It was exactly what we were looking for. We needed a few more pillows and the staff provided. The breakfast was awesome. We’re definitely staying there again.

The staff were NOT friendly at all. I had to go down to the service desk 2 times just to get sheets for the pullout bed. There was a pill in the floor when we came into our room. The breakfast was awful. It said over 200 options and that’s a lie! They had no milk so we had to eat dry cereal. We will NEVER stay here again or recommend this nasty place to anyone.

This property was verry nice for the price about 8 mos ago. The quality has gone down we stayed several times and the last 3 were poor at best. Issues with rooms and keys no towels unclean room on top of poor water pressure and a 70,s style pocket door which doesn’t close properly rooms smell like wet dog

We were sent to a room already occupied… the screams of the people we scared was awful, we were assigned another room however the tv in our new room kept welcoming other guests, never our names appeared on the screen, the following day we returned late from a function only to have to go back to the front desk and ask the same incompetent person for new keys, she took forever and kept saying someone else was trying to do a digital check in for our room, I will never stay there.

The assistant manager told me she couldn't print me a receipt for my credit card to prove it hadn't been charged because I had booked through Expedia. I told her I always booked through Expedia and received a receipt so she turned around and printed one after telling me she couldn't. Her attitude was awful for a service professional. I would tell anyone I know to never stay at this hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel was conducting mandatory carpet cleaning during my stay, something that was not disclosed anywhere on their website prior to booking. We only found out at check-in—after paying for a non-refundable rate. Had we known, we absolutely would have chosen a different hotel. The situation worsened on the day of the cleaning. At 8:45 AM, despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, a third-party cleaning crew knocked and woke me up. I had just flown in from California, was jet-lagged, and was in town for a funeral—so rest was especially important. The crew insisted I had to vacate the room so they could clean it. I went to the front desk and spoke with the general manager, politely asking if they could skip my room so I could get some rest. Instead of showing any empathy, she was dismissive and rude, repeatedly stating that we had been informed at check-in and therefore had no choice. When I asked why there was no advance notice online, she claimed that Hilton requires “six months’ notice” before posting anything on their website—which is clearly not accurate, as other Hilton properties post timely notices about maintenance issues. She also stated that carpet cleaning is an annual requirement by Hilton, which I later confirmed directly with Hilton customer service is not true. They also confirmed that guests have the right to refuse service in their rooms. I ex

Very quiet and calm , located us near our family lots of stores and restaurants to go to (even walking distance to enjoy the weather). Staff was 100/10 definitely recommend as they were always available.

the room was decent size. The pool was awful. it was dirty green and gross. Dishwasher didn't work. Did have toilet paper had to ask for it. Staff at night wasn't friendly. Breakfast ran out of milk and cereal and cold.

Love this place and stay here twice a year. A little disappointed that they charge for parking now though. This place is always 10/10. I hate that some hotels charge for parking now though.

I loved the customer service it was the best I had seen in a long time. We had the privilege of being helped by Shannon. We arrived Saturday evening the lobby was loud and chaotic. She remained calm, professional, and kind and undistracted while she was helping you. Her genuine love of people and kindness really shined though. She is truly an asset she makes sure you are taking care of you and will assist anyway possible. She is a true asset!

Room was clean, out of alot of breakfast items by 8:30, indoor pool closed..pool was the reason we booked this hotel.

They also advertise an indoor pool but it is never working. Stayed for 4 days and they told me it would be working by the next day after I checked in and it never ended up opening because “they needed a part”. Talked to other guests that have stayed there long term and they said it rarely opens. They need to tell you before booking if it’s going to be closed as I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool.

Lots of storage place and the kitchen was handy.

Location. Staff was friendly. Stayed for the pool. Closed for "maintenance" each day. Stayed for the breakfast. Didn't have a lot of the things needed. Milk for cereal, cream cheese for bagels, little kids sticking their hands in everything (which isn't the hotels fault) but didn't want to eat a lot of it due to this. Bathroom door didn't stay locked, or even shut. Kept sliding open while in there. Last guests personal belongings still in the bathroom drawers.

Trash was not emptied in our bathroom upon arrival. Drug paraphernalia was found under our bed mattress. I made front desk aware of it.

How she accommodated me even tho I didn’t have the right card. She also was very understanding. I can’t remember her name, but she’s a good woman and great for your business 10000/10 The snacks was stocked , very clean, wasn’t a lot of noise, real chill

Furniture was very dated. Water pressure in sinks was poor. Bed linens were not the best. Room was not ready at 3 and had to wait almost two hours to get in.

The room had a musty smell. Some of the outlets did not work to charge phones. The breakfast was horrible. The toaster oven did not toast after twice thru the oven. Grits tasted like sand. No oatmeal. There was toppings for oatmeal but no oatmeal.

The place really needs a deep clean. Our door was almost impossible to open every time we went in or out. I found this property to not uphold the standards expected from home 2 suites.

I will never stay here again. The man working the front desk was EXTREMELY rude to the point I thought he would get violent. This was a horrible experience.

Tay was working when we arrived. She was very kind and attentive. We checked in which was very quick. When we came back to the hotel we needed an extra blanket. Tay immediately went and got the blanket herself.

Excellent hotel!!! We really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of space for 3 adults and a baby. It had a full fridge, mini kitchen with a sink and a microwave. The bedroom area was very spacious, as was the bathroom. My only complaint was that the shower door would not close. We tried it from both ends but the shower door kept sliding open while showering resulting in the floor getting wet. Also, the shower pressure was terrible. Too light for my taste. Other than that, the room was great! There was also a patio seating in the front area with a fireplace. We didn't take advantage of that but if you need to unwind with company, that is the go-to spot. Lobby area has snacks for purchasing and there's free continental breakfast available. Yes, I saw a couple people still use it but that was their choice. The pool looks like it was not cleaned in awhile. Outside the front main entrance by the fire pit had a lot of people with loud rap music playing with cursing language, drinking and the smell of marijuana. It was the same thing for the 2 days we stayed there. The people at the front desk could hear and see it but done nothing about it. There was black mold on the ceiling and on the wall behind the bed. Literally was the nastiest room I ever been in. Took 20 mins to check in at night because the clerk disappeared felt bad for the lady in front of us as she was waiting longer. Well the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The shower did not drain properly. A/C did not cool very well. Odor in room. No coffee or creamer in the morning. Not up to normal standards.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. The shower was dirty and there was hair stuck on the shower walls when i got there and no one came to clean it. You can hear the noises in the hallway and from nearby rooms. Someone had a dog in a nearby room and there was kids making noise and running through the hallway every day and it was annoying. The breakfast is decent if you like basic breakfast foods.

It was what we needed for our stay. The hotel staff was great and they changed our room free of charge last minute for us. They kept the trash clean, gave fresh towels and made our beds which was nice.However the room smelled a little funky and you couldn’t notice unless the air wasn’t running. The coffee is horrible, wish there was fresh creamer.

The bathroom door was a pocket door and it did not close so we had to use the bathroom with no door to close and they weren't even apologetic. I asked for a different room they said their were not any and I had to ask 3 times for a discount or credit toward our Hilton honors points.

If they hadn't had a sign to say what something was i would not have known. They ran out of milk and a few days later there still wasn't any. People weren't happy about that and just in general. breakfast very good Staff very pleasant w the exception of the 2 morni g breakfast ladies, an older black woman and an asian woman. They werent rude, but very not interested in a "good morning" or even look at you. On the last day a young black woman, Dana i believe, was very sweet and cordial, said good morning and have a nice day. Room was clean enough, but the carpet was filthy. From the time we showered and walked around in the room(without going anywhere else) our feet were black. Carpet cleaning needs to happen. Bed linens were very old. Heavy pilling actually scratched us. I turned the sheet over and it was better. The top blanket had rips. Pool was a bit cloudy, and freezing. We were told that the heater was broken and there were no plans to fix it. Disappointing Loved there were drawers in the bathroom! The bed was actually comfortable as most hotel mattresses are not. Seemed a lengthy process to check in, many mouse clicks and about 20 mi s per guest. We dont usually wait that long at other chains, perhaps its just your systems. breakfast very good Staff very pleasant w the exception of the 2 morni g breakfast ladies, an older black woman and an asian woman. They werent rude, but very not interested in a "good morning" or even look at you. On the last day a young black woman, Dana i believe, was very sweet and cordial, said good morning and have a nice day. Room was clean enough, but the carpet was filthy. From the time we showered and walked around in the room(without going anywhere else) our feet were black. Carpet cleaning needs to happen. Bed linens were very old. Heavy pilling actually scratched us. I turned the sheet over and it was better. The top blanket had rips. Pool was a bit cloudy, and freezing. We were told that the heater was broken and there were no plans to fix it. Disappointing Loved there were drawers in the bathroom! The bed was actually comfortable as most hotel mattresses are not. Seemed a lengthy process to check in, many mouse clicks and about 20 mi s per guest. We dont usually wait that long at other chains, perhaps its just your systems. Ordered a room with a bathtub and they didn’t have any. Paid extra for the bathtub. Hotel was nice. Staff was rude. Pool was cold!

That was me and my wife and kids and our dog. We stayed there for one night and experience was great friendly staff good breakfast. The pool was nice. It was a little cold and they didn’t have a hot tub which was kind of a bummer but other than that, it was great. The rooms were clean Specious and the people were friendly. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

I had issues with my toilet being backed up all night shower had no pressure and u was standing in still water because the shower took forever to drain water!I feel I should be refunded

Amazing time with family from out of town the pool was heated which was a plus. The staff was excellent can’t wait to stay again.

Don't like have to pay for parking

Broken molding in room, dirty floors and walls, nonwqter pressure in bathroom sink, peeling wall paper. Dirty. Needs uodated.

I wanted a nice place for my family to stay with small children. They loved it, thought it was "luxurious" and enjoyed the indoor pool.

The hotel itself was nice. Could’ve been in a little better area. The bathrooms weren’t very clean, but the layout in the rooms were nice.

Walking into the room the first thing you’re hit with is the awful smell of wet dog. The pillows were horrible, so soft you needed 3 pillows to have any kind of support. The breakfast was basic and extremely small. The elevator made a strange sound so we took the stairs the whole time, from the third floor. When they came to turn down the room they didn’t leave any clean wash cloths and took the old ones. Only positive was the location & the half kitchen in the room. 2/10 stars would not stay again.

Hotel was great some Beatles were crawling on the walls but other than that it was great!

The " blanket" is as thin as the top sheet. Thankfully we were in a room with 2 beds and didnt need the other bed, and pulled off that "blanket" and used it as well. Second issue was the bed. My back is still hurting from it. Very uncomfortable. But otherwise we had a really nice stay.

John, the second shift desk manager was amazing. He was super friendly, helped us with all of our needs. He is an exemplary example of true customer service.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We loved the pool area.

Stay was decent- rooms are small & the pool area needs attention.

The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was very pleasant. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was clean and quiet. The only thing which is a personal preference is that all of the pillows were too soft.

We were very pleased with our stay, very clean and felt very safe.

The manager found 1 extra pillow for us, but it was equally limp. So we used clothing folded up as pillows.

Chair and couch was badly stained. We had an extended stay and moved to another room. Where again chair and couch was stained.

The only downside was guests smoking in the clearly marked no smoking area.

Staff was amazing. Room was very large and comfortable (suite). Breakfast was great! We will be returning!

I had an amazing stay, from walking in my room seeing my name on the TV, the indoor pool being nice and warm , the grills and patio furniture on the opposite side, of the pool, the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel. Amazing! The Paraben and Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner hanging in the shower was a plus!! I didn’t use the body wash only because I have my own business and I make that. Definitely my new go-to hotel.

This time by Hilton truly disappointed. From the dirty sofa( I mean dirty) to the stain on the shower floor to the uncomfortable pillows, the sheets felt so worn. The dogs barking. Tried to buy water in the lobby, but they were out of stock. The man in the front suggest we wait for the rain to stop and go out to buy water. This was the most horrible experience we have had during our travels. Luckily we only had to stay one night.
