About the only thing I liked was the location to stores and restaurants The mattress was old and I could feels the springs. The pillows were hard as a rock. There were zero places to hang clothes. There no hooks anywhere, especially in the bathroom to hang a towel. The dog next door was barking most of the night.

Very very nice staff. People, extremely helpful. The location was amazing. The rooms were extremely old and dated, very shabby furniture with a metal bed, there were dead ants in the bathroom, stains on the bedspread. Very dark, low lighting. Just a very depressing place.

From the day we arrived to the day we departed everyone was nice and courteous with us. The rooms are clean and well set up. Parking is easy to get into and out.

Parking area was safe. Room was clean. Staff were nice
- 4/5
The parking area is well lit at night and felt our vehicle was safe. They have a large area for dogs, although they could use a dog station with poop bags. Fortunately we had our own. Also there is a lot of thistle in the grass and the dogs were hopping around when they stepped on them. Wouldn’t want small children running around barefoot!😊
- 5/5
Everything was well and it was exactly what we needed.
- 3/5
It was ok for a business trip stay. Sketchy area. Police were there both days for disturbances. I wouldn’t recommend for families. I recommend El Charro Mexican restaurant just outside the parking area.
- 5/5
Quick overnight trip. This place is easily accessible and has everything you need — clean, quiet, and attentive staff. I would come here again.
- 4/5
Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Could not find any restaurant nearby for breakfast.

Having problem with Expedia virtual credit card confirmation.

Way overpriced for the room
- 4/5
Property and room was clean, staff was very friendly and polite.
- 4/5
Very clean and quiet, reasonably priced
- 3/5
The lady that ran it was real nice. But it was not 5.7 mi from WhiteWater Amphitheater like it said. It was like 25 or 30 lbs away which made a long drive after the concert.
- 5/5
Amazing staff . Christy is very nice as well as the rest of the staff ( I’m sorry I don’t remember anyone’s name ), the owner makes sure everything is in order , the area is great !
- 3/5
Area was peaceful. Staff very quick to bring us more towels.
- 5/5
Very Clean very quiet great stuff very much highly recommended to all looking for a great priced place to stay.
- 4/5
I chose this bc they offered 3 queen size beds. The room was a good size. Beds not very comfortable. Lobby was locked when I arrived at 5pm and had to wait for someone to come but then check in was efficient. It seems like people live in the motel rooms. Quick trip to airport
- 2/5
Checkin was a hassle . Front-desk 'close' 1am ,which was not mentioned . We got in at 12:34 am . Asking for an extra towel was like pulling your own teeth . Room has TONS of damage : Bathtub , broken vent , damaged door , broken doorlock . I am hoping that I can upload photos later . The value of the hotel felts like one of thoses $59/night places .Would not stay here again .
- 4/5
The rooms were clean but needed a serious refresh on equipment. Water pressure was not that great, but looking at the age of the property, wasn't really a surprise. Stayed on the bottom floor of a two-level and could hear the upstairs occupants stomping around. No real amenities aside from a mini fridge and microwave. One thing that disappointed me was my room did NOT have anywhere to hang my clothes. Customer service was excellent.
- 5/5
Staff is amazing , great location , old motel that has been maintained very well . Rooms were very clean, property is kept clean of debris exterior also . The Mexican restaurant next door , not so good , take the time and go down a block or two( same side of the road ) to the Mexican store / restaurant.

Clean and convenient

The room was clean and basic. There were some signs of wear, but it had also been updated recently and with some care. It is a motel with two stories. Our second level room opened onto the upper walkway and overlooked the ample parking lot. This made my teenage daughter nervous, but I felt adequately safe on the second floor with a deadbolt. YMMV. We got in at about 9:30 p.m. and left by 7:00 a.m. During that time there was no unusual noise from the other guests or in the parking lot. Our check-in and check-out were handled cheerfully and smoothly by the staff in the office. There is complimentary coffee available and a selection of candy and snacks to purchase. All in all, a good, basic stay. I would recommend this motel to others with the same level of expectations.

Just wonderful and right near the place that I was visiting.😀👍

Super cute little place with incredible staff!!

A hive little motel, quiet, safe and close to lots of dining options. And very walkable.

Good place
- 5/5
Good place for a night
- 4/5
Very pleasant staff. Beds are a thin mattress without a box spring, making it hard. Property appears to have been quality renovated recently. Very quiet, no traffic noise.
- 5/5
It was a good place to stay. Quite area in town. Would definitely go back.
- 4/5
I didn't like the intensity of lights in the p-lot.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet, exactly what I was looking for.
- 4/5
It served our purpose as an affordable place to spend a night. The bed was not very comfortable, we had loud upstairs neighbors, and the building was showing its age.
- 5/5
Nice Bed! Room was nice! Thank you for being so Welcoming! Will be back! Thank you!
- 5/5
Very nice museums nearby.
- 4/5
This property is a reasonable offering at the price point. I would stay there again. The bathroom would benefit from having a shelf and some hooks to hang towels and put clothes on while showering. The solution to the door hitting the long bowl toilet is amusing, but works.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
older building, but well-kept and quiet setting
- 5/5
They do have restaurants so if you do get hungry, you can get meals. The owner of the property was very welcoming and made sure I was OK. The room services assistance came to check- in to see if everything was fine and made sure everything was replaced nicely. I really appreciate my stay and would come back again.
- 2/5
Dirty sheets and all-around bedding. I am faily certain that the bed wasn't washed from the prior stay. I understand that this isn't a 3 or 4-star hotel, however, this level of filth is pretty disgusting. I will not have my guys stay here again!
- 3/5
dot know what ever happened to coffee in room, but making coffee in the office after 7 am is way too ate
- 4/5
This place is a little off the beaten path but that does make it a pretty quiet location. It’s an old facility that looks like has gone through a couple eras of updating and is in the middle of some updating so there are elements that are definitely due for replacing but everything is clean and functional. If you just need a clean, safe, no-frills, affordable place to sleep and take a shower then this fits the bill.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 2/5
subpar
- 1/5
It smelled like someone was smoking in there and they just sprayed an air freshener to cover it up. We are non smokers and it smelled very bad. The bathroom shower was disgusting! Running water all the time in the tub. Not blow dryer or iron and ironing board. One garage can. Not towel rack or hooks. Not closet or any where to hang anything up.
- 3/5
Sadly it is a little dated, but cannot fault the staff for cleanliness.
- 3/5
No closet. No hair dryer. Promised a main floor room 5 days before arrival but given 2nd floor up 16 stairs. No coffee maker or coffee. Lobby didn't open until 9 am.
- 2/5
Our room was so muggy that the carpet was damp. Could use some major updates. The hosts were friendly. Extremely overpriced but in line with the other motels on the area.
- 5/5
Great place to stay close to Seattle, Moun Rainer, Olympic National park. Friendly staff. No breakfast provided.
- 1/5
I paid for the room with two queed beds but ended up getting double beds. I need the refund.
- 5/5
Stayed at the Sumner Inn for the weekend. The staff was very helpful with answering questions and the rooms were perfect.
- 5/5
Cost, location was convenient….
- 3/5
Didnt get to stay here. Check in closed at midnight and we showed up ten minuted late. Really should let people know that when you book late at night. Obviously wasnt a planned stop.
- 3/5
I called front office saying my hot water wasnt working. Her response, im not sure what to do, try in a couple hours. I usually enjoy my stay here as i do often. But when i cant take a shower when id like makes it a problem.
- 4/5
Nice people mostly clean room. Stuff on wall by light switch for bathroom sink area. Great shower. Quiet. Over priced for the amenities or perks available. I like hard mattresses but not everyone does. And not for a longer than 3 day stay.
- 4/5
Water was warm and the heater worked well. It was a nice little spot if you want inexpensive options.
- 5/5
Cheap,easy check in
- 4/5
Was great for what we needed
- 3/5
**Front Desk catered to our check-in and room needs in a timely manner despite working by herself **Rooms are cleans **Got a 3 Queen Bed Room, something i don’t see often **Lots of dining area nearby within walking distance CONS **Rooms are starting to show their age particularly the washroom/ shower room
- 2/5
Overall this room and property was run down. The room had no closet or even a place to hang close. The bed was worn out. There were sketchy people hangin out around the room for hours after dark. For the price of $130, the room was not worth the cost. Would not stay here again.
- 2/5
Fulltime occupants for most of what I saw.. a bit creepy.
- 4/5
The room was as clean and spacious. Renovated recently. Could use a couple of towel bars. There was no coffee. Wifi worked well except for first morning. Good restaurants nearby. Check in clerk was friendly and helpful. Clerk on second night was rude. Plenty of electrical outlets and light. Sink stopper needs to be reconnected. Bed pretty good. I would come back. Price reasonable.
- 1/5
Broken tile in the bathroom. The only way to shut the bathroom door was to lift the toilet seat because someone didn't measure right putting in the toilet. You have to push on the front door in order to use the dead bolt and when you leave you need to pull on the front door to have it close.
- 4/5
Our room had no place to hang clothes, but it was clean.
- 4/5
Great location!
- 2/5
Wasn’t worth the money I paid, the flooring had big gaps between planks had a musty smell, poorly painted, not updated. The guests in the room above me were very noisy, bath towels were a joke, had trouble with the T.V.
- 3/5
Lumpy bed.
- 4/5
Only area for improvement I can think of is if 4 people are going to check in, please have more than 3 towels. Thank you.
- 3/5
Easy and simple in a up and coming area. It was convenient and for what I needed and it fit the bill.
- 5/5
We enjoy the staff specially cheyenne neat girl
- 2/5
The owner should be ashamed of the rate they charge for a stay. Could have done better with amenities for the same price. There was a woman "passed out" at the wheel of her vehicle in the parking lot when I left the property.
- 3/5
Although the check in person went out of their way to change our room from the upper level to the lower to accommodate my wife’s disability, The condition of the room was disappointing. We found crumbs in one bed, the safety latch on the door was broken and did not work.
- 4/5
Rooms are old and there was no where to hang clothes. But the staff was awesome and friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The area was quiet and my family felt safe. There were good places to dine that were within walking distance. My family and I will be back again.
- 1/5
Filthy. Broken security system on front door. Toilet had literal bugs on the seat, which was covered with a 'Sanitized for your Safety' strip. TV remote would not work, had to unplug the TV from the wall. Beds looked like the sheets had not been changed. We bought blankets and slept on top. Left before the 2nd full night of our stay. We'll never stay there again.
- 2/5
Their card machine wasn’t working. The window curtain was broken. Bathroom door couldn’t close. Trash on the floor. “High speed internet” was no internet. Wouldn’t hold for a minute. Their internet tv had the same problem.
- 5/5
It’s okay for the price that is asked. The cleanliness could be better and maybe having towels for showers would be good.
- 5/5
See you again in the future.
- 5/5
Is nice
- 5/5
Seems legit so far
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room with spacious and clean parking was great and even though my car was full of my belongings I was in a safe place. Great experience. Highly recommend.
- 1/5
This property was run down and filthy. When you walk in the room the nasty smell is overwhelming. Would never stay there again.
- 5/5
Staff was cheery & helped carry luggage to my room. Had a smooth, quick check-in. The room was clean, though it smelled very stale. Adequate & well-lite parking. Quick walk to mall for food & shopping; nice residential area to extend your walk.
- 3/5
Room was clean, but not the best condition. Peeling paint and the front door was not properly hung so there were gaps at the top and bottom of the door..as much as an inch at the top of the door. The staff was helpful and friendly, location was perfect for our one night trip, the room air was surprisingly stuffy and humid.
- 2/5
There was no coffee maker in the room, and the lobby (which did have a coffee maker) was closed until 9 am. There was hair in the bathroom and makeup on the pillows when I arrived. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door. Also, even though I was carrying a baby in a carrier and had to schlep all of his things to the room, they put me on the second floor. I didn't see an elevator.
- 3/5
The room smelled and the WiFi didn't work. When we asked to move there were no other rooms available, but no discount was offered. We called not long after we checked it, so they had plenty of time to address our concerns, but they just "explained" the smell, like I cared why it smelled. Paid WAY TOO MUCH for one night given the situation. Will never book there again.
- 3/5
Room was ok but there was no soap or shampoo in the room. I did use my own that I always bring just in case.Better than sleeping outside.
- 3/5
Nothing Unique. Way over priced for what you got. Rooms needed to be updated. Fixtures were broken and Repairs that had been done were done very poorly. The Desk Person was Nice.
- 2/5
Not very clean, TV didn’t work
