Best customer service I have experienced at a hotel in a long time.

Friendly staff My shower was missing the hand held shower head and was just squirting water out the open pipe lol, the staff didn't even know which was not a great feeling.

In town for business, only had the pleasure of staying one night. Hotel was in good shape, clean, very safe. Surrounding area had gorgeous scenery.

I didn't know there was a continental breakfast we thought that we had to pay for it that part would have been nice to know and also the location was okay the only problem that we had was another person that was staying there had a problem with his laundry coming up missing and like was accusing us of being the person that took it which was completely not true they even went over the video footage and it was just kind of a it was a harassment kind of thing that kind of sucks but also the only other problem is is we're not quite sure why we haven't got refunded our deposit which is a problem and we would like an answer We didn't like when we were leaving another tenant at the hotel who said that he had his laundry stolen and they went over the video footage and he said that we were the only person in there who could have taken it which was not true and I personally know that his laundry was in there for 2 days of our stay because I didn't mind laundry the first day and when my wife did hers was the next and his laundry was still there so I don't know how where it went or who it went but he was harassing us when we were leaving and it was just an uncomfortable situation but the manager handled it very well and just told him to leave us alone if he has a problem to call the police which I like that but the biggest problem is is the deposit has not been refunded and that is completely unethical and we would like an answer why and to get a refund other than that the state was great the place was great it was very clean it was very nice and the employees were awesome

My favorite hotel to stay in Sumner, Washington on trips. Staff and property, amenities are really good.

Room was well laid out. Lots of amenities in o prepare breakfast. Wish they had a keurig coffee machine. It’s the old school drip ones that require a filter.

The nighttime check in person was awesome

We had a good stay. The room smelled nice, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars, but my room keys didn’t work the first time, and I had to go all the way back down to the lobby with all my stuff and wait in line again. And although the room had coffee, there was no creamer, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and quiet...only problems for us was adjusting the heater as it seemed inly cold air was coming out and our teash was full and we didnt figure out that it was our responsibility to empty it.

They don’t have any places close so you will have to drive to get food. It is definitely not for kids, they will be bored. Nothing for them to do. Positive.. there is a”tiny” corner set aside if and they do offer free coffee. Also, you have to pay for these items.. if you forget toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor those kinds of things and candy of course. I will not be returning just because of the location.

Wife loved the great smelling linen and clean smelling rooms. Beds were comfortable, great pillows, loaded kitchen with all the utensils to make a meal and clean up.

Stayed during the night of July 4. No fireworks noise inside the room. It is a relatively quiet industrial area the hotel is located in.

Stay was overall great. Only hiccup was the day of our reservation I got a phone call from candlewood saying they accidentally booked our room and wouldn’t be able to get us the room we booked, I asked for an equal or better room and they kept saying they’d call me back. Eventually they said they figured it out and got us our original room but it was a little confusing and worrying for a few hours

Will definitely stay again

Clean, quiet, provided all necessary kitchen items. Better food option in the market would be great since there isn’t breakfast available. Some food items provided by local suppliers instead of things than can be purchased at the 7/11 next door.

Highly recommend for easy access on and off the highway. It was in a great location from the airport and for activies we had planned in Bonny Lake.

Easy to get to and reliable comfort for a guaranteed nights sleep.

Obviously, they don’t like Expedia cutting in to their margins, so they gave us a lesser room and pocketed the difference. Expedia needs to drop this place on their listings. Also, it’s more of a week long stay type of place. I only chose it for its proximity and needing the one bedroom so my family could sleep while I caught up on paperwork. Said she would call the next day after speaking with Expedia, but she never did. Left a message during the game about something needing to get on her boss’ computer in the morning.

Serenity at the front desk was amazing. The only thing that was of concern was the temperature in our room was either too cold or too hot so you might want to check out the thermostat from 125.

Absolutely loved our room. Great prices and great amenities that we were able to see. Decent gym, big laundry room, and the room was a great design with a good sized kitchenette. Staff were friendly, and I appreciate that you can leave markers on the door indicating if you have a pet in the room with you.

Tidy clean studio room, grounds around hotel fouled with dog feces. Not the hotel’s fault but they need to ensure guests with dogs understand that they are required to pick up

Good location. We were given keys to a room and when we opened the door someone else was occupying the room. So we had to return to the front desk for a new room. There was no bedding at all for the pull out sofa bed, but it was brought to us quickly. All in all a good stay with a couple hiccups. We will return.

This has been a delightful stay. Everything was clean and orderly. The hotel staff were kind and friendly. They went out of their way to bring us ice because the last tenant turned off the ice maker in the room. We will definitely stay here again. I don’t understand the negative reviews except maybe under new management now.

My only complaint was that there is a "Candlewood Cupboard" which, from what was written in the room, it appeared to be continental breakfast food included in the room rate. It was not. This should have been made very clear a priori. If not for that I would give a rating of 10/10. As it is, it gets 8/10.

This was a last minute booking as another place had fallen through but it was great! Comfortable room, friendly staff, and easy access to anything we could have needed. Would happily stay again.

My stay here was horrible. The stole out of my luggage while I stayed there . They Stole my AirPods and my Louis Vuitton Purse out of my luggage and when we tried to track my AirPods they said they were in SeaTac ! When the airport is in Sumner . So I called to see if they had checked anyone in to the room I was staying at after checking out the front desk man said no one had checked in yet so that confirms it was one of their cleaning people or one of them ! They pretty much told me they couldn’t do anything about it ! Do not stay here !!!

Very clean and up to date room. Air conditioner was a little too noisy, but we only needed it for a small amount of time. Also, check to be sure you have enough toilet paper. They didn’t have a second roll in the room & the one in the bathroom was less than a third of a roll.

Nice property. Good central area for going to Ranier or other entertainment venues. Industrial area, so not a welcoming grounds outside the property. No breakfast so plan to eat elsewhere.

Was pleasantly surprised by this property. Large rooms, with great amenities. Comfy beds and pillows. Very clean. Close to a SBUX, gas station and Java Coffee.

We have stayed here twice and both times have been great. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Only complaint would be that our room slept 4 but there were only 2 plates, cups, utensils. The employees were helpful and friendly. The hotel is right by a Starbucks, gas station 7-11 and a Big Foot Java. It was a convenient off/on the freeway. I highly recommend this hotel.

The fan in my kitchenette keeps kicking thr breaker. The outlets in my room are trash meaning my power blocks fall out of the plugs. The internet is worse than ma and pa hotels. I cannot even connet my playstation portal nor connect my Galaxy Z Fold5 and use it as a hotspot. Not quite what i would expect from the Hilton IHG name.

They accommodated our dog on short notice

For clean convenient stay to visit it was good and inexpensive. Great if you like coffee, 3 coffee shops and a convenience store in parking lot!

Property was clean and quiet. Strange that no ice was offered on the premises. Also there were only plates, cups and silverware for 2 people in a room that sleeps 4. That being said, the kitchen had all the basics you need. Also the Starbucks across the parking lot was likely the nicest one we have ever been to. It is well-located to get to area events. We would stay again.

The fan in the bathroom ran constantly. It was awful when we tried to sleep. The carpet along the side of the baseboards needs to be vacuumed. I had to carry my towels to the front desk to get clean replacements. Trash cans were full.

The room was very nice and clean. We were able to get a late check out with no issues. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. If I ever need a place to stay in Sumner again Candlewood will definitely be at the top of my list!!

Very nice staff- both the night staff and the day staff. Our room was very clean. Hotel was quiet (one train was heard early in the morning but the hotel itself was very quiet). 2 coffee cafes and one convenience store across the parking lot/within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.

Would have liked a middle of my stay clean up. I stayed 6 days and the next room visit was on the 7th day. Gym facility was clean and adequate for a light workout.

Room felt spacious and was very clean and in great condition (and no weird smells). Loved the little kitchenette but we just stayed a night so didn’t need it this trip. Easy to find- right off the freeway - and very convenient location- not isolated.? For a quick stop over it fit the bill!

I went for a tournament and they over booked so they put me in a suite. I needed two beds so we used the pull out couch but there were no linens on it at all, i asked the front and they said they didnt have any or any pillows. We had 4 people, one blanket and two pillows total
