Its nice, clean room and bathroom like to stay again

I stayed for a week and had staff clean my room keep up with the bathroom. Was close to my job and near social places for the evening

Disliked having to pay extra for room with coffeemaker. AC Unit needs a filter change. No bedside lighting, just bright ceiling lights. Towels are a little worn.

The room was ok, but the floors were sticky. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like, there was no phone in the room and the shower had a burn looking mark on the shower wall and the tube was very dangerously slippery when taking a shower. I will most likely not stay here again. I am just used to a more modern hotel.

Pet friendly and easy to get to but the rooms are very cramped, outlets by bed didnt work, when I used a paper towel to wipe up something off the floor it came back black like the floors never get mopped. Hardly ever anyone actually at the front desk, have to call them by phone to come down and always prompt but just found that odd. Coffee machine in lobby appears out of service with no coffee cups. Very thin walls can hear everything around you and there were multiple people jsut letting dogs bark and nobody seemed to care. Definitely not worth the price paid for literally no amenities

Parking lot was easy to enter. 1. The lobby STUNK 2. An employee was talking loudly in a foreign language to the front desk while I was trying to check in. 3. The bed sheets and pillows cases had STAINS on them like THEY HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. 4. The blanket had POOP ? stains on it. 5. The bathroom tub had DIRT and soap by the drain. 6. There was a BICYCLE in the hallway. 7. Mades were knocking on doors at 7 o'clock at night. 8. Three young ladies were yelling in the hallway at 1130 at night.

Comparing it to other places that do not charge to bring a pet this place was awesome staff was friendly place was clean enough the room was very very clean it had a water review that was very Scenic if you looked at the right direction yeah like I said all the staff were friendly everybody said hello parking lot was well late I would definitely stay there again the nice part is it was walking distance to the old part of downtown

For the price, you can't beat it. I've stayed here twice for work. It's nothing special, but for the price and a bed. It's been clean and the staff are very nice. No complaints.

I had sanitary wipes in my purse and used them to clean the toilet seat, bathroom handles, TV remote and everything possible in the room. We would never recommend this hotel or stay there again.

There were no vending machines despite it saying there were.

The staff was great. They assisted me with my concerns. They reimburse me, but the sheets were not clean. I asked housekeeping to clean them to change them. They didn’t. They had a shooting there two doors down for me. The police were there a little too frequent for me and the final fall was no hot water for three days but but the staff was great especially Lucky

Overall it was a good visit. Had an issue the first night that was taken care of the next day. I appreciate the effort they made to fix it(there was a heavy weed smell and the tv was only getting a few channels, neither was an issue the second night). The A/C was pretty loud, sounds like a loose fan blade. The only other thing I would suggest is you gotta hit the floors with a swiffer pad or something. They were pretty dirty

The only reason I stayed there because I have my check in the room for me one day early due to the way my flight got there so I didn’t even stay there the first night and when I got there, it was already too late for me to check out and get another room so I just dealt with it unhappily not to mention the begging installing and drilling of the maintenance in the room next to me all morning so I couldn’t sleep.

Room very clean, only problem was direct tv cable station keep going in and out.

The staff was super friendly they made a chs ge for me cuz I made the date wrong ao the waved the feee.. we stayed here 2 differnt times both times were amazing.. the overview of the lake always good. Also the best takeaway was the defrost mirror in the bathroom best red roof I have ever stayed in keep it uo deffently will be back. An upgrade to any of the other red roof iv stayed in before... if your in the suffolk area this is the hotel for you... Had one person acting a fool outfront with the police but it was over all amazing

My review is so high I continue to stay every weekend It’s the BEST peace of mind a person could have.

This isn't about what I liked. This is about using booking.com. This was my first time. Priceline and Expedia are way simpler to use. I had to verify my booking with the hotel and again with booking.com after I booked online. What should have been one transaction was actually three. It was hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Smokers were gathered in front of the building forcing us to enter and exit through a cloud of cigarette smoke. The towel rack in the bathroom was torn loose from the wall on the side nearest the tub. The tub was extremely slick which probably explains the towel rack. Our blanket on the bed was stained and had a burn hole in it. The room and bathroom has not been properly cleaned in a long time. Our socks turned black on the bottom so we threw them away when we left. I had to free the stuck mechanism in the toilet so it would flush.

nothing when we first got into our room, the room was very dirty. They were stains and mold from on the sheets and they had to switch our rooms, but when we got switched to a different room, it was still kind of the same issue. They just tidied up a little bit more and change the sheets and then I realize on my door that it wasn’t secure so the door stopper that’s at the top of the door that stops the door from always opening all the way open. It was broken off so anybody who uses a tiny bit of force to get into my room could’ve gotten into my room.

Over priced for amenities

Beds were very comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Sticky substance on the floor that stuck to the bottom of your feet and made them black. Shower in the bathroom did not work and there was no drain plug to get a bath. Also the location was a a bit sketchy, I had my dinner stolen at the local Wawa

We had no breakfast. The location was good. TV worked well. Room was clean. Linens clean. No hair dryer. No bedside lamps at the bed.

Everything was fine I had to get a different room due to the one I paid for in advance had been painted. I was told that I would be accommodated once I returned.

Front desk staff was great but walls and door are paper thin; you can hear everything from above/next door/hallway like it’s happening inside your room. The bathtub had stains, hair, and sticky residue. The area is very convenient if you’re traveling with a dog. There is a park nearby and plenty of grass around the parking lot for a quick walk.

Felt unsafe outside after sunset when approached by a stranger who was staying at the hotel. There was no one at the front desk to observe him take my hand which was frightening. Bed linens had old burn holes in them.

I reserved a king room. Day of arriving they told me it dou le booked and offered me a double bed rooom. I had no chance to find another hotel, and thwy knew this im sure. So i accepted. Hotel was terribly run down. Trash outside door to enter property.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The place was not clean the bedding had stains and when I asked for them to be change housekeeping came to my room in a wifebeater tshirt. When changing the sheets they threw the layering sheet on the floor and proceeded to try to put it back on the bed when changing the bed. After explaining that was not acceptable they proceeded to have a attitude when I ask for newer sheets. I will never stay at another red roof inn!

It was a nice stay for a few days. The room and property were quiet and peaceful, making it feel like a getaway. Also, there was a fair choice of eateries and a shopping center nearby, which was convenient.

2.) My window has no locking device at all. There was the handle from a squeegy(sp) laying in the track of the window, but it was too short to prevent someone on the outside from opening it. 3.) The ac/heater was VERY loud.

Quaint little place, as all I needed was a place to lay my head. It was clean and the people were friendly. There wasn't a breakfast, the only other issue I had was some ADA issues getting into the hotel. Still a good place to stay.

Staff were great! It is an older building, but they are trying to keep up with it. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, the bar in the window could have been better. The worse part was the floor was sticky, but I think it was because to much cleaner was being used to clean. The room itself was updated. I would stay again.

I read some of the other comments. Ok. Red Roof Inn is not so expensive. I just want a clean room, and easy check in/out. When i mad the reservation i told them i would arrive before checkin time when i arrived it was no one at the front desk for starters. I had to call and call until someone asked and told me they would come momentarily. They mad me pay extra money on arrival. I explained i had came in for a funeral and need to get in my room to change clothes cause had been on the road all night. When we finally arrived in our room the overwhelming smell that came from the room was crazy. It had a old molded carpet smell only it was no carpets in the room. We ended up going to walmart to buy candles and spray to mask the smell. The bedding in the first room we was placed in was dirty so they changed our room. The second room still had a funny odor and the TV didn’t work. Over all i would highly NOT recommend this hotel.

Our room looked as tho it had been very recently updated. I love the wood floors and that our little dog is free. Very convenient location for us. We even got to see dolphins from our window in the river.

My stay at the Red Roof was a good experience the hotel room was very clean comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not like was our room was facing the wall in the back of the building. Besides that I had a great stay!

The first room had soiled or stained linen and the ac was not functioning properly. The second room had a great ac but the pillow cases had stains on them and the cover had cigarette burn holes in it.

Everything was ok Utilities were a little out dated. Room smelled like armpits. WiFi didn’t work. Once I cracked open the window and sprayed my cologne around the room everything was ok.

Yesterday was very comfortable and the hospitality was excellent and helpful

Very clean room and quiet property. Hotel is located on a very busy road, but the room was still quiet and comfortable.

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was good. The evening and morning staff were very nice, and friendly. I brought my dog, and they were very welcoming of him. This is a good hotel for the price. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it's newly renovated, clean, and fairly quiet. My only complaint is I could smell marijuana through the vents, and it is supposed to be a "no smoking" facility. Other than that, the stay was good!
