Everything was very good here I am satisfied

Staff was extremely helpful and sweet. Not many people used the pool, so my friend and I had it to ourselves a lot of the time. Safe to walk around outside, lots of coffee shops, outdoor shopping center, apartments, all within walking distance. Perfect 35 minutes outside Charleston, Summerville was a nice place to wind down after a long day. Fireplace didn’t work which was a little bit of a bummer but the gentleman working was kind and candidly explained why; to no fault of the staff. Overall 10/10 would come back here

Fantastic hotel. Staff weee amazing and the hotel was extremely clean and in great condition.

Also, while taking a shower, the water leaks out of the side very badly to where it is all over the floor by the time you get out of the shower. You literally will fall if you don’t have towels on the floor to step on. Their TVs are a little outdated but had several channels. Overall the stay was okay, not sure if I would stay again.

One of two rooms I reserved for two nights did not have a working toilet. I understand maintenance attempted to repair; however, it did not last. Parking the second night (Friday) was a total nightmare. The hotel was at full capacity and was hosting an event. They did not have adequate parking spaces for this. There as a gravel parking lot (not well marked) for overflow, but cars were blocking the entrance to it. We were instructed to go park across the street at another Hilton property until the event ended at 10pm to free up parking spaces. We did so and walked back to our room. We were also instructed to go and retrieve our vehicles after 10pm as they were subject to towing since we did not have reservations at that location. I am a Hilton Honors client. Hilton has not done its due diligence in accommodating for situations such as this at this location. The staff was left no good answers for the patrons who had chosen to reserve their rooms over the one-time event. I'm sure the Sales and Events staff were very happy. Never again at this location. The staff tried. Hilton let us all down.

I don't think my room was clean.

Very comfortable beds, pool looked nice, location is good. I think it would be nice if they had hot water and coffee available all day. Also would have been good to have toiletries available for purchase? We forgot toothpaste and had to run to a store. The gym is not well equipped. The hotel looks nice but could definitely offer some simple conveniences for a better experience.

The property was very nice along with the room. It must be a fairly new hotel in a developing area. The front desk and bar staff were friendly and accommodating. I wish the pool was heated. We were there during a cold spell.

The whole experience was beyond my expectations. The best stay ever I totally recommend stay here!

However, there was one significant drawback that I found disappointing—especially as a Hilton Honors Gold member. My room was only serviced once during my stay. This was unexpected, unacceptable, and inconvenient. What made this more frustrating was that I was unable to request housekeeping service prior to the scheduled service. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, I was surprised by this policy and felt it did not align with the level of service I typically expect. Aside from this issue, my stay was enjoyable, and the quality of the staff and property were commendable. I hope the hotel considers offering more flexible housekeeping options in the future, particularly for guests staying multiple nights.

Our TV had a black streak, running through it as if it had been dropped and the little refrigerator was not cold at all.

Very nice place to stay. There are several places to eat and shop close by. Where it's located has less traffic and is quieter than most hotels areas around. The hotel is very nice. The common areas and rooms are clean and are very inviting. Parking is great.

I was here for a staycation and this was the perfect area. Lots to do and plenty to eat. Not to mention the hotel has great indoor and outdoor seating, bar pool. Overall the hotel and location is a 10/10 highly recommend.

Parking is free and very adequate . Room was clean and comfortable. A/C was very good, easy to adjust.

Also, there was a barking dog in the room next door despite the Hotels.com note that no pets are allowed. It was one of those little yappy dogs that the owner had left in the room and left. No Service Dog, although more and more people like claiming their kets are Service Animals. I wonder if they know that it is a misdemeanor and fine to pass your pet off as a Service Animal?? Yes, even if you buy one of those little fake vests on Amazon. There also was a wedding reception at the hotel, so the boom-boom of the over amped bass drowned out the dig til 11:00pm.. Finally, the 6:30am fake fire alarm was perfect and made our stay a trifecta. In the midst of this madness, the front desk person (Osha) was absolutely wonderful! A team of one - she was the only one working, she did her best to get things quiet by 11:00pm. But nothing she could do about the alarm pull.

The room was extremely clean. The frint desk ladies were amazing. Brianna ( i believe was her name) assisted me with ensuring my best friend was able to access the room in case I was not on property. They checked in regularly regarding the room and any additional needs that they .ay be able to assist with. All around great experience

We understand it was Christmas but feel there should have been a comp or voucher for lack of services advertised. And it surely would have been easier for us traveling had we known we could bring our dogs.

Room was nice. Clean. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant. When we arrived and asked how long the restaurant was open we were told it was not open because they did not have a "cook" today.

The convenient of everything in the area

The property was good overall. The only issues I had were that the walls were very thin so you could hear people outside your room and people in the rooms next to you. Also, the water pressure was horrendous. It took forever to even get soap out of my hair.

they make such a big deal about their world-famous free cookies but we weren't offered any even though the guy in front of us was given three. Lighting in room just so-so. Bathroom sink too powerful a water flow and it went all over vanity every time I used it. Otherwise, no smells and things in pretty good shape. Would stay again.

Our stay was short but very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff at check in was very friendly. I found it odd that there was no soap for the sink in the bathroom, only in the shower. Overall it was an excellent stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Room was clean and shower was good. I stayed on the 3rd floor and whoever had the room above me, I could hear every step they took. No type of instructional material in the the room to let people know about the facilities to include restaurant or bar hours and services.

I came to this hotel because I needed a place to stay during a bad breakup. The front desk staff were incredibly compassionate and kind to me. The bartending staff were phenomenal and took good care of me as well. I had dinner every night I was there, and everything was delicious. It was a very comfortable, safe place for me to process a lot of emotions and get good rest.

My biggest problem with this property is they never came to clean our room. On the second day we were there, I was told that they only clean the rooms every 3 days unless you request additional cleanings. I requested it for the next day which would have been the 3rd day of our stay. After exploring all day we get back and our room was never cleaned. We were checking out on the 4th day. They also charge $5 per water bottle after your first day. These are very small bottles. The staff was friendly and they text you to check on you which is nice but they wont bring anything to your room, you have to go to the front desk. Overall the room was nice but I expect the room to be cleaned everyday.

There was no free breakfast, but the breakfast I ordered in the restaurant was very good. The room and property were very clean. The staff was WONDERFUL. My biggest problem, you could hear every foot step from anyone in the rooms next you, above you, and every door close down the hall. It was disappointing to be in a comfortable bed and not being able to sleep.

No staff at check in counter. Waited for about 5 min. Went to bar and asked bartender, He went to the back behind bar and got someone to check in. Lobby was very noisy from Bar proximity. People at bar being very loudand the acoustics magnified their voices. Wi no carpet and all tile floors and walls sound is magnified. Granted the people at bar were noisy. It was about 10;30pm

A meeting space was rented on Saturday to a very loud church service - amplifiers, microphones, drum and guitar music, back-up singers, shouted sermons, etc. The service took place directly under my room, waking me at 9:15AM and going on until 2:30 PM. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway became a stressor that I shouldn't have had to deal with.

We paid for breakfast but it was terrible experience. They had the worst cafeteria and workers for breakfast.it was waiting to get breakfast there.

Look anywhere here and you'll see something broken or dirty. Our air conditioner is barely working. The ice machines are broken on our floor and the next one. Our tub is scratched and stained. The TV is cable only, no streaming & no casting. Our room phone is half broken. No EV chargers. The parking lot is dark and has lots of warning signs absolving the hotel of responsibility. No coffee shop in the lobby. I even had to wait 5 minutes for my cookie.

We love our hotel. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were immaculate. Nice pool and amenities. The bar and restaurant was also on point. Not sure of Simone's title/posituon at the hotel, but when i tell she went above and beyond. She is awesome. Not to mention, she greets all her customers by name after only meeting you once. Every issue i had she immediatly stopped what she was doing and corrected them. She made my stay pleasant. I will return.

Staff, Destiny at front desk is THE BEST! She knows exactly what she's doing and how to help the customers. Unfortunately, their cook was sick today and we had to go out to get breakfast but notice was given the night before so it's all good.

Clean and quiet. The negative was the lack of breakfast unless you ordered it and gave a time the night before. Very inconvenient for the ones used to have an easy and free breakfast.

Love the location/area, the bartender was super cool, the room was nice, the other guests were nice and the trail is a nice touch.

Our room was not very clean. Then we found bugs all over our mattress. We didn’t discover this until 1am when we were all very itchy. I spoke with someone at the front desk and was showed her pictures. I was told someone would reach out to me, but it’s been over a week now and haven’t heard anything. Not the best way to start a vacation with your family.

Bathroom sink had to be manually held open to drain. Checked in , left Monday. Hotel said they do not have maintenance person on duty on weekends. Also bar closed Saturday and Sunday because they did not have a bartender.

This was a very nice hotel - very nice rooms. Pool area w fire pit was really nice as well. The parking was not so good especially if you were coming in late night. Additionally, I had an issue with my room where my door jammed/locked my daughter and I out - maintenance had to be called to undo the lock to let us in to get our things and they had to move us to another room. Staff was very nice - and they did compensate us for our inconvenience. Overall this was a really nice hotel/nice stay. I would stay here again.

Two nights in a row a group of people congregated extremely loudly around the fire pit that was located directly under our room window. They were out there until 5 a.m. We made several complaints to the front desk and nothing was done to resolve the situation.

Very nice room. Only thing I would change would be to add a standup lamp in the corner opposite the wall light. The room was just too dim.

I was unhappy about their method in meeting my needs when I left behind a phone/iPad charger. Cambria offered the opportunity to contact the company they use to hold articles left behind. I contacted them and they wanted too high a price for them to ship it to me. I figured they knew I wouldn't accept the cost and just put it in a for sale bin when they auctioned off these left behind articles.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Unfortunately, noise level was very disturbing on our floor. We asked for a corner when we booked the hotel but that was not given to us. Hotel room walls are very thin and for 2 nights the noise kept us awake.

I he a wonderful stay at the Cambria. The staff was wonderful and did above and beyond the call of duty to ensure satisfaction.

This was a very quaint hotel and I had a good time being there. The area around the hotel or neighboring apartments and hotel was very well kept and please to look at. It was a very relaxing time there.

Although our stay was only overnight it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The room looked and felt clean. Was a little disappointed to learn breakfast is not served on Sundays.

It was a short overnight stay, just passing through. The bed was extremely comfortable!!! The only thing that was a tad annoying was the smoke detector… it’s right over the bed practically, and flashes a light every couple minutes, so if you’re a lite sleeper, you might wanna put some tape over the light.

Had issue with noise and music coming from lobby area on Saturday night

We have stayed in this hotel before and loved it. The beds are very comfortable. Our blinds in our first room (this stay) didn’t open so we switched rooms. The second room’s microwave and coffee maker didn’t work. We didn’t notice until we were already unpacked so we stayed. Hallways and stairs smelled strongly of pot which we did not enjoy, plus illegal here. I am pretty sure there are full time residents in this hotel. The gal at the front desk was super friendly.
