This hotel was nice. It was a bit small but it’s OK for a short stay wasn’t noisy. It comes with earplugs in the room. I enjoy that part however I probably won’t stay here again because it’s a little too far from my job but other than that is great all the way around.

Staff were so nice as well. They saw me coming in with a lot of bags and offered to help me unload the car. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Comfortable beds and pillows.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Overall the room was ok. The shower was great. Jannie helped with checking out and was professional while handling a check out rush. I would stay again at this hotel.

For a Marriott property, this was highly disappointing. When I complained at check-out, I was told that I needed to turn on the shower a certain way next time. Instead of making a guest deal with that, why not provide a room with a properly functioning shower in the first place? I later requested a refund, but the property denied it because I had already used the room for a short stay. That completely misses the point of my complaint. I live only 30 minutes away and booked the room purely for convenience before a red-eye flight for my girlfriend’s birthday. Because of the condition of the shower, I ended up driving 30 minutes back home so she could shower comfortably, then drove back again afterward. At that point, I would have been better off staying home instead of paying for a downgraded room with a half-functioning shower. Overall, it felt like a waste of money, especially for a Marriott property.

Limited parking lot

Staff were professional, went above and beyond in every way, and always had a smile and sense of humor. The room was clean but some things were dusty/dirty , AC didn’t work properly (but was fixed right away), but in general comfortable. Fridge didn’t cool down until our last day. Great location with walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast was simple but excellent. All in all I loved the experience and would stay at this location again.

Parking dangerous, The view faced the parking lot—basically no view at all—and it was absolutely awful all night long due to the restaurant located downstairs (which, by the way, is a two-star establishment); it was noisy, and unsafe for the car.

Receptionist was the best he made sure I needed everything to have a wonderful stay I even got a upgrade for free loved this place

The room was dirty and took a picture there was like stuff on the floor, and the noise level was really loud, just overall terrible Moutain view aloft is way better and the shower would leak all over.

Cleanliness. Hallways were dirty. Most of desk and nightstand the surfaces in my room were sticky from juice or other unknown substances. The bathroom had grime in some corners. Never brought coffee packs when requested.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent front desk, bar, gym, and telephone service. Multiple close restaurants in walking distance; some open late. Close to metro train station; 5 minute walk. I had one issue. I wanted more tea. The housekeeping did not read, understand, nor speak English. She was unable to understand a simple request for tea or anything else. She was throwing away items I had said not to touch. She came in the room after being requested, no Service. This was disappointing. I later found out they had variety of teas after I went out searching and purchased tea.

AC is not comfortable

Bed and pillows were awful. Shower pressure was terrible. Room was clean and staff were very nice.

Wish they have hot coffee in common area. Model hotel and Expensive rate but very tight/tiny. Big lobby but that tiny room. The deposit is $150 and reservation of mine is non refundable even the National Weather high wind alert. In addition, I cannot close the shower glass sliding door without removing everything from the wall. Design is stupid. Also another glass sliding door outside restroom. The AC unit is on the ceiling. No room for dinner as the table is so tiny. Very inconvenient. A little more greetings is better as we come for holiday. Overall with the price I paid, there are better other choices.

The stuff was great they made and my family feel welcomed the only issue we have was the bed was dirty found two bugs and a lot of hair between the sheets if the bed wasn’t like that it would be a 5 star review

When I checked out, I accidentally left a shopping bag from Apple Park behind — including a new Apple Watch. I rushed back from the train station and was relieved to find it had been safely set aside. Eli at the reception desk returned it to me with a smile. I’ll absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in town!

Clean hotel but noisy

All staff that I came across were great! Very welcoming and knowledgeable and happy to help. Room was very clean and spacious. Parking could be tricky on weekends but there is availability around. Will definitely stay here again.

Physical space great (Clean room and efficient). Great staff, quaint Main Street in Sunnyvale nearby. Walls are a little too thin between rooms but they do give you ear plugs. Had a very loud late night neighbor that talked on phone from 12-2am next to me which was very hard.

The hotel is just the right size, offering an ideal balance of service and amenities that creates a more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere compared to larger hotels. The front desk staff are welcoming, helpful, and always ready to make guests feel at home.

The shower didn’t work properly and the non English speaking engineer reportedly checked and told me it was fine - it wasn’t!

the place is awesome the house music playing at the bar next door was not. Felt like I was at Burning Man. Playa dust not included.

Small rooms, but very well kept

The room itself was clean and the bathroom was nice, but the AC did not work at all. It stayed at 80 degrees the entire time, and I kept thinking it would cool down but it never did. I woke up sweating and made the mistake of showering, only to step out into the same hot, uncomfortable air. It was so unbearable that I had to leave immediately after. Very disappointing experience given the otherwise decent room.

My room was warm and the guy said he was coming back to fix it and never did… I asked for another room and they said they were going to fix it and never did… Had to sleep all night in a hot room… I wouldn’t recommend this hotel….

The aesthetic from outside looks fancy. I would rate my overall stay as 4/5. This is because every day, I get a knock on the door for "house keeping" which I did not request. It somehow disturb my sleep in the morning. The gesture and the service being offered is good, but I would appreciate it if they do such only if the guest requested it. Also, the elevator smells so bad (weed). For a person who is allergic to smell, that was not a good experience.

Great customer service

On weekends and sometimes during holidays the price is lower than most of the roach motels. It’s super clean and high end. They also have an amazing service and the deposit credit is extremely fast. I got my deposit back within 24 hours.

Probably one of our top places to stay. We needed a last minute cheap room and this place never disappoints. We got the queen room this time and although it’s tiny it’s super nice and clean. The beds are super comfy.

Loved being right next to Sunnyvale downtown and restaurants etc. But that also means some noise at night. If you are ok with that then the liveliness of the downtown is great

The parking is free - but NO where to park! They literally have 2 clubs around the hotel,(which by the way)

The only reason I did 4/5 was because parking was always a bit difficult when coming back as it wasn’t just hotel parking so others parked and took up spots for the places nearby. Otherwise the staff was very kind, room was clean, and it was a perfect spot for my weekend trip.

I love this hotel! It’s conveniently located right next to Murphy Street, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the movie theater. The staff is fantastic—Michelle was especially great! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Value for money, room is smaller

It's very inconvenience for staff workers who work the late or midnight shift. Since check in is 3:00pm and most late shifts starts at 5:30pm to 6:00am, you really do not have any time to enjoy your room to take a shower and relax before and after work. Other competitors will accommodate the client for an earlier check in, but do NOT charge $40 extra dollars. I find this ridiculous and this has caused me and my TEAM members for TESLA to book at the residence Inn, which is more accommodating and serve FREE breakfast and early check in for NO EXTRA CHARGE.

A tad bit noisy as rooms are not sound proof… could hear street noise too as my room was facing main entrance but didnt bother me until laste night around 2 am … but out of control for the hotel management…

We stayed over the weekend and checked in Friday and we were given a very small room and queen bed. The room is so small that we could hardly put our 2 small luggage and we’re having a hard time maneuvering inside a very small room. The queen bed looks a full bed and we both couldn’t fit comfortably on the bed. I ended up booking another room in the same hotel which cost us more to stay there comfortably. We have stayed at Aloft in Cupertino, San Jose and Chicago .. this is by far the worst place. Will never stay again .

I work for emergency communications and arrived after work at 120am. The front door wad locked and there was no staff around. I stood outside for about about 15 mins, before someone showed up. The rooms are very clean, but they are ultra tiny. If you don't mind sleeping in a box, then this will be ok. As a Bonboy Member, I was granted late check out, however, at 1030am or so, someone banged on my door, wanting to check the fire sprinklers. At no time, did they alrert me of anything else. At 12pm or so, the alarm foe the fire system went off, it went on for about 30 mins. I ended up geting up and leaving early. It was so upsetting, given i had another long night shift at 911. Also, the snacks are priced so high, $7 for a bag of chips, $5 for an apple. And unlike, other Marriott hotels, theres no streaming, wifi is slow, and the security deposit is $150 per night! Not worth it!

The stay for new years eve was ok, nothing special to write home about. the room wasn't initially ready when I got there, internet never connected to my video game console, shower arm was chipped or broken so was unable to adjust the water pressure(I wanted a walk-in shower but got a tub combination instead which i told the front desk several times that is what i wanted), holding charge of $150 felt really steep especially for one day (takes upto 7 business days to get back (which is still annoying), bar wasn't open due to main person not showing up. Overall, the stay for one day wasn't memorable and will be my last time staying there. They're are better hotels within the area that you will enjoy.

The location is great and in walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The room was nice and clean, the only downside to it I’d say is that the room is small.

I’ve stayed at this location plenty of times over the past year and a half. Tracy at the front desk is always so helpful and kind. Some of the new younger hires can be a bit rude and unhelpful, hopefully they turn it around. Overall I’m a big fan of this place. Great shopping area and food within walking distance. Gym is solid for a hotel.

Its a great hotel, in a great location but the hotels parking lot is closed off by the city. I assume it will be for a limited time, but the area is busy so finding parking is difficult.

You can always count on a Marriot hotel. I needed a place to sleep while cleaning out a family members house and this was perfect. It was clean, quiet and near food.

Overall a good experience!

Was under construction/painting. Room small felt like prison cell, only window was facing public central walkway to lobby so no privacy if shade opened. Staff apparently not happy and it showed. Plus side located near Murphy Street restaurants and walking distance to park and movie theater. Limited parking due to lot is shared with local businesses, one of which is a popular bar. Need to find a parking spot early, before happy hour.

Stay here a lot , lots of food choices and entertainment only minutes away walking.

We were given the first room right from the front desk where all the traffic passes by , there was so much noise, we asked if we could get another room and the gentleman straight just said “NO we’re sold out” which was really disappointing because they didn’t seem like they wanted to do anything about it.
