The older man that works during the day is beyond rude. Had my dog with me when dropping my mother and I told him the dog is not going in the room then proceeded to yell at me about the dog. He only came along for the ride. Then later harassed my mother about the dog yelling at her about it. The toilet in her room got clogged and it was the biggest inconvenience for him to assist her with unclogging it then proceeded to throw the only roll of toilet paper she had in the wet tub and ruined it. When she asked housekeeping for one roll they said she had to go to the front desk to ask for it. There are roaches or some sort of bugs in the rooms. I have pictures of them dead on the floor of the room she was in. This is the absolute worst and disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Property and staff are horrible. I will never book a room there again.

From checking to check out was 15 minutes! The pool was murky brown, the bathroom had mold and the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned , the beds were disgusting. I can go on and on about how unsafe and nasty this property is ! It looks nothing like the photos that they have on their site ! Let’s not forget the bedbugs and roaches !!!!

The staff was pleasant enough. The rooms were very dirty. There was a large hole in the bathroom. I had to cover it with duct tape. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet bowl was stained brown. The dresser was broken. The room was roach infested. We literally killed at least five roaches every night during our stay. We even sprayed RAID every day and it didn’t help. The bedding was thin, dingy and had many cigarette holes in it. The towels and bath cloths were dingy and thin. Shady looking people stayed there and shady looking people hung out in the parking lot. It was not a safe environment. Unfortunately, my family and I were displaced due to a house fire and had no other choice but to stay here. It was horrible.

Health department needs to shut down the place. That hotel has been renamed multiple times under the same family in laws as it gets pass to each member because of the uncleanliness and infested roach's that sleeping with you. The bathroom was not cleaned at all... I can not personally understand why or how it got put in the system to be rented out. You could be partly blind and still see blurry figures of dirtiness in the bathroom... Listen up.... Don't be extremely exhausted like the exhausted too the point you were damn near falling asleep behind the wheel of driving from your long trip... And check in there, they won't understand why crawling in the bed and immediately waking up to see the filth and handling the issue then. Also when they have double beds, they do not offer the standard 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 4 wash cloths and 1 foot towel. Also I you ask to exchange a shower curtain due to last guest still on the shower curtain, they will refuse.... Also if your speaking to a woman up front at the desk. Please be prepared for a passive aggressive male who never identified himself enter the building to grab and throw shower curtains around all in front of my children!!!!

The room we got looked like it was being redone just the bed which still had plastic on mattress underneath the sheets two flat pillows and we were put in between working crew men was told we could not change rooms and only hot clean towels once and had to go get them we had a 6 day stay.. would not recommend

Room was very sparse. No furniture besides the bed. Bed was very thin and more like a futon. Two thin pillows, when we asked for more we were told no. The pool was not open and had we known that we would not have stayed there. It was not a good experience and we will not stay there again in the future.

There was a space for closet, but no rail to hang anything up. No shower soap or shampoo. Only a pillow each for two people. They were so thin it was not possible to get comfortable.

The place was rundown, outdated and not well maintained. Not adequately supplied with basic necessities that you would expect. There was evidence of roaches, also. The establishment’s condition wasn’t anywhere near what was depicted in the ad.

The pictures on the website don’t look anything like the actual place. There was absolutely nothing that appealed to me about this motel. I would not have stayed here one night if there was anything else available in the area. But there were no rooms anywhere because of graduations, etc. The hotel looked NOTHING like the picture! The room had no soap, a half roll of toiletpaper and the most threadbare towels i have ever seen...i would not even use them to line a dogs crate! This property had people hanging around on bakconies, overflowing trash bins in the parking lot, and a pool that was not available and algae green. If this is the type of property that expedia uses, then i will take my chances and NEVER use them again. If i had been by myself, i would have gone somewhere and slept in my car... This property should be shut down!

Safety bar in shower broke, no hand towels or wash clothes in room, supposed to be a non-smoking room; but pillow smelled of smoke. holes in wall in bathroom, door didn't have security bar. Understood that the owner had run out of money when upgrading this facility.

Roaches, roaches, roaches!! Dirty shower curtain with either blood or skid marks, mattress still had factory plastic on it so it felt like we where sleeping on a giant diaper, one super thin blanket. The pillows where so thin we decided to buy our own at Wal-Mart. All the furniture was mismatched, some drawers missing handles, lamps and fixtures without light bulbs, seriously I could go on and on. We had planned for 2 nights/2 rooms but left after our first night due to "free" roaches that came with our stay. The only good thing about this place was the endless hot water in the shower with world's smallest complimentary hotel soap.

The room had roaches and bugs in it. No toilet paper. Pillows were nothing. Hated the plastic on mattress made it hard to sleep. Sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress. No where I would stay again.

Found a bug in the air conditioning unit. Was not happy with that. Had reserved room for 3 days, checked out after day one. Went to a Hilton.

We have stayed at this property for 10 years due to it's proximity to family. It's an inexpensive hotel compared to the rest. Through the years we have seen the put in new flooring and painting, making this a better place. However, this year, we didn't even stay. Turned on the lights and the cockroaches scattered on the floor and about 10 on the walls. In the other room we'd reserved, there were about 15 in the drawers. We went out to the front desk and said that we want our money back. The front desk was nice about it (and not really surprised, it seemed) and printed off refunds for us. Unfortunately, we won't be going back to give it another try. We're done.

This property should be condemned. The room we were put in had no blankets, no pillows, the fridge was in the middle of the room. It was dirty, full of dead bugs and smelled like smoke although it was a non-smoking room. We ended up leaving 5 minutes after checking in.

It appeared that the room was recently renovated and they just put some furniture in it the night lamp was only 6 inches high. The shower curtain rod would not stay up. There was no trash can or bath mat. And bugs

The stairwell and passage to the unit were filthy. The unit door was almost impossible to open from outside and inside. Plastic under sheets. No internet access in room. No TV channels. Beds very sloppy. No toilet paper holder. This is no longer a Travellodge—just a run down, nameless motel with terrible management. Left without staying the night and will stop credit card payment. Shame on Expedia for listing this dreadful property.

I reserved a King size room. When i arrived the person at the front desk gave me a room with two double beds in it. I went back to the front counter and complained. So they changed my room to a supposedly king size bed room. When i opened the room door it was a full bed on a king sized frame. I was very unhappy with the room. Also when i went to lay down to do to bed there was a roach crawling on the bed. I will never be staying here again and nobody else should either. I would like to be refunded my money, because its totally unacceptable to have roaches in a hotel room.

Absolutely do not stay here weren’t allowed to use the pool the place looks under construction you can’t even tell its open at night there’s no lights the rooms were unfinished it felt unsafe and it was dirty I stayed there two nights never again. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom so the toilet paper just sat on top of the toilet and I ran out the first night I was there since it wasn’t a full roll. the lights in the room didn’t work and it was so loud that you could hear people talking in other rooms I got woken up at 7 AM both days not what I want it for a vacation. And the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Would’ve loved to try and get my money back and find a different hotel but they cared so little it was obvious they were not gonna give us our money back and they didn’t care we had a bad time. There was an inch gap at the bottom of the door to my room as well I would call this place a motel and a crappy one at that.

No mirror in the room. Not very friendly people working at the hotel. Had to move my trailer in the middle of the day due to resurfacing the parking lot. That’s not that big of a deal if not for the fact I was 1 hour away working and had to go back to move it. They could have let me known the night before. Overall not a very good experience. Will never stay there again.

Property needs to illuminated at night with proper signage so that a driver can find it without the aid of a car navigator system. Hotel is basic but currently undergoing renovation.

The property appears to have some renovations in progress, but the repairs etc.. look like they are not being done professionally. Also, our "non smoking" room smelt like an ashtray and the bedding had cigarette burns. I realize that the Travelodge brand is a budget brand, but pride can still be taken by the owners! Do not book this motel!

My door didn't shut. And it's a motel so. Pretty not safe. The place did have a fresh coat of paint though. Also, the bed was unmade which in of itself is not a problem. But you gotta think they don't actually clean the rooms. But then again, my door didn't close so maybe it was a homeless person. All in all I can't recommend. But if you're staying in a place like this you probably aren't reading this so. Who's it for?

Another case of getting what you pay for. They are trying to improve the place but I was very disappointed the rooms do not have refrigerators.

The picture posted does not accurately reflect the reality. The motel was under a continuous state of construction, no mirror in the room, threadbare bath towels, no floor mat at the shower, no bath/shower amenities, two small thin pillows only on the king size bed, mattress retained the plastic wrapping, no coffee, iron or hangers in the room. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was missing (never installed). Door security bar broken.

I never seen bed bugs alive n walking around inside of the plastic around the mattress. It's unbelievable how they wrapped the mattress instead of get rid of n pay for a major spray down or burn down. The sciencest need to see this

The place had roachesso bad that i didn't sleep at all. When i woke up, the roaches were all on the walls!

We entered to find an old lawn furniture table held steady with cardboard and matching lawn chairs. No toiletries or toilet paper or bathmat. Half hotel is abandoned and when our toilet started badly leaking forcing us to turn of water and not flush, they refused to fix or move our room.... not to mention the random crackheads knocking on our door 24 hrs. A day, over and over, for no reason at all....

We have been at this property several times as it is on the way to our vacation and we only stop here to visit family. If it wasn't for its location, we probably would've found a better hotel. It's cheap, so that's fine, but it has steadily grown worse and worse through the years - and now it is steadily improving - that is good to see. The pool was finally open this year - but it never had been any other time, so we didn't bother w/suits. Our room has been redone - Nice fresh paint, new tiles. No garbage can, no mirrors, no soap. The biggest thing was there are 4 of us and they told us we had to use the 2 towels and take the dirty towels to the front desk to get 2 more for the other family members. That is ridiculous, but apparently they get ripped off many times. There wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper. No hand towels. This place does have potential.

I had to go to the office several times cause my key card wouldn’t work. There was no fridge in the room. No mirror. Only one pillow. And when I went back to ask for another pillow. The guy couldn’t give me one cause his boss had just left with the key. The place was under construction. It was a mess.

Beyond nasty!!!! We booked it by the picture thinking it be a decent place. It says no smoking. I went to get the key and when he walked in I had to use my inhaler because the smoke smell was so bad. So I went to get another room it was the same way with mold all through it. I told my wife we ARE not staying here. It is unsafe for use and specially our kids and our newborn godson. We had came for his christening. We got our money back and found a different hotel. They did let us do that after a very long talk. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay there.

It was not what was expected

This is the absolute WORST! We didn't even stay the night! After we saw not only the run down facade but the room its self it was a deal breaker! Travelodge should be absolutely ashamed for putting their name and likeness behind such a dump! After this horrible experience I wont be patronizing any facility that bares the Travelodge name or likeness! My advice to Shareholders, owners or CEO of the Travelodge brand, You all might want to rethink your roll and position in the hospitality business period point blank!

Horrible! There was a roach on the wall, no mirrors, the sink, toilet, and shower was dirty!! Overall, not a good experience and I will NEVER RETURN! I booked this place because I was traveling to a different state and needed to rest. Thank GOD i had my cleaning products and linen. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING DIRTY PLACE.

The front was just painted, looked decent. The room where to start? Door was messed up had to fight to get it to open. Holes in the wall by the door and in the bathroom. The smell knocked me on my butt it was so bad. The bed was disgusting with stains, food, bugs, etc. The walls were stained, being red it was like blood coming down. When we stepped outside for fresh air, we were offered hash and other drugs. The smell of weed just seeped into our room. Could hear everyone around us, so we had the tv on all night. Slept in very short cycles on top of the bedding, bed was also broken so we just sank. I can check off "stay at a crack hotel" off my bucket list.

This hotel is completely misrepresented on Travelocity.com. Travelodge should be ashamed to have this as part of their holdings. Do NOT stay here. I took one look, asked for a refund which was refused, and booked elsewhere. This is SKID ROW!!!!! Think I am exaggerating, think again. Trash in the gutters of the parking lot, the landings are FILTHY, dark, and many of the rooms are without locks or knobs. Shame on you Travelodge Wyndham and Travelocity. Shame.

This motel was apparently under some sort of renovation and it definitely needs some TLC. Out of 3, only one lamp worked in my room. The room was clean and was fine for the short time I needed to be there.

Only used parking near entrance as rest of it were blocked as being paving. I had to walk long way to my room. Room was very bad shape: Bed warped, brown spots in main room and bathroom, no tub plugger, all out of date except Flat screen tv, fridge and microwave. Also just the big sign said Motel, not Travelodge. I think I would need my money back.

when first walked in I noticed their was no refrigerator, the beds were noticable different heights. when sit on the bed it was very stiff, uncomfortable and sunken in the middle. also the sink did not work and the latch lock was missing on the entrance door. the walls look dirty and the shower had stains and looked dirty and all. You couldn't pay me enough to stay there again.

Ps- Roaches and no soap in the bathroom. I think they didn’t have clean towels but I disinfected myself with a hot shower at my next hotel. It really was bad. The bedspread was filthy. They should not be asking for a card hold for incidentals. That was a joke. I almost threw up in my room and was afraid to touch anything.

Very disappointing. AC worked well, that's the only positive. Property is very beaten down. Floors are in bad shape. Baseboard was falling off in our room, with exposed nails. We have small children so we asked immediately if someone could take care of the nails. We were told someone would be right up. No one came. We asked again later that night. "Oh he got tied up and will be there in the morning". Of course he didn't come. Same song and dance for the entire two day stay. No towels when we arrived. WiFi was terrible. Just a miserable experience. Terrible exterior lighting, very unsafe. Potholes all over the parking lot. Not worth the low rates.

This hotel looks like something out of a horror movie The bathtub was nasty and had a shower chair in the bathtub and the chair was dirty looking. The dresser draws was broken and hanging out of the dresser the furniture looked old and dated and the paint was horrible like a 10 year old painted the room. There was a couple of good things with the room my wife and i got a great sleep because of the large and comfortable bed and how the floor was covered in wood rather than carpet which was an excellent choice and the floor was really clean.

The pool closes too early especially when traveling with Children. The staff was great to help accommodate us and all needs and helped make out trip enjoyable. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

My room was dirty when I walked in. The bathroom was as if they only replaced the toilet tissue and Nothing else. The towels that were offered where wrinkly and looked as if they have been used, and the refrigerator had been removed leaving a giant hole that was full of Tupperware and crumbs. When I asked if I could get a different room I was told all the other rooms were full.

I couldn’t check in properly because the internet mysteriously stopped working. So the gentlemen at the front seat asked to write my card info down and said he’d process it later. On my was to the room I was accosted by a stray cat who was clearly having a worse day than me. Side note- I hate cats. Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was the smell. When attempting to turn the lamp on, my hand got stuck to the switch, as there was a thick coating of a brown, sticky substance on the switch I hadn’t noticed. In a sleep-deprived daze, I made my way to the sink and the fresh supply of stained hand towels to attempt to wash it off sans soap (because who would think soap should be found next to the sink, right?) and found the source of the smell- the sink immediately backed up and released a smorgasbord of unknown materials into the basin. At least I knew I was awake, as every other step I took was greeted by the sound that dead insects make when you step on them. Not to be outdone by the floor, the bed also had dead things on it. I made the executive decision that I didn’t want to catch any diseases we thought previously eradicated in the US and requested a refund and the slip of paper my card info was on. I probably won’t stay there again.
