We had a short trip for family business . This hotel was clean , spacious, had a full kitchen with everything we needed , the staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great! The pool looked great but we didn’t have time to use it. Parking was free and easily available, , price was reasonable for everything that was offered. Would definitely recommend!

We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever been to. Plenty of tasty food for everyone.

How large the hotel was and the location to interstate. The room large kitchenette with everything you need in it. It the time I was there, the road construction was terrible.

Breakfast was only fair, on two mornings we actually ate elsewhere. Location was great, very close to Rt 26, which goes directly into Charleston & parking garage on 1 Cumberland St., which was one block from French Quarter. Having our dog with us, I would have appreciated a room on the first floor.

We had a great stay with family. The hotel was very clean, the location was convenient and easily accessible, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Hours of the night but that’s to be expected when it’s right off a major highway.

This hotel was surprisingly comfortable for a family of 6. The room actually looked and smelled very clean. Really enjoyed the yogurt, waffle and oatmeal bar with all the options for breakfast. The hotel is pretty tucked away from all the noise even though it is close to the highway and a huge shopping center. For some of us the breakfast options the first morning was not very good. The eggs and pancakes were not in the least bit edible. They were so hard and dried out. Didn't like that the ice maker in our room was unable to shut off and would randomly drop ice in the middle of the night scaring everyone awake.

The Staybridge Hotel had everything you need and more. There staff from the check in to the cook was always polite. They have a three day meet and greet gathering in the afternoon that was very nice.

Had a great stay the beginning of April. I am heading back to Charleston SC this week. Staying again at the Summerville location. Their staff is exceptional and very helpful. Rooms are clean. I would recommend staying here.

The room was not well cleaned, when we arrived it stunk of chemicals that had been sprayed making it difficult to stay in there. It looks very run down. I’m surprised this was a Hilton. There was no stove for cooking. How can you promote a kitchen with no way to cook food? Not a good experience.

Very clean nice hotel. Only issue was the construction trucks during the week only. It happens. Great place to stay with families. Plus it’s dog friendly. Also no room service. Usually it ever other day. Front desk was helpful with extra towels.

Beautiful place to stay!!

I booked this stay for my mobility limited, elderly mother. The staff was so incredibly kind, allowing me to visit the room before my booking to make sure the hotel would work for my mother’s needs. During her stay, the staff realized that my mother had a difficult time opening the door to her room, so they took it upon themselves to make her a plate for breakfast morning and bring it to her. The room itself was very spacious and clean. We are so thankful for the wonderful staff, and excellent service. Great job!

We were threre on business closing on our property and my husband who has to have breakfast to take his medication, said that the breakfast was a "hit and miss" on a lot of those dsys, and we were there for over 10 days.

We did not have a working shower both days. Told the front desk and all we heard was "sorry". No effort to move our room or get maintenance involved. Total lack of caring. We were to checkout on Thursday but left a day early. I believe we should not have to pay for the last night. Also, there was no hot water. Will not go back to that lousy hotel. I'll tell my friends to book another hotel instead of ur hotel. Really? No shower or hot water.

Front desk staff were absolutely delightful! My room was impreccable however my door was difficult to open and shut. Parking, check-in, and check out were a breeze, and oh! The complimentary social hour?? WHAT A TREAT! It was refreshing to find out laundry was included, as Scares of travel cancelations out were a concern. I would stay here again.

We had to ask for another room due to poor water pressure in the bathroom sink. We were moved to another room that was very nice. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was wonderful.

Great hotel! One of the better Ive stayed in. From the check in to the check out it everyone was friendly and the amenities were fantastic. Teally recommend this hotel.

The room was amazing and juat enough space for mom, dad, and 4 kiddos. Staff was amazing. We stayed 5 nights. Pleasantly surprised with free washer and dryers.

I was waiting for almost thirty minutes for someone to come to the desk. Room service didn’t come to my room at all I had to go upfront for fresh linens

Staff was friendly however we were not entirely satisfied with our room. The daybed is in awful condition & looks like it was chewed up. The room was clean but did smell have a musty smell.

Greatest compliment though is that we would definitely book this property again when we're in the area.

All employees were nice. It was clean. The pull out couch mattress was badly stained and the rubber in the full size refrigerator was broken so the refrigerator was difficult to close.

The only issue we encountered was the water pressure was too high in the sink... it almost took our hands off. But we didn't complain cause that's a good problem to have... we just adjusted. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely lodge here again.

Our stay was very comfortable. The size of the king bedroom suite gave us enough room to relax. The breakfast was tasty and the food at the evening happy hour was delightful. The hotel also had a TV room, laundromat, fitness room, a business center and pool & patio. It is located near several restaurants as well as the highways.

It was very good. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the full sized refrigerator freezer! It felt kind of humid in the room however.

Really liked the M-W social hour. Was a little disappointed about the fruit selection in the morning. When we first got there on Wed Apr 9 there was a good selection of fruit, but by Sun Apr 13 it became very minimal and also they did not have any greek yogurt anymore. But we were very happy with our visit.

there was a smell in one of the the bedrooms in thee two bedroom suite that i had it was in the sink and the young man changed the room without any hesitation an i am thankful for that it was a great service

Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at in years!!!! Every one of the staff was so friendly and hospitable. Carla was the absolute best to talk to and would greet you with a smile every time you came back or were leaving. We travel this way two to three times a year. I will only now stay here!!

Had car trouble and had to stay additional 4 nights. They accommodated us in every way possible. This was a great place to stay. Carla at the front desk was especially helpful to us.

The hotel was surprisingly quiet, for the most part, in spite of being very close to the highway. The windows must be sound proof, to some extent. I had to change rooms twice which they were able to accomodate...first room to close to a young couple noisey late, and the second room, thermostat was broke, so the 4th room floor was in the best shape and quiet. The staff was nice and mostly helpful. I would prefer being able to have free drinks during the day, such as coffee, milk or soda options. Breakfast is better on Monday than Sunday for sure, oddly = bacon! (ha). I may stay there next time, which I may be back fairly soon.

Hi the property was nice but they didn’t even give towels, make the bed or change the garbage.

I really like that the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was the security deposit for 250.00 local fee.This was because I live less than fifty 50 miles from the hotel.If lived out town it would be only 20.00 security fee.Which I didn't thought that was fair because the hotel people feel that local people is at more risk for damaging the property. Dont like to be lable for someone else mistakes.

Space nice variety breakfast

The service was excellent and breakfast buffet was delicious! The only thing that could use some improvement was the seating area in from of the TV; chairs were not real comfortable but doable.

Such a nice, roomy room, we were very comfortable. Wish I could have taken this room on the rest of our trip with us. Only problem was the pet fee, it was $75 plus they added on $9 tax, so $84 total. I think that is too much, and there usually isn't tax added on.

Great Place. Roomy, comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Good breakfast, good coffee, bacon, bagels, eggs, juice, etc. Better than other properties around. Great patio, with pergola, worth it and good clientele as well. Well done overall and completely recommend.

Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breaker went out after our first night and they had it sorted by the end of the day.

Other that they had a sewage leak on the first floor and ripped the flooring up outside my room with the sticky glue exposed for a couple days all was good! They did Finley put heavy paper down to walk on, it was still there when I left!

Extremely clean, comfortable and seemed very safe for a solo woman traveler. I asked for a room away from the road, which I was given, and it was very quiet. Comfy bed with generous pillows. Good breakfast options. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and didn't have to order out because of the small kitchen. The only issue we had was my husband's work truck was stolen out of the parking lot with about $10,000.00 worth of tools and they had no cameras covering the parking lot.

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. From the time we checked in until we checked out it was perfect. The staff, common areas and room were all superb.

Everything was great except that the pool was not available on the weekend and they said it would reopen Monday but we were leaving on Monday. That was the only disappointing thing. Other than that, the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, the staff were polite and friendly. And breakfast was great.

An excellent property. The rooms were very spacious and with a great full kitchen. The included breakfast buffet was the best I've seen at any hotel. Only downsides were the pool being closed when i was there (middle of the Summer), and there's no pull in area in front of the hotel - if you park near the entrance, you'll likely be blocked in by deliveries, taxis, people loading/unloading their cars, etc. The hotel should place a 5 minute time limit on those people.

We were in Charleston for a wedding from Ohio. They were able to accommodate us for an early check in which was great! The room was large and roomy. Employees were very helpful. Breakfast was great! The gym is nice as well as the pool. Our only negative was the carpet in the room. It could use a good cleaning. Everything else was clean. The Dove products in the bathroom are a nice touch. It was in a great location. Walkable to Azelea Square. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice. The breakfast was phenomenal for a hotel, with lots of fresh options and more variety than any hotel we've ever stayed at. Oatmeal, grits, tea, coffee, juice, fruit, eggs, meat sausage, vegan sausage, salsa, cheese, tomatoes, toast, bagels, waffles, etc! The staff were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable, the sheets were soft and high quality, and the duvet was thick and warm. Absolutely loved it! The room looked new and clean, however upon closer inspection, the floor looked like it could really use shampooing. Also this is a pet-friendly hotel and our son that has allergies sneezed a lot in the room. I did see two long hairs in the "fresh" bed covers (probably clung to the sheets in the dryer), there was a small stain on the pillow case, and a small cockroach ran across the floor. Thankfully we killed it. Front desk gave us new sheets and pillow cases right away after we informed them of the hair, and gave us two free waters (that we were going to buy) for the inconvenience which was nice. Room was great otherwise, bathroom was nice, water was hot, sofa loooed new and clean, really everything looked clean. The full-size refrigerator was awesome. The room was stocked with plenty of towels, as opposed to our recent stay at Homewood Suites. The AC didn't make the room cold as fast as we would have liked. Very pleasant environment and stay. Lovely sitting room and dining room with huge windows and nice colors. Would absolutely stay here again!

North of Charleston about 30 min driving. Downtown hotels are expensive during July 4th weekend so this could be a good alternative.

Very nice property. Clean and friendly. The breakfast was good and the amenities are awesome. Gym, free laundry, pool and lounge areas are all well kept. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

We were on a family vacation with our children, and this was the perfect stay. Everything was neat and clean, we loved having free laundry facilities, and a kitchen. I will definitely be back!

The hotel was clean and quiet. Ample parking was provided. The room was very clean, quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and all the hotel personnel was professional and pleasant.

The suites are spacious. Breakfast room is large and lovely but the omelettes were dry and overcooked and there were no pastries at 9:00(breakfast went until 9:30). Front desk person in the morning was especially nice and chipper.
