change room. The last and final 3rd room has a bath room with shower head not working. Overall experience of the stay is very poor.

Our room 119 had bed bugs. In the rush of moving to another room, some of our items were left in the previous room and when we asked for them in the morning, they were no longer in that room and no one knew where they were. Also wasn’t able to credit us anything to our card because they said we’d have to wait till a weekday and contact a manger then.

customer service was not great, i personally would not have those lady's receiving my clients. also lack of communication when i had called ahead for crib, arrived no one had any idea. fortunately i only stayed for the night. breakfast is basically just fridge food you microwave and a few cheap basic pastry's in the reception.

Room condition was a little rough (#306): 1. no light bulb next to the bed (missing) 2. power or blowdryer has some issues..I plugged it in and it would be on intermittently. If I bumped it would go on and off. 3. bathtub has definitely seen better days...a few chips that have been "filled" in. 4. TV has no menu (every time we hit info...nothing is shown--basically we had no idea what we were watching unless we caught the beginning of the show) 5. overflow in the sink doesn't work...so you will flood the bathroom (we left it on by accident). Kitchen area fine. Nice to have a "dining" area for our take out and a desk to work at and the sofa and chair to sit on. Bed is too soft for us.

Excellent stay at Corporate Inn Sunnyvale. Front desk staff was very welcoming and informative (big shout out to Meilani), the room was more than adequate and larger in size than the usual single king rooms at nearby hotels. The entire room was spotlessly clean with a good layout. The bed was very comfortable, but could be a tad firmer for my preference. I'm familiar with the location since I work nearby and being right off of El Camino Real, you'll find numerous restaurants. Parking was good too with a covered garage and small open parking lot, however, be cautious on entry and exit as the driveway is near the corner and oncoming traffic can get quite busy. Would definitely stay here again.

The room looked clean but didn't smell clean, I don't know why. Another thing is that free self-parking is advertised, and they charge $10.

The Corporate Inn is a great spot for 1-2 people. Full kitchen and the layout is very “homey”. Pillows need an upgrade and if kids are running around outside that can be heard from inside the room. Other than that it’s very quiet. Breakfast could be 6-10 am instead of 6-9 am and the photos are inaccurate on the Expedia and Corporate Inn website. The “breakfast” is more of a grab and go. Overall I’d give it 4.5 Stars based on the tier. This is not the Ritz Carlton remember.

Really good place

While this hotel was very convenient for my business trip, I was less than wowed by its condition. When I checked in, the HVAC was turned off and it was 78 degrees in my room. It took almost all night to cool down. The breakfast was mostly processed food and the TV didn’t work, though they did fix that the next day. Overall, underwhelmed and will book next stay in one of the better known chains.

The rooms are out dated and smell of really bad body odor. We had two rooms and both smelled this way. Especially the bathrooms.

The cons: very dated. The entire property could use a pressure wash. Lots of dirty walls and floors. Garage had plenty of parking, but needing the same pressure wash. Room was spacious, but dated. Would have said we would return as it is the more affordable option for a long stay, but the bath tub clogged 4 different times. It was repaired 3 times, worked ok for 1 shower, then clogged up again during the next shower. The last time was the worst, 2 days before checking out. It was Appx 7 inches of water that was not draining. The front desk said they don’t have maintenance on the weekend and could not get it resolved. Stated he would add that to the morning mgr’s notes. Checking out the next morning, heard nothing from this “mgr”. Had the attitude as if we were troubling him. Could have asked how it went, and probably ignored the notes. With that careless attitude, I didn’t want to ruin my morning and just checked out. We knew to never return and just share our experience.

No house keeping every day

The staff was very nice. The pool was perfect temperature. Room was clean But the property itself needs an upgrade. When i first walked up the stairs i was questioning my decision to stay therr.

I would stay here again for work. It’s a basic but clean and comfortable place to stay and reasonably priced during mega conferences in the Valley. Easy to get to. Good sushi around the corner, convenient Safeway to fill your fridge with other necessities. Staff were pleasant and acted promptly when there was a glitch with the shower.

Breakfast is a bit of a joke. Prewrapped egg and patty in a muffin, and a microwave in reception. $10 per night for parking is also unwelcome.

It was wasy to stay in or option's to go out. Things around to do with the kids. And overall got some peaceful time

The night before our arrival I called the hotel to let them know I had done this. Asked to stay in the same room for four nights instead of three. No problem, said the night manager. He told me to come in after our first night and get our key cards refreshed. We did that. No problem, I thought. Shortly after noon, while I was in a meeting, I received a voicemail from the hotel’s front desk telling me it was past checkout time, and unless I was out of the room soon, I would be charged hundreds of additional dollars. At the hotel, the woman at the front desk said the night manager did NOT combine reservations and I should have checked out that morning from the additional reservation. I asked how I should have known this. She had no answer for that. She never apologized. The internet service at this place was very spotty. When I went to the front desk the next day, the same clerk told me to try a different hotel network. It had nothing. She never offered to check the system. Fortunately there are lots of other options in Sunnyvale.

Located On EL Camino which has a lot of dining options across different cuisine. There is a kitchenette with every room and you have a Safeway closeby as well. The breakfast is alright. Rooms are convinient. The wifi works fine as well.

Not a bad room but seemed to be a party-bro vibe in more than one room. I was kept up by super noises neighbors until early morning hours and another room had a ton of alcohol bottles sitting outside. Breakfast is a boring continental. The person who checked me in was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Place was okay. I would stay there again. Needed to extend stay and staff found a way to reduce cost for additional days. Also helped find the best room for me (needed grab bars). I would recommend if you needed accommodation in the area just to sleep.

Everything was bed was comfortable only problem they had a mini refrigerator couldn't really hold anything stove only two burners no oven I asked for some courtesy time check out the only gave me 15 minutes if I took any longer they would have charged me $75 you couldn't give me at least 30 minutes I was there for almost 2 weeks but other than that today was great that you found a the dollar a day parking though that's only a books with a third party.

clean room, big room, utensils, cooktop in room, you can stay and heat/cook in the room. There is a balcony attached to the room. I stayed here few years ago, they used to have a grand breakfast buffet, they still give free breakfast everyday. It is value for money. Parking is paid.

The hotel and room are pretty well kept up considering the age of the property. My room was pretty quiet, which is of great importance to me. Everything at the hotel was fine, if I had any suggestions, I would say to add more cookware and utensils in the rooms, ask guests if they want daily housekeeping, instead of telling them they aren’t going to get it, and fix the hot tub, it was broken during my stay.

Pros: has real kitchen where you can actually cook, this is hard to find; quite new, clean overall; mostly friendly staff; good price on some of the days; convenient location with walking-distance supermarkets and restaurants. Cons: relatively weak WiFi and 5G coverage; simple breakfast; only cleans twice per week if you stay for a whole week.

We had 3 people and the sofa bed mattress was so thin you could feel the springs - couldn't sleep on it. The bathroom had dark hair strands on floor, the bathroom faucet was hard to move and made a loud noise & squeaked when trying to turn off and on. Bathroom shower tiles had mold. King bed was comfortable.

The room was more spacious than a hotel room and the fridge was a convenient feature. They had toiletries attached to the shower wall but the bottles were old and dirty looking. Towels were sparce and not replenished. We didn’t get maid service and we were there for five days. They had “breakfast” but it was packaged vending machine quality items. Overall ok, but not great.

Very basic accommodation. Good size rooms and decent gym. Asked them to move me from my first room that faced the side street and felt unsafe. After that, I was I was moved into a better location. Breakfast is not a real breakfast. Very basic.

Lots of Indian restaurants and Korean. In n Out a half mile away. Dunkin across the street. Staff friendly and helpful. We always stay here when visiting family nearby.
